Dear irctc,
This is hereby read the following and put your reply with justification.
The train 12331 himgiri exp is cancelled on 1st december 17, by indian railways @ 48 hours back as visible in irctc webpage.
Now when we cancel rail tickets its automatically refunded within 3-4 days, but here indian railway has cancelled the train as on 1st december 17, where your customer care told the refund process will initiate after 1st december 17!
Why?
You cancel the train and money should be refunded automatically, why we wait for long days to get refund?
Will you be arrange an alternative train for us?
If not then refund the money @ 48 hours, so that we can arrange an alternative way to reach there.

10 days has been passed but refund amount 900 rs has not been credited to my a/c .and irctc site showing amount refunded on 11th Nov to your bank paytmdsk.
