Sir, i had booked flight tickets for myself & my son from delhi to mumbai for travel on 20.9.2017. Pnr no. Pjwvsp of vistara airlines. Due to heavy rain at mumbai on that day, it was advised by airlines to cancell the booking & change the flight & it was also conveyed that they will waive all the charges and refund full amount as special offer. Accordingly i cancelled my booking. I received message of credit of rs.200 from irctc. Since then, i am constantly following up with air vistara and irctc through email for refund of balance amount.in response to my emails, vide email dtd. 24 oct 2017, 14:16 the vistara air lines authorities have conveyed that balance refund was processed from their end on 12th october 2017 under refund reference no. [protected] for inr rs.4638 and requested to check with travel agent who will transfer the same to me. Said email was also forwarded to irctc authorities. Since i had booked my tickets from irctc, i am constantly following up with vistara airlines and irctc for refund of my amount.
Auto generated reply received for my last email to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 30 oct 2017, 16:52 under ref id is 7076955.

My transaction id [protected] i have cancelled my ticket but money not credit to my bank i have check irctc website its showing that money credited with zkpy so transfer my money to my respective bank.
I want details when my money will get refunded to my bank
Transfer the credited money to my bank
Or im going file case in consumer court
Forgot my user id and password and i cant open a new a/c as mobile no and password already exist

    IRCTC ticket is not booked, money is deducted.

    In IRCTC status is showing refunded, but not received money to my account.

    Refund amount is NOT settled to my bank account.

    Transaction failure happen on 21 Oct 2017

    I have waited for one week.
    It seems like there is a problem from your end.

    Please return our money.

      I had filed a tdr on 29 sept 2017, (Ref pnr no [protected]), the status on your portal is showing as "cr registered" but the money has not been returned to my account.
      The train no 12413 was more than 3 hours late and therefore i did not take that train. I had to take a cab and reach my destination by spending more than 2 times the amount.

      The tdr id is [protected].

        I was booking ticket and i had made online payment but ticket was not booked and rs 1400 amount has been deducted from my bank account.

        (There is a message sent by irctc i. E
        An amount of rs 1305.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 16-october-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

        But i have not got my money back in my bank account.
        Kinldly request you to refund my money.

          Transaction id:[protected] this is transaction id which paid through payumpp. I cancelled ticket on[protected], pnr no:-[protected]. And cancellation id:- [protected] till now money not credited no response even i sent so many mail to irctc this is worst senario if you people respond in this way.

          Please update as early as possible.

          We are travelling by Tapovan express. We are in D1 . Even though it is a reserved compartment it is full o[censored]nreserved passengers. They are creating a nuisance as they don't have place. My mother is old and she isn't able to approach the washroom too. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            Today i was traveling from jharkhand express (Trn no. 12817). I ordered veg biryani for rs. 140/- from comesum. My train started running but they didn't give the order. Are these guys kidding??? I was very much shocked after seeing the uncooked food. And after tasting it made me really sad. Not at all worthy of rs. 140/- will always avoid your store and will go social. I have decided never to buy from comesum and will not allow anyone with me to have it either. The moment i opened the biryani i have decided to file a complaint, can't tolerate. This type of experience. They are charging more than irctc food charge or more than any good restaurants but still serving this types of food. "cheater"

            I cancelled ticket on IRCTC on 11th October for Journey date - 13th October. Irctc site shows amount (Rs 1580) has been refunded to my account and bank name as PAYUMPP but the amount is not reflected in my account. Please look into the issue.

              Pnr no [protected]: i was suppose to travel on 21st oct by raxual-hyd spl train which arrives at jabalpur station at 10.45 am but this train got late by 18 hours and reached jabalpur station by next day i. E 22nd of oct-17 at 4.30 am. I could not travel and filed tdr also same day. I got a mail that tdr has been rejected with reason as null. When i again maied them, they replied saying you have filed tdr when train started from jabalpur. Also, as per railway policy there is option of filing tdr with in 1-2 working days of the day of travelling. They dnt stick to their reason also. Please do the needfull.

              Dear railway officer, Meri dob registration form me 14/05/1994 hai Jo wrong hai ise Sahi kar na hai meri correct DOB 14/04/1994 hai months wrong hai month Ko change karna hai month 5 ki jagah 4 karna hai yani may ki jagah apairl karna hai apki ati kripa hogi correct dob- 14/04/1994

                I booked 2 train tickets from dehradun to delhi on 24th oct 2017. Amount of rs.430 was deducted from my account and i received a message that it will be refunded. But till date i didn't received the amount.
                An amount of rs 430.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 24-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.

                  I have tried to book a ticket on 1st October 2017. I have paid twice for the ticket with PNR [protected]. I have not received the refund yet though I have mailed my complaint to IRCTC on 25th October 2017. They have sent me an autogenerated email assigning a ticket ID. The ticket ID is 7035127. However, I have not heard from them since. The bank is telling me that the money has been credited to the merchant's account (irctc).

                      I booked tatkal ticket on 28 Oct 2017 I completed all the procedure of booking and proceed for payment through net banking an amount of Rs 621.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID [protected] on 28-Oct-2017 from by SBI account but due to some Network problem I couldn't redirect to the ticket page and I received a message of cancellation of booking but amount will get deducted, soon then I received email regarding refund of payment but till I didn't get any refund in my account as per refund policy.

                        I am travelling in the train no.12241 chd-asr sf. I am seeing that the hawkers are making more the rate than the mrp on selling packets. The hawkers from the jalandhar railway station with a dress code of red colour having black stripes in it. They are seeling the products like bhujiya worth rs.10at the rate of 20for 1packet and 30for 2packets. They are violating the consumer laws. So i want to fascilitate your attraction towards this.

                          Iam regular traveller from secunderabad to visakhapatnam.
                          Almost for every trip i buy 4 to 5 tea. As per irctc standard rates tea cost 7rs. But he pantry guys sell tea 10rs. Let do some math
                          Monthly trips = 4trips (Sec to vskp, vskp to sec)
                          =4*2=8* (4teas)=32*10=320- (32*7)=96rs
                          Almost i lost 96rs
                          In india daily railways travels = 23.07 million (2.3 crore) *?
                          Let image how much amount that is

                              I have booked a ticket from kht to sc on 21.10.2017 for 22.10.2017 by 12733 train. I had also sent a mail regarding the same for which they have given me irctc #7019705 as a ticket number for reference. The transaction is being [protected]. The amount of transaction is rs 1410/- only. I request irctc through this platform to arrange the refund at an earliest.

                                I had trying to reserve ticket in 13019/ bagh express on 12th october. They have deducted money from my account 6 times and also i got message that was "an amount of rs 1115.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 12-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered."
                                And
                                "an amount of rs 1115.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 12-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered."
                                But after 17 days from that day till i didn't get it back.

                                  I was trying to book a tatkal ticket from ahmedabad to vapi station of train karnavati 12934 scheduled on 28th oct 2017. The amount of rs 300 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. The amount has still not been refunded.

                                    Sir, I have cancelled PNR No. [protected] Cancellation ID [protected] Date of Cancellation 22/11/2017 17:50:46 hours Train No.19610/HW AII Exp. Class III AC, but the amount still have not been credited in account. Pl. do the needul urgently. Date of journey 06/10/2017. I have checked my bank account but you have not sent the refund amount. Sorry for inconvenience caused to you.

                                      I made a complaint on 11.10.17 regarding our vizag - araku tour staring 26.09.17. Same day i got an acknowledgement saying — 'your complaint has been forwarded to indian railway catering & tourism corporation ltd. Customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days'. But till date no reply from irctc. It is most unfortunate & a totally unprofessional approach.
                                      Today, i have gone through an advertisement on thailand tour starting 08.12.17. We are very interested but we are feeling afraid of your mismanagement coupled with unprofessional attitude that we had experienced in above noted tour. Regards
