I tried calling above no 6 times, every time call ended by saying "all our customer care representative are busy assisting other customers, please call after some time". The call ending time were all exactly 3:20 minutes around each time.
Believe me it has been frustrating, i need assistance, but not getting. Last time i also had exact problem. I can clearly get it that there must be some serious cheating. I mean, you can't receive my call because you don't want to. Bad it is, if you don't want us to call you just remove that no from support page. W ewon't get that and so will not call. Better be true than to fake existence.

My refund has not been credited...but site shows refunded as on 23/01/2018.I have called the customer care;but there was no action.The pictures are attached.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Hello Sir,
Sir, I forgeted my password and also losted my registered mobile number, so now how can I reset my IRCTC password and login ID is BHDMANOJ and one more thing that I only reset my password by email verification or security question, if it is possible please provide me a helpfull link.

    I have given a complaint in [protected]@irctc.co.in on 01.02.2018. I have received an auto reply mail by allotting a ticket i'd. Furnishing here my ticket id for your reference. But till date, the matter is not solved & i have not received any refund from irctc. Kindly look into the matter immediately & try to solve the issue with immediate effect. Most urgent please.

        I have an account in irctc.co.in (User name is pintu222458). Unfortunately, i forgot my password. I am trying to reset my password and your site ask the email verification password and mobile verification password. I already got the mobile verification password by an sms. But, i can't get email verification password. Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to reset my account.

          I booked one jan shatabdi(12076) ticket through irctc online site with my federal bank debit card for Rs.105. The payment was deducted but no booking was made.
          It shows server error after making payment of Rs 105. I contacted my bank but they are saying that payment was successful.

            I had taken milk for my kid from IRCTC canteen in nagercoil railway station. When i made my daughter to drink she was not even ready to take single sip of milk so we got doubt and tasted the milk. That milk was not original milk. It seemed adulterated milk. This is very dangerous to kids. Please take appropriate action against them.

            In Rajdhani 22691, i reserved my seat name Gajadhar Singh but once i enter in train i found another person lying on my seat. And he is saying TT has alloted this seat to him.
            The quality of Food provided from the shournur junction was very poor.. Please do the needful to do proper inspection and improve the quality of food.

              I have forgotten my userid and password for login to irctc. I am in urgent need of booking my tickets through irctc. My email address is ash. [protected]@gmail.com. I have posted my compliants on irctc helpline on 1-2-2018. Even though the compliant has been acknowledged (Ack. No [irctc #7991474]), i have not received any compliant redressal till date.

                Hi support team,
                My name is kislay sinha.
                I had booked a ticket from bksc
                To hwh in 08628 ranchi howrah spl intercity express on 4th january,
                2018 and date of journey was 8th january, 2018. The booking was done using the irctc app.
                For some reason, the train was cancelled halfway, at adra jn.
                All the passengers were left to make their own arrangements to reach howrah, so i filled tdr for the same with irctc against my ticket on 9th january, 2018.
                The status has turned to cr registered, but the amount has not been refunded yet.
                I am not sure what else to do, to get the amount refunded. Please let me know what to do further.

                Sir i booked ticket on 31-jan-2018 and payment was not sussesful. And amount of ticket reduced from my account but ticket not booked.                   I had a ticket in train rajdhani express, i boarded the train from guwahati station and after i took the train about 2 hrs after the tte alloted my sit to some other person while i was still there when i went to clear the confusion the tte misbehaved with me and gave absurd reasons he told that i was not present while he came for ticket examination

                  The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

                  Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

                    There is more than 45 days when i file tdr for refund claims but there is no refund is credited into my account it is still showing cr registered only i need my money back as soon as possible. How many days will be required for refund claim by railways it is very ridiculous 2 waiting waiting for your money back from reputated departments its very difficult tu wait for refund for middle class man so please resolve this complaint as soon as possible so that i can pay my credit card bill on time is there any update for my for my tdr filing oh my refund please update me as soon as possible my pnr number is[protected] train number is 22 482 amount which is a demanding for refund is 3920 tdr filing date is 27 december 2018

                      I am dhananjay kumar working as a primary school teacher under bihar govt.. On[protected] i was supposed to go gaya (A district of bihar state) from jehanabad (Bihar) court halt. When i went to ticket counter at jehanabad court halt, he refused to receive rs 1 small coin and threaten me to do whatever i can do against him. Please take a proper action against him. Otherwise i am going to file a case against indian railway...

                        I have wrongly filed a tdr on pnr no :[protected] and i booked the ticket through irctc connect mobile app. Later i realized that i filed a tdr finally and was seeking ways to cancel the wrongly filed tdr. But i didnt find any ways to cancel the tdr request raised by me. I wish it doesn't attract penalty. Please help me in cancelling the wrongly filed tdr.

                          I got a mail today from irctc that my tdr got rejected and the reason is “i was travelling in a same train on which i filed tdr.

                          The train was suhail dev express which was running 20 hr late, i filled a tdr for the same and book another ticket on a same date and time 12371/hwh. Jsm express and pnr no of this train is [protected].

                          Please check the attached ticket below.

                          “how can a single person travel at a same time in two different train!!”

                          Kindly process my tdr and let me know when it will get process.

                            Myselfe and my wife got confirmed ticket in shivnath express no 18240 on date 3.02.2018 but it is regret to inform you that train is not coming to nagpur it is originating from gondia. Sorry for inconvenience massage is sent to me. Whether this massage will my purchase or railway department responsibility ends.in such cases alternative arrangements should be made to costumer or ticket amount should be refunded.in such a cold season it is very difficult to pass a time in railway station.                               Dear sir/madam,

                              I had booked a ticket from ald to anvt journey date 31 dec 2017, but the train got late from more than 12 hours. I had filed the tdr on 02-jan-2018 at 15:22:26 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                              Kindly refund my amount as earliest.

                                I've tried to book a ticket using irctc but my ticket has not been booked under transaction id [protected] but payment has been deducted,
                                Due to network failure i was taken back from the site but hence payment deducted and it's been more than 5-6 woking days still i've not yet got the refund, but the site says they will give it automatically in 3-4 days bit this irctc is fraud, they takes my money through netbanking on payment gateway but sonce my ticket hasn't been booked they'd have to refund my amout but they have not yet refunded any amount..

                                  On 28/01/2018, i have book my ticket from siwan to delhi but the ticket is not book and the amount has been deducted from my account, i have try 2 time and second time also the same, money has been deducted but not refund till now
