Hi

I had tried to book a online tatkal ticket from badnera (Bd) to lokmanya tilak terminus on 28/12/2017

But the ticket was not booked and the amount of rs 1615 has deducted from my account

Transaction id is [protected]

And now its show that amount is refunded on 03/01/2018 but its not credited to my account

So kindly pls do needful at the earliest

    I have booked four tatkal tickets from thiruvananthapuram to guruvayoor on 27/12/2017 and paid rs.2300/- from my sbi account through zaakpay p g. I cancelled the tickets on 28/12/2017. Irctc says rs.2040/- is refunded to my account. But the amount is not credited in my account till this date. Hence you are requested to refund the amount at the earliest. Pnr - [protected].       Dear sir/madam

      My name is sarath kumar i have made an online tatkal booking to bangalore from hubli @ irctc app. As i saw there were 27 available & made the payment through my sbi net banking (Twice). Amount has been deducted from my account but still i didn't get the status of my bookings.

      I tried calling on your toll free more than 50x times no response. Later i spoke to sbi care where they clearly stated that amount has been debited to irctc ltd.

      I have attached the screenshot of transaction details including with the ref no.

      Please check my issue and refund my amount. Thank you.

        3 weeks are over
        But irctc is not responding of mails... I have cancelled my train confirmed ticket. And the refund is still not credited in account.. How shameful govt sites of india... How much time will they take to refund back the money. This is the govt site and immediately the refund must be credited.

        Not even a single response...
        Very shameful.

          My refund is too late. I have submted bank statement. I have many time contact to irctc phone and email but only said by that people = email has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly by urmila dixit (Executive curtomer care)
          But now yet time not received. Please resolve my problem as soon as posible.

            सर मैने 28/12/2017 को तुमसर - पुणे के लिये 30/01/2018 का हावडा पुणे आझाद हिंद एक्सप्रेस का reservation किया था, जो की फेल हुआ था पर मेरे अकाऊंट से ticket के पैसे कट गये थे, लेकिन मुझे अब तक उसका रिफंड नाही हुआ है.

                    I booked ticket through my irctc account pnr no [protected] which was not confirmed so that i didn't travailed but my ticket amount is not refunded by irctc despite several complain and call to irctc

                      Incident happens on date 27/12/2017,
                      When i was doing e-ticket booking-payment deducts from my account-but ticket not done-till date on 5/01/2017 it is not refunded in my pnb saving account of mangisab branch ludhiana.
                      Even no-one replying on irctc customer care services on all zonal numbers-even not responds on 139.

                        Hi,
                        I cancelled a ticket on 16/oct/2017 (Pnr number: [protected]) and a refund of rs. 2560/- was to be made but inspite of more than 20 request emails which i sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in, all i have received till that is a new request no.in response to my email request.

                        I have even tried contacting irctc via their twitter handle but all my efforts have gone in vain and all the requests which i made till that fell on deaf ears.

                        The issue was that i closed the account through which i made the booking and the day i got to know about this, i provided my active bank account details to the customer care team but they have till date not managed to refund my hard earned money.

                        I raised the first request on 27/oct/2017.

                        I have tried on the customer care phone no. S[protected],[protected], 138) and not to my surprise, there is no response on them either!

                        This is totally unacceptable.

                        I'm writing to you guys to get my money back at the earliest.

                        If required, i can provide the long list of emails which i sent to irctc's customer care.

                          Indian railways should urgently get report of the delay of train no 16338 ernakulam to okha on 5 jan 2018 (Day 3 of journey). It was delayed by 2:30 hr when it reached rajkot jn.
                          Great mismanagement of signaling system and railway authority.
                          Shameful to say that this is not the first time the train is delayed, but is was delayed in previous journeys too.
                          Plz. Get the matter seriously and reduce the delay time

                            I booked a train ticket in general quota on irctc on 11th dec 2017. I transaction is failed but the payment of rs. 790 deducted from my account, then i again book a ticket and again deduction of payment of rs. 790. But the refund of payment of failed transaction is not rececive till now. I also try on irctc customer care but no solution till now. Please credited of rs.790/- to my account as soon as possible of failed transaction.

                                I received SMS regarding chart being prepared again due to technical reasons. And my seat was re allotted from 06 in A1 to 04 in A1. I boarded train and occupied seat 4 in A1 as per lats which was 24 hrs latest SMS from IRCTC. However TTE was carrying a chart which had previous numbers and made me shift from that seat. And he gave the three births 1, 3 and 4 to someone on payment. He also misbehave d without any reason saying "karlo Jo karna hai". I am attaching snapshot of SAME from IRCTC. Action against TTE is requested.

                                  I was trying to book ticket on 11 november 2017, but my ticket was not booked and 1280 rs deducted from my bank account, which transaction id is [protected], on my irctc account it is showing that my amount refunded but it is not reflecting to my bank account.
                                  And another transaction on 26 november i cancelled my tickets with refund id [protected] and [protected] irctc are showing that my amount are refunded to me but it is not reflected to my bank account.
                                  Plz resolve my issue as soon as possible, because i am completely tired with your services.

                                    1. I booked an online ticket from dehradun to vadodara buy kochivalli express (Train no. 22660).
                                    Ticket was waitlisted. Pl. Refer to pnr [protected].

                                    2. On 7.12.2017, i received an sms informing cancellation of the above referred train no.226600
                                    (Screenshot attached).
                                    3. I contacted the customer care of railways, who informed that when a train is cancelled the refund
                                    For the tickets get automatically deposited in the passenger's account.

                                    3. Subsequently, i was forced to make another arrangement by making other reservations from dehradun to
                                    New delhi by nanda devi (Train no.12206) on 12.12.2017 n from nizamuddin to vadodara by trivendram
                                    Rajdhani (Train no. 12432) on 13.12.2017.

                                    4. On 10.12.2017, i received another sms on the 10.12.2017 just few hours before the train
                                    Departure that my waitlisted tkt.in train 22660 (Which was cancelled) is converted to rc.

                                    5. I am unable to understand how and when a decision to run cancelled was taken without informing the
                                    Concerned passengers.

                                    6. When a passenger is informed by railways about the cancelled train, will the passengers not make
                                    Other arrangements to travel to their destinations as we did in our case.

                                    7. I contacted the customer care of railways, who informed that when a train is cancelled the refund
                                    For the tickets get automatically deposited in the passenger's account.

                                    8. All the tickets booked in the said tickets are legally bound for the refund after the intimation of
                                    The cancellation of the train.

                                    9. This sort of mis-communication should be a matter of big concern to railways. The reported incident
                                    Has caused me n my wife (Having acute knee problem) both senior citizen a great inconvenience, loss
                                    Of money, harassment and mental agony.
                                    10. You are requested to look in to the matter immediately n refund the ticket amount along with
                                    Suitable compensation.

                                        I tried to change my phone number. The program added 334 as country code instead of +1 which i had entered. Then it took me to payment, which i did. The program looped on verifification and there was no way to correct the error.
                                        This shows poor programming.
                                        I wrote to [protected]@irctc.co.in and received an email that correction could not made and that i should register with a new email address.
                                        When i tried to register again, the program would not let me do so.

                                        There is a poor customer service. The responsible officials are either incompetent or do not care or both. Action should be taken so that the customers are not inconvenienced. Success of railways depends on customer care.
