Dear Sir/Madam,

I am sending this mail to inform you that I have booked a Ticket today for 29.12.2017 from New Delhi to Howrah Jn. via. Poorva Express.(Train No. 12382).

I booked it via. my personal SBI Debit Card.While booing I received OTP 2 Times .First I tried and it was replied by SBI that amount has been deducted. But unfortunately Ticket was not booked though transaction already done.I tried second time but same thing happen again !!

At present two times amount already deducted but not a single booking has completed.Whenever I log in my IRCTC Account-Home page there is showing an option regarding Last Transaction.If I click there there is mentioned only booking date, amount.But no PNR No. is provided (find the attachment below). Even no Ticket booking history is provided for that schedule.

Here I am seeking help to solve the matter as soon as possible.I need my money back in urgent basis and want to cancel whatever has booked for same day.

Kindly look into the matter in urgent basis, waiting for your earliest co-operation.

    Sir/ma'am,

    I have been travelling by parasuram express from kottayam to shornur junction and i want to inform you that this train is always late. I have missed my connection train from shornur junction to nilambur road three times in a row because of late arrival of parasuram express. It had becomes very inconvenient for all the passengers. Please do the required as soon as possible. Thank you.

      Hi sir,
      I booked three 3rd ac e-tickets on nov 4th 2017. One is confirmed and another two is waiting list. So i cancelled all tickets. So tdr applied. But still i didn't received single money from irctc. At least they will refund the amount of waiting list? (If not confirm or your ticket in waiting list then your amount automatically will be back to your account - policy)
      Then why? They are not refund my wl amount?

        Sir,
        I had made payment for my online ticket booking from amalner to bharuch on 11/12/2017 but my ticket didn't booked. My transaction id [protected] and [protected]. I booked my ticket for train puri adi ex. (18405) on genarl quota for sleeper class but it is showing payment status as failed although my bank account got debited with full amount of ticket that is rs631.89 + 631.89 = rs. 1263. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

          I was travelling from jai pur to tapti jn on 16.12.18 by 19031 train. Pnr no [protected]. Breakfast was being sold for rs 50 again listed price of rs 30. On asking for rate list and bill it was not provided. Tea was being sold for rs 10 against list price of rs 5 and quantity was about 50 ml against precribed quantity of 150 ml. This looting 66% on breakfast and 100% on tea by railway caterers is there in every train. On trying to complaint on 'efficient' service on [protected] on 18.13.17 at 8.29 pm call was not picked up for 20 minutes.

            I am trying to contact on customer care phone, email of irctc. But we can't contact them on phone which is very hard to get line, even we got line connect, the irctc officers are busy with others. So the line connect will be cut after 3 minutes. Then again contacting very hard.

            If i send email, the automatic message only coming as reply and there is no action. Still i am waiting for my refund for my cancelled ticket.
            God only knows whether the refund will come or not.

              I travelled in janshatabdi express train no. 12070. On 17.12.2017. I buy a cake packet in 20 rupees but the mrp is 15 rupees. When i discussed the sailor they did not give appropriate answer. And all item sailing by all the sailors in that train they do the same thing. Water bottle, kukurey, chips, biscuit etc. All are sailing in 5rs extra price from mrp.
              So it is any rule to give extra commission to sailors.

                It took one hour for me to park my vehicle at pune railway station and almost 30 to 40 minute to remove the car from the parking slot. I was expected to reach pune station and receive my wife but because of this chaos i could not receive her please help. My wife and my eight months old daughter were waiting for me for almost for 1 hr.

                  Yesterday i had booked a ticket of rjpb rajdhani express. On first time due to my preference for lower berth amount from my credit card got deducted but ticket was not booked due to my lower berth preference. However, on 2nd time i got success. Amount deducted twice from the card and i am yet to receive the refund.

                    I had booked a ticket on 3rd november, 2017 in train no. 22487 rdp anvt link express class 3a tatkal (Tq) but, the train got diverted and was not touching boarding station. On the same day (3rd nov), i filed a tdr whose status is now as cr registered but it's been one and half months and no money has been refunded yet. The details are cancellation id :[protected] tdr zone : northern railway (Nr) registration no.:[protected] tdr status: cr registered.
                    How much more time they will take to refund the money?

                    I was suppose to travel by ananthapuri express from tirunelveli to villupuram on 7th december, 2017, by 7.55 pm. But due to fishermen problems at that route the train got delayed for more than ten hours, so i could not travel. I have filed my tdr on 8th december, 2017. But till date i have not received my refund amount. Is this the way to treat the passengers.

                              Hello,

                              I had cancelled 2 tickets of mine from 2 of my accounts on the 5th of december since my tatkal tickets which i took out was in wl.

                              When i checked the refund status it shows that the amount has been sent to bank and the bank name shows payumpp whereas the bank i paid from was citibank
                              The tickets were cancelled and refunded on the 5th dec only and i have still not received the amount till today 14th dec'18. I checked with the bank but they say they have not received any amount yet

                                I have booked a ticket from adoni to hyderabad on 12/08/2017 from the user "jhngrpsaha". Two times $781.80 was deducted from my sbi account (Reff# [protected]igacmxjkq0, [protected]igacmxjtp9) as it was paid by netbanking and ticket also not confirmed with that payment. Next time again i booked a same ticket and made payment from hdfc credit card. Total $1563.6 should be refunded by irctc however, only $781.80 was refunded on 12/12/2017.. Hence request you to refund another $781.80.

                                    On seeing 1 tkt is available on 19/11/2017, i booked 3 tkts (3ac) in tr no. 12327 for journey of howrah to patna on 15/12/2017 in a single pnr [protected] on line.
                                    I got 1 confirmed tkt (Su) and
                                    2 wl 13 and 14 instead of wl 1 and 2.
                                    Today status of wl are 7 & 8.
                                    I request u to get at least one lower birth confirmed as 1st two tkts are of sr. Citizen. Also investigate how such type tkts are issued by irctc.

                                      Dear sir. I tried booking one ticket from ndls to dbrt vide transaction i'd [protected] on meeting preferences. Rs. 10420/- deducted from my bank. As my set preferences for ticket booking did not meet, ticket could not be booked. As per irctc rule, refund will take 3-4 days. Due to immediate non refund, i am unable to book ticket with changing my preferences due to insufficient fund in bank and on refund it will get waiting list.
                                      The system has raised few questions before me.
                                      (1) other services where amount deducts, get immediate refund. Why not in irctc?
                                      (2). How will i get confirm booking after 3-4 days when only few seats available?
                                      (3). Why should irctc take my money without providing me any service?
                                      (4). Who will consolate my ruined image before my family due to unable to get ticket?
                                      (5). Do railway really serious to provide services or its just a govt / public venture to get profit in govt treasury. And the last but very important..

                                      (6). Is there anyone in your system who will care for this mail...
                                      I am very much positive for no response.

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        Due to delay in refunding the money in time I have to complaint to you for the subject. I paid Rs. 2225.90/- through UBI Bank debit card vide transaction ID No [protected] dt 09 Oct 2017.
                                        In this connection I also attached my latest bank A/c Statement.
                                        The amount of RS. 2225.90/- was debited from my A/c TO IRCTC, but the same was not not communicated.
                                        The same amount was not refunded to me till date despite requesting many times.
                                        Sir, I am claiming the above amount from from 09 Oct 2017 for refunding, But the IRCTC is not refunding the amount till date, therefore you are requested to instruct to refund the amount of Rs. 2225.90/-at the earliest.
