        But till now i have not received my parcel.

        I have inquired at deoria sadar parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.

        I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

        Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

          I booked the tickets money paid and it returned to irctc site and showing not processed try again. I checked in "last pending transaction history" it is showing "payment requested" when i click on transaction id, it is showing booked, but no pnr no. I called customer care and explained the senario she said wait for 5 min if you get pnr then ticket is booked other wise no. I asked her take is as compaint she said i cant?? One question to irctc guys is, how customer can proceed in this situation??? Firstly, we cant wait for 5 min since it is tatkal quota no tickets will be available.. Lets say if we dont wait and proceed for booking another ticket and let say pnr is generated for previous booking double money is wasted, since if we cancel ticket of tatkal no money refunding... Please do some thing.

            I tried to book e-ticket using irctc on 14-oct-2017 from anand vihar to allahabad in anvt rewa exp (12428), i have booked ticket in waiting list so it is cancelled. And show my refund is completed but there is no money refund in my account.
            I was making the payment through yes bank debit card via itz payment gateway.
            Its been more than one months that amount to be refunded approved but till now money is not credited to my account.

              I tried to book the ticket for train number 16187 on 1 november 2017 but the ticket wasnt booked and unfortunately the money was debited. The site said that the amount will be refunded. But the transaction details status show that the amount is refunded. But the amount is still not credited in the respective account. The same thing happenned 2 times consequently.

                I tried to book a ticket from palakkad to bangalore today on 22nd november, 2017 transaction id no.[protected]. While i paid through card, an error message came "getaway timed out". So the ticket has not booked. But a sum of rs. 1085 has been taken. Then i tried to book another ticket from palakkad to bangalore. I again paid through card, the same message came and the ticket was not booked. But a sum of rs. 1085 has been taken. So a total of rs. 2, 170 has been taken. Please do the needful asap

                  For my last five ticket booking through irctc, i did not get any sms of the ticket to the registered mobile number. Now even the get sms facility is not working. The page appears to be refreshing every time i click on get sms and in some cases, my account gets logged out. And i've been put to great inconvenience due to this. I can't keep searching my mail every time.

                        On 7-11-17 i booked ticket by train 12655 from adi to mas for mr. Ambalal 57/m and rs.720-. Amount was debited in my bank under transaction no.318221 (Pos irctc 1117198). I could not get ticket after waiting for 15 minutes and session expired and obtained fresh ticket for the same journey. The amount of rs.720-is not yet credited in my bank account.
                        Please see that amount of rs.720-is being refunded in my bank account. Hope you will do the needful.

                          I had booked a ticket from delhi shahdra (Dsa) to saharanpur (Sre) in train - 14521 and my seats were 51 (Ws) and 52 (Nc). But when i boarded the train 51 turned out to be aisle and not window. Neither 52 was window side. Even me and my wife had to sit on separate seats which appeared to be together. This created a lot of chaos inside the compartment. So, i demand the compensation for the inconvinience caused to me. It’s the sole responsibility of the dept. To check the seat numbers and then allot on irctc.

                              I have booked a general (Gn) ticket from lko
                              To dli for 13413/farakka express on 24th oct,
                              2017 and date of journey was 24th oct, 2017.
                              For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                              The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr

                                I was trying to book tatkal ticket and logged in exactly at 10:50 am today and tried booking at 11am sharp for a trip from bangalore to dharwad ranichennamma first time itself i got an error "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm per ip address".

                                Since it was urgent for me i tried again again i got same error. First time availability was 244 then it was showing then 200 then 136 and then 70. I tried from different machine there also same error by 11:13 am it was sold out.

                                Not sure why this service is open for common people when railways have sold this service to private agents or to 'unknown' hands!!!

                                When railways is not possible then common people to cough money to bus operators who loot people anyways during week end travel by charging whopping rs. 200 and upto rs.500 extra money than normal fare.

                                It shows to have transferred to some PAYTM SDK, but i have not booked the ticket through PAYTM.

                                Please refund the amount to my bank acocunt at the earliest.

                                  I was a traveller in the lakshdeweep-nizamudheen superfast train on 18th november, boarded from aluva railway station to kozhikode at aboaut 130pm, while returning from lakshadweep trip with my wife and son. I upgraded my sleeper ticket to second ac, ordered three chicken biryani from the pantry car. I like to point out an unfortunate event as my wife almost bite a big glass piece with about 1.5x1.5cm size, while eating from the packet of chicken biryani, mildly injured her throat, was so lucky to spit it out. Unlike any other insects or something else, she could have endangered to a major threat if swallowed or badly injured along with the food. We immediately pointed out it to tte, train was near chalakudy station, he spoke to the pantry manager and they issued another one. I am hereby requesting you to take suitable action to the ignorance of the pantry service, as they didn’t realised the big threat or mistake they made as take it so lightly ignored the issue and not even have the courtesy to pacify us even though we narrowly escaped from a danger. If it happened to a child or a passenger in a hungry mood to eat, the threat was so big and dangerous and as a doctor, i am pointing out not to repeat such a shameless ignorance from their part in future.

                                        I had filed a tdr request due to train no.12562 late than its scheduled time by more than 4.50 hours on 27.08.2017.

                                        Detail is as under:

                                        Date of journey 227.08.2017
                                        Scheduled time 20.35
                                        Train late by more than 4.50 hours

                                        Tdr reference no.[protected]

                                        Tdr filed on 27.08.2017 itself and reminder mail sent on 24.08.2017 and again on 01.11.2017 but till date no response to refund the amount is received.
                                        Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                                        I transaction has failed as on 8th Nov 2017 having refunded id [protected] in irctc site it shown refunded to PAYUMPP but amount rs 705 is not credited in my account till today. Kindly resolve my problem.
