I am facing a problem with my refund. I booked a ticket for rs.5040 the amount was debited from my icici bank account through paytm gateway. Now the irctc is showing that refund is done to some paytmag, but i have not received any refund yet. And the worst thing is that neither irctc, nor paytm is taking any responsibility. I was searching about it and found many cases on this site about the same problem. I don't know whether you can solve it or not but right now least i can expect is an answer.
This is the mail i received from irctc:
An amount of rs 5030.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 06-dec-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.

    Dear sir, i had a ticket booking in indian railways with pnr number [protected].
    The train was scheduled to leave from howrah at 6:05 hours.
    I live in santragachi, from where i had to board a local train towards howrah.
    The local train was more than half hour late, as a consequence i missed my train from howrah.
    This is a pretty serious issue, there was not any anouncement about the delayed schedule also.
    I just missed an important interview because of their fault.
    Please take step against this.

      On every railway ticket, it is written "are you aware that 43 % of your fare is borne by the common citizens of the country". Does it mean we are not common citizens? And what about railway employees and politicians? There 100 % fare is borne by common citizens. Does the same is also written on there tickets?
      It seems that we are travelling on charity.

      I was booking ticket from Mugalsarai to Delhi on 26 Nov 2017 for 27 Nov 2017 but ticket was not booked. My payments deducted two times with two different amount and ticket was not booked. I have called and emailed them several times daily but no one is replying back or giving a solution to me.
      The refund status of my cancelled e ticket shows" REFUNDED" on 21st Nov 2017 . The refund Id being [protected] but it has not been credited to my bank account

        At the time of booking there were 195 seats available. I booked 3berth out of which one is for senior citizen. During booking process irctc asked me for berth preference so i prefered lower birth for senior citizen but after booking irtct alloted side upper berth to senior citizen and that too not adjacent to other seats alloted.

          I filed tdr because train was running more than 3 hr late. Due to which i would not able to catch the train from lucknow and cancelled the ticket but i didn't get my refund till now.

              I have filed tdr vide cancellation id [protected] due to train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled on dated 22 nov. 2017 (Train no. 13240, date of journey 22/11/2017). Now, tds current status shows that cr registered. But i yet not received the refund of tdr filed. Kindly refund my paid amount asap.

                    I was booking the ticket on 07.12.2017 by irctc by using my sbi debit card through payu (Multiple payment service) but amount of 6839.77 deducted and ticket not booked and message appeared as below.

                    credited to my account.but after 8 days also it is not done. In the website it is showing refunded on 01.12.2017 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below.

                      Sir,
                      I had made payment for my online ticket booking from shalimar to jharsuguda on 11/12/2017 but my ticket didn't booked. My transaction id [protected]. I booked my ticket for train shm ltt express (18030) on tatkal quota for sleeper class but it is showing payment status as failed although my bank account got debited with full amount of ticket that is rs406.19. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                        What is zkpy bank means.

                          I was traveling from Jaipur to Jodhpur train number 12465/ dated 09 nov 2017, ticket which was booked by irctc rail connect app. Ticket was showing waiting status and no sms received from irctc regarding chart done, which usually received 4 hours before departure of the train.I have checked many times with same mobile app before entering in to train. It was showing charting not done. No cancellation only waiting. Same incident was brifed to DY TC in coach D3 when he asked me to show the ticket . He totally denay to understand the issue and asked me to pay the fine as you are traveling with out ticket and also pay for new ticket because your online ticket got cancelled. I told him to charge only for new ticket but not for fine because I was not traveling with out ticket as it is still showing in waiting and chart not prepared.it was not showing cancelled so how I could I know that I should buy new ticket? If it has been cancelled by indian railway then passenger should have informed well before train departure time to buy a new ticket.after 2 hours of departure it was showing waiting.

                          DY TC was not ready to hear and understand, he took me in side and asked for 200 rupees as bribe and provide seat till Jodhpur. I refused then he started to threaten me of GRP. I had no choice but I decided whatever I have to pay but I will not encourage bribe. I paid 250 rs as fine and 165 rs as ticket (which should be 135 rs)from Jaipur to Jodhpur.DY TC was not wearing name badge also but his age was not more then 30 years.

                          All evidences are attached for your ready reference and hope strict action and positive response from indian railway.

                            My ticket refund of pnr number [protected] has not been credited yet and its been more than 30 working days now. Everytime i call indian railways customer care, they ask me to send my bank account statement. I have been constantly calling them and sending my bank account statement but its of no use. Now, i'm fed up of calling them.

                            Please, try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Today i booked a tatkal ticket, transaction id - [protected], pnr status - [protected], when i booked the tickets irctc showed me the availability of seat of the train (13147). Then i accept consider for auto upgration option "book only if confirm berths are alloted".in spite of that irctc provides me waiting tickets.
                              Why should i get such waiting ticket. Please help me.
                              Then i canceled the tickets & pay for cancelation charge of rs248.

                                I have orderd 3 meal cost of 462, my prepaid order: 1366121 is confirmed at mughal sarai jn, on 04-dec-2017, train no:12791 seat no:/ total amount: rs462.0.

                                it was so rediculas activity shown by your side that after payment i ddnt get my food.

                                so please refund my paid amount soon.

                                    I am md traveling from rnc to anvt on 9.12.2017. My pnr no is [protected] coach no s4 33&38. Since it starts from ranchi station 20:43 there is no power supply for mobile charging point in the whole coach. We inform to the tt and the immediately called the controll room but no one care about that issue. I am complaining on my way from that train. So please take action as early as possible. Thank you very much. I heard about so many irctc quick action today i wish i will get the proof of irctc service.
