Dear sir, it is really painful to say, the railway department is now in a mood to harass the passenger. I have booked the said ticket from kharagpur to surat for two person in 2nd ac.
Passenger 1: prativa rani das, f, 28,
Passenger 2: prafulla das, m 63
Passenger 3: sanniddhya a das, f 2 years (Ticket not issued)
But it is regret to say that, as per current reservation status, only one seat booked for 2 persons.
It is really painful to say that, the railway department never cares for the safe journey of the person.
Can you just imagine, how a sixty three old age person and a lady with a child could possible to travel 2000 km in a single seat. However, i have made the payment for both seat and it is really ridiculous to say that, "rac also in 2nd ac".
The railway department is really in a mood to "loot the passenger". Hope you understand the situation and try to sort out the problem. If it will not sorted out, trust me, i'll knock the door of court, to get the justice.
