Dear sir,
I booked a counter ticket date on 29.11.2017 from jabalpur to chennai pnr. No[protected] my journey date is 03.12.2017. Due to some reasons, i canceled the ticket through irctc webpage counter ticket cancellation on 1.12.2017.
But while online cancellation it shows return the ticket and get a refund, i booked from iit-madras post office ticket counter but they are refusing my refund. So what can be done to get a refund?
