Since Yesterday Morning, i am trying to book a ticket on IRCTC portal and the payment through IRCTC-eWallet. But every time after all procedures, the payment couldn't be completed due to OTP failure. I didn't receive the OTP at all from IRCTC for the transaction to complete.
I think these people are just CHEATERS. they only know how to cheat people. Either they don't want people to book tickets or they want to earn interest money out of the deposited money in e-Wallet.
Whatever that may be, I am trying out on this website to book a ticket. Would you please elaborate why the OTPs aren't being delivered to the Customer??? I tried from other Mobiles and Networks, and all the messages sent to my Mobile delivered, but the OTP from IRCTC e-Wallet, I didn't receive.
Please let me know, How can I withdraw my money from the IRCTC e-Wallet, so that with that money I can book ticket directly from my BANK.
And, One suggestion for IRCTC please... Please make a provision to send the OTP to the mail ID too. so that if any reason fails to deliver the OTP to Mobile, it can alternately be accessed on the mail ID.
