Dear sir/madam,
Earlier this morning i have signed up in irctc website and created an userid and password.
Now i have successfully registered my mail id as i received otp in my mail box, but i am not receiving the otp in my mobile to verify and register it & therefore i am not able to log-in into the irctc website.
Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as i have to book tickets for my journey. There are chances that the irctc server might got loaded due to multiple users, but please try to fix this issue at the earliest. I want to receive otp on my mobile.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Hi have booked a ticket from Haldwani to Ludhiana Punjab on 19th December 2017 and did payment by Razorpay UPI. Money is deducted from account but didn't get ticket and refund. I raised a lot ticket to IRCTC but didn't get any message from them.
Could you please help me. attaching Screen Shot-with PNR number.
