I have booked my bike HERO HONDA GLAMOUR FROM AWADH ASSAM EXPRESS 15909 at New Tinsukia jn to siwan but my bike do not deliver till now at Siwan.

      I have booked two ticket one from anand vihar terminal to muzaffarpur train no.12558 date 18/06/2017, and 2nd from muzaffarpur to anand vihar terminal train no.12557 date 30/06/2017. Due to my personal problem i have cancelled both ticket on 15/10/2017. But i have not recive ticket refund amount yet.

        The catering service in bangalore rajdhani train which started on 23 october 2017, i boarded the train on 24oct from nagpur to secunderabad jn. The carterer did not provide me lunch including soup and meal, i had to go and ask him for the same, he then provided me incomplete meal and cold soup, for the evening snacks also the same happened, i went to ask him for food and again he brought me incomplete meal saying that you were sleeping and started to fight with me. The fellow passengers also witnessed and itnwas humiliating, i have paid an expensive ticket for 2 tier ac, and this is the service i am entitled to. Please look into the issue. I shall also put this complaint with railway minister if this is not addressed.

            With reference to pnr no. [protected] (Journey date on 23rd october from ahmedabad to mumbai).

            My ticket was waitlisted and railways refunded me the amount after deducting the cancellation charges. When there is no cancellation from my side then how can this be deducted.

            We always should get full refund if you are not able to give us the seat or rac.

              Officials at water vending machine at ngp rly station are manner less, charging extra money rather than mentioned amount, used foul language on platfornm no 1 dated 23 oct 2017.
              The tte approaches the coach s8 in train 12792 22 oct ate the end of the journey and ignored the people without ticket, we faced a lot of problem by those people sitting at our seats.
              My phone fell off the window from the gap between upper berth and the wall. The gap was very wide approx 4 cm, and the phone fell from it. I am very dissapointed by it and want this complaint to be seen by higher officials to know the suffering faced by the passengers.
              The toilets were unhygienic and the cleanliness of the coach had score 2 on the scale of 10.

                      I tried to book a ticket from banaswadi (Bengaluru) to thrissur (Kerala). Amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket wasn't booked. I booked another ticket and it got booked. So i need the refund of 621rs to my account as i had to pay twice the ticket amount for a single ticket.

                      Details are as follows:

                      Date of failed booking: 14th october, 2017
                      Date of journey: 02nd november, 2017

                      I had sent a mail to irctc regarding the issue. I got a reply from sneha sharma (Customer care-new delhi), asking me to send the transaction statement. I sent her the e-statement. After that i received no reply from her. Then i sent a mail again asking for the status of my complaint. She replied again saying she needs the scanned copy of my bank account in pdf format. If that's what she needed, she could have replied to my mail containing the e-statement, telling me that she needs a scanned copy of my passbook. She didn't do that. She waited till my next mail which asked for my complaint status. Again a lot of my time was wasted on this. Yet i sent her the copy and i haven't received a reply back from her till this date.

                      It's been 9 days since i have raised this complaint and nothing has been done. A lot of my time has been wasted on this already because of people like sneha sharma. Government officials have become so irresponsible and careless because they think they can do anything.

                      If a transaction fails, irctc should have the responsibility to refund the amount without troubling customers this much. And appointing people like this as customer care executives in government offices just adds to the trouble. I did send lots of mails to irctc in these 9 days asking for the status of my complaint and they haven't replied to any, after i sent my bank statement.

                      I request consumercomplaints.in to help me get my refund back and to report this lady named sneha sharma for her irresponsible behavior.

                        I have booked tatkal ticket for two person for 20th Oct. On 19th but transaction failed but total reservation charges of rs370. 00 has been deducted from my account and I got only 130 rs. Refund if transaction was successful then it is with to deduct charges.

                            I have booked a tatkal ticket and after successful payment status the message showed that ticket could not be booked & your amount will be refunded.
                            So i tried once again and same happened.
                            Again payment successfully done but ticket could not be booked and i received the message of refund.
                            And when chart of the train was prepared i received a message of confirmation of ticket booking.
                            But it was of no use to me then as i have already managed accordingly.
                            So i request the refund of both deductions immediately.

                                I was booked a ticket with transaction id: [protected] in irctc and ref no:[protected] from your record on 20-oct-2017 by tatkal from durg to hwh.in this case an amount of rs 3105.50 was deducted from my bank. Also that the transaction was failed as per status from irctc. It was showing the amount will refunded to zkpy bank on 21 october 2017. Please refund my amount.

                                  I was travelling in the vidarbha express (12106) that started from gondia on 22/10/2017 in b3 coach seat no. 44. I boarded at wardha junction and got down at dadar junction. Pnr number:[protected].
                                  I was carrying a big blue american tourister bag with me, which i had kept below my seat during the journey. What i find in the morning when i came back at home is a big hole below the bag and all my food, clothes and other stuff damaged along with that. These rodents cause dangerous diseases.
                                  This is totally unacceptable on the part of indian railways. At least a certain amount of hygiene is expected in the ac coaches when we are paying this big amount of money.
                                  Irctc is obliged to give me a compensation for my loss.

                                    I and my family members was traveling by rajdhani express 12424 on 21.10.2017 from new delhi. An announcement was going on, but there was no results. Because a number o[censored]nauthorized passengers were traveling. The t. T. E did nothing but entertained them by collecting excess money from the unauthorized passengers. We the valid passengers were in trouble. Some of the unauthorized passengers came to allotted sit, lay-down on the passage causing trouble to use toilet etc. R. P. F, t. T. E passed several times but problem remained same. T. T. E only said 'i am trying'. It is requested to rly authority to do the needful.

                                      I was traveling bhubenswar to mumbai in konark exp on[protected] train no 11020 and my pnr:[protected], first the in train caterer is not selling rail neer, he is selling bisleri which is having mrp 15.00 but selling it at 20.00 here in this train what i notice is that the vendors are selling water bottles for higher price of 20 rs instead of 15 and when i asked the vendor for for this he replied in a harsh manner this is not fair. Sir this is my humble request to take a serious action towards this issue.
