I have tried to book tickets on 22nd oct, 2017 from vijayawada to bhopal. Money has been debited from the account but tickets were not booked.50 days have been over but there is no refund of money.1287rs have been debited from my sbi bank account. I have used irctc rail connect app to book tickets.

    When our e-ticket gets automatically cancelled due to the current status as waiting then the total amount of the ticket should be refunded by irctc. Because we didn't cancelled the ticket on our side. I booked a tatkal ticket which cost me 1595/- but the status was waiting so it got automatically cancelled. The amount refunded to me was 1530/- i. E 65/- were deducted. My complaint is why we're those 65/- we're deducted when i didn't cancelled the ticket on my side. I should get the total amount refunded. This is same with the general reservation case.

    Ticket was cancelled on 5th of November 2017 but still the amount has not been credited into my bank account, Even Customer Service has failed to resolve my problem.
    In spite of giving all statement details to bank still the problem not yet resolved

    Refund not credited for the pnr no [protected]. i have filed TDR due late running of train.
    I received a mail that your money will refunded in your account within three days but till now I not credited . its already two weeks over.
    Kindly help me to get refund

      My ticket was not booked by irctc online booking but the money was deducted from my wallet. A message was sent by irctc that "an amount of rs 5540.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 20-dec-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked."but the amount has not been deposited in my account /wallet till today. A false information is given of refund.

      My transaction ref no igacpeacj4 for rs.6291.8 on 24-dec-17 10:13. The said amount was deducted from my account but my proposed ticket was not booked by irctc the said amount has not been deposited back in my account till today. Therefore i'm making complaint because fraud has been played with me kindly resilve. If possible then the interest may also be given for the period of retaining my money.

        I am traveling right now in rajdhani express from ndls to jat. The train departed at 9:40pm. From that moment the heater is not working. I called the technician (Took 30minutes to find him), compalined that its not working. I complained 3-4 times. Its 11:15pm right now and the ac is still not working, its worse that now it has started cooling. I can say that if the outside temp is 11°c, the inside would be not less 9°c.
        Sir if this is the service provided by the govt of india in the one of the most reputed trains in the country. Then i am sorry that you people are failing. I will never tolerate this type of attitude. My parents here are shivering. I called your customer care phn number and all i can hear is that bloody song and no response.
        We people spend our hard earned money to come in a ac class train, and this is the service you provide.
        Sorry sir i am very much disappointed and more than that angry with your services.

          Hi support team,
          I have booked a tatkal ticket from ndls
          To be for 04406/delhi dbg specialon 12th sep 2017and date of journey was 28 th2017
          For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
          The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
          For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
          Status was turned to cr registered, but the
          Amount was not refunded yet.
          I am not sure what else i might be missing to
          Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

            I booked ticket online for two adults(named Munmun Dey Mallick+1) train 12345(saraighat exp) on 22.11.2017 for DOJ 22.12.2017 from BWN to NJP, bearing PNR:[protected] of amount Rs.600/-, but the both tickets finally became fully waitlisted and hence became cancelled automatically.I was supposed to get a refund of almost full i.e.Rs.600/- (except the bank charges ), but I got a refund of Rs 480/-only . I boomed my tickets ditectly from sbi internet banking and Bank will not definately charge Rs.120/- as si called bank charges for refunding . Hence it is IRCTC who have refunded less money .Please refund the deficient amount without delay, otherwise give me vividand satisfactory explanation .

                I have booked 3 adult railway tickets from the journey aluva to trivandrum on 27.12.2017 for the journey scheduled on 02.01.2018. Unfortunately payment procedures are completed and not complete the booking procedure in 2 times. Each transaction i have lost rs. 285/- total rs. 570/- lost my account through the debit card. Pls refund the money at the erliest.

                  I am raveesh nigam. My phone, samsung galaxy j7 max got lost in 22109/ltt nzm ac exp i. E. Train from mumbai to delhi (Departure date and time: 26th december 2017 14:30, arrival date and time: 27th december 2017 10:25).

                  Imei number: 358344/08/909710/9 and 358345/08/909710/6.
                  The phone colour is black. It has a purplish back cover with the design of "groot" (A woodden creature) on it. Its last location shows near bhopal at 2:24 am 27th december 2017. I have a feeling it might still be there in the train. You can contact [protected] if you find it. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                    I booked my ticket through irctc. They have not provided direct banking transaction and instead ask the consumers to pay through paytm and other wallets. My ticket which would have otherwise costed me rs. 575, i ended up paying 587 for the same. It is alrming a breach of data security and choice provided to consumers. I want the charges to be refunded alongwith suitibale punitive action against irctc.

                          We have tried 3 times to booked the ticket on irctc, but we have not allotted with confirm ticket/birth though the payment has been deducted from our bank 3 times as on 22.12.2017 (Amount rs around 830/- per deduction) and for 4th time it is booked.
                          Could you please check the status of refund as when we checked with irctc they are showing the status that already sent to bank payumpp, please confirm when it will get credited to our bank account.

                            I've booked two tickets (For me and my bride) for my upcoming journey from bhubaneswar to vijayawada on 12th january 2018 in duranto express (12245).

                            We wish to have a 2 berth coupe allotment. I doubt whether we will be alloted a 2 berth coupe because in the iternary i failed to give any clue (For instance, mentioning the names as mr. & mrs. X, etc). So do we have a chance of getting a 2 berth allotment?

                            Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                I booked a ticket on irctc and then cacelled it. On irctc website it is showing that the money is sent to my bank but the bank is payumpp. I used my union bank of india debit card and the merchant was payu.

                                On 22 DECEMBER 2017 I was booking a ticket on irctc online via PayUmoney. But the ticket wasn't booked. irctc says they did not receive money.
                                But my money was deducted and till date not refunded even after complaining many times.
                                thats my transaction id [protected] and when i checked my bank statement the description is

                                  I have booked two tickets to ernkulam in train no. 22660 from panvel for 12th dec'17, but on 7th i haave receive sms from ad-irsmsa for train cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. So i have booked on another train for 12th journey to ernakulam from panvel. But on 12th dec'17 train no. 22660 which is cancelled arrived on 12th dec'17 to panvel. I was shocked. No sms receive for reshedule and refund also not received. Please look into the matter for refund.

                                    On 21st December i tried to book 4 tatkal tickets from www.irctc.co.in due to some technical error my booking got cancelled. It showed that it was due to Failure of Transaction. But an amount of Rs. 1780.00/- was deducted from my bank account. Even after 5 days i haven't got the refund from irctc yet.

                                      Sir /madam, I am a regular commuter of kokan railway...when ever I have to wait on platform at Kundapura waiting for a delayed train I find the ceiling fans of the platform switched of. Inspite of informing the concerned department no action is taken...right now I am waiting for the train 12134 which is delayed by 2 and half hour late. Hope you will take necessary action and oblige..

                                        I received one mail from IRCTC on 16 Dec 2017 providing me a ticket id [IRCTC #7498646]. But till date I have not received any other communications or refund. Will i get my money back or not Sir? Why are these peoples associated with this procedure make unnecessary delay in solving a issue?
