09416 humsafar special train got delayed by two hours from the source station (Sc) itself. It was suppose to be started at 12am however started at 2am, clearly a carelessness from the officials. Now at each station it is waiting for 30 mins to 1 hour. A big test of the patience of the passengers. Knowingly that the train has already delayed by 6 hours, at least they could give this train a bit of preference over other trains who are running on time so that the cover some part of the lost time. Some people have to catch another train and some have to catch flight, someone is getting late for some urgent work, a big threat to the efficiency and the productivity. I am feeling that indian railways has to work a lot before bringing bullet train into picture.

    I would like to ask from you ppl that what is the point of setting up a water point machine for the general public if no employees are there to assist us. I had to bought a rs20 water bottle coz apparantly the employee that was suppose to be there was absent and the machine was not working. I am disappointed to say the least and most shocking part is that it is happening at the station of our capital nation, new delhi station. Also i asked the vendors around here and they told me that the employees only come when a train arrives otherwise they roam here and there. Lastly they said that the timing of water point is from 8am to 8pm and the employees never come before 11 in the morning. Is this the kind of service you want to provide us people.

      On 10 th october i have trying cut the railway ticket. My journey date is 24/10/2017. We are the members of four. 1 shyama pada ghosh. Age 56 yrs.2 shirsendu ghosh 17 yrs.3 swapna ghosh. 56 yrs 4 jaya ghosh 63 years. First time when i have the payment code the amount is deducted 501.25 on pos irctc 1117192 at www irctc co in txn#[protected] but ticket does not shown. And second time will be same. Sectime amount also deducted 501.25 on pos irctc 1117198 at www irctc co in txn#[protected] but ticket does not shown. So please give me the deducted amount in my account.         I had done reservation in train no 13005 from moradabad to jalandhar on 13 oct vide pnr no [protected] and the seat was confirmed on12/13 oc. T. On 12 oct i received sms from ad-irsmsa at 2..46 pm on12 oct that the train scheduled to depart hwh at 1910 hrs on 12 oct had been rescheduled to depart at 00.15 hrs on 13 oct ie a delay of more than five hrs.
        On 13 oct, on checking the train status on irctc app, it informed that the train was diverted from hwh to burden. Under such uncertain condition, i cancelled the reservation vide id no [protected] in order to make alternate arrangement.
        I was allowed only 50% refund whereas cancellation was necessitated because of delayed rescheduling of the train. As such full refund is requested.

          Train no 22845. Travel date 15 oct.
          Train is full of people having general ticket. Those passengers who have confirmed ticket didn't get seat. That is no police or railways security. I am having confirmed ticket but didn't get seat. Very worst experience in indian railways.
          Shame on indian railways. If train capacity is full then why railways providing them ticket or some corrupted tte allowed passengers to board into slipper class after taking some bribe money even that have no ticket. With this condition who those passengers will travel those have confirmed ticket.

          Train is still running and full of passengers thart is over capacity. Because of These kind of incidents caused by Indian railways trains accident happen and passengers troubles a lot. Indian railways department of government must look into ihis issue. This is also because of some corrupted Railways TTE. My appeal to Indian railways to please check this train capacity now to avoid any kind of incidents of derailment..

            I am travelling in tulsi express and i have ordered for lunch simple veg thali. He is charging 100 rupees for it.
            Just few month back it was worth 55 rupee according to the rates approved by railways.

            My pnr no. Is [protected]

            How long such loot will be continued?
            Its a monopoly of indian railway. No choice to me rather than accept the offer by railway staff.

              I booked a ticket for pooja express from jaipur to jammu in a1 compartment with berth numbers 1 & 3, both of them being lower berths under the name of mr. Rushale raj and mr. Shaizan khan. However, as i boarded the train, which was by the way late by bloddy 13 hours, i was alloted berth no 44 & 46 in a2 compartment. Moreover, the tt was extremely uncooperative and rude. On further painstaking enquiry i got to know that the a1 2nd ac compartment was actually been replaced by a 3rd ac compartment. I sincerely hope that my complaint will be analysed and will be rewarded with due compensation.

                This is to report an incident on train number 12030. We are travelling from phagwara to new delhi today (14th october, 2017) in coach c8 seat numbers 32, 33 and 34. The pnr number is [protected]. As we got the dinner served we found a cockroach in the non veg curry. I will attach the pictures for proof. I need an action to be taken against your highly reputed organisation at the earliest for serving such unhealthy food on what is supposedly one of the best category of trains in this country.                   We have booked 3 tickets 3rd ac from tadepalligudem to bangalore in prashanthi express and journey date was 28th-sep 2016, pnr [protected]. However, only 1 ticket got confirmed and 2 were in rac status, so we tried to cancel before 3 hours time limit, but irctc app didnt allow. So we have filed tdr refund at 1:35 pm which is 3 hrs 25 min before the journey time and the cancellation id was [protected]. But we didnt get the refund and the response from irctc shows that since we have travelled amount cannot be refunded. But we have not travelled and the response is completely false and we feel cheated by irctc. We request for the complete refund of the amount.

                    I did online reservation of 2 seats for my wife and son of 5 yrs from bhopal to gwalior in shatabdi train no 12001. But, one seat was confirmed in coach no c4 and another in c12. I asked station master and tc to put them together but nobody helped. I want refund for one seat as it was not possible to leave 5 yr child in another coach. At the time of reservation 175 seats were available then why seats were allocated in two different coach.

                      Complaint regarding water points in railway station (Ludhiana). They mostly close the water point when the train came and after that they open the plant. And in night they also close the auto system and help the other business owner. Who sell the water in 20 rs. They select the fault option, and water not came out automatically and they help the out sources persons. So i requested to take action on this request.

                        Hi i am prayag. I am writing this complain to you about running late train no. 14321 barely bhuj express. My parents are going to ghaziabad by this train. And they have to catch the train from ghaziabad after the 2 hours from arriving there. So if they rich ghaziabad 3 or 4 hours late, so how can they catch second train to rich varanasi. If they will be late so can you give them free tickets of to rich varanasi free? So can't you, so please take some actions about it. Thanks and regards.

I ak yet to get the refund. Please look into the issue and refund the amount. I am also attaching the screenshot of the transaction.                             I cancelled a ticket on 15th of october with cancellation id of [protected]. The amount to be refunded is 1255 rs. The status of the refund shows sent to paytmsdk. This mode of refund always takes multiple complaint to get the credit. Please credit the amount on the priority basis. The amount is to be credited in account no [protected], ifsc code is punb0010800. Darbhange tower branch. I am attaching the screenshot of the status at irctc.

                            I am yet to receive the refund of 1255 rs. It has happened continuously that refund gets credited only after multiple complains.please improve your services. I have to uninstall irctc app and in future i will book only from website. Paytmsdk refund mode is the worst feature of keeping refunds in bank and earning interest on it and fooling the customers. Refund the amount 1255. Else i have to go to social websites.

                            How long will it take to refund rs1255. I have lodged 3 complaints so far without any effect. What kind of service is this? If you can not resolve the issue then why have you opened this site?
                            Why is it that E-Ticket in WL will be cancelled and passenger will be treated ticketless. Is it digital India?

                              On 14 _10_2017 satuday timing 9:15am when i reached patna station on platform no 10 for ticket of patna to gaya passenger the young and fair staff on ticket vounter before taking the money and after giving the ticket hold my hand knowingly. I want strict against him. I am a girl so i know better whether the holding of hand is done knowingly or unknowingly. I want a strict action against him. So that he dont try to do such practice with any girl.

                              I want a strict against him otherwise i will knock the higher authorities

                                Hi,
                                Train no. 12874 runs from anand vihar terminal to hatia.
                                But this train always runs late.
                                I don't know why railway is not taking any action for this train.
                                This is the only superfast train train running to my place but this train time schedule is like hell.

                                If the time is not suitable then why not its time is shifted so that we can be prepared as per our timing.
                                On dated 13th oct'2017, train is 7 hours delay from source station anand vihar.

                                Please do something for this train.

                                  I was trying to book a ticket from nanded to hyderabad on irctc official app. While making payment i had submitted all information correctly. After i got the massage off deduction of money from my debit card. But i failed to get ticket confirmation. Please help me out. Shall i get my money back or my ticket confirmation.                                     Refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Ac Failure", not yet received (Reference No for this is :[protected]).
                                    incidence took place - during the pune -ajni special train on 29th sept -30th sept . ajni railways official told us there is no need to send the original copy of t.c certificate- only scanned copy need to be send . now irctc telling that they need original copy within stipulated time

                                        I have booked for ticket on 07/10/17 but ticket was not confirmed and balance was deducted. I have mailed to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" but no reply from them and contact phone no don't receive the call. Till date today on 13/10/17 i have not got my refunded money back.

                                        we can not read any thing as the fonts are all in light color...you should make it readable fonts...and in dark color

                                        check your web page if you have not seen it...how the hell this is not in someones notice earlier.
                                        I previously registerd with irctc but i am unable to login.i have forgotten my user id and password.tried to create new registration but even this was not done.i want to register with irctc to book my ticket.what i should do.i want to register with new user name and password and new email.is it possible
