I am travelling from bangalore to rourkela. I want a single good reason, why i should pay 680 for sleeper if others are coming without sleeper tickets and sitting on my berth. I have attached the pics which i have taken inside hatia - yeswanrpur 12836.

I hate the service i have got after paying 680 inr. Give me the good reason or my money back!!! Please.

    I have boarded this train 12260 on 17 oct from ndls and was expected to reach dhanbad by 9 am next day. But is running 7 hrs late. This is among the fastest trains of india and i'm sorry to say if this is its condition then how mr. Modi is expecting to manage a bullet train.

    Plus i am traveling in ac 2 tier, i have paid around 4000 rs and they are serving khichdi in return of my money... I mean this is simply not acceptable. Why we are paying such a huge amount when all other small express trains are running ahead of duronto... And what is the use of dynamic fares when you are not able to provide dynamic services...

      Respected sir i has tried to book premium tatkal ticket at 12/10/2017 from vadodara (Brc) to wardha (Wr) in train navjeevan express 12655 but the amount deducted and ticket not book. But after seven days past still i didnt get refund of it.
      I has also complaint on irctc plateform my ticket id is [irctc #6968234]. And transaction id no: [protected].
      Kindly do some needful.

      I was reserved tickit from kolhapur to akola for 15/10/[protected], and my pnr no. Was
      [protected].. miraj's tc come in my train and he given fine RS 2500/-of 4 people, i have all prove of that, please solve my complete. Please search for that tc and tell him my complent.

      Hello Mr Rushikesh as per irctc and indian railway ticket rules all ticket booked online having waitlist after preparing final chart it stands cancel.And they can not board in any coach.If they board than they will be treated as without Ticket and will be liable to pay fine equivllent to without ticket.Only window booked ticket waitlist passenger can travel by request TT only
      I have booked train tatkal ticket in irctc . it was confirmed but on the day of traveling train delayed more than 12 hrs. after that i have filled TDR on the day of journey . till now i did not get refund amount.

          I had cancelled the ticket on 11.10.2017. And amount of 365 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 11.10.17 and bank name as paytmag details as below,

              Today i book tatkal tickets for karnavati express from valsad to ahmedabad and when i done payment the failed message i got is of not confirmed your seat and suddenly my money from my bob account is deducted..

              Tickets are not getting booked. An error message is showing up that' only 2 tickets can be booked between 10:00AM to 12:00PM. And the point to note is, I haven't booked any tickets since a month.

                I tried to book a train ticket from ahmedabad to chennai through irctc app but the ticket was not booked. But they took money from my account and said that if ticket is not booked the money will be returned. It crossed 7 days and till now the money is not returned. The bank executive says that there is no step initiated from the irctc regarding the money return. Is there any solution for this problem. I tried to call the irctc but the customer care is all time busy tone.

                    I had booked a ticket on 07.10.2017. The amount of rs.415 has to be deducted from my account but my ticket wasn't booked. After that its showing that amount of rs.415 has been credited to my account on 13.10.2017 but still i didn't get the amount. Even after 5 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 13.07.17 and bank name as visa mastercard (Powered by citi bank). Details as below,

                        I, shiladitya goswami recently booked four rail tickets of ₹100 each.
                        Upon cancellation of those tickets ₹62 were charged (Each) as a cancellation policy.
                        And remaining ₹38 were returned back to me.
                        So what is the point of returning 30%of the amount when irctc is nearly taking more than 60©%. We common people can't afford to give 60% as cancellation charge.

                          Food quality in train no. 12224 coach b1 on oct 16, 2017 was very pathetic.

                          From mangalore jn to ratnagiri.

                          Lunch : chapaties were very thick. Paneer curry had bad smell. Rice was half cooked.

                          Snacks : cachori was only lump of cooked dough. No masala and salt added.

                          No water in the toilets of above said coach.

                          On top of this staff was asking for the tip.

                              I am arun patwardhan. Today i booked one ticket from bhopal to ltt for 30th january 2018 by 2nd a. C.. The ticket was booked from udyog nagri. Amount for this tkt was debited from my account. But till this time not received any message about ticket.
                              Whether ticket will exhibit on online or message will received to this effect?
                              What problems raises in irctc cite.

                              I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 13th October. But it has not been transferred to my account.                               In19301, started on 8oct, travelled for 5.50 hrs. And AC not set appropriately, nauseous n suffocating. 4 more hrs to go.
                              Similar experience on 4oct in12924 and in complaining the care taker of the coach in a white dress misbehaved, I have vedio of that. Want compensation

                                On 11 oct i tried to book 2 ticket, i select payment mode and make payment of rs 731.83 but ticket booking was failed and they deducted 731.83 from my account.
                                I again tried to book the ticket because it was urgent same thing was happen again 731.82 they deducted and transaction was failed.
                                Third time again i tried again it was happen they deduct rs 731.82 from my account and transaction was failed.
                                Total amount irctc deducted 2195.47.
                                In irctc website it is showing that they have refunded my total amount on same day i, e 11 oct and 12 oct.
                                But today is 16 oct still i did get my money.

                                Please advise me what should i do.

                                  I have booked tickets through irctc website. Later i have had to cancel few tickets. As per irctc policy the amount gets refunded to the bank from which the ticket was bought.

                                  The problem is that bank account through which i had booked the tickets is now closed. I had written to customer care but did not get any positive response on how they could solve my problem. I would like to get a solution to this problem. Attached are the refund details.

                                    I reserved two berths for gaya jn to howrah jn of 12314 sealdah rajdhani for 15 nov 2017 by online irctc.
                                    I have paid rs. 2225.9 through ubi bank debit card vide transaction id no [protected] dt 09 oct 2017, which was not communicated (No tickets issued by irctc) and the above amount was debited from my a/c. Rs. 2225.9 was debited from my account (Ubi statement of a/c are attached) and also the message was received from ubi bank after debiting the amount that "your uni ac xx3916 is debited by rs. 2225.9 on[protected]:13:55 at irctc. Clear ac bal rs. Xxxxxx. Failed txn reporting-goo. Gl/4g2ww3. I was requesting irctc rapidly to date, but they have not refunded the said amount to me till date. With thanks and regards

                                        I have booked the railway train ticket but transaction failed and amount of rs 1960 has been deducted from my a/c on 08.10.2017 in irctc website shows refunded but the amount 1960.00 on 08.10.2017, still the amount has not credited into my a/c
                                        The transcation has done through the pay u money (Payumpp)
                                        But the pay u money has not refunded my money
                                        The irctc has already refunded

                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
