I booked a ticket from suratgarh to delhi and the date of journey was 24th dec 2017 under pnr no. [protected] but due to train cancelled from the said destination station i file a tdr on 25th of dec 2017 as my cancellation id is [protected] but now im getting a message from irctc that they have rejected my tdr request. Now i want some strict action regarding the same. If the train has been cancelled that was only indian railways fault. Why d i suffer only being i booked all my tickets from irctc web portal.

    I had booked 2 (Two) tickets from igatpuri (Igp) to ltt, mumbai on train 15018 gkp ltt exp on 17th september 2017. The train was more than 3 hours late and hence i had cancelled my travel and filed a tdr in this regard. Its been more than 4 months now and the tdr status is showing as 'cr registered' and no further actions are been taken. Hence, request your kind interference in the said matter and process my tdr request accordingly.

    Hi have booked a ticket from Haldwani to Ludhiana Punjab on 19th December 2017 and did payment by Razorpay UPI. Money is deducted from account but didn't get ticket and refund. I raised a lot ticket to IRCTC but didn't get any message from them.

    Could you please help me. attaching Screen Shot-with PNR number.

    Train no 11019 couch B5 DT 6/1/2018 the garbage collected in the dustbin was disposes by the attendant by opening the door of couch and threw it out on the railway tracks. We think this is not the way to dispose the garbage. The garbage should be collected in big garbage bag and disposed properly.

      While registering my e mail account i have wrongly feeded as[protected][protected]@gmail.com instead of [protected][protected]@gmail.com so please give me a chance to give the correct e mail address or otherwise you can change the address for which act of kindness i shall be grateful to u please do needful my correct e mail address is [protected][protected]@gmail.com i came to know my mistake while login into irctc website so please correct it so that i can book the tickets for the trains or buses as when possible

        I was travelling with my parents from varanasi jn to new jalpaiguri at 10:30 pm approx. On[protected]. We were in coach b12 ac 3. The behaviour of the staff who distributes blankets is not good. He was quite rude. So please tell him to be nice to the passengers next time. And one more thing... We didn't get any meals except the breakfast. Actually, we paid for non veg meals. There was no one to ask??

          I had cancelled my e-ticket on 7th dec'2017 and the status of refund on irctc website is showing as "refunded" but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted my bank but they are denying of any such transaction.

            I had recently registered for irctc login under user name - madanv1953 id and phone number : [protected].

            But i had incorrectly update my email id as [protected]@gmail.com

            Where "v" was updated incorrectly. I tried updating but its logging out again and again after clicking update email id.

            So can you please help to update the email address as [protected]@gmail.com and confirm back at the earliest.

            My family travelled to shimla from 2/1/2018 to 5/1/2018. On the returning evening in shivalik delux toy train, the non vegetarian food which served us is an egg, some boiled rice and mixed vegetable .. is this a non-vegetarian meal ??

            My journey was from dehradun to kota
            On 11dec
            But I RECIEVED a cancellation mssg which i had attached below on3nov, till date refund is not RECIEVED I call them a100times but they don't take any action till date
            E-ticket booking failed
            But still I have not recieved refund which has been deducted on 9th Jan.
            Booking id has been attached of screen shots.
            Please solve my issue

In this regarding I have sent so many times my requests to [protected]@irctc.com. They are sending this message has been automatically generated in response to email sent by you having subject:

                I had cancelled the ticket And amount of 1265/- has to be credited to my account. But after 11 days also it is not done yet .in the website it is showing refunded on 01.01.2018 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below, ,

                  Sir, i cancelled tickets of amount rs.2330.00 on date 8th january 2018. The amount which is to be refunded is rs.1950.00 as per irctc site and status of refund is showing that the refund is done on 10th january 2018 and in zkpy bank but i still did not get the refund in my account now its been days from refunded date still i didn't get the refund amount. So i kindly request you that process my refund as soon as possible.

                  i am cancel my ticket on 8th jan 2018 and my pnr is [protected] and on my irctc account they show me that your money is refunded on bank zkpy on 10th jan 2018 but it is not come to my account yet please returned my refund as soon as possible beacuse i ahve to book another train.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      Earlier this morning i have signed up in irctc website and created an userid and password.

                      Now i have successfully registered my mail id as i received otp in my mail box, but i am not receiving the otp in my mobile to verify and register it & therefore i am not able to log-in into the irctc website.

                      Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as i have to book tickets for my journey. There are chances that the irctc server might got loaded due to multiple users, but please try to fix this issue at the earliest. I want to receive otp on my mobile.

                        Please refer the below message from irctc while booking the tickets, the tickets were not booked but amount was debited from my account :

                        (An amount of rs 770.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 11-jan-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

                        (An amount of rs 2160.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 11-jan-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

                        (An amount of rs 2100.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 11-jan-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

                        Please process the refund or guide next course of action.

                            I booked a railway ticket from irctc on 8 december 2017 from ghaziabad to haldwani in train no. 12040 for 26 january 2018, but on 2 january 2018 i cancelled my ticket. According to the refund rule on the cancel ticket of irctc, refund money should be credit into my bank account within 72 hours on ticket cancellation but i haven't get.
                            In my irctc account it is showing that on 3rd january 2018, railway refund that amount to zkpy but it is not credit into my account. Detail is following:

                              I had neither received any confirmation message in my mobile not any mail in my registered mailbox. Already pass 12 day but the refundable amount not credited to my bank account. Please look into this and also confirmed that how many days it will take to get back my money.

                              On 30th Dec' 17, Tippu express from Bangalore to mysuru was delayed by 1hr 30 min, it was bound to arrive by 5.30 pm, but arrived at 7 pm.

                              It caused very much inconveniences
                              Special train 02841 from Kharagpur to Chennai. Delayed by 4 hrs on the 1st day of new year 2018. If it's a special train, then it must be treated with atleast priority. Also coach B2, attender came and took away all the bedsheets and blanket 3 hrs before the destination arrival.

                                I was tried to book tatkal ticket from secunderabad to machilipatnam on[protected] for journey of[protected]. Fare was 385/-... My ticket was not confirmed but money debited from my account...

                                  On 28th december 2017, i was trying to book a ticket from erode junction to visakhapatnam (Train number: 18568) through irctc android app. I faced 3 failed transactions and all the three times certain amount was deducted. Eventually one transaction amount was refunded but i'm still awaiting for refund of the other two failed transactions.

                                        Referring to the below mentioned tdr filed against pnr number [protected]
                                        Booking : dee to mtj, sl, patalkot exp. (14624) on 07/11/2017
                                        Transaction id:[protected]
                                        Registration no. :[protected]
                                        Tdr filling date : 07-nov-2017 at 09:47:33
                                        Tdr reason : train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled

                                        Refund amount has been repudiated by irctc by giving the false reason : "no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled"

                                        Although we have not traveled against pnr number [protected], there is some mistake in their investigation, either tte in the train would have not checked ticket form dee to mtj section or not examined the ticket by matching details with my pnr number that day in the train if they are giving above mentioned reason for rejecting my refund.

                                        I have mailed to their complaint id : [protected]@irctc.co.in (As suggested by their customers care executive) twice many days earlier but till now i have not get any response from them.

                                        Attached screen shots of tdr filled.

                                        Please do the needful to have refund of my amount as soon as possible.
