Hi support team,
I have booked a tatkal ticket from bsl
To cstm for 12138 punjab mail express on 5th jan 2018 and date of journey was 7th jan 2018.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the
Amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing to
Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i
Can do further or else you can drop a mail to peter[protected]@gmail.com

      I have been observing a vast difference on the status of reservation displayed and the status after booking the ticket.
      Today i booked a ticket with pnr no. [protected] for journey from ern to ltt. At the time of booking at 7.30am, the position on screen was wl6 but the reserved ticket showed wl24/25.
      After some time at 7.42am when i tried for another ticket in the same train and stations, the position displayed was wl9.
      On contacting your customer care on staff by name suman informed me that the position shown is of irctc and not of railways. If this is the situation, certainly irctc is misguiding the customers with wrong information there by prompting the customers to book on their site and levy cancellation charges if the customer wish to cancel ticket realising the actual waitlist position.
      When irctc is the part of railway and the customers are encouraged to book through irctc, providing wrong status to the customer is highly irregular and need attention of the concerned authorities to provide correct and reliable information to the customers.

        I made attempt to book ticket on 05/02/2018 through irctc official website. Thrice it got failed (2 attempts from kotak and one from hdfc). The final attempt payment i got back in my kotak account the remaining two status is shown as refunded to zakpay (I dont understand what it is) when i paid from my kotak and hdfc.

            I have paid to irctc through tez upi from razorpay gateway.in tez app it shows money had successfully transacted, but ticket was not booked. It shows bank payment not completed in irctc app. Transacted among is rs180.

            I have filled [protected]@gmail.com in irctc app registration, which is wrong id. my correct id is ruby.[protected]@gmail.com.
            its a dot, not a underscore. that is why i am not getting mail id OTP. i am stuck in registration process in mobile app.

                Dated 20 Jan 2018 I tried to book a ticket from RNC to JHD but unfortunately transaction failed... Transaction ID -[protected]...after that I called to IRCTC customer help line number and they assured me that the amount will be refunded back to my bank account, but till now no money has neither refunded nor initiated inspite of calling customer care

                  This is not the first time, but most of the time when i book ticked for my parents, we are unable to get lower berths, even after total available berths are 231 nos.
                  I booked a train ticket for my parents on 07.02.2018 in the train no. 12314 sealdah rajdhani, from new delhi to howrah, place choice lower for passenger 1 and middle for passenger 2. At the time of booking total seat available was 233. But i got middle and upper berth.
                  My mother 67 years old allocated upper berth. It's very surprising, how can you think a senior citizen woman will climb to upper berth. If during so any mishappening, who will be responsible.
                  My request to improve the system and reallocate lower berth for my parents.

                    I cancelled my ticket pnr no [protected] on 15th jan 2018. But my refund, money of rs.1600 has not been credited to my bank account. Iorct claims that their receipt no. [protected] that they refunded the money but the same has not been credited in to my bank account. Daily i am calling irctc sutomer care no use and daily i am writing mail irctc service in the matter of refund is not at all satisfactory. Request speedy action

                    My name is sbooma I cancelled ticket PNR No. [protected] on 15th Jan 2018. My refund money of Rs.1600/- has not been credited to my account till date. But IRCTC claims that they refunded the money on 17th Jan 2018 vide their ID No.[protected]. In this connection I regret to inform u that in my bank account money has not been credited till date. I am daily making calls in IRCTC customer care they are always busy and daily i am writing mails to them n o use whether I will get back my money or not irctc service in refund matter is very very poor they should be penailsed for the unnecessary delay i n refund matters
                    I booked train ticket on 27th jan 2018 through irctc website. Amout of 600.80rs was debited. But the amount was not refunded till today

                        I tried calling above no 6 times, every time call ended by saying "all our customer care representative are busy assisting other customers, please call after some time". The call ending time were all exactly 3:20 minutes around each time.
                        Believe me it has been frustrating, i need assistance, but not getting. Last time i also had exact problem. I can clearly get it that there must be some serious cheating. I mean, you can't receive my call because you don't want to. Bad it is, if you don't want us to call you just remove that no from support page. W ewon't get that and so will not call. Better be true than to fake existence.

I am trying to reset my password and your site ask the email verification password and mobile verification password. I already got the mobile verification password by an sms.                                 I booked one jan shatabdi(12076) ticket through irctc online site with my federal bank debit card for Rs.105. The payment was deducted but no booking was made.

When i made my daughter to drink she was not even ready to take single sip of milk so we got doubt and tasted the milk. That milk was not original milk. It seemed adulterated milk. This is very dangerous to kids. Please take appropriate action against them.

                                      Hi support team,
                                      My name is kislay sinha.
                                      I had booked a ticket from bksc
                                      To hwh in 08628 ranchi howrah spl intercity express on 4th january,
                                      2018 and date of journey was 8th january, 2018. The booking was done using the irctc app.
                                      For some reason, the train was cancelled halfway, at adra jn.
                                      All the passengers were left to make their own arrangements to reach howrah, so i filled tdr for the same with irctc against my ticket on 9th january, 2018.
                                      The status has turned to cr registered, but the amount has not been refunded yet.
                                      I am not sure what else to do, to get the amount refunded. Please let me know what to do further.

                                      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Sir i booked ticket on 31-jan-2018 and payment was not sussesful. And amount of ticket reduced from my account but ticket not booked. So i have no ticket id only transaction id.Payment status was payment settled but payment not refund till 05-feb-2018. My transaction id is [protected].
                                      Transaction failed on 22.01.2018.while booking a ticket amount of 3495
                                      but amount of 3495 deducted by my account.now it showing refunded to payumpp.But after 8 days also it is settled yet.

                                        I had a ticket in train rajdhani express, i boarded the train from guwahati station and after i took the train about 2 hrs after the tte alloted my sit to some other person while i was still there when i went to clear the confusion the tte misbehaved with me and gave absurd reasons he told that i was not present while he came for ticket examination
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Tried to book train from chennai central to varanasi for date 24/02/2018

                                        amount 770 was deducted but my transaction was not successful, Kindly initiate refund as soon as possible

                                        I have already attached screenshot showing my transcation detail Kindly let me know if some more information is needed

                                        I am a new IRCTC member user name Marlene25.

                                        The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

                                        Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.
