Dear team,

As per your recent reply to our query, kindly find attached bank statement till date i. E.[protected] to[protected].

Kindly find below details of my queries.

We had booked the eticket for train pune jaipur express journey from pune to jaipur scheduled on 01/05/2017, but due to some technical error from irctc, the above mentioned eticket did not get confirmed. Although the fare amount of rs. 1182.60 got debited from my union bank debit card.

I waited for few days to get auto refund of above transaction, but haven't received any amount yet.

Further attaching the amount debit statement from bank with irctc transaction id[protected].

Please look into the matter and process my refund as early as possible. Waiting for your early response. (Bank statement transaction i'd irctc/356/[protected]

    I booked railway ticket on 07 october through debit card with pin powered by payu whose details are:
    Passenger name: aman goyal
    Age: 19
    From: roorkee to: chandigarh of
    15011 lucknow chandigarh express
    Sleeper class, fare: 140.35 &.35 is payu charge.
    However, the amount is deduct from my account but is not paid to railway department by payu. Thus, my reservation was not taken in consideration by railway department.

    So, i request you to please pay attention on my complain and get it solve asap.

      I have booked the train ticket on 6th december 2017 from pune to varanasi for 27th feb 2018. My money got deducted from my account but my ticket was not booked. My ticket transaction id is [protected]. I have contacted the customer care executive they have also excepted and cleared that there is a transaction for this ticket id and i have also attached my bank statement for the above transaction and mail it to irctc but they are failed to refund my money. I have contacted many times and mailed also but i didn't got my money back. Also the mail ticket id ares 7526683, 7460573, 7477516.

        Dear sir,
        I'm booked a Ticket on 29th December 2017 I've booked train tickets from Gorakhpur to Yesvantpur through irctc websit in Google Chrome. On the first attempt i had made a payment of Rs 1520+11.80Rs. After the payment deducted from my account, but tickets not get booked.

        The refund of Rs 1531.80 has not yet received and payment details given below.

          Hello sir,

          I am unable to login to my irctc account. I am using my username:- dishanimav since 7-8 years and all of a sudden today i get a message that it is invalid user. Please help me in resolving this issue. I have total of 5 bookings done on the irctc website. I am travelling tomorrow which did not had confirmed booking. I need to log on to the website to check my booking status. Please help urgently.

            Dear sir, on 26th december 2017 i've booked two train tickets from trivandrum to ernakulam through irctc app. On the first attempt i had made a payment of rs 365. After the payment deducted from my account, got some error message and tickets not get booked. I booked again by paying another 365 to get the tickets.
            The refund of rs 365 has not yet received and payment details given below.

              Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket for my uncle from dbg to ndls. Journey date 30 nov 2017, but the train got late from more than 3 hours also he not travel. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 30-nov-2017. The status of tdr showing tdr repudiate - passenger travel. How it possible my uncle travel by bus and your tte says my uncle travel. Its really major issue because i'm 100% confirmed about that tte sell the tickets in black and mark passenger travel.

                Sir,

                I have a complaint that i have not get the refund money after 15 days from cancellation of the tickets. I have cancelled three tickets on 13th dec'17, but still not get any refund ammount. The pnr numbers are mentioned bellow:

                All above tickets were cancelled in same day. Please resolve this matter as early as possible.

                  I had filed a tdr against pnr no. [protected] where train was late more than 3 hours but now status showing that tdr repudiated as passengers had travelled but i didn't travelled as train was late more than 3 hours

                        I have booked an a flight ticket on 26 dec 2017 from ranchi to delhi in the name: sushama satpathy. Paid amount rs2954.

                        No confirmation, intimation was given about the non-booking of such ticket.

                        As a result i enquired irctc on tool free no and it was very difficult to contact

                        Then i knew from go air office that this ticket has not been booked but money paid fom our bank.

                        Then i rebooked another ticket in the same name on 28.12.11 paying rs3450 again through irctc. Wth the same name.

                        Such process and rpt action made me to spend rs504 in excess. (Pnr-td4isx)

                        It is not a mistake of mine.
                        I wish irctc to take care of this excess amount or else i will be dissatisfied.

                        I booked ticket on thakal on two days before and iam in waiting list and ticket not confirmed and railway cancelled my ticket and refund half of my money
                        As per government charges drinking water per liter MRP Rs. 5 but they charged from us Rs. 10 (At Vapi Railway station)
                        They always took extra Rs 5 per liter .
                        Sir, housekeeping and sweepers are asking for tips. Its reaaly iritating for passengers. Today i am going by Train no.
                        18645 to Secundrabad but before every service giving guy is coming one by one for tips. Please do something

                          I have booked railway ticket on 10/12/2017 whose pnr [protected] through irctc portal and i have paid through pnb debit card due to the some reason my railway ticket cancelled on 20/12/2017 on irctc portal and status shows refunded on 25/12/2017 but not transfer in pnb account. I have already contact irctc customer service whose said please contact the gateway because i already refunded. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                The transactions id of two ticket booked on irctc connect app on 07-dec-2017 are [protected], [protected]. The both transactions are failed as it is showing in history. Totally 1051 rs has been deducted from my account. There is no proper response from railway as well as concern bank. On 15-dec-2017, we got a reply from railway ministry (Twitter reply) the amount will be credited shortly but again on 22-dec-2017 they replied that they will not refund. Please take action immediately.

                                  I booked 4 tatkal tickets through the irctc mobile app, i paid the whole money and it get deducted from my bank account but the app says it didn't received the money and the tickets are shown under failed transactions. The payment was done via upi through razorpay i want my money back asap.
                                  I'm attaching the screenshots of the receipt and failed booking.

                                      When our e-ticket gets automatically cancelled due to the current status as waiting then the total amount of the ticket should be refunded by irctc. Because we didn't cancelled the ticket on our side. I booked a tatkal ticket which cost me 1595/- but the status was waiting so it got automatically cancelled. The amount refunded to me was 1530/- i. E 65/- were deducted. My complaint is why we're those 65/- we're deducted when i didn't cancelled the ticket on my side. I should get the total amount refunded. This is same with the general reservation case.

                                      Ticket was cancelled on 5th of November 2017 but still the amount has not been credited into my bank account, Even Customer Service has failed to resolve my problem.

                                      I received a mail that your money will refunded in your account within three days but till now I not credited . its already two weeks over.

                                        My ticket was not booked by irctc online booking but the money was deducted from my wallet. A message was sent by irctc that "an amount of rs 5540.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 20-dec-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked."but the amount has not been deposited in my account /wallet till today. A false information is given of refund.

                                        My transaction ref no igacpeacj4 for rs.6291.8 on 24-dec-17 10:13. The said amount was deducted from my account but my proposed ticket was not booked by irctc the said amount has not been deposited back in my account till today. Therefore i'm making complaint because fraud has been played with me kindly resilve. If possible then the interest may also be given for the period of retaining my money.
