There was a seat get reserved for[protected] in train no-09006 with pnr no-[protected] train was declared more then three hrs late and hence looking to this train ticket was cancelled before 4hrdeparture of train but a clause schedule departure of train became hinderance for refund. It is to mention it was not my duty to maintain schedule of train even then i am deprived from any refunds. This is totally a type of forgery not to return any and even not make a provision to return back to file tdr. Then please tell me i was allowed for tickit cancellation. Was this rule was made to decieve a passenger if in case of ambiguity of rule railway can deceive a passenger. If this type of case is not resolved it is clear intention of railway to decieve and earn.

    Sir/madam,
    I booked my rail tickets pnr no. [protected] 120 days before scheduled time, get tickets w/l 8 9 10 three ticket.
    Now one day before journey my tickets rac 9 10 11 after chart prepared, i am first time to cancel this type of tickets online, at night 23:30 dt 19/10/17 due some error tickets didn't cancel.
    In morning i try one by one process to cancel my tickets first cancellation than file tdr than calls customer care than email. Tdr before doing 30 minutes departure time of train, i am getting late, customer care didn't pick up the phone, email answer after 15 minutes, you couldn't cancel your tickets.
    I managed to call customer care but she didn't satisfy her answer and put my call on hold, at present time phone on hold.
    Sir i am first timer and mr. Pm say digital india but i am fail to understand his moto when first time user suffering.
    Please help us to get my hard earn money.

        I have booked two times tickets on 19/10/2017 from guntur to secunderabad, intercity, chair car.
        When i tried to cancel one ticket, booking history is showing no records. Cancel button is also showing no records.
        What shall i do
        Please advise. This problem was not encountered earlier.
        Also it is becoming very difficult to login with nonsence capcha like redbus etc
        Is it all necessary
        Please make an early reply so that i can make my journey and cancel one ticket.

        I am having similar problem. I booked my ticket twice, the booking history has disappeared!! I am not able to cancel this ticket either!! Can you please reply at the earliest, what can we do about this!! At the very least please help cancel the ticket!!

          I had cancelled a ticket, pnr: [protected]on 17th october'2017 around 12:30 pm using irctc online window ticket cancellation services. After receiving a valid cancellation message, i was still denied refund at prs, kota and when went to ask for assistance from station director, i was further criticised for using digital services. Kindly refund asap.

            I had paid the amount of rupees 6309 for ticket booking the amount has been deducted but the ticket didn't get booked. I paid the amount from paytm. And i didn't get ticket so i kindly request you to refund my amount as i have already booked another one. I request you to kindly return my amount as soon as possible.               tdr rejected

              I had booked 4 AC compartment ticket of Koyna express for 3 September. However I got SMS from IRCTC on registered mobile number that we have been allocated seats in lower class. As we wanted to travel only in AC I had submitted TDR to get refund as we were not planning to travel by Koyana express. We managed our own travel by road.

              After few days I found that my TDR status is TDR repudiated. However I have submitted the TDR...

              I have tried to book tatkal ticket on 15 oct 2017 from nellore to aluva the amount had deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked as the seats was not available..                 Dear sir/madam, i have booked a ticket and unknowingly paid via credit & debit card/net banking/wallet (Powered by paytm) as system did not allowing me to payment by sbi debit card.
                Due to some reason i have cancelled the same ticket on 9th oct and irctc shows the amount refunded on 12th oct 2017 and bank shows as paytmag but unfortunately the amount not yet been credited to my sbi bank a/c (Ticket booked via sbi debit card). I wrote a mail '[protected]@irctc.co.in' but no one responded.

                  I am travelling from bangalore to rourkela. I want a single good reason, why i should pay 680 for sleeper if others are coming without sleeper tickets and sitting on my berth. I have attached the pics which i have taken inside hatia - yeswanrpur 12836.

                  I hate the service i have got after paying 680 inr. Give me the good reason or my money back!!! Please.

                    I have boarded this train 12260 on 17 oct from ndls and was expected to reach dhanbad by 9 am next day. But is running 7 hrs late. This is among the fastest trains of india and i'm sorry to say if this is its condition then how mr. Modi is expecting to manage a bullet train.

                    Plus i am traveling in ac 2 tier, i have paid around 4000 rs and they are serving khichdi in return of my money... I mean this is simply not acceptable. Why we are paying such a huge amount when all other small express trains are running ahead of duronto... And what is the use of dynamic fares when you are not able to provide dynamic services...

                      Respected sir i has tried to book premium tatkal ticket at 12/10/2017 from vadodara (Brc) to wardha (Wr) in train navjeevan express 12655 but the amount deducted and ticket not book. But after seven days past still i didnt get refund of it.
                      I has also complaint on irctc plateform my ticket id is [irctc #6968234]. And transaction id no: [protected].
                      Kindly do some needful.

                      [protected].. miraj's tc come in my train and he given fine RS 2500/-of 4 people, i have all prove of that, please solve my complete. Please search for that tc and tell him my complent.

                      Hello Mr Rushikesh as per irctc and indian railway ticket rules all ticket booked online having waitlist after preparing final chart it stands cancel.And they can not board in any coach.If they board than they will be treated as without Ticket and will be liable to pay fine equivllent to without ticket.Only window booked ticket waitlist passenger can travel by request TT only
                      I have booked train tatkal ticket in irctc . it was confirmed but on the day of traveling train delayed more than 12 hrs. after that i have filled TDR on the day of journey . till now i did not get refund amount.

                              Today i book tatkal tickets for karnavati express from valsad to ahmedabad and when i done payment the failed message i got is of not confirmed your seat and suddenly my money from my bob account is deducted..

                                I tried to book a train ticket from ahmedabad to chennai through irctc app but the ticket was not booked. But they took money from my account and said that if ticket is not booked the money will be returned. It crossed 7 days and till now the money is not returned. The bank executive says that there is no step initiated from the irctc regarding the money return. Is there any solution for this problem. I tried to call the irctc but the customer care is all time busy tone.

                                    I had booked a ticket on 07.10.2017. The amount of rs.415 has to be deducted from my account but my ticket wasn't booked. After that its showing that amount of rs.415 has been credited to my account on 13.10.2017 but still i didn't get the amount. Even after 5 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 13.07.17 and bank name as visa mastercard (Powered by citi bank). Details as below,
