Kindly find below details of my queries.
We had booked the eticket for train pune jaipur express journey from pune to jaipur scheduled on 01/05/2017, but due to some technical error from irctc, the above mentioned eticket did not get confirmed. Although the fare amount of rs. 1182.60 got debited from my union bank debit card.
I waited for few days to get auto refund of above transaction, but haven't received any amount yet.
Further attaching the amount debit statement from bank with irctc transaction id[protected].
Please look into the matter and process my refund as early as possible. Waiting for your early response. (Bank statement transaction i'd irctc/356/[protected]
