I am irctc user my login id is maddy002, on 31.12.2017, i have cancelled my ticket my transaction id is [protected] and cancellation id [protected]

Even thought in refund history status shows as refunded but bank account is not credited with the same. And also the bank mentioned here as payumpp. But boocked the ticket from standred chartered bank the details of account is as follows.

Sir, my train ticket was in waiting list and could not clear during journey and i took general ticket for travel. My booked ticket details are PNR[protected]. Ticket from Dadar to Navsari. Please refund my pay
I m travelling from Howrah (13005) and ordered veg dinner from pantry car. The boy asked me to pay 120/-. I asked him to show rate card but he denied. I am in S-5, 28 Berth. This is very serious issue faced by passengers in every train. Kindly help us.

While travelling from Bangalore to Raichur after crossing from Karnataka, transgenders blackmail for money especially in general class there is no one to control them.
I am not sure what railway department is all doing about.

    I received SMS regarding chart being prepared again due to technical reasons. And my seat was re allotted from 06 in A1 to 04 in A1. I boarded train and occupied seat 4 in A1 as per lats which was 24 hrs latest SMS from IRCTC. However TTE was carrying a chart which had previous numbers and made me shift from that seat. And he gave the three births 1, 3 and 4 to someone on payment. He also misbehave d without any reason saying "karlo Jo karna hai". I am attaching snapshot of SAME from IRCTC. Action against TTE is requested.

      Hello,
      I was trying to book ticket on 11 november 2017, but my ticket was not booked and 1280 rs deducted from my bank account, which transaction id is [protected], on my irctc account it is showing that my amount refunded but it is not reflecting to my bank account.
      And another transaction on 26 november i cancelled my tickets with refund id [protected] and [protected] irctc are showing that my amount are refunded to me but it is not reflected to my bank account.
      Plz resolve my issue as soon as possible, because i am completely tired with your services.

        Sir,

        1. I booked an online ticket from dehradun to vadodara buy kochivalli express (Train no. 22660).
        Ticket was waitlisted. Pl. Refer to pnr [protected].

        2. On 7.12.2017, i received an sms informing cancellation of the above referred train no.226600
        (Screenshot attached).
        3. I contacted the customer care of railways, who informed that when a train is cancelled the refund
        For the tickets get automatically deposited in the passenger's account.

        3. Subsequently, i was forced to make another arrangement by making other reservations from dehradun to
        New delhi by nanda devi (Train no.12206) on 12.12.2017 n from nizamuddin to vadodara by trivendram
        Rajdhani (Train no. 12432) on 13.12.2017.

        4. On 10.12.2017, i received another sms on the 10.12.2017 just few hours before the train
        Departure that my waitlisted tkt.in train 22660 (Which was cancelled) is converted to rc.

        5. I am unable to understand how and when a decision to run cancelled was taken without informing the
        Concerned passengers.

        6. When a passenger is informed by railways about the cancelled train, will the passengers not make
        Other arrangements to travel to their destinations as we did in our case.

        7. I contacted the customer care of railways, who informed that when a train is cancelled the refund
        For the tickets get automatically deposited in the passenger's account.

        8. All the tickets booked in the said tickets are legally bound for the refund after the intimation of
        The cancellation of the train.

        9. This sort of mis-communication should be a matter of big concern to railways. The reported incident
        Has caused me n my wife (Having acute knee problem) both senior citizen a great inconvenience, loss
        Of money, harassment and mental agony.
        10. You are requested to look in to the matter immediately n refund the ticket amount along with
        Suitable compensation.

            I tried to change my phone number. The program added 334 as country code instead of +1 which i had entered. Then it took me to payment, which i did. The program looped on verifification and there was no way to correct the error.
            This shows poor programming.
            I wrote to [protected]@irctc.co.in and received an email that correction could not made and that i should register with a new email address.
            When i tried to register again, the program would not let me do so.

            There is a poor customer service. The responsible officials are either incompetent or do not care or both. Action should be taken so that the customers are not inconvenienced. Success of railways depends on customer care.

              I booked a ticket from agra cantt to allahabad on train no '12404' with ticket pnr '[protected]' for 3 january 2018 through irctc in tatkal quota. I received a message from "vm-irsmsa" at 10:40 am on 3 january 2018, stating that the train no "12404" has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. But as it turned out it plied as usual and because of this information i have to change my plan accordingly and i was not able to travel and in addition, there is no return for the ticket amount 1130rs.

                I had cancelled the ticket on 30.12.2017 and amount of rs. 370 has to be credited to my account. But after elapsing of 3 days the status showing as amount refunded in bank - "payumpp".

                    I booked 3 tickets for onward journey and 3 tickets for return journey on 21st december 2017, to avail the njp-hwh satabdi express, on the dates 03.01.18 and 06.01.18! While booking, money was deducted from my bank account (Rs.3910 for onward and rs.3570 for downward) but the confirmed ticket was not produced, as the process failed! I waited for over a week to see if the tickets are confirmed after all, but to no result! I'm providing you with the transaction id's and request you to look into the matter and do the needful!

                        I have booked 6 tickets for shatapdi express on 15th jan from ranchi station. But the amount rs 5195 has been deducted from my account already yet i didn't receive any ticket confirmation.
                        I need either ticket confirmation or money refund.
                        And even before we tried to confirm ticket for int express. An amount of 3k+ has also been deducted but not confirmed.
                        I think it's a very casual way to deal with it.
                        Neither of your customer care no. Works.
                        Am seriously disappointed by this kind of service.

                        I booked my ticket on 23 Dec for sleeper couch under tatkal. But the transaction was not confirmed yet the amount was deducted from my account. Till when are going to return the amount.
                        In shramjivi exp train no-12392. There was no maintenance and cleaning in coach no s5 and any sleeper coach.so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad so bad

                          I would like to inform you that i have canceled a e-ticket from irctc on dec 2017, and ticket is cancelled on the same day but the refund for thr cancellstion is not credited in my account till today.
                          I have sent various emails and tweets to irctc, but i dont get any response for
                          That, the charges of reservation was above 700, anf the refundable amount was 525rupee.

                              I have booked 12624 tvm-chennai sf train. My boarding station is chengannur. Train has to come here by 04:50. Now we got the announcement that it has delayed by 1 hr 30 mins. Could you please let me know the reason for the delay. Please don't allow crossings for special /delayed trains. Till the normal/ordinary has to pass by. I think that's the best priority. It's wasting our valuable time and effort.

                                I booked a train ticket in tatkal quota on irctc on 7th dec 2017. But i was late and ticket status is tatkal waiting list. So as per the rules i will get the refund for this transaction. On irctc website it is showing that a refund of rs 860/- was credited on 12-dec-2017 to the bank name zkpy. I didn't get the refund to my bank account. Please credit the refund to my bank account as soon as possible.

                                  I had booked a ticket with general quota on irctc (Rs. 630) for 2 people and later cancelled it.

                                  1. On cancellation the refund amount i guess should be[protected] = status on irctc website says that amount of 390 would be refunded. Please confirm what should be the refund amount

                                  2. Irctc website says that the amount of 390 was refunded through zkpy. But i have not received any payment in my hdfc account through which i had made netbanking payment

                                    I have done a reservation in tatkal but they have showed me the transaction has failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account. I need my money back from irctc. I have done it from bikaner to saharanpur. I didn't get any message of confirmation of ticket so i need my money ₹461 back. I don't know what the system is doing everytime i face problem with ticket confirmation on railways. I need my money back.. Please do something

                                        I travel frequently from chennai to kerala, karnataka or hyderabad.. Everytime there are people who get into the reserved compartments without having a reservation. These people typically travel to a station which is 1 or 2 hours from chennai.. For example katpadi or arakkomam. And they occupy our seats or upper berths. Why is this allowed? Why is this not regulated.. These travelers have zero accountability. There are instances where they steal people's luggages. It's astonishing that this goes on and nobody cares. Not only is this illegal but also a threat to all commuters. Request you to take immediate steps to put a stop to this nuisance.
