I booked a ticket on 29th jun-17. The transaction id is [protected] and pnr # is [protected]. Journey details is mentioned below:

Train no./name: 14019 / anvt sundari exp
Date of journey: 30-jun-2017
Date of boarding: 30-jun-2017
Class: third ac (3a)
From: patliputra (Ppta)
To: anand vihar trm (Anvt)
Boarding: patliputra (Ppta)
Resv upto: anand vihar trm (Anvt)
Quota: general (Gn)

Payment deducted 2 time 1 on 29/06 and 1 is on 04/07. And i did the transaction only once. As discussion with they are saying merchant ask for 2 deduction.

My irctc user id: gaurav167

And ticket booked on 29/06 got cancelled automatically due to waiting list. So i received 1180 rs in refund. But 1267 amount got detected in this october month as well.

    I have booked a ticket to yesvanthpur from vijayawada on 19 nov 2017. Due to wait list even after chart prepared ticket has been cancelled on 03 nov 2017. They sent a message like refund in 3 to 4 days but amount still not refunded back to the account. I have tried to contact the irctc customer care number[protected]. They have told me to send an mail with the bank statement details. I have sent it long back, but could not get any reply.

      Sir,

      On 17th november 2017, i booked tickets for two (Suresh babu km & rohith) for janasababdi (12081, chair car) from calicut to ernakulam through irctc. The time of booking was 8.27 am. The amount rs 699.55 debited from my account, (Tkt amount is rs.685/=) but i did not get the ticket or any other details, but said there was an error.
      So please do the needful o return the amount to my account.

      Please help me, my booking history did not show please resolve this problem and pnr number not show
      All items are over charged by the crateriers in train Number 12608.
      And on asking they say irctc charges don’t apply here. They speak with the attitude as if the minister himself runs the catering service and irctc has no control.

        Hii sir i have book first ticket online on date 01/11/2017 from boy to ltt but my ticket is in waiting so my ticket is cancle automatic but my 555 rs money is not credit in my account. I check my account daily but money is not credit. Second ticket is on 28/10/2017 but this ticket is tatkal in waiting. I cancle it but its amount also not credit in my account.

          Booked 3rd ac ticket in train no. 12307 transaction id [protected] pnr no. [protected] date of journey 27.10.17 & date of booking 10.08.17, only one berth got confirmed & other being waiting was cancelled, but till date no amount has been refunded to me. Too many days have passed away and it seems that railway should provide me an intrest on this amount, kindly solve this problem at an earliest

            I have book ticket online, selected the insurance option.
            After booking rail ticket, i get email from shriram general insuranc which include link to update nominee. But on opening of that link, it shows invalid link.

            So how can customer get insurance in case of accident under clause of not updation of nominee. Pls respond.

              few days before i had payment for 4 tickets through internet banking. as per istruction per ticket commission will be chargerd 10 rupees. such as ticket would be 10*4=80 rupees. but my account deducted 8 times.

              so i kindlly request u to pls solve the problem for which i shall be grate full to u.

                    I have cancelled my train ticket wide pnr no[protected] on 11th september 2017.

                    Old ticket no : 38706866. Train no - 12434.
                    Journey date 3rd november 2017. From: h. Nizamudin to chennai central.

                    Class of travel - 3 ac

                    Almost two months over and the cancelled ticket refund amount has not been credited to my account till today.

                    As per irctc refund rules the cancelled ticket refund amount should be credited to my account with in 7 days.

                    Hence i request you to credit the refund amount
                    Along with 45 days interest to my account with out any further delay.

                    I have already sent a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in twice and there is no response from them till now.

                    Please do the needful.

                    Almost more than 4 months over still my issues is pending and not solved by IRCTC till now.

                    Refund of RS.4460/.. is bigger amount for me. But IRCTC not caring about consumers.

                    I dont know what to do
                    Please let me know the status.

                      Today i was booking my ticket from kota to katni in dayodaya express (12182), the transaction got failed but the transaction amount is deducted from my bank account i. E. ₹350. Please look into the matter and suggest what to do next.. Would i be able to get my money back?
                      How and when would i get my money back? Should i book a new ticket or wait for this failed transaction to get good?

                        I was booking ticket on 4 november 2017 but it failed to booked. I tried two times but both failed. After that i wait for refund but money not refunded to me. When i mail to irctc they said they refunded on 6 november 2017. But the money not transfer my account.
                        When i mail again there is a computer generated mail i get every time.

                          I booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 1130 on novemebr 10. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount.

                          Almost 4 days has been passed after the transaction failure. Please update regarding the same on my gmail id:

                            I booked a tatkal tiket for the train 14258, but the train was late more than 3 hours, so i didnt travelled and raised a tdr for the same.
                            It is around more than a month now and the amount is not returned by irctc.
                            And the status is continuously showing as cr registered.

                              Sir, i am milan jana, purchased railway ticket through irctc in sbi debit card in pos (Paytym). Purchased ticker on 13/11/2017.. I get msg/email from bank that my account has debited money. I also check balance that money has debited from my account. But i do not get any msg /mail from irctc for any confirmation of purchased ticket. I send an mail their customer... But i do not get any proper response. They always send ticket id. I atleast send mail 10 times. But i do not get proper response. Pls help me. I confused about present status of purchased ticket through irctc. Pls help me

                                When i book tickets on irctc there are too many failed transactions for same ticket. Amount gets deducted and ticket only gets booked after 5 or 6 attempts.
                                Experienced similar experience on irctc in past too when my friend booked tickets by paytm for me he got money deducted 3 times for failed transactions, then my brother booked same tickets for me he got money deducted 3 times through sbi net banking, was successful in 4th attempt. I think irctc is deliberately doing this so they can accumulate money from people and earn interest on failed transactions or they want people to go to agents.
                                I have attached picture of recent failed transactions i suffered, finally have to give up booking this ticket.
                                I think irctc (www.irctc.co.in) should be fined with the amount of interest equivalent to the amount of interest on failed transactions they earn each day, and this matter of number of failed transactions each day on irctc should be looked into.

                                It just shows no transactions available
                                I booked 3-4 tickets in coming days.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    My pnr no. [protected] (S5-51), i take a journey from howrah to ahmadabad on 11th november-13 november.
                                    I am order a meal (Egg curry + rice) on 12th november at 4-15pm for night as per your representative of that pantry car. But in mean time my physical condition deteriorate badly.
                                    So when they deliver the food at 8pm, i requested them to cancel my order for the reason of my physical condition, but they cant hear my word and force me to take this because i order that and i need to pay rs. 130/-. Then i receive and leave it on my berth (S5-51) as they give me because my internal condition is not able to take that.in that situation i haven't any way so i pay that money.
                                    So, i did not what is rule what not, if its wrong from that caterer site of that pantry car, please give a notice to that body that will not happened again.

                                    I don't know the pantry car representative name and their group but in their t-shirt back written as nccpl.

                                      Actually i had tried tatkal booking from bidar to yeshwantpur on 23 oct 2017, while i was booking ticket is not booked but money got deducted, i was booking through irctc android app and my payment gateway was paytm.
                                      In irctc website it shows as amount had been refunded to paytmsdk but till now i did not get any refund to either to my paytm account or bank account
                                      Please help me through this...

                                        I booked ticket online from bct to kota on 10th nov. Date of journey is 11th dec. The ticket amount was 6490. Train name is ndls durronto. The payment was done but the error msg popped up of ticket not booked. I mailed irctc regarding this but i am only getting automated response even their phone numbers are always on busy mode. Its been 3 days and i have not heard from them neither my amount is refunded.

                                        I am attaching the pic of payment settled and ticket not booked image.

                                        Please help in getting the amount refunded.
