The complaint was lodged at your end on 12/10/2017 from my another mail id.
Now it is being send to you again from my registered mail id for your pursuance the matter.
My daughter asmita mondal bhaduri had her confirmed railway ticket from jalpaiguri [jlp] to
Sealdah [sdah] on 20/08/2017 by train no - 12344/darjeeling mail vide i rcts e-ticket -
Pnr no - [protected], transaction id - [protected], date of booking - 30/06/2017.
The train was cancelled. But till date we have not received back money in our bank account.
You are requested to verify the matter and let us know the fate at an early date by our mail id.

Updated by aruncom Please let me know the fate and confirm that the refund amount may please be credited to my account without any loss of time.
I am trying to verify my mail on IRCTC login portal but it shows that your mobile is already verified. But when when I go on portal for train booking it shows your I'd pending for mail verification.
Please do this needful as soon as.
