Hi,
I cancelled a ticket on 16/oct/2017 (Pnr number: [protected]) and a refund of rs. 2560/- was to be made but inspite of more than 20 request emails which i sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in, all i have received till that is a new request no.in response to my email request.
I have even tried contacting irctc via their twitter handle but all my efforts have gone in vain and all the requests which i made till that fell on deaf ears.
The issue was that i closed the account through which i made the booking and the day i got to know about this, i provided my active bank account details to the customer care team but they have till date not managed to refund my hard earned money.
I raised the first request on 27/oct/2017.
I have tried on the customer care phone no. S[protected],[protected], 138) and not to my surprise, there is no response on them either!
This is totally unacceptable.
I'm writing to you guys to get my money back at the earliest.
If required, i can provide the long list of emails which i sent to irctc's customer care.
