The attendant of coach B2 Train no.02731 Munish/Munaiz Kumar was sleeping on duty with the door closed when the train arrived on the platform number 2 of Huzur Sahib Railway Station Nanded . We were unable to open the door from outside and had to enter B3 in order to catch the train. Munish/Munaiz on questioning said that the coach has two doors and you can climb from the other. He behaved arrogantly with the passengers and on further questiong ignored us. But when we were taking his picture he was hiding his face.

    The food served in rajdhani express is too cold that can't be eatable... Train no is 12958 from new delhi to ahmedabad. I am very disappointed from food that served in train. The food quality is too bad to eat. Parotha, sabji, dal, rice are too cold that were not able to eat at that time.

    I request to take corrective action and change quality immediately

    Train no 12958 Rajdhani express from New Delhi to Ahmedabad... The food quality is not good. Sabji, dal, paratha are not much eatable.

      Hi support team,
      I have booked a ticket from cnb-kanpur centrel
      To hwh-howrah for 12302/kolkata rjdhni on 26th oct-2017, and
      Date of journey was 8th jan, 2018.
      For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
      The passenger has not traveled, i had filled the tdr
      For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
      Status was turned to cr registered, but the
      Amount is not refunded yet.
      I am not sure what else i might be missing to
      Get amount refunded.

        I booked four tickets from rewa to bujuri (On25/01/2018 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 750/- was, however, debited to my sbi account no [protected]. Their failed transaction id is 230509 dated 25/01/2018

        On sending email to irctc they advised having sent the instructions to state bank of india for refund the amount. Kindly help me to get refund of rs. 750/-

          Dear sir / madam

          Quite creepy how tdr refund process works!

          I had filed a tdr against the pnr "[protected]" (Lko to new delhi) and it was wrongfully repudiated on the grounds that "passenger has travelled" (A unacceptable lie) (Train was late for more than 4:30 hours)

          Well according to my consciousness i have not travelled by that train and instead due to heavy fog problems and train delays stayed with my family.

          I booked a new ticket on 2nd january again in tatkal from my irctc id "sudhanshro" and the pnr of new ticket was "[protected]"

          I have sufficient proof for my stay in lucknow on from 1st jan to 3rd jan, i request you guys to kindly reconsider my tdr status.

          Maybe tte has not checked carefully and some other passenger was there on my seat (Not surprising for someone must have to do that -1.27 billion people) but yeah this is surprising that how bad you tease your passengers and its ridiculous!

          I am attaching screenshots of my tdr ticket and new ticket booked on 2nd january using the same irctc id "sudhanshro"

          Please fix this asap, 300 rs for me is not a joke at this moment.

          IRCTC Ticket against PNR Number: [protected] was canceled on December 30th 2017. The refund amount of Rs. 2580 is not yet credited back to my account. It has been over 21 days since cancellation. I have dropped multiple emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in with no resolution.

            Sir, my email id mobile are [protected]@gmail.com and +[protected] respectively, which is already registered with irctc. I have mobile verication code/otp and verified. I got email verication code/otp. I entered but it is telling it’s wrong. If i tried entering email otp several times i got the msg. That i had exceeded the limit. I have attached the error screen.in the absence of email verification, i am unable to book train ticket. Kindly help me.

              Toady (25.01.18) i went to guindy railway station (One of the railway station in chennai city) reservation counter for booking a ticket at 9.00am. But there in no manpower available in particular counter and i had a enquiry for the same. They said the particular person went for had breakfast. Since they are opening the counter only at 8.00am. At least they need to allocate replacement means consumer dont get affect in any situation. Kindly look at this issue and resolve the same.

                I have booked an e-ticket on 24.1.18 from lokmanya tilak t to kannur form 23.5.18 and made payment of rs.900 through debit card. It is noted that payment has debited from my bank account, but irctc is saying that they have not recd the payment hence not issued the ticket. Request you to kindly retucn back the amount of rs.900/- to my bank account. The debit has shown in my bank account as irctcltd/356/[protected].

                    Hi support team,
                    I have booked a ticket from sonpur jn (See) to vadodara jn (Brc) for 19166/sabarmati exp on 29-dec-2017 and date of journey was 01-jan-2018 & train was approx more than 10 hrs late.

                    Reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled,

                    I filled the tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status was turned to cr registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.

                        Sir, i tried to booked ticket on 24th jan 2018 pune to ajni for train no 22123 ac 2t for date 9th feb 2018. I used my debit card from union bank of india. The amount rs 1735 was deducted twice from my bank account. Total deduction was rs. 3470. But the ticket was not issued by the site. It displayed me the error.

                        What is the problem. Please refund my both deducted amount or refund rs. 1735 and issue the tickets for pune to ajani ac 2t ticket for dt 9.2.2018 pl check and answer.

                          Hii,
                          I am trying to book tatkal tickets from my personal irctc id, but error is coming which says "you are permitted only 2 transactions between 8 am to 10 am per ip address/user id"
                          As i am using my personal mobile network with jio sim but still same problem and after 10 min it again start booking i. E. Error is not coming.
                          If the ip address is shared then how can i able to book ticket at 11:30 am while not at 11 am.
                          Help me out with this

Further several e. Mail being sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I had sent bank account statement on 22/01/2018 as per their advise but till now i have not received refund money.                                 I have tried to book a ticket from udaipur (Udz) to indore (Indb) for 31st of january 2018 with train number 19330 in 3 tier ac. The payment of rs745 have been deducted from my account with the transaction id-[protected] but ticket wasn't booked. That's all money i had in my account and i have to go indore on the same day as i am having a very important interview there. I know all the refund policies but as a exception i have called your customer care but didn't get any appropriate solution all the more the customer care executive was so much rude and stubborn. He was continuously arguing senseless. I requested him to escalate the issue to his senior or supervisor but he put me on hold for long without taking the hold back. I request you, as exceptional case kindly consider my situation and please refund the amount as soon as possible because the seats are limited.

                                  This is regarding complaint on irctc against failure of otp generation on ticket booking in irctc site.

                                  For fast ticket booking i put some money on ewallet in irctc and try to book talkal ticket from irctc site @[protected]@11.00 am. I entered details and choose irctc e wallet but i didn`t receive an otp for ewallet proceedings. For immediate payment i put some money on wallet and try to transfer., but railway cheated me in name of ewallet and i fail to receive an otp.

                                  We even ready to pay e-wallet extra amount simply to meet this kinds of re. But still you not send us an otp for immediate requirements like adhar. So that i loose my ticket.. At the time of order, it was confirmed, but because of railway otp problem i miss my ticket.
                                  I tried again with my card, but at that time talkal ticket closed.

                                  They may say it is technical problem something like.. But if they can`t support customers don`t go for e-wallet type of apps for extra cash.

                                      Respectfully, i have to state that i filed the tdr against pnr no.-[protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled which has been repudiated by your good system. This has happened two to three times with me. It shows that in your good system some person are bribeer.

                                      In this regard, it is to state that-

                                      (I) i travelled in sampoorna k exp (12394) from ndls-pnbe in 2ac on 01 jan'18 of which pnr no. Is [protected] (Copy enclosed). Thia train was too late and reached in patna at nearly 00.30-01.00 am on 03rd jan'18.

                                      (Ii) because of which i had to cancel/file the tdr against pnr no.-[protected] which was my next journey. (This train was reached at gaya nearly 20 hrs late)

                                      (Iii) in this connection, i booked a tatkaal ticket from pnbe-bbs in 3ac in train no.18450 of which pnr no.-[protected] and got wl/09.

                                      (Iv) further, i asked my brother to book a tatkaal ticket in sl class in the said train of which pnr no.[protected] and got wl/11 (Copy enclosed).

                                      (V) due to higher waiting in 3ac booked by me, i cancelled that ticket (Copy enclosed).

                                      (Vi) further after charting done, i got confirm ticket in sl class and travelled in this train and reached bbs at about 1.30 am on 4'jan'18.

                                      Thus, how one person travel in two train..! I am herewith enclosing all the tickets and necessary proofs, may please see/verify.

                                      Accordingly, i am hereby requesting to your good self to refund my amount of ticket for which i filed the tdr.

                                      I will be highly obliged.

                                      Please refer my complain dated 23.01.2018 rlated to the TDR against pnr no.-[protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled which was again repudiate by Coaching Refund System of Indian Railways (ECRS).
                                      In this regard, I once again put up my points clearly and requested to verify and give proper reason if my claim is false.
                                      So, please refer my points carefully as given below:-
                                      (1) I was booked a ticket of which PNR no. is [protected] train no 12802 journey date 02.01.2018 from MZP-BBS boarding station was GAYA jn. This train was too late and estimated time to reach at Gaya was on 03.01.2018 about 20 hrs late (due to heavy fog this day) due to which I had filled TDR against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.
                                      (2) In this connection, I booked a Tatkaal ticket from PNBE-BBS in 3AC in train no.18450 of which PNR No.-[protected] and got WL/09.
                                      (3) Further, I asked my brother to book a Tatkaal ticket in SL class in the said train of which PNR No.[protected] and got WL/11(copy enclosed).
                                      (4) Due to higher waiting in 3AC, I cancelled that ticket (copy enclosed).
                                      (5) Further after charting done, I got confirm ticket in SL class and travelled in this train (please also check this train chart list and confirm that I was travelled or no not) and reached BBS at about 1.00 AM on 4'Jan'18.
                                      (6) Take an Ola Taxi and reached my destination at about 01.30.

                                      Thus, if I am travelled in train no.18450 of which PNR No.[protected] then how can I travel in train no 12802 of which PNR no. is [protected] for which I filed the TDR. Further, If you are rejected my claim then please return my amount for PNR No.[protected] against which I am actually traveled because one person cant travel in two trains at the same time.
                                      Hence, I sincerely table my heartliest prayer to benevolently peruse my above request and refund my amount of ticket. I will be highly obliged.
                                      Further, I am also requested that if your good office find my claim false or need any other proof related to this, please ask me the same I will provide you all the proofs related to this (any proof from which your office easily verify this).
