I was booked e-ticket through irctc on 22 oct 2017. The booked ticket was new delhi to etawah and train no 12004 ljn swran shtbd. Amount 822.42 has been debited in my account and transition was failed and no ticket booked. Transition id no [protected] dated 22 oct 2017. Amount 822.42 not refunded in my account till date. Hence you are requested to refund my amount rupees 822.42 at the earliest.

    Ladies toilet at near a. Ah. Wheeler book stall written urinal is free and toilet charges rs. 2 but they charged rs.5 for urinal as i asked them out side written is different they told this is private and it's rs. 5 only otherwise you can not use. Nobody is watching this kind of nonsense and still we talk no ladies should go out for urine. Swachhata is seva. This will fail all sentences.

      I m from gwalior. Today at 11:00 i wad booked a tatkal ticket from bhopal to gwalior in malwa express through the pnb netbanking from irctc, since after some time amount is deducted but booking is failed without any reseason. It shows not booked
      I want that amount right now and its urgent and get back in next 2 hours

        Sir,
        I am ss nathan, my irctc user id is babu1967. On 28/09/2017 22:08 hours, i have received otp from irctc which was not requested by me. The next day 29/09/2017,

        I have received 5-times a single tickets on my registered mobile number bearing the pnr no-[protected], name is venkateswarlu, train no-07757, date of journey is 01/10/2017. Deb. Time 05:30hours.

        I am using this id for more than 10 years without any problem, this is the first time somebody hijacked my user id and also changed my registered mobile number.

        Now i could not re-register, either by e-mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) or by my register mobile number ([protected]). Kindly tell me the user name of the register mobile number or e-mail id.

          I was booking a tatkal ticket on 19 october 2017 on the irctc website, for karnataka express from manmad to bangalore. The transaction was failed, and the online portal showed a payment failure, however, the amount of rs.666.67 was deducted from my bank account. No refund initiation has begun till date. Please look into the matter and request a refund.

            Its really sad to say that indian railway server or booking is not up to the mark for past few months for online booking. Individuals are not able to book tickets on irctc for any urgency (I. E. Tatkal). Web page allow the user to login at 11 but page refresh itself take time and booking allow to fill the passenger information and take till payment. But after that no progress our amount will be debited from bank but we wont get the ticket - error will be raised showing - gateway error or no open tickets or server error and that refund will take 10 days to credit back to us... My suggestion is government can give railway to private companies to run the train at lease will get ticket with higher cost which we usually pay if we not able to travel in train. I dont know why its happening is bandwidth issue, as normal people will have a low bandwidth internet connection and plans should be brought to help them to book the tickets.

              I have booked my ticket with transaction id number[protected] from gorakhpur to kalyan on 12-oct.-2017.
              My date of journey was 15-nov-2017. Due to some reason i have cancelled my ticket on 18-oct-2017. I have not yet credited my refund money

                I have booked my ticket with transaction id number[protected] from new delhi to ranchi on 08-oct-2017.
                My date of journey was 26-oct-2017. Due to some reason i have cancelled my ticket on 16-oct-2017. I have not yet credited my refund money

                    Here i am facing same problem again & again. I had booked a ticket on 26.10.2017. The amount of rs.340 has to be deducted from my account but my ticket wasn't booked. After that i recived a message from irctc ("an amount of rs 340.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 26-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.") but still i didn't get the amount.in the website it is showing "irctc txn id [protected]" & not showing any type of refunded id. And bank name as visa mastercard (Powered by citi bank). Details as below,

                    I have been facing similar problems relating to the refund of my ticket's amount which had not been issued on my name. The transaction ID is [protected].
                    I have received notice that my amount has been refunded on 27th of October, but till date I haven't received the amount as cash or credit in my bank account. I am attaching the screenshot of the same so that you can look into the matter and provide me help as soon as possible.

                      I cancelled tatkal ticket on 8-oct-2017, and got a message that amount 355 will be refunded to your bank account in 5-6 days. But till today refunded amount was not credited to my account. But in irctc website is showing that amount 355 war already refunded to zkpy bank on 11-oct-2017.

                      Please help to resolve my problem,

                      I have tried to book Tatkal ticket through irctc rail connect app on 22.10.2017 for which amount has been deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.                         I bharat narsinghani travelling from train number -12618;pnr number-[protected] and [protected] have ordered food from irctc toll free number 1323 at 2 p. M. They have promised us to provide food at ratnagiri station at 3.50 and we have received the acceptance of our order (Order number-1283709 and 1283738) by text message. As train got late and reached ratnagiri at 10.14 pm we were waiting for our ordered food but no one was there to deliver food we haven't received any message about cancellation of food and executive on a call just raised his hands from the complaint.

                                Booking id [protected]. I have booked a ticket from dhanbad to new delhi on 20 oct for 21st oct in 3rd ac. The transaction failed, but an amount of inr1820 was deducted from my account as per tatkal cost. Now i'm waiting for my refund. Even after a week of deduction no amount has been refunded to my bank account. The payment was done through debit card of sbi bank and payment gateway was payu.

                                  This is regarding a train delay that never changes. I'm a regular traveler in shadabdi from ernakulam north to calicut on fridays. The train being a major genre and should have more priority than other trains, never reaches on time. If it was for once or twice or at times when there is any work on rails, we can understand. But this one never made it on time, both at source and destination. The train should reach my destination calicut by 10 pm. But it is always late and reaches only after 11 pm.
                                  Many people including families, ladies depend on this train to commute on fridays so that they can reach their home on friday itself after work.
                                  Authorities should please consider this as a major issue since the ladies/families/aged ppl who reach hometown very late at this time are not able to find any buses/autos/cabs to reach their home. This is a major security issue and should be corrected before something bad happens.

                                    I cancelled ticket on 10oct17, my cancellations ids are [protected], [protected]. I booked this ticket via sbi debit card option. But still the amount is not yet been refunded. But stiil i see that in irctc portal, the staus as refunded via kmb bank on 13oct17. But till now i haven’t received the refund amount. Please lookinto this issue and resolve this as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any additional details.\

                                      I was booked and cancelled a ticket with transaction id: [protected] and cancellation id: [protected] from irctc record and the same was refunded to zaakpay. The refund date on 23-oct-2017.

                                      In this case an amount of rs 310 has been yet to credit back on my hdfc bank account. So please return the fund asap.

                                        This is sabarinath from bangalore. Recently i had tried two booking in tatkal on 17/10/17 as well as 18/10/17 from bangalore to palakkad and i did't get the tickets but they had deducted the amount from my account and till now i did't get those amount refunded.                                         IRCTC is the most useless, lukkha website I have seen till the date. For a national railway website like this, every time failure occurs while booking tatkal tickets, and some railway agents book tatkal tickets by Hacking softwares with ease!
