    I tried filled a tdr for train diverting on 17/05/2017 but still not get my refund amount. Of 1480 against the ticket.
    Pnr - [protected]
    I have mailed a lot of time. (Ticket i'd: 6525709 last mailed)
    I have talked to customer care executive a lot of time.
    But they are not doing anything.
    Even they say my amount has been refunded but there is no transaction of money in my account when i told them they say to send all bank details with passbook copy, i've sended them.
    But they do nothing just making fool of me.

      I haven't received the refund amount for my ticket which where not booked for invalid error. It is showing that the amount has been credited to my bank but i haven't received any amount in my bank or wallet as well.

        Hi,

        Worst service ever. Online refund status shows sent to bank and called bank they never received refund request. Called customer care and as expected pathetic service, they ask for ticket number which is never received by email even after sending refund request with registered email id.

        Why the hell i need to follow up for refund, is it not expected that refund happens upto date without customer following for it.

        When will our goverment service improve??

          Hi,
          I have booked tatkal tickets on irctc website on 11th january using sbi net banking and via mobikwik payment gateway. But i canceled the ticket and irctc has refunded my money back on 12th jan 2018 but i haven't received it yet.
          In irctc account the status shows that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg.

            My tickets got cancelled as they were in waiting list at the time journey. Hence refund of my money ₹18, 000 was initiated on[protected]. But, i did not receive any amount in my bank account until now.
            I talked to the customer care executives. They told me to raise a ticket by mailing this issue to ([protected]@irctc.co.in)
            I did the same & i did not get any response.
            I called them again & then i got a reply to that mail saying that my case is being forwarded to concerned department.
            This happened on[protected].
            Today is[protected] & i did not receive any response from their side.
            This is how our government is. Shame on it truly!
            Irctc resolved only 2% of the complaints until now..
            I can imagine how they are bloodsucking all the refund amount & putting in their pockets.

              I had cancelled the ticket on 10.01.2018. And amount of 2130rs. But after 6 days also it is not refund my bank account.in the website it is showing refunded on 10.01.2018. And bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

                My pnr number is [protected] and the train has cancelled so refund the whole amount in my sourcing bank account as soon as it can. Dont keep it in PAYTMAG for weeks. Transfer the refund amount within a week from the cancellation date. Transaction date is 19th Jan 2018 and My amount has still not transferred to my sourcing SBI bank account. Transfer it immediately as per rule its 6 days from the transaction date. Its the 2nd time I am complaining against this in discipline behavior of irctc. Don't make me take more actions against this.

                    My money has been debited even then i didn't recieve the ticket...i have tried to contact many times but no response came from the company customer caare...the service is very very poor.they don't pick up the calls...And though after so many tries i can't get anything...not evn a penny..please respond to my greivance and get me my refund as quickly as possible

                      On 11 Jan 2018 I have made a irctc booking through zaakpay pg
                      After successfully settling the payment the booking of seat has been dropped and till now the refund has not been taken place.

                      Please do the needful for refund of amount.

                      The transaction was made against irctc tatkal booking and the seat was not booked due to non availability at the time of booking whereas the payment was made.

                        The train got delayed by more than 3hours and we did not traveled. I have filed tdr on the same day,
                        The status of that is showing as cr repudiate and reason is as per chart, passenger has travelled.
                        But we haven't travelled how come you give the false. The details are below,

                          This is with reference to cancellation of train.
                          I was not inform about the cancellation and also i booked tickets till the boarding station.
                          I would like to lodge a complaint of the same, for the cancellation of train without notice as i have to bear all the cancellation charges i made to get to that train.

                          No calls or e-mail were sent about the cancellation of train.
                          Is this the way, irctc tourism treats the passengers??

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I had booked a ticket with indian railway on 1st jan 2018 from ndls (New delhi) to cnb (Kanpur central). I had filed a tdr on the same day as the train got late by more than 3 hours. I recently looked at the status of my tdr and it shows cr repudiate (Which means refund denied) and the reason they listed is invalid time stamp:delay.

                            As per the rule the total amount should be refunded if the train gets late by more than 3 hours.

                            I have booked ticket of goa to bombay through irctc of flight with transactions id [protected] on date[protected] sbut booking is not confirmed and amount deducted still it is not reversed
                            I had canceled eticket on[protected] being Cancellation ID No[protected] and PNR No.[protected] which shows that said eticket has been cancelled and an amount of Rs.2370 /- shall be refunded to said account within short time, but till date no refund has been made without any reason assigned to me for the same.

I have already cancelled my ticket on[protected], time 10.04 am, but still I didn't received my amount, in IRCTC is showing as amount is refunded under bank (payumpp ), so please kindly check the above transaction details & my PNR number is -[protected] & I have booked e tickets from Chennai to Bhubaneswar in 3rd Ac, total ticket charge is -2940 & in IRCTC refunded amount is showing as -2780, so please check the details & revert back me .

                              It wasn't refunded to my account
                              I was booking a railway ticket on on IRCTC rail connect app and transaction id is [protected] . In IRCTC website shows it settled to bank but unfortunately it was get back my account.so please refund back those amounts.
                              I cancelled my ticket on 6th jan and the status is showing that amount has been refunded to payumpp in the bank section. I haven't received refund as of now.
                              Kal maine ticket kata irctc app se magar mai ne apna wallet paytem use kiya lekin mere wallet se balance kat gaya magar mera ticket faild ho gaya our abhi take mere wallet mera paisa return nahi aya
                              Irctc team, I canceled a ticket on 2nd Dec 2017, refundable amount is 1080/- . But till date amount not refund in my account. When I called Irctc customer care they people are not responding. Pathetic service by Irctc . Please contact -[protected]

                                      my PNR # [protected], I booked 2AC for two adults and an infant, I was travelling from Jabalpur to Secundrabad, on 27th December 2017. during the journey I kept my luggage under the seat and in the night but when i opened my nag in the morning I found that the bag was ripped off and the food was eaten by rats inside the train. This was shocking for me as at least 2AC is more secured than the general dabba.

                                      I complained this to the TC on duty his name was "CTI NGP NR SK Singh" and instead of registering my complaint he advised me to not to keep the luggage under the seat, this was pathetic and unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from a public servant. He was advising me to not to keep the luggage down and where am I suppose to keep ? on his head.

                                      I want serious action to be taken against this and the TC on duty.

                                        I had made a booking for 3 travellers on 25 november 2017. I requested a partial refund due to a change in personal circumstances and the message received is that the refund was credited to PAYTMAG but I have used netbanking to proceed with the transaction.
                                        I have already emailed [protected]@irctc as well as tweeted the same to Indian railways but got no response. Moreover the credit is still not in my account.
                                        Posting screenshot of the message. I want to know what is this paytmag and does it mean it gets credited to the registered mobile number as paytm wallet balance? Where can I trace.
