I am arun patwardhan. Today i booked one ticket from bhopal to ltt for 30th january 2018 by 2nd a. C.. The ticket was booked from udyog nagri. Amount for this tkt was debited from my account. But till this time not received any message about ticket.
Whether ticket will exhibit on online or message will received to this effect?
What problems raises in irctc cite.
... Please rectify my problem at the earliest possible. I think i shall not be compelled to go to the minister.

I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 13th October. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 765 rupees. The transaction id was [protected]. I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.

In19301, started on 8oct, travelled for 5.50 hrs. And AC not set appropriately, nauseous n suffocating. 4 more hrs to go.
Similar experience on 4oct in12924 and in complaining the care taker of the coach in a white dress misbehaved, I have vedio of that. Want compensation

    On 11 oct i tried to book 2 ticket, i select payment mode and make payment of rs 731.83 but ticket booking was failed and they deducted 731.83 from my account.
    I again tried to book the ticket because it was urgent same thing was happen again 731.82 they deducted and transaction was failed.
    Third time again i tried again it was happen they deduct rs 731.82 from my account and transaction was failed.
    Total amount irctc deducted 2195.47.
    In irctc website it is showing that they have refunded my total amount on same day i, e 11 oct and 12 oct.
    But today is 16 oct still i did get my money.

    Please advise me what should i do.

    My train was cancel by IRCTC but on 23 rd september & 28 th september but still my amount not refunded also in irctc account it shows not refunded and bank name shown as ITZ bank.Today is 23 rd october still now not received my money.PLease solved my problem

      I have booked tickets through irctc website. Later i have had to cancel few tickets. As per irctc policy the amount gets refunded to the bank from which the ticket was bought.

      The problem is that bank account through which i had booked the tickets is now closed. I had written to customer care but did not get any positive response on how they could solve my problem. I would like to get a solution to this problem. Attached are the refund details.

        I reserved two berths for gaya jn to howrah jn of 12314 sealdah rajdhani for 15 nov 2017 by online irctc.
        I have paid rs. 2225.9 through ubi bank debit card vide transaction id no [protected] dt 09 oct 2017, which was not communicated (No tickets issued by irctc) and the above amount was debited from my a/c. Rs. 2225.9 was debited from my account (Ubi statement of a/c are attached) and also the message was received from ubi bank after debiting the amount that "your uni ac xx3916 is debited by rs. 2225.9 on[protected]:13:55 at irctc. Clear ac bal rs. Xxxxxx. Failed txn reporting-goo. Gl/4g2ww3. I was requesting irctc rapidly to date, but they have not refunded the said amount to me till date. With thanks and regards

            I have booked the railway train ticket but transaction failed and amount of rs 1960 has been deducted from my a/c on 08.10.2017 in irctc website shows refunded but the amount 1960.00 on 08.10.2017, still the amount has not credited into my a/c
            The transcation has done through the pay u money (Payumpp)
            But the pay u money has not refunded my money
            The irctc has already refunded

                Irctc is providing an option while booking tatkal tickets.
                "book only if tickets are confirmed".
                I have attempted to book tatkal ticket today. I have chosen "book only if tickets are confirmed" by knowing.. Irctc just charges unwanted cancellation charges even if tickets are not confirmed.

                By having another apsrtc travel tickets, i attempted irctc tatkal reservation as i thought.. It will be easy and safe for family to travel by train.

                Unfortunately, by the time i made payments.. I see a screen with availability as 7 and asking me to press "yes" or "no" for ticket booking even though my preferred berths were not allocated.

                I have chosen yes as i am ok with berth allocation by thinking still 7 tickets are available that time.
                After i press yes, my tickets were moved to wl.. Which forced me cancel the tickets and pay unnecessary cancellation charges just for trying out tatkal.

                These options are really misleading and irctc is looting money from people for nothing.

                    My pnr number is [protected] from h. Nizamudin to haridwar on 6th nov 17 and pnr is [protected] is from kalyan jn to h. Nizmudin for 5th november 17. As per schedule time of 12493 train from pune to h. Nizamudin.
                    I have booked a retiring room at h. Nizamudin for 6th nov.17. We are two passengers. But it shows booking of one double bed for one person.

                      I am satish omre pnr no. [protected]. Status tqwt 3. Date[protected]. But tte said my ticket is invalid. I have a ticket. Tte said stop journey and mantlly hassed... My ticket not cancelled but he said my ticket is not booked what i am doing... I am in train and tte is not corporate with me.. Now i am vary trable.                         On last wednesday i. E.11/10/2017 i booked ticket of nauchadi express meerut to allahabad through irctc official app but payment was settled and transaction was not performed.
                        No response was irctc yet about refund after 11/10/2017. Seats of train are decreasing hence we need our refunded money to book the ticket.

                          To whomever it may concern, train no 22482, dee-ju sf from sarai rohilla to jodhpur is never on time. Its departure time is 23.00 hours but it never departs before 02.00 hours. The train is daily late by an average of 3 to 4 hours. It is a great insult to the general public and the railway department as well. The matter must be looked into or else even honble railway minister may have to wait on station like us for 5 hours if he wishes to travel by this so called superfast train.

                                I was travelling on 13th oct 2017 from punjab mail from new delhi to mumbai.
                                On train goods were sold more than printed price. The employee that works in pantry coach were selling mineral water more than mrp price. On aliuminium bucket which they carry on which poster was there that price of mineral water is rs 15/- but they where taking rs 20/-. I have seen mrp price on which rs 15/- were there. But he refuse and started arguing with me. Employee of pantry coach doing such illegal activity on daily basis.

                                I kindly reguest you to take proper action and stop such thing in indian railway, as people have no other option just buy them.

                                  Hi sir, i created user i'd and password at irctc website and i had received the otp for user i'd verification but i didn't done the verification and after 15 days i tried to verify my user i'd by using same otp (15 days back otp) but when i put otp for verification it will show processing and it won't finish it up and i waited for sometimes one hour also but could not. I tried many times but till now i am not able to verify my user i'd.... I have to book ticket for travel purpose. Can u help me to get it done?...

                                    09416 humsafar special train got delayed by two hours from the source station (Sc) itself. It was suppose to be started at 12am however started at 2am, clearly a carelessness from the officials. Now at each station it is waiting for 30 mins to 1 hour. A big test of the patience of the passengers. Knowingly that the train has already delayed by 6 hours, at least they could give this train a bit of preference over other trains who are running on time so that the cover some part of the lost time. Some people have to catch another train and some have to catch flight, someone is getting late for some urgent work, a big threat to the efficiency and the productivity. I am feeling that indian railways has to work a lot before bringing bullet train into picture.

                                      I would like to ask from you ppl that what is the point of setting up a water point machine for the general public if no employees are there to assist us. I had to bought a rs20 water bottle coz apparantly the employee that was suppose to be there was absent and the machine was not working. I am disappointed to say the least and most shocking part is that it is happening at the station of our capital nation, new delhi station. Also i asked the vendors around here and they told me that the employees only come when a train arrives otherwise they roam here and there. Lastly they said that the timing of water point is from 8am to 8pm and the employees never come before 11 in the morning. Is this the kind of service you want to provide us people.

                                        On 10 th october i have trying cut the railway ticket. My journey date is 24/10/2017. We are the members of four. 1 shyama pada ghosh. Age 56 yrs.2 shirsendu ghosh 17 yrs.3 swapna ghosh. 56 yrs 4 jaya ghosh 63 years. First time when i have the payment code the amount is deducted 501.25 on pos irctc 1117192 at www irctc co in txn#[protected] but ticket does not shown. And second time will be same. Sectime amount also deducted 501.25 on pos irctc 1117198 at www irctc co in txn#[protected] but ticket does not shown. So please give me the deducted amount in my account.
