Had canceled the ticket on 05.10.2017. And the amount of rs.435 has to be credited to my account. But after 7 days also it is not done.in the website, it is showing refunded on 05.10.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,

    I had booked a ticket in the asr-cdg intercity train no 12412 for 29.09.17. The train got cancelled the same day and no money has been refunded to me till date. Pnr no. [protected]
    I tried calling the helpline number but that was always busy and i have not received any response to my complaint mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in also.

    Help me get the status of my refund.

      I hace cancelled my ticket pnr no-[protected] for journey dated 1/10/2017 due to personal reasons. The cancellation details are as follows:
      Cancellation id-[protected]
      Cancellation date: 29/09/2017
      Refund amount-rs.2790/-
      As per the irctc website, the amount was shown to be refunded to my bank account on 1/10/2017. However the same was not yet credited to my bank account. Bank authorities have stated that the refund was yet to come to the bank account. Kindly help me to get the refund

        When i'm looking to book tatkal tickets through irctc website it shows "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 to 12:00 per ip address" and i never had booked atleast one ticket in that whole week. Many are going through this same problem, please solve this asap. It's appreciable that website had actually made required updates for passengers comfort, but it's also necessary for them to check how it functions. Hoping to get resolved this soon.

          Booked ticket on 8 october, 2017 but it was failed. Money was deducted. Customer care executive told me it will be refunded within next 3-4 working days. Now it's showing in my irctc account that the money has been refunded but i didn't receive the money at all.
          Same thing happened for my cancelled ticket refund also.
          I suppose to get total rs. 390 refund. Both are showing refunded in the status on the a/c but not credited in my bank account.

            Sir,
            We had booked tickets four months ago with pnr no [protected], train no 12842, coromandel express. But it is very unfortunate that many unwanted passengers without ticket are traveling with us. We have complained to the tte, but he does not respond to our problem. They are capturing our seats, using slang gs, threatening us. We are traveling with ladies passenger. They are not secure enough at night. Whole passage are booked by them. Even anybody can go to bathroom because the are sitting all around. Please take some action.

            I hav booked train tickets for 3 times, and cancelled after payment due to i hav forgotten my irctc password and i tried for recovery of my account it showing my registered number was wrong and it has not done properly, so i have cancelled... and totally my fare is 4500 for 3 times... please help me to get my refund back...

              Dear sir/madam,
              As we are travelling to vijayawada on 12th october, we reached yalahanka station in time and waiting for the train 17212 / kondaveedu exp (Pnr no: [protected]). The right time of the train to yalahnka station is 2:48 pm. At 3:30pm there was a shocking announcement which took every ones attention that the train was diverted (Via jolarpettai - gudur - bezawada) hence will not reach yalahanka. To catch the train we engaged a cab and went to yeshwanthapur where it was already left. I got sms from irctc at 4:10pm informing that the train is diverted. Due to improper decision by railways all my plans are ruined. Please find the attached ticket.
              So i need justice and want my money return.

                    Sir when i was booking tkt on 24 august, transcation was completed, but tkt was not booked. Txn id [protected] (Irctc website) i had paid through bhim app. So i attached bihm app txn approved screen shoot and bank statement from that date til now, i complained lots of time to irctc but did not get refund, complain id are [irctc #6849717] [irctc #6710711] [irctc #6697959] [irctc #6707976]

                      Pnr-[protected], train-12810, 3ac, doj - 07feb'2018, sk ghosh (62)-side upp. So if seat allotment given in sequence it will be convenient as we family travel.
                      Both ticket i booked online on opening day and window open time but i unable to get my choice, we have six members three given 1, 2, 3 and other three 46, 45, 48. So strange.

                      Irctc Vendors are selling 2 banana roast for 30 rs. Outside it costs just 20 rupees.

                          I had booked tatkal ticket on 2/10/17 for journey of 3/10/17.. I got 7 waiting in tatkal, but due to not confirmation of ticket it got cancelled. My booking amount was 545 but i got only 480 as refundable amount. As that was auto cancellation so i should have got all my booking amount back. Details of journey as follow.

                            I was at ldh railway station pf 5. Asked for sandwich from doon caters - stall no. 14. They offered for rs. 30=00, but the rate is rs. 20=00 as written on rate list board. On asking the green stripped t-shirt person replied "hamara to yahi rate hai, lena hai lo nahi to dhanyavaad" - "this is our rate, if you want to take it you can, otherwise thank you". Please check and hope for a feasible solution.

                                    We (Myself & wife) were in above noted vizag araku tour that started on 26th sept, 17 - 4n /5d.in initial itinerary (During booking) train departure time from shalimar stn was 18-15 hrs but at the end it was rescheduled to 23-05 hrs on the same date i. E. Tour squeezed by 5 hrs. From start. Then, on journey train delayed by around 5-30 hrs. As a result tour programme could not be completed as per itinerary. We could not visit yerada beach, shimachalam temple etc. As departure time from vizag was not shifted. Even it was a great difficulty to know the assembly point at shalimer stn.
                                    We were in utter surprise the way you had conducted the tour - totally mishandled. Food at araku & on return journey at train was worst. Tour conducting persons were always in confusion & showing helpless resulting entire tour were in mess though all tour participants were really cooperative, gentle and good. Even a tour bus left leaving a family at tour spot. It was a bad tour in our life and every o[censored]s were repenting for choosing irctc tourism. You could have extended your support to customers for their minimum satisfaction. We are sorry to mention that in today's competitive age, your unprofessional approach may be a real threat of your survival. Pl take feed back from other customers also and verify the views for your assessment and necessary rectification.
                                    Lastly, we pray to goddess for your positive change and survival. Awaiting for your reply.

                                    I was doing the reservation today from Chennai to Vadakara and I have paid the amount Rs. 2140 through internet banking and Transaction Ref No is IGACCMPVW0. However, the money from my account has been withdrawn but the ticket has not been originated. So I kindly request you to pay back the amount paid by me for the ticket.

                                        I have booked the ticket on 25/09/17 by debit card. I have cancel the ticket on 06/10/17 but amount has not been refunded till date but it show amount has been showing it is been refunded in payumpp but it is not been refunded till date. Kindly resolve the problem its first time i book ticket by debit card and i would never do the ticket by debit card
