I tried booking a ticket from hatia to yesvantpur on 17/12/17 at 13:18:59 in which i did the payment through the bhim app. I approved the payment request. The payment was done burn ticket wasn't booked. When i contacted the irctc customer care they said money refunded within 3-7 days. It has been more than a week today but money not yet refunded. The bhim transaction id is[protected]. There was no booked ticket history so couldn't give booking transaction id. I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently. Thank you.

    We have travelled from hyderabad to tuni on 21.12.2017 on train no.12740 vide pnr no.[protected]... We have paid ticket cost of rs.1410/- which includes bed roll cost also, but in train the attendant has charged the cost of rs.50/- separately... You are requested to correct the system or include the cost in ticket itself and provide bed rolls free...

      My date of journey was on 12 dec 2017 from dhanbad (Dhn) to howrah (Hwh) on train : 12322/kolkata mail
      It was scheduled to be arriving dhn at around 6:45 am.
      But was delayed by 4hrs 56 mins (More than 3 hours quota) and arrive dhanbad at 11:41 a. M.
      I didn't travel since i have taken other train early in the morning to reach howrah.
      My pnr no: [protected].
      I filed tdr the very same day at 12-dec-2017 12:30:29 hrs.

      Tdr status showing: cr repudiate.

      Please refund my entire money which i am entitled or whatever amount is genuine.

        I, balaji has tried booking tatkal ticket today. But it showed that "only 2 tickets are allowed per ip address". I didnot book any tatkal ticket in past one week. So i tried in a different mobile but same error occured. Its really terrible that these things happening at the time of booking tatkal tickets. I tried with jio sim in my mobile. Kimdly sort this issue.

          Please increase the number of servers on which the application is hosted. Due to the heavy network traffic, and increase in number of online bookings, peak time performance of the application is very, very low.
          The server crashes and/or is extremely slow, making it impossible for customers to book their tickets efficiently.
          It is your responsibility to make sure that there is no problem from your end.

            Sir, i have booked tickets online for e ticket from chennai egmore (Ms) to mayiladudurai (Mv) for journey on 5/12/17 videpnr:[protected]/tr. Id:[protected]. Tkt. No:16853 and also return from mv to m s d/o/j: 6/12/17. Pnr:[protected] tr. Id:[protected]&tkt. No:16854. I have cancelled both on 3/12/17. I got back rs.5/- for each tkt. On 8/12/17. How possible so small refund when that cancelled 2 days earlier of journey dates. Absolutely not possible for not chart preparation also. Hope you return the correct refund amount due to me.

                I try to book a ticket in 8 dec 2017. Train no is 12311 journey dt 09 dec 17.
                Irctc transaction id is [protected] and by debit card bank transaction id is othpg 501064 ptm*irctc amount 777.29 of state bank of india. But not book my ticket show transaction failed and money deducted in my account. But refund money not received till time. So pl refund my money immediate.

                  On 7th dec 17, i' ve booked a ticket from irctc mobile app. From udaipur to ajmer but ticket wasn't book & but ticket amount rs. 1190/- has been deducted from my hdfc bank a/c.
                  As per the policy of irctc the fund will be reversed in 3 - 4 working days. But still i didn't get.

                  I've mailed this issue several times to [protected]@irctc.co.in & [protected]@irctc.co.in but every time they assign a new ticket id to me instead of solving this issue.

                  Customer care no's of irctc is also busy every time or we find unable to connect on those.

                  I've attached the failed transaction history screenshot & bank payment screenshot. The payment of ticket booked by irctc app goes to 'paytmirctcecatering" a/c.
                  I also attach the bank transaction receipt.

                  I request you to kindly reverse the amount in my a/c asap.

                        I did online booking through irctc on 15/10/2017. I cancelled my ticket due to "train divereted and not touching destination". I filled tdr on 15-oct-2017 01:38:17 hrs. It is showing "cr registered" in tdr status for more than one and half month but no refund done till date. The details are:

                          Hello my name is mohammed shehan actually i am travelling on sampark kranthi 12218 on 22 12 2017 actually i have general ticket and i asked to the t. T for sleeper seat and he asked me 1000 rs extra per person after i give money to him then he didn't give any reciept and he say go and sit s7 3 seat when i go there there is a passenger who have already s7 3 confirm ticket and there are so many people same like me which he give s73 seat and he is also drunk then i told i don't want the seat give my money back then he is shouting with me and and tell me i will kick outside from this train he is from delhi to kotta in station kindly please notice this and take the action thank you

                            Pnr [protected] waitlisted 32 eticket was auto cancelled as the ticket remain waitlisted at the time of charting. Rs. 70 +gst were deducted as cancellation charge. When ticket remain unconfirmed by railway of their own why cancellation charge is being taken from the general public. Stop this non sense rule without harassing the general public. When railway is not able to provide confirmed ticket why charging amount on auto cancellation. About 50% seats are kept reserved for tatkaal and premium tatkaal quota, hence general waitlisted ticket must not be issued. It is public money loot. Rule to be amended and taken to the parliament against the railway ticket reservation system.

                              Dear sir or mam i have booked a ticket from kanpur central to nagina 20/12/17 for rupees 821only two tickets in tatkal but unfortunately my ticket is not booked due to internet weak and my balance is deduct. And other is 21/12/17 again i book kanpur central to najibabad of rupees 841 only two tickets in tatkal but unfortunately my ticket is not booked due to internet weak and my balance is deduct 841 rupees.                                   Dear sir, it is really painful to say, the railway department is now in a mood to harass the passenger. I have booked the said ticket from kharagpur to surat for two person in 2nd ac.

                                  Passenger 1: prativa rani das, f, 28,
                                  Passenger 2: prafulla das, m 63
                                  Passenger 3: sanniddhya a das, f 2 years (Ticket not issued)

                                  But it is regret to say that, as per current reservation status, only one seat booked for 2 persons.
                                  It is really painful to say that, the railway department never cares for the safe journey of the person.
                                  Can you just imagine, how a sixty three old age person and a lady with a child could possible to travel 2000 km in a single seat. However, i have made the payment for both seat and it is really ridiculous to say that, "rac also in 2nd ac".
                                  The railway department is really in a mood to "loot the passenger". Hope you understand the situation and try to sort out the problem. If it will not sorted out, trust me, i'll knock the door of court, to get the justice.

                                    I tried to book tatkal ticket on 20-dec-2017 and 21-dec-2017, after entered passenger details and captcha then i pressed next button again asking security question then i selected correct answer but it showing sorry!! Please try again! Message and asking to login again. Same way i tried three times but no luck meanwhile all tickets are booked.

                                    I don't no what purpose they are asking security question in the middle?

                                    The same thing has happened with me... I've been trying to book a ticket since 3 days now... after this step.. it logs me out every time. Its become very annoying.. Looks like all the tickets are reserved for the Agents now.

                                      I am anup singh i cancelled a ticket on 14 dec 2017 and i did not get my refund till 22 dec 2017 i called to customer help line and they told me that the refund was done by irctc on 15 dec 2017. But that refund is not reflect on my account no..

                                        Hi, on 20th of December 2017, I was trying to book my ticket through irctc website using the one97 communication gateway. Once I finished the process, they mentioned ticket is booked but I didn’t get any message or email of the ticket but did get the deduction text. I had to book again, this time I tried the net banking and it was successful. I feel like I was cheated, this is online fraud. I am waiting for your guidance and immediate response.
