I was a traveller in the lakshdeweep-nizamudheen superfast train on 18th november, boarded from aluva railway station to kozhikode at aboaut 130pm, while returning from lakshadweep trip with my wife and son. I upgraded my sleeper ticket to second ac, ordered three chicken biryani from the pantry car. I like to point out an unfortunate event as my wife almost bite a big glass piece with about 1.5x1.5cm size, while eating from the packet of chicken biryani, mildly injured her throat, was so lucky to spit it out. Unlike any other insects or something else, she could have endangered to a major threat if swallowed or badly injured along with the food. We immediately pointed out it to tte, train was near chalakudy station, he spoke to the pantry manager and they issued another one. I am hereby requesting you to take suitable action to the ignorance of the pantry service, as they didn’t realised the big threat or mistake they made as take it so lightly ignored the issue and not even have the courtesy to pacify us even though we narrowly escaped from a danger. If it happened to a child or a passenger in a hungry mood to eat, the threat was so big and dangerous and as a doctor, i am pointing out not to repeat such a shameless ignorance from their part in future.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It shows to have transferred to some PAYTM SDK, but i have not booked the ticket through PAYTM.
Please refund the amount to my bank acocunt at the earliest.
