I did online booking through irctc on 15/10/2017. I cancelled my ticket due to "train divereted and not touching destination". I filled tdr on 15-oct-2017 01:38:17 hrs. It is showing "cr registered" in tdr status for more than one and half month but no refund done till date. The details are:

    Hello my name is mohammed shehan actually i am travelling on sampark kranthi 12218 on 22 12 2017 actually i have general ticket and i asked to the t. T for sleeper seat and he asked me 1000 rs extra per person after i give money to him then he didn't give any reciept and he say go and sit s7 3 seat when i go there there is a passenger who have already s7 3 confirm ticket and there are so many people same like me which he give s73 seat and he is also drunk then i told i don't want the seat give my money back then he is shouting with me and and tell me i will kick outside from this train he is from delhi to kotta in station kindly please notice this and take the action thank you

      Pnr [protected] waitlisted 32 eticket was auto cancelled as the ticket remain waitlisted at the time of charting. Rs. 70 +gst were deducted as cancellation charge. When ticket remain unconfirmed by railway of their own why cancellation charge is being taken from the general public. Stop this non sense rule without harassing the general public. When railway is not able to provide confirmed ticket why charging amount on auto cancellation. About 50% seats are kept reserved for tatkaal and premium tatkaal quota, hence general waitlisted ticket must not be issued. It is public money loot. Rule to be amended and taken to the parliament against the railway ticket reservation system.

        Dear sir or mam i have booked a ticket from kanpur central to nagina 20/12/17 for rupees 821only two tickets in tatkal but unfortunately my ticket is not booked due to internet weak and my balance is deduct. And other is 21/12/17 again i book kanpur central to najibabad of rupees 841 only two tickets in tatkal but unfortunately my ticket is not booked due to internet weak and my balance is deduct 841 rupees. Last three days i will try to call irctc customer care but it always show busy no response can you tell me what should i do??

            Dear sir, it is really painful to say, the railway department is now in a mood to harass the passenger. I have booked the said ticket from kharagpur to surat for two person in 2nd ac.

            Passenger 1: prativa rani das, f, 28,
            Passenger 2: prafulla das, m 63
            Passenger 3: sanniddhya a das, f 2 years (Ticket not issued)

            But it is regret to say that, as per current reservation status, only one seat booked for 2 persons.
            It is really painful to say that, the railway department never cares for the safe journey of the person.
            Can you just imagine, how a sixty three old age person and a lady with a child could possible to travel 2000 km in a single seat. However, i have made the payment for both seat and it is really ridiculous to say that, "rac also in 2nd ac".
            The railway department is really in a mood to "loot the passenger". Hope you understand the situation and try to sort out the problem. If it will not sorted out, trust me, i'll knock the door of court, to get the justice.

              I tried to book tatkal ticket on 20-dec-2017 and 21-dec-2017, after entered passenger details and captcha then i pressed next button again asking security question then i selected correct answer but it showing sorry!! Please try again! Message and asking to login again. Same way i tried three times but no luck meanwhile all tickets are booked.

              I don't no what purpose they are asking security question in the middle?

              The same thing has happened with me... I've been trying to book a ticket since 3 days now... after this step.. it logs me out every time. Its become very annoying.. Looks like all the tickets are reserved for the Agents now.

                Dear sir.
                I am anup singh i cancelled a ticket on 14 dec 2017 and i did not get my refund till 22 dec 2017 i called to customer help line and they told me that the refund was done by irctc on 15 dec 2017. But that refund is not reflect on my account no..

                  Hi, on 20th of December 2017, I was trying to book my ticket through irctc website using the one97 communication gateway. Once I finished the process, they mentioned ticket is booked but I didn’t get any message or email of the ticket but did get the deduction text. I had to book again, this time I tried the net banking and it was successful. I feel like I was cheated, this is online fraud. I am waiting for your guidance and immediate response.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had cancelled the e-ticket due to train 12 hrs late as details are giving below

                    But I am not receive the refund amount on till date. So kindly arrange to refund the ticket cancelled amount in my bank account.

                      Refund on 700rs on pnr no [protected]. I have sent complete bank details for verification.
                      I have many times mailed to IRCTC then I got 2 answer against mail but problem not solved.
                      Care said that go to contact in bank .
                      I have gone to bank bt bank has been denying me against IRCTC problem.
                      My refund status shows 26 oct 2017.

                        Date of departure: 20th december, 2017
                        Train: sampark kranti anvt to sealdah
                        Train no. : 12330
                        The time of departure was 7:10 pm but it was late by an hour
                        And now the train is running late by more than 10 hours.
                        The train is being stopped after every 30 minutes of running to some unknown place for the hawkers to get in which ultimately seems like the driver is having some words with them. The passengers are suffering in this. Pls look into this matter.

                          I book a ticket on 2 november 2017 pnr number [protected] in 15708 train jalandhar to deoria sadar. But i cancelled my ticket on 11 december 2017 19:44:30 hrs in irctc connect app with cancellation id [protected] amount of refund 1210 rupees in zkpy bank on 12 december 2017 but upto now i don't receive my refund amount in my bank account till 21 december 2017.                             Hi team,

                            I tried to book tatkal sleeper class to kanhangad today 21/12/17 at 11:00 am but within 5 minutes from available 88 seats it went to waiting 5 seats which was shocking the reason being that i have a high speed connection and it wasnt taking me to the payment screen at all. How can so many seats vanish like this. I feel that there is something that wasnt normal in todays booking. I understand the fact of the holiday season but how can 88 seats get booked so soon and moreover from 5 waiting it went to 85 waiting for tatkal sleeper. Kindly investigate this as we feel that the numbers reflected arent correct or some agents are doing bulk booking which isnt allowed during the normal booking hours for public. Please check and advise.

                              I have emailed many times to [protected]@irctc.co.in to resolve my query. After sending every e-mail i get a ticket no., that's all. But i am not getting reply from the irctc end.

                              My query was regarding updation of my e-wallet account. I have sufficient balance in the wallet. But i can't use that because the mobile no. I have given at the time of irctc-wallet creation is not working any more. So, i e-mail at [protected]@irctc.co.in many times.

                              Further, i tried to contact on phone, but it always remain busy and also i tweeteed to irctc care, but i got no reply. I am really frustrated now and being aggrieved of it, i am complaining now that irctc has the worst service ever. I hope that after complaining on this portal, i will get my query solved.

                                Food are not served as per menu.
                                Waiters are charging more than the prescribed rate for meal and tea as well.
                                Quality of food also is very inferior.

                                  Hi... Pls refer pnr [protected]. 3ac coach b4. Seat number 69 and 72. The coach has some problem which is creating unbearable noise.. Reported to ttr, but he said he cannot do anything or could he change the coach if available..

                                  This was not expected from indian railways and the engineering team should have checked before attaching the coach... This shows the careless of the railway employees.

                                  We seek an explanation and let us know how to go about this..

                                    Bus journey booked by me was cancelled by ksrtc and i have received a cancellation acknowledgement on 24 nov 2017

                                    On checking with ksrtc they say below :
                                    Refund is been processed and the details sent for your reference,
                                    Kindly check with the bank. Non receipt of refunds kindly call [protected] or [protected] during office hours.

                                    When i call these numbers no one answers and ksrtc also doesn't respond to my emails further on this. Need help on how to move further.
