I tried booking a ticket on 20/10/2017 on irctc.co.in. Money got deducted but ticket was not booked. On irctc.co.in, status is not booked and payment is showing failed.

No money refunded; it is 11 days now... You guys are a very poor gateway... And even worse customer service. No toll free numbers. Please do the needful... Someone might need the money... You thieves...

    I have bookef ticket but i canceeled it bcz trains was late more than 3 hrs. N i filed tdr as well but i didnt get the refund yet. Plz refund the amount in bank account from which i made the ticket. Its been three months now..m so disgusted... With the service

    We r in bangalore guahati express 12509. S 10 sleeper . All the general compartment passenger are in this s10.they forcefully sitting here. It is possible that general compartment near to s10. No one care it. pls maintenance of bathrooms.the tap are spoiled. Door look also not work. It is very bad position.but railway catering service very good

      I booked my ticket through irctc on 18th oct 2017 and it automatically cancelled by irctc on 20 oct 2017.

      And send me the following details,

      But i cannot getting refund amount also the irctc helpline no is always busy. Also not not getting response from paytmsdk.

      Please do needful. And refund my amount.

        My ucle mr. Karan bhola was travelling from rajkot to puri in okha - puri express in third a/c.. Pnr no.[protected], his american express suitcase was stolen between stations vijaywada and puri... The time 2a. M. To 4a. M.,, having clothes and valuables costing rs. 30000 rupees. We feel that if the reimbursment is not made by the indian railways... We will go to the consumer forum. Any of the police or gaurds were not present in the coach in day time as well as during night. Tte came after 2hrs of aggressive search in all a/c coaches, this fellow only told us, fir lodge kardo. Par complaint karne se bhi kuch nahi hoga.. We went to police station atkhurda road.. But they denied accepting the application. As we were with family, we were unable to give our time at khurda road. So we travelled till puri. With a bad mood, got down and firstly purchased clothes for wearing all o[censored]s.. Bad on the part of railways,, shame on the part of staff. The state minister railways orissa... Should do something for the betterment of the pilgrims.. Travelling to puri.

          i had a booking sbc-fa, 25th april 2107. I had cancelled on 22nd april 2107

          i had closed my old account from which i have booked and i have requested to refund in my other account. I have mailed more than 15 times, i have called also many a times. But still there is no response from coustmer care .

          Total refund amount is around 20, 000

            I was cancel my ticket on 10th oct 2017, but till date amount not refunded in my account and irctc told me your amount refunded.

            I have share my bank statement date of booking to date of cancelltion but he saying amount not dabited.
            But where clear mention on 20th june 2017 amount dabited from irctc.

                It is to complaint that today i. E. 02.11.2017 my luggage (Red color big trolley bag of american tourister) is stolen from train. I (Sagar) was travelling from howrah jn. To jharsugada jn.in train no - 18005, train name - hwh sbp jdb exp in reserved seat no - cnf/sk1/48, 56, 64, pnr no - [protected].

                Following is a list of important things which were kept in luggage-
                1. All my important and original id's/ atm cards/ documents which was kept in my wallet in the luggage such as - driving liscence, aadhar card, 03 no. Atm cards of sbi, pnb & allahabad bank, cash of approx[protected] rs. Passport photographs.
                2. All my clothes (Jeans, shirts and jackets).
                3. Gift items (4-5 new dresses) etc...

                When i came to knew about the theft of my luggage immediately after train arrived in jharsugda jn., i went to the rpf office there, told the officer about the theft and also requested him to make a fir of this case. He refused to make fir, then on his directions i wrote an application and took a receipt on carbon copy of that application.

                It is now kindly requested to look at the matter and take sincere action please.
                The carbon copy is hereby enclosed for your kind information and necessary action at your end please.

                    I cancelled my tickets on 17 th of october but today is 31st october still i didnt get refund. Why i want to know the customer care is also not reachable. What should i do now. I want solution fast. It is showing refunded on irctc website & bank name kmb but i paid through corporate bank so how it is possible. Till now i didn't get refund in my bank. Please check asap.

                              While booking tickets through irctc i could find bank of india name for payment
                              With debit card. Please add bank of india in the bank list so that i can book railway tickets with my debit card without any problem. I do not have net banking facility that's why i am facing this problem. Please resolve it at the earliest.

                              While booking tickets through irctc I could find Bank of India name for payment
                              with Debit Card.Please add Bank of India in the Bank List so that I can book railway tickets with my Debit Card without any problem. I do not have net banking facility that's why I am facing this problem. Please resolve it at the earliest.

                                I have booked train ticket. Shambhu kumar, age-31, train. No.11105 (Date-28/10/17) but transaction cancel. Mai two bar ticket book kiya but transaction cancel ho gya but paisa 486&491rs bank se debit ho gya. But do not refund my money in my bank.                                     I've booked a a. C. Chair car ticket of 12021 howrah-bbn janashatabdi express, (Pnr no. [protected], journey date-17/12/2017, from howrah to tatanagar, 2 adults, 1 child) on 1st november, 2017. When i booked it, 226 tickets available for a. C. Chair car. I selected for two window side and 1 no choice ticket. But, i surprise that one of my ticket confirm at c4-24 (Window side) and other two are at c1-68 and c1-72 (Both are not window side). Is it justified to me? I'll travel with my family with 5 years old son and wife and none of my ticket placed side by side, even not at same coach. I know that irctc maintain the gravity rule at the time of booking, but how can it applicable for a family with little child? If i want to cancel my ticket, then the cancellation charge is near about 50% of booking amount.

                                    So, i want justice. It's not possible to any one, who traveled with a little son and there seat arrangement are not in side by side, even in same coach.

                                    Please take necessary action for this incident and say what can i do now?

                                      Refund of rs2470 on cancelling ticket bearing pnr no.[protected] on 13/10/17 is not yet credited to my account. As per the mail received the refund was supposed to reflect in the account within 5-7 days. Regarding this so many mails were sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in. But no action is seen. So kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for the early refund.
                                      I booked ticket from umbala to barauni money is deducted from payatm but ticket booking is failed i booking 3 of nov today 6th nov but no get back return my transection failed balance

                                      on[protected] at 11-05 A.M. I booked a tatkal ticket in sleeper class from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam in Visakh Express. Amount of Rs.1913.84 was deducted from my credit card. But ticket was not booked.

                                      I booked a ticket vide PNR NO-[protected] in the name of S.kanaka Durga, A/27, Kakinada, Andharapradesh on[protected] from Samalkot to Anantapur. The amount was debited from my account. later I cancelled the ticket on[protected]. the ticket, but i did not return back my amount to my account. my cell no-[protected]

                                        I have cancelled my e-ticket,
                                        Train no:22888 /humsafar express
                                        From :ypr-kgp
                                        Cancellation date:14th oct 2017
                                        Pnr :[protected]
                                        Transaction id:[protected]
                                        Cancellation id/refund id:[protected]
                                        It's showing refunded on 16th oct 2017 when checked in irctc in bank patmag.
                                        Bt i have no account on any such bank.
                                        Bt it's not refunded on the respective sbi account.
                                        What should i do.?? Where to enquire for this???
                                        Please convey the necessary details why it's not refunded to the account.
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am Chintan Shah. i had booked ticket but i didn't get the berth as well not booked ticket and amount was deducted from my account. kindly check the matter
