If i book reservation in 3rd ac from jaipur to ghaziabad in haridwar mail () i have to pay 575/- but if i book same in tatkal irctc charge 1080/-.
As per tatkal if i book reservation in 3rd ac need to pay 300/- extra it means tatkal ticket should be 575+300 =875/-
Then why irctc is charging extra money. They have increased the base fare in tatkal reservation.

Example:-

Reservation in 3rd ac from jaipur to ghaziabad in haridwar mail (19031)

Normal ticket -:
Base fare - 507
Reservation charge - 40
Total gst - 28
Total fare - 575/-

Tatkal ticket :-
Base fare - 688
Reservation charge - 40
Tatkal charge - 300
Total gst - 52
Total fare - 1080/-

      I was to travel in satabdi express on 2nd of oct with my family but the train got delayed as its scheduled departure was 2.25 pm but it got delayed and was to depart by 7.15pm. So i cancelled my ticket and also got the message that full amount will be refunded within 3 to 4 days. But today is 10th oct but the amount is not credited in my account. My pnr no is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] for 1 ticket andpnr no is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] for the other ticket. The ticket was booked on 26th sept for the train no 12277 from howrah to balasore

        My name is anuradha mohan and i am registered with irctc for online ticketing with user name ' keymohan '.

        For the past two weeks i have been trying to book tickets but i get a message stating 'update isd number ' and when i do so i get a message 'number already in use '.

        I did not have any problems till the 2 week of september.

        Could you kindly assist me with this.

          I was traveling on 9th of october from narkatiaganj to jaipur, i booked a ticket in 2ac (3585 premium tatkal), pnr no is [protected]. Washroom was too dirty, av was not working properly and i didn't get towel. If we spent lots of money for traveling then why indian railways can't provide us these small needs. Both washroom was too dirty and when i asked for cleaning to coach attandent, he just said i don't know when it'll be clean.

            I have booked a ticket which pnr was [protected]. This has been cancelled by me. It is going to be approx 2 month till i have not received the cancellation amount.in spite of my repeated mail on care irctc and calls they have not refund my amount. Every time the provide us a ticket id 6714467. I have used icici bank credit card pl guide us what to do.
            Whether should i go to consumer court.

              Quality and taste of curd, soup and paneer were so bad. We are regularly travelling by this train and our experience are so bad with this train.

              Quality of service of the train staff is good.
              They are serving in very well manners.

              Quality of foods have to improve by railways.
              We could not eat as such quality of foods.
              I am traveling today also 09.10.2017.

                  Payment failed. It is 7 days now. I didnt got refund. Booking was failed so i should get refund. As it was 3 days holiday because of sat vijaya dashmi den sunday den 2 oct gandhi jayanti. So banks are closed. But 5 working days are der from tuesday to monday. Refund is not made.

I contact to irctc number they says to sent an email to them then i sent an email with supporting documents bank statement and booking status. Till now the amount i.                         I booked a train named tirunelveli exp (11021) from alnavar (Lwr) to davangere (Dvg) for two person with pnr no. [protected] to travel on 31 august 2017. The train was 8 hours late, so i filed a tdr for cancellation and refund as we didnt travelled on that day, but the tdr status is showing cr repudiate. I filed the tdr with the reason 'train late more than 3 hours and the person not tavelled"' on dated.31/08/2017 at 15:58 hrs. Please resolve the issue at an earliest.

                          I have visited the ac waiting hall october 8 2017. To use the toilet i have paid 15 rupees. But, the toilet seat is filled with brownish thing all over.

                          When i shared this information with the incharge. He answered in a rude note. He didn't share his name when i asked him. He is short, black and wears glass.

                          Real face of clean india! Swachh bharat!

                          Government says "swachh bharat" but they ask money for using toilet.

                          We are group of 10 people travelling in train number 15013 (Ranikhet express). In S9 coach toilets are very dirty and odour which causing uncomfortable to all passengers. We except railway authorities to take the necessary action at the earliest.
                          Pillow is not provided by staff ..my set number is 19 B4 .. train number 12792 date -2 October while traveling to Jabalpur to Secunderabad air conditioning couch attainder has not provided pillow ..and I am not able to sleep it is now 4:14 am and there is no pillow for my seat..I fact I have paid for it .. service is not given properly.

                              TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason, 1. Train late for more than 3 hours & 2. Passenger didn't board.

                              Inspite of meeting both the constituted reason, my TDR has been repudiated.

                              No further response has been received till now.
                              Sir, I tried to book a ticket online through IRCTC through Net Banking on 30/9/2017. Ticket not booked but amont rs 365 and 11.80 deducted from my account twice. Pse refund my amount at the earliest.

                                Please refer the below message from irctc while booking the tickets, the tickets were not booked but amount was debited from my account :

                                (An amount of rs 1170.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 27-sep-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

                                My pnr number [protected] KCG YPR EXP, from kacheguda to yesvantpur. Train journey on 9th oct 2017. I have cancelled my ticket 4 days before bt don't get my money back still now. I HV booked my ticket on 30th Sept. And I even heard that my uncle din't get money back even after 1 month. C. But ticket was not generated. Irctc show booking transaction id [protected] and booking status payment requested. But payment detected from my ac.                                     Sir, i booked a ticket on 9th september, 2017 from koj to bbs on 2s class and my boarding point was mldt.
                                    Train number 12516, journey date 4th october 2017 and the pnr number was [protected].
                                    My transaction id was [protected] and i booked ticket from irctc website. My ticket was confirmed and the coach number was d1 and seat number 107, 108. But unfortunately when i entered into the coach, there was not any seat of number 107, 108 was available!!! Although my name with seat number was in the chart. I travelled the whole journey in the general coach and also my refund is not granted yet!

                                    So, sir kindly take a serious action against this issue and help me by granting my refund as soon as possible.

                                        Pnr no [protected] tr id [protected] cancellation id [protected] ticket cancelled on 13.09.2017 but till date refund amount not credited back. Irctc status says refunded.

                                        Please look into the matter and help me to get my refund amount credited back to my paytm account
