My name is kislay sinha.
I had booked a ticket from bksc
To hwh in 08628 ranchi howrah spl intercity express on 4th january,
2018 and date of journey was 8th january, 2018. The booking was done using the irctc app.
For some reason, the train was cancelled halfway, at adra jn.
All the passengers were left to make their own arrangements to reach howrah, so i filled tdr for the same with irctc against my ticket on 9th january, 2018.
The status has turned to cr registered, but the amount has not been refunded yet.
I am not sure what else to do, to get the amount refunded. Please let me know what to do further.
