I attempted to book a 3ac ticket from sonipat to new delhi on 10th oct 2017, an amount of rs 496.24 was deducted from my axis bank, however the ticket was not generated, i received an sms from dd-irctci that " an amount of rs 495.00 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 10th oct 2017
This amount is still not credited back to my axis bank account.
Please credit the amount asap.

    Dear All have booked tickets on[protected] for rs 1121.80 under reference no [protected] ticket not booked but amount debited from bank and the was not yet refunded back to my acccount. Kindly assist me to get the refund back. The transaction done in irctc is website the same connected with Paytm site. Transaction was not success but charges debited from my account and the same was not reversed alternately have done another transaction nd the same was success. Kindly examine the same and provide positive resolution

      इलाहाबाद स्टेशन के जो irctc के वाटर purifire लगाया है तो उसकी मेंटेनेंस भी करवा दो । हर purifire का 1 रुपये वाला प्लान खराब कर के रखा गया है। और उसमे मूर्खो को मत बैठाया करो जो ग्राहकों से बतमीजी से बात करे। और ये समस्या केवल इलाहाबाद स्टेशन की नही है ये लुटाई हर स्टेशन में है । और आप की सहमति के बिना इनकी इतनी औकात नही की ये मसीन से छे र खनि करे।

          I booked a rail ticket for two adults from chennai to erode in third a/c for journey on 30.09.2017. The ticket was cancelled. For the above ticket pnr no [protected] ticket cancelled amount 1270 is shown as refunded on 01.10.2017 in the irctc portal. But so far amount not received. When i checked with canara bank they said amount not received. Help me to get the amount of 1270 refunded by irctc

          When I tried to book the e-ticket today, 20 October 2017 around 9 pm, for my journey from Hatia to Puri, the column ID Card Type was simply not giving any option, nor could I enter any number in ID Card No. How can I book my ticket?

            I had filed a tdr on 13-sep-2017 11:42:37 with the cancellation id: [protected] tdr zone: east central railway (Ec) registration no:[protected] with the ticket pnr no [protected].
            I was expecting a refund long back but irctc has been very much irregular in the processing and creating a nuisance to public.
            It has been more than a month already but the refund is not yet processed. Please process this as soon as possible.

              I am a user of irctc, i had booked ticket from bhopal to katni on 15/10/17 in bilaspur express/18235. Unfortunately train was cancelled on that day. But there is no cancellation message or email send from your side.
              And refund amount has not been credited of my account.
              I also informed to customers care regarding this case on call but i got unsatisfied reply.

                I travel in himachal express in 3 rd ac with pnr no [protected].in night i put the bag safe below the seat b2/47.in morning when when i reach my destination then i see my bag has been damage by mouse (Cost of bag is rs 4000) one piece of pant and shirt also cut. What the hell is this the presence of mouse in ac. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                          The catering service in bangalore rajdhani train which started on 23 october 2017, i boarded the train on 24oct from nagpur to secunderabad jn. The carterer did not provide me lunch including soup and meal, i had to go and ask him for the same, he then provided me incomplete meal and cold soup, for the evening snacks also the same happened, i went to ask him for food and again he brought me incomplete meal saying that you were sleeping and started to fight with me. The fellow passengers also witnessed and itnwas humiliating, i have paid an expensive ticket for 2 tier ac, and this is the service i am entitled to. Please look into the issue. I shall also put this complaint with railway minister if this is not addressed.

                              With reference to pnr no. [protected] (Journey date on 23rd october from ahmedabad to mumbai).

                              My ticket was waitlisted and railways refunded me the amount after deducting the cancellation charges. When there is no cancellation from my side then how can this be deducted.

                              We always should get full refund if you are not able to give us the seat or rac.

                                Officials at water vending machine at ngp rly station are manner less, charging extra money rather than mentioned amount, used foul language on platfornm no 1 dated 23 oct 2017.
                                The tte approaches the coach s8 in train 12792 22 oct ate the end of the journey and ignored the people without ticket, we faced a lot of problem by those people sitting at our seats.
                                My phone fell off the window from the gap between upper berth and the wall. The gap was very wide approx 4 cm, and the phone fell from it. I am very dissapointed by it and want this complaint to be seen by higher officials to know the suffering faced by the passengers.
                                The toilets were unhygienic and the cleanliness of the coach had score 2 on the scale of 10.

                                        I tried to book a ticket from banaswadi (Bengaluru) to thrissur (Kerala). Amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket wasn't booked. I booked another ticket and it got booked. So i need the refund of 621rs to my account as i had to pay twice the ticket amount for a single ticket.

                                        I had sent a mail to irctc regarding the issue. I got a reply from sneha sharma (Customer care-new delhi), asking me to send the transaction statement. I sent her the e-statement. After that i received no reply from her. Then i sent a mail again asking for the status of my complaint. She replied again saying she needs the scanned copy of my bank account in pdf format. If that's what she needed, she could have replied to my mail containing the e-statement, telling me that she needs a scanned copy of my passbook. She didn't do that. She waited till my next mail which asked for my complaint status. Again a lot of my time was wasted on this. Yet i sent her the copy and i haven't received a reply back from her till this date.

                                        It's been 9 days since i have raised this complaint and nothing has been done. A lot of my time has been wasted on this already because of people like sneha sharma. Government officials have become so irresponsible and careless because they think they can do anything.

                                        If a transaction fails, irctc should have the responsibility to refund the amount without troubling customers this much. And appointing people like this as customer care executives in government offices just adds to the trouble. I did send lots of mails to irctc in these 9 days asking for the status of my complaint and they haven't replied to any, after i sent my bank statement.

                                        I request consumercomplaints.in to help me get my refund back and to report this lady named sneha sharma for her irresponsible behavior.
