On 30.7.2017, i have booked ticket for self and wife for journey from bbs to mas by train no. 12841 to travel on 21.11.2017. I have cancelled my wife ticket on 14.7.2017 and i alone performed the journey. For the partially cancelled ticket i have not received the refund till date. Please refund the amount at the earliest.

    My transactions are failed 6 times. & 6 times balance deducted from my bank account. 626 rs. Per transaction.
    Means 626 x 6 = 3756 rs. Deducted from my bank account & i don't get any refund from irctc. Please solve this.

      Dear sir / madam,
      I along with my family planed to travel from allahabad to ajmer on 29.11.17 (Train no 12987, pnr no. [protected], ticket attached) and onward journey from ajmer to gzb on 30.11.2017 (Train no. 19031, pnr no. [protected], cancelled ticket attached),
      But due to delayed of train more than 9 hours, i with my brother visited to counter for cancellation of my both tickets, but booking clerk ms. Kumkum denied to cancel my ticket (12987) and asked to visit at "current counter" suddenly i ran towards "current counter" for the cancellation of train 12987 ticket, and my brother cancelled the onward ticket on the same counter at 20:58 by clerk ms. Kumkum.
      In the mean while when i get my chance, the clerk named ms. Azmi informed me that train is just arrived at platform so no refund to be reimbursed, better you go and catch the train, we again ran away to catch the train but train departed from the platform.
      So we came back to the counter and again said the incident happened with me, but she asked that no refund will be processed.
      I demand for the complaint book to lodge the complain against both of you, because you both astray me, but ms azmi asked to not having complain book, she asked to visit at reservation counter, when i visited and met with mr. P. K. Singh, he asked to go back to current counter i am calling her, definitely she will provide complain book, again i visited there, but she denied again.
      We come back to be hopeless, is it the way to serve the passengers.
      So i am lodging the complain against both of the booking staff who astray me in this journey. Because when i cancelled by onward journey ticket till that time train was not arrived at station, and there was no updates in internet for arriving the train.
      Detail of the train timings are as under.
      * trained arrived at 21:10
      * i visited to the counter even cancelled my onward ticket at 20:58 (Cancelled ticket attached also time is mentioned)
      * train departed at 21:17.
      You are requested to kindly necessary action and again both of them if no refund may proceed

      the eticket from IRCTC costed Rs 630 and was waitlisted so it got cancel by itself and i was refunded Rs 510 after deducting Rs 120. Why Rs 120 was deducted?

        Hi my name is kishan unfortunately i forgot my user id please provide my user id to online train ticket booking. Nearly three months back i was created a user id in the irctc for e - ticketing but i did not used it properly after long days i tried to open it withremembered user id. I think that was incorrect sothat it is not opening. So kindly provide my user id

          My ticket on irctc official website has been cancelled and the status shows the money has been refunded but has not been credited to my account through which the ticket was booked. The refundable amount was supposed to be ₹1830.00

            I have booked e-ticket on 26.11.17 from kannur to ernakulam and made payment of rs.692.04 through debit card. It is noted that payment has gone to paytm account as shown in my bank record "irctc paytm mumbai[protected]" so the railway has not issued the ticket and showing the remarks "payment requested". Request you to kindly transfer the amount of rs.692.04 to irctc or return the money to my bank account.

            Total Amount to refunded after the mandatory charges Rs780 amount paid Rs900.

                My tdr dated[protected] filed in respect of pnr no. [protected] has been rejected by irctc on the grounds that "as per chart, passenger has travelled". Your kind attention is attracted towards the fact that the train no. 01684/ljn bpl spl train was late by more than 3 hours on[protected], hence i filed the tdr on[protected] itself and travelled between kanpur to bhopal on[protected] by other train "udyogkarmi express" train no. 12944, pnr no. [protected] on premium tatkal ticket (Birth no. B1/46 o[censored]dyogkarmi express on[protected] itself.

                Now, it is requested that how can a person travel simultaneously on two trains between same stations on the same date.

                Irctc/railway is requested to make necessary enquiry into the matter and inform me as to how my tdr has been rejected by irctc on the ground that "as per chart, passenger has travelled" when i have not travelled on train no. 01684/ljn bpl spl train on[protected].in fact on[protected] ii have travelled between kanpur to bhopal by other train "udyogkarmi express" train no. 12944, pnr no. [protected] on premium tatkal ticket (Birth no. B1/46 o[censored]dyogkarmi express which can be verified from your records.

                Kindly refund the applicable amount immediately as 5 months have already passed.

                  My self rajesh prajapati, today on 28.11.17 i booked my tatkal ticket from irctc website for ahmedabad to vapi in double decker train (12932), with internet banking from mobile, 641.00 rupee deduct from my icici bank account also message of deduction of money show on my mobile no, but i have not received ticket,
                  So then i phone to all irctc customer care in all over india but all phone is as dead or busy up to 2 hours trying to connect them, this is digital india,

                  What should i do now to get back my money??

                      I have booked e-ticket in irctc website but the seats are in waiting list. Normally if we booked waiting list tickets we can travel through that. But when we booked e-ticket we can't. Then the ttr came and scold in bad words for purchasing e-ticket. If the e-ticket is not confirmed then why did you provide that way. Just stop that way. Or else provide a pop-up window like this seats are not confirmed. If still waiting list until your train time then the tickets will be cancelled automatically and the money will be refunded.

                      But the question is if you're cancelling the tickets means you have to refund the money which we have paid right.. Then why the hell did you took 25% for your convenience. Is this a way state government provides. If we are cancelling that we are the responsible so we can give money. But you cancelled why you took our money. This is not a government for people. Please be the change or let us know everything before we booked. So that we can't questioning you or government.

                        My journey is on 11 november from siwan (Sv) at 9:45 am and train start from sitamarhi (Smi) at 2:35 am but train is running more than 12 hours of delay, so i filed tdr at 9:22 am and train reach at my journey station at 4:27 am on 12 november, but now my tdr status is showing repudiate.
                        So, have a look on my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                          I booked two tickets for 3 passengers for travelling on 31.8.2017 from trivandrum to kannur and kozhikkode. The pnr no.                           I'm Gnana prakash booked a ticket in 12864(train) express . And I have got no place to stand in reservation compartments even though I booked my ticket. More over I haven't seen TC In coach.
                          I have a username as kdbros in irctc a/c i forgot passward of the same kindly recover the same as i have been booked train ticket through makemytrip and they require irctc login and my amount has been debited from my account

                            Hi team,

                            I have canceled my ticket on 13th oct 2017 pnr-[protected] general ticket, my account is closed which was used for booking, but on the same day i provided my other account details and account closure recipe of closed account.

                            I have send almost 40 emails till now and i also got the response that we confirm that the account is closed provide your other account details we will do neft transfer but still did not got my money back. Please take serious action as they just send response that concerns department is looking into in the same template every time they do not hear what customer is saying.

                            Have filed a TDR with reason train more then 3 hours late where as train was actually delayed by 40 min. I don't know how far the complaint is validated.. If its not please cancel my filed TDR wig cancellation ID [protected].

The above mentioned money was extra amount which was mentioned as failed txn reporting. My a/c. No. Is[protected]. I request you to refund my amount as early as possible.

                                I have lost my wallet while traveling from lucknow to delhi on 23rd november 2017 by farraka express train number 14383. My pnr number is [protected] in sleeper class coach s6 berth number 57, 58, 59 and 60 as we are four member in this journey. I have last seen my wallet at lucknow charbagh railway station. Today 27th nov i when i have checked my clothes bag then i came to know that all things are at their place except my wallet. I have also search with my remaining three members but they have not seen my wallet. I keep my wallet in my clothes bags. But now it is not available in it. If you find please confirm as i am in big problem due to this as my all original docs are keep in wallet with are mentioned below

                                  Sir, i was traveling from can to tpj on 26th nov, train 16858. After reaching clt, i went and bought 1 biryani and 2 pathiri. The pathiri was already staled and sticky inside. Immediately gave it back to the shop. He happily returned me back rs.20/-. We didn't expect this.

                                  This is gross misconduct and negligence from the agent and the authorities. If this is happening at a busy station like clt, then what will be the case at other places.
                                  Need a strict action against these type of irctc stall keepers.

                                    This happened twice. The amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked though the tickets were available. Yesterday also same thing happened. Why is this happening like this?
                                    For both the transactions on 26th nov (Today's), the following was communicated though both the times tickets were available. Please make it clear if only the agents are eligible to book tatkal tickets and not normal passengers like us because agent booking fetches you more amounts. I am really pained by these things. Booking a tatkal ticket has become next to impossible for ordinary people like me.

                                    ​an amount of rs 455.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 26-nov-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.​ (244 seats were available during the transaction)

                                    An amount of rs 455.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 26-nov-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.​ (24 seats were available during the transaction)

                                    Both the above transactions were back to back.​

                                    ​an amount of rs 450.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 25-nov-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.​ (This was yesterday)

                                    ​when payment has to happen instantaneously to get a ticket booked why can be the refund be also immediate, at least with in 2 hrs of the transaction? Please be in our shoes to understand how it feels when you don't get a tatkal ticket when you are in dire need when tickets are available, the amount gets deducted but the ticket is not booked since you are not an agent.

                                    My IRCTC id is atlantaraj and i have Cancelled 2 tickets on 23rd September 2017 and its PNR no. [protected] & [protected] each of refund amount Rs. 445/-, in sms it is mentioned that i will get payment in my account within 3-4 days but till the date i have not received any credit of such amount.

                                      Dear irctc,
                                      This is hereby read the following and put your reply with justification.

                                      The train 12331 himgiri exp is cancelled on 1st december 17, by indian railways @ 48 hours back as visible in irctc webpage.
                                      Now when we cancel rail tickets its automatically refunded within 3-4 days, but here indian railway has cancelled the train as on 1st december 17, where your customer care told the refund process will initiate after 1st december 17!
                                      Why?
                                      You cancel the train and money should be refunded automatically, why we wait for long days to get refund?
                                      Will you be arrange an alternative train for us?
                                      If not then refund the money @ 48 hours, so that we can arrange an alternative way to reach there.

                                      On 16 th november while booking irctc tatkal ticket, money debited from my account but the transaction was failed. in irctc refund page it showing as payment failed transaction. i waited for 7 days but yet money didnt refunded back iinto my account kindly check my transaction

                                        We are travelling in 19046 and was sleeping in s-10 in our seat and a person came and sat forcefully on the seat's corner and when I told him to please step down and let me sleep. He threatened me that we'll take care of this matter in the morning. This type of hostile behaviour is not tolerated. Please take some action as I'm currently on this train.
