The train runs so late and is the only train on the route that the customers have no option but to take this train, which is too dangerous for subsequent bookings as due to its persistent delay, resulted in me almost missing my bus to new delhi and the indian railways or irctc bears no responsibility for the mental harassment, temporal and monetary loss borne by me.

      I avinash patki like to complain about irctc department. I am not able to book tickets as my account has been deactivated. When tried to create new account it says email id and mobile no already registered and same cannot be used while creating new account. Inspite of several mails i am not able to receive any communication from irctc. Also their customer care is worse as i am not able to contact them as it is always busy and says call after some time. And if by chance it gets connected the customer people are not in frame of mind to help us and say pl mail. My mobile no is [protected] and emial id is [protected]@hotmail.com

            I had booked two tickets in 14224/budhpurnima exp on 21-nov-2017 and paid using my debit card (Bank of india), the payment gateway was payu. But ticket booking failed and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info. :

                This is to issue a complaint against the railway e - ticket providing authority for providing wrong information about availability of tickets and wrongfully booking of ticket dated 4/12/2017- pnr no. [protected] in gomti express (12419).
                Through a media report i came to know that the railways have issued a notification of cancellation of gomti express (12419) from 24/11/2017 to 7/12/2017. I failed to understand why a ticket was issued despite a notification of cancellation of the train for the same period. This has caused a great inconvenience and damage to me professionally and financially. My money has still not been refunded which should have been done immediately. At the first place even my ticket shouldn't have been issued. I need an explanation and an apology for this damage that i have suffered.

                  I didn't got the message of ticket confirmation on my mobile number in tatkal and got reservation, then i did a new reservation and now i got two reservations of different seats in same train of tatkal i want to cancel my ticket one of them and want to get refunded please help me...

                      On november 25th 2017 i have booked the ticket through irctc agent for the train no 12783- vskp sc ac exp under tatkal quota for the date of journey[protected] by paying 4595 ruppes and ticket were confirmed and i received a sms with allotted birth seats no, pnr:[protected], dep:18:55, y gopala reddy+2, b8 66, b8 67, b8 69, fare:4595, sc:0.0+pg+ins. Doj[protected]

                      I have checked online status for the confirmation, they also seats were coonfirmed under tatkal quota

                      But when i entered into the train no 12783 in 8th platform coach no 'b8, seat no 66, 67, 69 but the seats which are confirmed to me were allocated to different people, they also showed me the confirmed tickets, then i checked the chart which is sticked on the train, and there also my name is not available on the chart list.

                      So i went and asked tt about the problem, that someone else is sitting in our place with confirmed tickets, then tt said we are not responsible for the technical problem, we accept only the names which is on the chart prepared list by railway department and he said please ask to railway enquiry they will help you with the details

                      Then i went and asked to enquiry counter, they said its a technical problem, we can't help anything..

                      We asked them what's the problem!! Then enquirry counter persson said, tickets are confirmed, seats are also confirmed but its not in the chart list. We also saw this techncal issue for the first time, and sorry for this, we cannot do anything. Please put a mail to irctc and raise a complaint regarding

                      Finally i have confirmed tickets but i couldn't travel on the train due to technical glitch on irctc website, i used to trust irctc for service to the indian citizens but now totally i lost trust on this website and railyway department

                      Please give me the right justice for this. I suffered a lot and i lost my confidence and lost respect among my friends

                        Hi support team,

                        I had booked a ticket from hwh
                        To gaya for 13009/doon express on 17th oct, 2017 and date of journey was 17th oct, 2017 as well.

                        For the reason "train delayed more than 3 hours and passenger not traveled", i filed the tdr on 17th oct 2017.

                        For the same in irctc, against my ticket and the tdr status was turned to cr registered, but the
                        Amount has not yet been refunded, even though it has already been around 44 days since the filing of the tdr.

                        I am not sure as to what else i might be missing to get the amount refunded.

                        Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to afrozedilshad. [protected]@gmail.com

                              Dear sir / madam,
                              I along with my family planed to travel from allahabad to ajmer on 29.11.17 (Train no 12987, pnr no. [protected], ticket attached) and onward journey from ajmer to gzb on 30.11.2017 (Train no. 19031, pnr no. [protected], cancelled ticket attached),
                              But due to delayed of train more than 9 hours, i with my brother visited to counter for cancellation of my both tickets, but booking clerk ms. Kumkum denied to cancel my ticket (12987) and asked to visit at "current counter" suddenly i ran towards "current counter" for the cancellation of train 12987 ticket, and my brother cancelled the onward ticket on the same counter at 20:58 by clerk ms. Kumkum.
                              In the mean while when i get my chance, the clerk named ms. Azmi informed me that train is just arrived at platform so no refund to be reimbursed, better you go and catch the train, we again ran away to catch the train but train departed from the platform.
                              So we came back to the counter and again said the incident happened with me, but she asked that no refund will be processed.
                              I demand for the complaint book to lodge the complain against both of you, because you both astray me, but ms azmi asked to not having complain book, she asked to visit at reservation counter, when i visited and met with mr. P. K. Singh, he asked to go back to current counter i am calling her, definitely she will provide complain book, again i visited there, but she denied again.
                              We come back to be hopeless, is it the way to serve the passengers.
                              So i am lodging the complain against both of the booking staff who astray me in this journey. Because when i cancelled by onward journey ticket till that time train was not arrived at station, and there was no updates in internet for arriving the train.
                              Detail of the train timings are as under.
                              * trained arrived at 21:10
                              * i visited to the counter even cancelled my onward ticket at 20:58 (Cancelled ticket attached also time is mentioned)
                              * train departed at 21:17.
                              You are requested to kindly necessary action and again both of them if no refund may proceed

                              the eticket from IRCTC costed Rs 630 and was waitlisted so it got cancel by itself and i was refunded Rs 510 after deducting Rs 120. Why Rs 120 was deducted?

                                Hi my name is kishan unfortunately i forgot my user id please provide my user id to online train ticket booking. Nearly three months back i was created a user id in the irctc for e - ticketing but i did not used it properly after long days i tried to open it withremembered user id. I think that was incorrect sothat it is not opening. So kindly provide my user id

                                  My ticket on irctc official website has been cancelled and the status shows the money has been refunded but has not been credited to my account through which the ticket was booked. The refundable amount was supposed to be ₹1830.00

                                    I have booked e-ticket on 26.11.17 from kannur to ernakulam and made payment of rs.692.04 through debit card. It is noted that payment has gone to paytm account as shown in my bank record "irctc paytm mumbai[protected]" so the railway has not issued the ticket and showing the remarks "payment requested". Request you to kindly transfer the amount of rs.692.04 to irctc or return the money to my bank account.

                                    it been more than two months still not recieved from IRCTC if i call to customer care : No one picks the Call Even i mailed about the issue there is no response about it.
                                    Total Amount to refunded after the mandatory charges Rs780 amount paid Rs900.
                                    Kindly support to get refund ASAP.

                                        My tdr dated[protected] filed in respect of pnr no. [protected] has been rejected by irctc on the grounds that "as per chart, passenger has travelled". Your kind attention is attracted towards the fact that the train no. 01684/ljn bpl spl train was late by more than 3 hours on[protected], hence i filed the tdr on[protected] itself and travelled between kanpur to bhopal on[protected] by other train "udyogkarmi express" train no. 12944, pnr no. [protected] on premium tatkal ticket (Birth no. B1/46 o[censored]dyogkarmi express on[protected] itself.

                                        Now, it is requested that how can a person travel simultaneously on two trains between same stations on the same date.

                                        Irctc/railway is requested to make necessary enquiry into the matter and inform me as to how my tdr has been rejected by irctc on the ground that "as per chart, passenger has travelled" when i have not travelled on train no. 01684/ljn bpl spl train on[protected].in fact on[protected] ii have travelled between kanpur to bhopal by other train "udyogkarmi express" train no. 12944, pnr no. [protected] on premium tatkal ticket (Birth no. B1/46 o[censored]dyogkarmi express which can be verified from your records.

                                        Kindly refund the applicable amount immediately as 5 months have already passed.
