On november 25th 2017 i have booked the ticket through irctc agent for the train no 12783- vskp sc ac exp under tatkal quota for the date of journey[protected] by paying 4595 ruppes and ticket were confirmed and i received a sms with allotted birth seats no, pnr:[protected], dep:18:55, y gopala reddy+2, b8 66, b8 67, b8 69, fare:4595, sc:0.0+pg+ins. I have checked online status for the confirmation, they also seats were coonfirmed under tatkal quota
But when i entered into the train no 12783 in 8th platform coach no 'b8, seat no 66, 67, 69 but the seats which are confirmed to me were allocated to different people, they also showed me the confirmed tickets, then i checked the chart which is sticked on the train, and there also my name is not available on the chart list.
So i went and asked tt about the problem, that someone else is sitting in our place with confirmed tickets, then tt said we are not responsible for the technical problem, we accept only the names which is on the chart prepared list by railway department and he said please ask to railway enquiry they will help you with the details
Then i went and asked to enquiry counter, they said its a technical problem, we can't help anything..
We asked them what's the problem!! Then enquirry counter persson said, tickets are confirmed, seats are also confirmed but its not in the chart list. We also saw this techncal issue for the first time, and sorry for this, we cannot do anything. Please put a mail to irctc and raise a complaint regarding
Finally i have confirmed tickets but i couldn't travel on the train due to technical glitch on irctc website, i used to trust irctc for service to the indian citizens but now totally i lost trust on this website and railyway department
Please give me the right justice for this. I suffered a lot and i lost my confidence and lost respect among my friends
Please do me favour by giving the right justic to me and the indian citizens
