I am travelling with [protected] this pnr no.,
There are serval issues regarding toilet cleaning, there is no soap in toilet in whole journey nor any action taken after even intimating the staff appointed,
As well as c12 ac is also not working properly and there is no help or any kind of action in such complains
I asked for complaint log book, they refused to provide

      I had booked a ticket today on irctc mobile connect app and after the bank transaction the ticket was showed after which i exited the app. But i have neither received a mail for it nor any sms and it doesn't even show up in my booked ticket history. Please help me as i have not even taken a screenshot of the ticket, neither do i remember my ticket pnr number.

        Hi,

        Please refer the below message from irctc while booking the tickets, the tickets were not booked but amount was debited from my account :

        (An amount of rs 280.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected]igacfufdk6 22-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

        As on date no update on the refund, please guide next course of action

          I cancelled my railway ticket through irctc and irctc refunded amount via zkpy payment gateway on 18 oct 17. However refunded amount still not credited in my bank account.

          Mode of payment is : net banking

          Bank name: sbi

          And all necessary details are as follows:

          Refund id : [protected] dated 18 oct 17.

          Refund amount: 3435.
          Irctc status: refunded.

            This is to highlight the behavior noted for tte o[censored]ttar sampark kranti 12446 - katra to delhi on 21st oct 2017

            He was a sikh and was drunk on duty. We had been requesting since boarding to tell the status of our rac seat, he kept ignoring us everytime, saying that it can be decided only after jammu.

            I am a stroke patient and was traveling with my wife, we waited till jammu he however was catering to other people and completely ignored our request. I even followed him to the next coach where he was selling tickets to the other passengers.

            I had a rac 1 with allotted seat number which he refused to help me out with as another passenger was sitting on it and was also lying about his ticket. The tt just asked us to share the seat with him without checking his ticket, his ticket was not confirmed. The tt did not help out till midnight while my wife had to sleep on other empty seats till passengers came. That is when my wife again went looking for him and saw that he was drinking. She highlighted this to police on duty, but no one had anything to say about the situation! Is it very ordinary that all tte ignore duty and drink on the train!

            Extremely disappointed at such a treatment, despite highlighting about my condition and requesting to help us in the situation!

            Request urgent action against him. I will be highlighting this at higher levels as well!

            I got my ticket cancelled vide pnr no. [protected] on 14.10.2017, status is also showing "refunded" on 16.10.2017, but same has not been credited in my bank account.
            I am trying to book ticket on irctc through net banking but the Amount deducted twice for the same.Amount deducted but transaction not completed on dated 21/10/17.Transaction id-IGACFRNVK3 (wrongly deducted id )
            So kindly refund my amount 1586.80 only.screen shot attached fo reference.
            Dear Sir I forget IRCTC user name & password. Please send user name & password immediately in my email id [protected]@gmail.com, mobile no [protected].I already mail irctc.co.in about this problem. But he can't take action about this problem

                  I have tried to book tatkal ticket through irctc site on 01.10.2017 for which rs.1091.80 has been deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. The transaction id was - [protected]. This amount has not yet refunded in my account. I have lodge several complaints with irctc, complaint no are - 6884417, 6912321, 6956103 but still the issue remains unresolved.

                  On 12th oct i was trying to reserve my seat in JBP Jansatabdi (12061) Train . and Transection got failed and ammount deducted from my SBI account, ammount is 110 rs. TRANSECTION ID - [protected] .

                          I was having enough money in the wallet, the transaction should happen within seconds after putting password & otp

                          What's the use of putting so much of money in the wallet of it doesn't work when u need it

                            Please refund my cancellation ticket amount with deduct minimum charge why are you deduct higher amount because of i was canceled ticket within one hours my pnr no.                                 On 20 th october i made a tatkal ticket from sattenpalli to pune.
                                The payment has been made when the availbility of tickets is 58 around
                                I got the payent status as succesful
                                So after a succesful transaction i have expected the confirmation of train ticket
                                But i got as reservation failed
                                Amt been deducted however it wil credit back in next five days
                                My issue is when a transaction is successful
                                Irctc should either confirm a ticket for me if berth availbility is there or if not it should be a tatkal waiting list
                                Bcoz of this incovenience by irctc i have lost one full day for other means of transport to reach pune also met additional expense of 3000 rs extra
                                However money is not issue
                                But many people are suffering like this

                                  I booked a ticket on[protected] from sre to jat in first class ac mistakenly and cancelled it on same date. I received a message that amount of ₹5210 will be refunded to my account by paytmag. But till date i didn't received any refund. I contact irctc consumer help line number [protected]. They told me to email them at [protected]@irctc.co.in with passbook entry showing no amount is refunded. Please do the needful at your earliest.

                                    Complaint numbers of irctc not working and responding.
                                    My refund is not done for cancellation of tickets which i have done many days back.
                                    My mail reply is also not given.
                                    This is very irritating and annoying.
                                    I have been trying to follow up with them since many days. Their numbers are not working.
                                    Only one number, which is of catering srvices, is working. I tried to email also but no response was given.
                                    Infact the feedback form is also not working on irctc.
                                    Since there is no other website for train bookings i couldnt book my tickets. And they have kept approximately 3000 rs and not refunded me.
                                    This is very very annoying.
                                    Kindly take serious action for irctc website.
                                    It should be user friendly and customer friendly so that customers can reach out for their queries.
