Hlo sir my account no is[protected], when i booked my train from cbe to sbc due to transaction failure 980 rupees was deduced from my account on 23rd jan 2018 but it has not refunded yet. So pls grand me the refund before tommorrow otherwise my father have to complaint to higher official. Look sir my friends has told that it will refund within two days but it been more than two weeks. So please grand me the money within two days

    I have booked two ticket from irctc website on 15 december, but transaction is three times. Irctc website show that first transaction ([protected]) is failed. But iob bank statement show that all three transaction is successful & rs. 2010 id debited from my account.in bank statement, the transaction for which no ticket is booked is "pymnt gtwy-irctc new delhi dl in-f006381o-5000049"
    I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in in this regard and also given them all bank statement. But they dont give any reply.
    The only reply of irctc is
    "dear customer,

    We would like to inform you that your below enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly."

    Today is 02.02.2018, almost 50 days over, and i don't get my money refunded, i am waiting from more than 50 days, & i can't understand how many days i have to wait.

    Kindly help me to refund my money.

      When i tried to login to irctc site with my credentials (User name: raviji29), i was asked to update my profile. When i tried to update my email id and phone number, an otp is coming to my number and email id. But, when i enter it, it says wrong password and then it is not allowing me to try it again saying that i have exceeded the limit of otp passwords for today.

      I have been using irctc for several years now. The system is not behaving properly and for this bug, i had to face the consequences, first, why am i being asked to update my profile now. Then, when i try doing it, i am getting all sorts of errors. It is not allowing me to book tickets. The left hand side is coming as blank to me. Can you please look in to it and avoid this inconvenience asap.

        Hi,

        I have sent email to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no response till today, below are the details,

        Please include ticket ID: [IRCTC #7955595]

        Details of my problem:

        When i login it was showing me message to update my profile in red color, booking form was missing.

        Then i go to my profile page to update my profile.
        While checking the details there was no email & phone on my profile, i remember i have added both.[ I can see both are removed !!! ]

        Both [email & mobile] were complosury to create profile.
        I have added my email again then i receive OTP to verify my email, after adding currect OTP it is showing " Email Verification get Failed"

        Then i tried with for mobile number, it was showing same message. " Mobile Verification get Failed "

        My user id is: ameetbaga1

        Please help me.

          Dear sir/madam
          My name is rakesh suman now i want to deactivate my irctc account my user id: r_suman26, email id - [protected]@gmail.com, mobile no - [protected]. So please kindly deactivate my irctc account, email id, mobile number immediately. I have also written to irctc ticket id no-7931918.
          I am not able to update my profile saying "your profile is incomplete.
          So i went to update the profile where i can see only email and phone information is lost which is mandatory fields, so i am trying to fill the details but your alert told"verification got failed"
          Hence, please deactivate my account.

              It is hell with the irctc login. I am unable to login and book tickets and it shows that my email id and mobile numbers are not verified. It is pathetic that i am using it from past few years and i always receive sms updates on mobile but still now it says not verified. And now when i want to verify it, it is showing a pop up and where i was unable to enter the otp received. It was just a hell and always the same with these govt sites. Neither govt servants work nor government websites. I wish this could be rectified at the earliest possible.

                I am unable to book any tickets from irctc website as its saying "your profile is incomplete. Please complete your profile details in order to continue booking", where as i am fully updated my details, even my aadhar also linked.

                Ok fine.. So i went to update the profile where i can see only email and phone information is lost which is mandatory fields, so i am trying to fill the details but your alert told "verification got failed" what i do now, i am fed up now, i have around rs. 1000 in my irctc wallet.. Even though i cant book my tickts i have face this issue for last 4 days, not only for me, i thought most of irctc users be like my mind, what irctc doing, in this condition yesterday finance minister post india's railway budget along with general budget... Please fix this issue early...

                  Today i m travelling to adrash nagar railway station to kurukshetra junction so i buy a ticket from adarsh nagar to kkrd junction with double check that emu ticket no.27138666 nd when we reached to station panipat we knw dat dis train is not going to kurukshetra since from last 2 month nd the lady staff on adrash nagar issued a ticket of kkrd, so we were going to complaint about it in panipat junction, the staff of dat junction sitted in enquiry office denied to gave complaint register by say dat u take ticket from adrash nagar so u have to file complaint there not here she is a lady staff (Clerk) in enquiry office after some argument she gave but when i was written my complaint them don't even sign on it nd jst tear the complaint sheet nd give it to me by saying we reached not authorised person to sign on it, railway staff doesn't have knowledge way they r saying or wat was the procedure so, i just need my money as a refund.

                      I am using irctc personal user account from so many years. I have valid profile with verified mail id and verified mobile number. I am able to book tickets from so many years. Suddenly, 20 days back when i opened my account to book a ticket it has shown "please update your profile to book tickets". I was shocked by seeing that as my profile is up to date with mobile and mail id verified by irctc. Now what is this.

                      Anyhow i went to my profile to update the details if any required, i was surprised that my mail id is missing there and my mobile number is missing.

                      So i have entered my mail id and i have received the otp on my mail for verification. But when i enter the otp i received and click on "submit otp" it says "mail verification gets failed".

                      Then, i have tried verifying my mobile number, i have entered it and received otp on my mobile and now it says same thing like mail "mobile verification gets failed".

                      I am unable to use the account for ticket booking or else i am unable to register for new user also. Why is this irctc disturbing the profiles? And making user not able to book tickets.

                      I have complained regarding this issue to irctc by mailing them. But no response received even after 3 days. Till now from past 20 days i am unable to book ticket and unable to update mail and mobile details as well.

                      Irctc request you to resolve the issue asap.

                        error while updating profile details

                        I have tried to book my ticket in irctc online portal. When i have logged in to my irctc page i am receiving error message called "your profile is incomplete. Please complete your profile details in order to continue booking".

                        Hello Sir / Madam,

                        I have an IRCTC online account to book tickets. Yesterday when I tried to book a new ticket, I was redirected to update the profile.

                        When I attempt to update the profile, it has many bugs, the email id and phone numbers are long time existing ones in the account but they are asked to re-enter. And it then demands to enter the OTP for both fields, when we enter the OTP correctly it still says that the OTPs are in correct. This problem is happening since yesterday 31st Jan 2018.

                        Have any of you experienced similar problem, if yes please let me know the solution.

                          The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf

                          Reason for Repudiation/rejection:, AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELED...

                          As i told him that i had not traveled against above mentioned pnr number.

For the reason, train got delayed for more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled, i have filed a tdr on the same day.                                 Pnr : [protected] we have fight the whole night due to bedbugs in 3ac coach.
                                Upon complaining to tte he said, its daily complaint and no one is taking care for it. Upon resisting multiple times, he called up some officer and reply was it will be taken care at daund jn but no one attended on pune jn as well.

                                Due to this inconvenience, we lost our sleep for the whole night and got the infection in bonus.

                                So i demand for full refund for the pathetic service which we got.

                                When enters the otp for mobile number and email its throwing verification failed even though correct otp is entered bull [censored] I don't know who tested this...

                                  I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 27-01-18 but the transaction is canceled and amount is cut from my SBI account . I have paid through SBI net banking and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refunded to account but I am not receiving the canceled amount the amount is 490 rupees and I booked journey from tirupathi to secunderabad . so please resolve this and pls deposit my canceled amount to my bank account.

                                    I paid for my ticket in karnataka express journey scheduled on 2 nd feb from delhi to jalgaon on 12th december. I did my transaction from axis bank savings account, my amount got deducted but ticket was not generated nor is the booking history. I got this reference number pur/irctc/delhi/irctc/seq no[protected]. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
