I booked my ticket through irctc. They have not provided direct banking transaction and instead ask the consumers to pay through paytm and other wallets. My ticket which would have otherwise costed me rs. 575, i ended up paying 587 for the same. It is alrming a breach of data security and choice provided to consumers. I want the charges to be refunded alongwith suitibale punitive action against irctc.

        We have tried 3 times to booked the ticket on irctc, but we have not allotted with confirm ticket/birth though the payment has been deducted from our bank 3 times as on 22.12.2017 (Amount rs around 830/- per deduction) and for 4th time it is booked.
        Could you please check the status of refund as when we checked with irctc they are showing the status that already sent to bank payumpp, please confirm when it will get credited to our bank account.

          I've booked two tickets (For me and my bride) for my upcoming journey from bhubaneswar to vijayawada on 12th january 2018 in duranto express (12245).

          We wish to have a 2 berth coupe allotment. I doubt whether we will be alloted a 2 berth coupe because in the iternary i failed to give any clue (For instance, mentioning the names as mr. & mrs. X, etc). So do we have a chance of getting a 2 berth allotment?

          Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

              I booked a ticket on irctc and then cacelled it. On irctc website it is showing that the money is sent to my bank but the bank is payumpp. I used my union bank of india debit card and the merchant was payu.

              On 22 DECEMBER 2017 I was booking a ticket on irctc online via PayUmoney. But the ticket wasn't booked. irctc says they did not receive money.
              But my money was deducted and till date not refunded even after complaining many times.
              thats my transaction id [protected] and when i checked my bank statement the description is
              POS:WWW IRCTC CO IN/GURGAON/[protected]

                I have booked two tickets to ernkulam in train no. 22660 from panvel for 12th dec'17, but on 7th i haave receive sms from ad-irsmsa for train cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. So i have booked on another train for 12th journey to ernakulam from panvel. But on 12th dec'17 train no. 22660 which is cancelled arrived on 12th dec'17 to panvel. I was shocked. No sms receive for reshedule and refund also not received. Please look into the matter for refund.

                  On 21st December i tried to book 4 tatkal tickets from www.irctc.co.in due to some technical error my booking got cancelled. It showed that it was due to Failure of Transaction. But an amount of Rs. 1780.00/- was deducted from my bank account. Even after 5 days i haven't got the refund from irctc yet.

                    Sir /madam, I am a regular commuter of kokan railway...when ever I have to wait on platform at Kundapura waiting for a delayed train I find the ceiling fans of the platform switched of. Inspite of informing the concerned department no action is taken...right now I am waiting for the train 12134 which is delayed by 2 and half hour late. Hope you will take necessary action and oblige..

                      Respected sir, the refunds of my 3 partially cancelled tickets has not been received by me. I have cancelled it on 29 Nov 2017.

                      I received one mail from IRCTC on 16 Dec 2017 providing me a ticket id [IRCTC #7498646]. But till date I have not received any other communications or refund. Will i get my money back or not Sir? Why are these peoples associated with this procedure make unnecessary delay in solving a issue?

                        I had cancelled 2 tickets on 12 dec, with the below transaction id:
                        [protected] - rs.1230
                        [protected] - rs.1230
                        It says bank as "payumpp", and the status as "sent to bank"
                        But cannot see the money in the bank.
                        One ticket which i had cancelled, and the gateway was "paytm" is refunded in the bank account.
                        But i cannot see the money from the above two transactions.
                        This is really very annoying.

                        I have not received the payment for the same before this incident also.
                        This is not acceptable from Payu or irctc
                        Either there should be security testing done properly, or better these sites to shut down.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have booked tkt today. My payment got debidted and PNR also generated. When I am trying to print my ticket it shows the message as "
                          FLUSHED PNR / PNR NOT YET GENERATED ".

                          I received mail confirmation and SMS confirmation as well. But why it is not opening in MY IRCTC account. IS my ticket finally confirmed or not?

                          Bcz if i can open my print ticket only I can able to see the seat allocated to me (side upper or lower or etc)

                          This is not a complaint but request to clarify and help to resolve this issue.

                          Could not print my tiicket but PNR status shows as ticket confirmed (CNF). Please help. Tried to reach the customer care lot of time but no use.

                                      My name is vijayaraghavan s (64). I booked ticket for train no.22625 on 25 12 17 for journey on 28 12 2017 chennai to krishnarajapuram. Ticket msg not reflectd in my login and also msg not recd to my cell no.[protected].

                                      So i had to book another ticket and got allotted seat c8l 7 for which msg found in my login s_vijay333 and also my cell no.[protected].

                                      (Out of compulsion i booked the second ticket, fearing that later i may not get accommoodation).

                                      Please resolve the issue by refund about rs. 357/ early.

                                        The ro water filler at vizianagaram was takinh extra charges for filling the bottles. When i argued he said do whatever you want to. I had a 2 litres bottle with me and he said only 1 litre bottle will be filled otherwise buy 2 litres bottle from me. I kept standing for around 20 minutes but he didn't fill the bottle. I request you to please look into the matter urgently and undertake the required steps.
