Hi sir / ma'am,

I had booked a ticket from njp to bangalore cantt. For 14th oct 2017, which got canceled due to non-confirmation of the same. Irctc says that they have refunded the amount and has sent me the proof for it, but sbi has not credited the amount to my account. I went to my home branch bank (Kurseong) to inquire. But, sbi says that they have not received any payment from irctc, and also there has not been any transaction in my account in the past few months. And, none of the phone numbers provided by irctc work, so i can't even contact them directly. Please look into the matter with concern asap as it is pending for more than two months.

    In this train from sl1 to sl7 no any switchpin socket for mobile charging..

    So many bogy have no switch for light and fan on/off..

    So many sleeper bogy toilets light not working...

    Also catering food rate is so high... Some catering person selling tea in 10 ruppes..
    Veg biryani and egg beryani selling in 70 ruppes..
    Lunch and deener rate also 85 above...

    But as railway food list something else..
    Like..
    Tea - 7
    Breakfast -30 or 35
    Lunch or dinner - 50 or 55

    What is this...?

    I have cancel my ticket on 18th Oct refund was not credit on my account, i have email to irctc and call to customer care multiple times no proper resonance from irctc please help me. PNR NO:[protected].
    I forgotten mine IRCTC userid and password. I know email ID only. Iam not able to open my account and also iam not able to signup new one due to same email ID

      Train is already running more than 6 hours late. The air conditioners are not regulated so its very cold inside the compartment. The lights are/were switched on the whole night. Not even a single person to take care of these amenities even after paying more than a non-ac sleeper class. not even reached kanpur central

My ticket was cancelled because of waiting list but up till now i have not got my money customer service is telling that they have transferred my money to bank account but i have checked my account its not deposited in my account i have called many time to customer service...in starting they said this process will take 6-7 working days but after few days when i called back then they are saying that my money has been deposited in my account.

              Dear sir

              1 it is intimated that a prs counter. Reservation ticket pnr-
              [protected] c. No 3691rrh[protected] ticket no. 11152888 was booked in ac three tier from nasik road to ballia (Train no.11061) against four passenger.. Payment against the same was made through credit card on counter.

              2. Subject journey could not be commenced as the status was wl-3, 4, 5, and 6 against journey date 08 jan 2017. When prs counter was approached for refund ofamount rs 6200/-the same was rejected and was instructed to file tdr.

              3. Tdr sl no 504549 dated 09 jan 2017 was filed at devlali railway station and it was confirmed that subject amount will be credited in account within two months..

              4. Sir till date no refund has been made inspite of numerous
              Personal approach. When devalali head tc was approached i was told they cant do any thing and i was directed to devlali
              Station master. Station master mr sinha expressed his inability although he contacted commercial manager bhusaval, but he also said he cant do any thing and
              Dropped the call. Also email was forwarded to [protected]@claims. Indianrail.gov.in,
              [protected]@nwr. Railnet.gov.in, [protected]@cr. Railnet.gov.in, [protected]@cr. Railnet.gov.in,
              [protected]@cr. Railnet.gov.in on 05 sep 17 but the same was reverted stating mailbox
              Temporarily disabled:

              5. Again min of railways was approached thru twitter in sep and they referred the case to drm bhusaval div. The complete details was forwarded to drm bhusaval with attachment of tdr copy but no refund has been recd till date. Copy of tdr is attached for reference.

                Today i am booking ticket but ticket was not booked.                   The train runs so late and is the only train on the route that the customers have no option but to take this train, which is too dangerous for subsequent bookings as due to its persistent delay, resulted in me almost missing my bus to new delhi and the indian railways or irctc bears no responsibility for the mental harassment, temporal and monetary loss borne by me.

                      I avinash patki like to complain about irctc department. I am not able to book tickets as my account has been deactivated. When tried to create new account it says email id and mobile no already registered and same cannot be used while creating new account. Inspite of several mails i am not able to receive any communication from irctc. Also their customer care is worse as i am not able to contact them as it is always busy and says call after some time. And if by chance it gets connected the customer people are not in frame of mind to help us and say pl mail. My mobile no is [protected] and emial id is [protected]@hotmail.com

                            I had booked two tickets in 14224/budhpurnima exp on 21-nov-2017 and paid using my debit card (Bank of india), the payment gateway was payu.                                 This is to issue a complaint against the railway e - ticket providing authority for providing wrong information about availability of tickets and wrongfully booking of ticket dated 4/12/2017- pnr no. [protected] in gomti express (12419).
                                Through a media report i came to know that the railways have issued a notification of cancellation of gomti express (12419) from 24/11/2017 to 7/12/2017. I failed to understand why a ticket was issued despite a notification of cancellation of the train for the same period. This has caused a great inconvenience and damage to me professionally and financially. My money has still not been refunded which should have been done immediately. At the first place even my ticket shouldn't have been issued. I need an explanation and an apology for this damage that i have suffered.

                                  I didn't got the message of ticket confirmation on my mobile number in tatkal and got reservation, then i did a new reservation and now i got two reservations of different seats in same train of tatkal i want to cancel my ticket one of them and want to get refunded please help me...

                                      On november 25th 2017 i have booked the ticket through irctc agent for the train no 12783- vskp sc ac exp under tatkal quota for the date of journey[protected] by paying 4595 ruppes and ticket were confirmed and i received a sms with allotted birth seats no, pnr:[protected], dep:18:55, y gopala reddy+2, b8 66, b8 67, b8 69, fare:4595, sc:0.0+pg+ins. Doj[protected]

                                      I have checked online status for the confirmation, they also seats were coonfirmed under tatkal quota

                                      But when i entered into the train no 12783 in 8th platform coach no 'b8, seat no 66, 67, 69 but the seats which are confirmed to me were allocated to different people, they also showed me the confirmed tickets, then i checked the chart which is sticked on the train, and there also my name is not available on the chart list.

                                      So i went and asked tt about the problem, that someone else is sitting in our place with confirmed tickets, then tt said we are not responsible for the technical problem, we accept only the names which is on the chart prepared list by railway department and he said please ask to railway enquiry they will help you with the details

                                      Then i went and asked to enquiry counter, they said its a technical problem, we can't help anything..

                                      We asked them what's the problem!! Then enquirry counter persson said, tickets are confirmed, seats are also confirmed but its not in the chart list. We also saw this techncal issue for the first time, and sorry for this, we cannot do anything. Please put a mail to irctc and raise a complaint regarding

                                      Finally i have confirmed tickets but i couldn't travel on the train due to technical glitch on irctc website, i used to trust irctc for service to the indian citizens but now totally i lost trust on this website and railyway department

                                      Please give me the right justice for this. I suffered a lot and i lost my confidence and lost respect among my friends

                                      Please do me favour by giving the right justic to me and the indian citizens

                                        I had booked a ticket from hwh
                                        To gaya for 13009/doon express on 17th oct, 2017 and date of journey was 17th oct, 2017 as well.

                                        For the reason "train delayed more than 3 hours and passenger not traveled", i filed the tdr on 17th oct 2017.

                                        For the same in irctc, against my ticket and the tdr status was turned to cr registered, but the
                                        Amount has not yet been refunded, even though it has already been around 44 days since the filing of the tdr.

                                        I am not sure as to what else i might be missing to get the amount refunded.

                                        Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to afrozedilshad. [protected]@gmail.com
