Hi team,
I have filed the tdr on for the pnr no [protected], as the train was partially cancelled and not reaching the boarding station.

Its been more than 1 month since i have raised the tdr and there isn't any progress/update in the status or refund of the money

Could you please escalate this and get the refund over my money and help me out.

    With regard to the above mentioned subject, i didn't get refund in my account which i used for making payments although the status on irctc site mentioned as refunded.
    Following are the details of transactions.

      I, ajit kumar, cancelled the ticket with pnr no. [protected] because the train was very late. The train started from kanpur in the morning at 5:00 am on[protected] as its actual arrival time is 9:20 pm on[protected] and actual departure time is 9:25 pm this means the train is 7 hours 35 minutes late which is more than 3 hours as per railway rules. I also filed tdr on 22-dec-2017 08:41:04 hrs but no refund was credited in my account till date by irctc as the ticked was booked online on irctc website through my personal id ramramram_. My mobile number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

        Irctc brings system of booking of 2 tatkal ticket in a day between 8. Am to 12pm per ip address in order to eradicate commercial gains.
        But the system should not affect the common public.

        Because, as i didn't put any ticket in the month, while trying to book the tatkal ticket, it shows error msg of "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm per ip address", where i didn't put any ticket during the month itself.

        Based on the google search and analysis, it has been noted, internet service provider provides internet services to multiple users on shared ip address (Dynamic ip).
        When some other user has already booked two tatkal tickets from the same ip before your attempt, then such message is displayed.

        So, the alternate arrangement need to be made by irctc in order to prevent general public to book tickets instead of getting error msg.

          I tried to book train ticket from atp to gnt on[protected] and my money debited twice from my upi linked bank account and transaction got failed twice. I tried reaching out irctc customer care also and it is always saying busy. Please help me to get my money as early as possible. This happened on irctc rail connect app on 08/01/2018.
          Please help me to get my money back.

            Verification code is not sent to my e mail... It is happeñd while i am logging to irctc... I am login through paytm. I am having this problem from yesterday night.. Because of this i can't book any tickets. I am trying to book tickets.. I am trying from yesterday... I tried also with website. But there also i am not getting e mail verification code.. Please solve this as soon as possible

              The telephone number which has been provided is never reachable and is always busy. You are asked to type all the ivr response and then wait for the customer representative to come on line. And then after two minutes they inform you that all the executives are busy and you have to call again later.

              I have tried calling them more than 10 times but to no avail. I had also sent mail, but have received reply only once. After that i have sent three mail asking to update on the cancellation of the flight tickets but have not receieved any response so far.

              have received mail from them that the refund is in process and would reflect within 5 to 7 days time. Hence resolved.However I would still report that their phone is not working and they take a long time to resolve the complaints.

                Dear sir/madam
                I did book a ticket from indore to baran on 19/11/2017 for the journey date 22/11/2017. The ticket is not book but amount of ticket deducted from my bank account. Related this problem i did call to irctc help line and follow their instructions for refunding. I did email transaction ids on [protected]@irctc.co.in but not get my amount back. So i want to say you that please solve my this problem as soon as possible.

                  I booked three tickets from akola to secunderabad (Train no 19713) on 07.01.2018 on irctc but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 900/- are debited from my sbi account. Their failed transaction id is - [protected] dated 07.01.2018

                  So please do the refund to my respective account.

                    I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 30/12/2017 mtc to judw but wl1 not cleared due to not seat avilable and payment completed i have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refunded on 03//01/2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this.

                      I had booked ticket from ballia (Bui) to pune jn (Pune) travelling date 15/dec/2017, pnr [protected], the ticket was waiting and didn't get confirmed so i cancelled the ticket before the train started. I didnot get my refund and i mailed them regarding this, i am continuosly following them and getting same reply that we are working on it from past 2 weeks. Request id #7631510
                      Please take the necessary action.

                            Yesterday i was trying to book rail ticket from irctc mobile app for delhi (Anvt) to gaya (Gaya) and choosen the transaction mode as bhim upi (Rojarpay). I got the approval request on bhim upi app and approved it. The amount debited from my account but ticket not booked on urctc app. Ans also money not refunded. So want to get the money back to my account.

                                I have booked 4 ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look in the snapshot for further info.
                                Please ban paytmag if they are not refunding the amount why are the citizens suffering because of these stupidities

                                  Dear team,

                                  I had raised tdr on 30th august 2017 against the pnr no. [protected] as the train was delayed more than 3 hours. The customer care team told me the amount will get credit within 90 days but now it is more than 120 days i haven't got the money credited to my account. The status at irctc site is coming as "cr registered" but i still don't know when i will get my amount.

                                  Also the customer support team behavior is very bad.

                                    I was trying to bookmy ticket online but it was not booked and a message was sent by irctc that " an amount of rs 5540.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 20-dec-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked." but the amount has not been deposited in my account bynow. Complaint was made by me several times earlier but it has not been redressed.

                                        In the journey dated 24.12.2017 from new jalpaiguri (Njp) to sealdah (Sdah) i (Soumendu golui) was travelling with my wife (Sukanya golui das). There was a single pnr [protected] and trn no.[protected] for the ticket in kanchankanya express of two persons (Me and my wife). After chart preparation both our seats were in rac.
                                        But surprisingly my seat was with a young guy and my wife's seat was with another young male person.
                                        It was not expected from irctc. What is my fault? Cant you see who is with whom?
