Respectfully, i have to state that i filed the tdr against pnr no.-[protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled which has been repudiated by your good system. This has happened two to three times with me. It shows that in your good system some person are bribeer.

In this regard, it is to state that-

(I) i travelled in sampoorna k exp (12394) from ndls-pnbe in 2ac on 01 jan'18 of which pnr no. Is [protected] (Copy enclosed). Thia train was too late and reached in patna at nearly 00.30-01.00 am on 03rd jan'18.

(Ii) because of which i had to cancel/file the tdr against pnr no.-[protected] which was my next journey. (This train was reached at gaya nearly 20 hrs late)

(Iii) in this connection, i booked a tatkaal ticket from pnbe-bbs in 3ac in train no.18450 of which pnr no.-[protected] and got wl/09.

(Iv) further, i asked my brother to book a tatkaal ticket in sl class in the said train of which pnr no.[protected] and got wl/11 (Copy enclosed).

(V) due to higher waiting in 3ac booked by me, i cancelled that ticket (Copy enclosed).

(Vi) further after charting done, i got confirm ticket in sl class and travelled in this train and reached bbs at about 1.30 am on 4'jan'18.

Thus, how one person travel in two train..! I am herewith enclosing all the tickets and necessary proofs, may please see/verify.

Accordingly, i am hereby requesting to your good self to refund my amount of ticket for which i filed the tdr.

I will be highly obliged.

Please refer my complain dated 23.01.2018 rlated to the TDR against pnr no.-[protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled which was again repudiate by Coaching Refund System of Indian Railways (ECRS).
In this regard, I once again put up my points clearly and requested to verify and give proper reason if my claim is false.
So, please refer my points carefully as given below:-
(1) I was booked a ticket of which PNR no. is [protected] train no 12802 journey date 02.01.2018 from MZP-BBS boarding station was GAYA jn. This train was too late and estimated time to reach at Gaya was on 03.01.2018 about 20 hrs late (due to heavy fog this day) due to which I had filled TDR against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.
(2) In this connection, I booked a Tatkaal ticket from PNBE-BBS in 3AC in train no.18450 of which PNR No.-[protected] and got WL/09.
(3) Further, I asked my brother to book a Tatkaal ticket in SL class in the said train of which PNR No.[protected] and got WL/11(copy enclosed).
(4) Due to higher waiting in 3AC, I cancelled that ticket (copy enclosed).
(5) Further after charting done, I got confirm ticket in SL class and travelled in this train (please also check this train chart list and confirm that I was travelled or no not) and reached BBS at about 1.00 AM on 4'Jan'18.
(6) Take an Ola Taxi and reached my destination at about 01.30.

Thus, if I am travelled in train no.18450 of which PNR No.[protected] then how can I travel in train no 12802 of which PNR no. is [protected] for which I filed the TDR. Further, If you are rejected my claim then please return my amount for PNR No.[protected] against which I am actually traveled because one person cant travel in two trains at the same time.
Hence, I sincerely table my heartliest prayer to benevolently peruse my above request and refund my amount of ticket. I will be highly obliged.
Further, I am also requested that if your good office find my claim false or need any other proof related to this, please ask me the same I will provide you all the proofs related to this (any proof from which your office easily verify this).

    It is for your kind information that, i was tried to book railway ticket on 19/01/2018 from kollam to madurai by 56701 (Madurai passenger train) for four peoples. And when i booked my 600rs was deducted from my account but booking was not done due to some technical problem or something like that and they send me a message, in that they mentioned that your ticket booking was not done and the amount deducted from your account will be refunded. Till now the amount was not refunded to my account i don't know why you people are this much useless and i kindly request you to do the needful

      I have cancelled two tickets on 8th jan 2018 and both the tickets show the refund status as sent to bank. The bank has not received it nor the refund amount was credited into the account.

      The cancellation id / refund id ‘s are [protected] and [protected].

      The number given for irctc customer care either says “the number you have dialled does not exist” or says to wait but never gets connected to customer care

        Hi,
        Since Yesterday Morning, i am trying to book a ticket on IRCTC portal and the payment through IRCTC-eWallet. But every time after all procedures, the payment couldn't be completed due to OTP failure. I didn't receive the OTP at all from IRCTC for the transaction to complete.

        I think these people are just CHEATERS. they only know how to cheat people. Either they don't want people to book tickets or they want to earn interest money out of the deposited money in e-Wallet.

        Whatever that may be, I am trying out on this website to book a ticket. Would you please elaborate why the OTPs aren't being delivered to the Customer??? I tried from other Mobiles and Networks, and all the messages sent to my Mobile delivered, but the OTP from IRCTC e-Wallet, I didn't receive.

        Please let me know, How can I withdraw my money from the IRCTC e-Wallet, so that with that money I can book ticket directly from my BANK.

        And, One suggestion for IRCTC please... Please make a provision to send the OTP to the mail ID too. so that if any reason fails to deliver the OTP to Mobile, it can alternately be accessed on the mail ID.

          My pnr no is [protected], yeterday i booked a ticket from bwn to anvt i choice 3 lower berth 2 of them senior citizen whes age is 60 nad 59 and one of the lady who is 26 year old travel with2 years baby, but they does not give any lower berth, how its possible for old parent to stay in upper berth, solve this matter, i am very thankful to you.

            Dear sir/madam,
            None of the catering boys of srinathji caterers have reproduce the irctc rate card for food items on gao express, 12780 (21/01/2018) during travel from pune to sangli. Especially, mr prabhat bhaduariya reacted very rudely on asking the same. (Softcopy of id proof is attached)
            The caterers are selling the food items at higher cost including low quality food items. It also includes duplicate quality brands of biscuits, water etc & no explanation is provided in detail about same enquiry of same.

            I request you to look into the matter & take very stringent action at the earliest.
            A true citizen...

              On 16 - jan i am make ticket from breilly to lokmanya tilak turminus through mobile app this is 3
              passangers ticket but when i am file all the fileds properly and making a payment through debit card then transaction is done amount is deducted 1860/- but tickets was not booked. on 18-jan-2018 i am said the amount is refunded from irctc in zaakpay but i was done transaction through federal bank card . so please requested you refund my amount quikly the Trncs id is . [protected] and amount is not credited in my account yet i have also save screen shot.

                I had cancelled ticket through online bearing pnr no. [protected]
                On 16/01/2018 for journey from NOQ to SDAH (DOJ: 28/01/2018), and a refund amount of 1760/- has been generated. But still not getting the refund amount into my account. Therefore, please take necessory action for the above matter. Looking forward to hearing from you.

                  I have cancelled one eticket using irctc website on 29th december 2017. I can see the refund status as "sent to bank" since 20 days. But money is not credited to my icici credit card. What should i do to get my money.

                    I booked 1 tatkal tickets for 3 members while booking time 59 seats were available and after payment i got waiting list 37, 38, 39 and after chart preparation it was wailting list 33, 34, 35 so it i cancel this ticket than irctc will not refund a single rupee and if i dont cancell irctc will automatically cancel the ticket and then they will refund 120 rs so irctc is doing a scam with people so they earn 180 rs doing nothing

                      I booked tickets from chennai central to tiruppur for onward journey on 22 january 2018. I cancelled one ticket pnr no [protected] on 31december 2017. The transaction id is [protected]. The cancellation id is [protected]. Refund amount is rs605. The refund status is refunded.

                        Sir, my physically handicapped certificate issued by irctc for online booking with concessional fare is not working. While i try to book ticket in my name it says passenger name mismatch, since there is a limitation on no. Of charcters for passenger's name;i couldnt enter my full name as per id card issued ; uid no scbza0007217 isued by indian railways and is valid till 2022.
                        Pls guide me to succesfully book my concessional ticket.

                          Referring to pnr [protected] for ticket booked on 16.12.2017 for travel from newdelhi to katihar, catering charges of rs. 825/- was extra charged along with my ticket charges.

                          The catering charges was not mentioned while enquiring the ticket fare before booking.
                          For same train when round ticket was booked from katihar to new delhi ; no catering charges were debited.

                          Kindly refund the extra catering charges debited.

                          Referring to pnr [protected] for date of jaourney 20.01.2018 for train no 12309, the booking was cancelled by irctc as the train was cancelled.

                          The ticket fare was rs. 3830.00 and refund amount shown for the same is rs. 3450.00.

                          When the train was cancelled on the part of irctc, why cancellation charges of 380/- is debited.

                          Please refund my entire ticket amount of rs. 3830.00 asap.

                            And my money was not cradited by bank..

                                  I tried filled a tdr for train diverting on 17/05/2017 but still not get my refund amount. Of 1480 against the ticket.
                                  Pnr - [protected]
                                  I have mailed a lot of time. (Ticket i'd: 6525709 last mailed)
                                  I have talked to customer care executive a lot of time.
                                  But they are not doing anything.
                                  Even they say my amount has been refunded but there is no transaction of money in my account when i told them they say to send all bank details with passbook copy, i've sended them.
                                  But they do nothing just making fool of me.

                                    I haven't received the refund amount for my ticket which where not booked for invalid error. It is showing that the amount has been credited to my bank but i haven't received any amount in my bank or wallet as well.

                                      Hi,

                                      Worst service ever. Online refund status shows sent to bank and called bank they never received refund request. Called customer care and as expected pathetic service, they ask for ticket number which is never received by email even after sending refund request with registered email id.

                                      Why the hell i need to follow up for refund, is it not expected that refund happens upto date without customer following for it.

                                      When will our goverment service improve??

                                        I have booked tatkal tickets on irctc website on 11th january using sbi net banking and via mobikwik payment gateway. But i canceled the ticket and irctc has refunded my money back on 12th jan 2018 but i haven't received it yet.
                                        In irctc account the status shows that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg.
