I was traveling from Jaipur to Jodhpur train number 12465/ dated 09 nov 2017, ticket which was booked by irctc rail connect app. Ticket was showing waiting status and no sms received from irctc regarding chart done, which usually received 4 hours before departure of the train.I have checked many times with same mobile app before entering in to train. It was showing charting not done. No cancellation only waiting. Same incident was brifed to DY TC in coach D3 when he asked me to show the ticket . He totally denay to understand the issue and asked me to pay the fine as you are traveling with out ticket and also pay for new ticket because your online ticket got cancelled. I told him to charge only for new ticket but not for fine because I was not traveling with out ticket as it is still showing in waiting and chart not prepared.it was not showing cancelled so how I could I know that I should buy new ticket? If it has been cancelled by indian railway then passenger should have informed well before train departure time to buy a new ticket.after 2 hours of departure it was showing waiting.
DY TC was not ready to hear and understand, he took me in side and asked for 200 rupees as bribe and provide seat till Jodhpur. I refused then he started to threaten me of GRP. I had no choice but I decided whatever I have to pay but I will not encourage bribe. I paid 250 rs as fine and 165 rs as ticket (which should be 135 rs)from Jaipur to Jodhpur.DY TC was not wearing name badge also but his age was not more then 30 years.
All evidences are attached for your ready reference and hope strict action and positive response from indian railway.
