I had filled tdr for my e ticket with pnr [protected] as the seat was in rac after chart preparation. Tdr was filed about 90 minutes before the train departure time. But my tdr was rejected.
As per the rules, if ticket in rac after chart prep and tdr is filed before 30 min of time of departure. Ticket amount will be refunded.

    I was booked ticket from sbc to ab using my netbanking from hdfcbank, but i was get message has a transaction failed unsuccessful.
    After that i checked my account there was deducted my balance of rs. 220 on 04/oct/2017 still not refunded.
    Reference no : irctc_cris ref-01/10/17-[protected]

    I am trying to calling irctc's helpline number but there is no response.
    What should i do.
    Please help me.

        Dear Railways,

        When i tried to book tatkal ticket for Dussera 2017 money debited for 4 times (i tried 2 days at 10 AM and 11AM respectively) but the error message was

        Transaction dropped. - But i observed still tickets are available.

        Try to improve the system. dont encourage brokers and agents.
        Im trying to open irctc account.. im successfully opened the account my user name is "saitahamed" . I m received the mobile otp code. But email verification code didn't came. Several times im trying .they can't send me the otp number. Please provide the otp number for my email "www.[protected]@gmail.com, or "www.[protected]@yahoo.com. thanking you

              If i book reservation in 3rd ac from jaipur to ghaziabad in haridwar mail () i have to pay 575/- but if i book same in tatkal irctc charge 1080/-.
              As per tatkal if i book reservation in 3rd ac need to pay 300/- extra it means tatkal ticket should be 575+300 =875/-
              Then why irctc is charging extra money. They have increased the base fare in tatkal reservation.

              Example:-

              Reservation in 3rd ac from jaipur to ghaziabad in haridwar mail (19031)

              Normal ticket -:
              Base fare - 507
              Reservation charge - 40
              Total gst - 28
              Total fare - 575/-

              Tatkal ticket :-
              Base fare - 688
              Reservation charge - 40
              Tatkal charge - 300
              Total gst - 52
              Total fare - 1080/-

              Irctc cheated 100%

                  I was to travel in satabdi express on 2nd of oct with my family but the train got delayed as its scheduled departure was 2.25 pm but it got delayed and was to depart by 7.15pm. So i cancelled my ticket and also got the message that full amount will be refunded within 3 to 4 days. But today is 10th oct but the amount is not credited in my account.                       I was traveling on 9th of october from narkatiaganj to jaipur, i booked a ticket in 2ac (3585 premium tatkal), pnr no is [protected]. Washroom was too dirty, av was not working properly and i didn't get towel. If we spent lots of money for traveling then why indian railways can't provide us these small needs. Both washroom was too dirty and when i asked for cleaning to coach attandent, he just said i don't know when it'll be clean.

It is going to be approx 2 month till i have not received the cancellation amount.in spite of my repeated mail on care irctc and calls they have not refund my amount. Every time the provide us a ticket id 6714467. I have used icici bank credit card pl guide us what to do.
                        Whether should i go to consumer court.

                          Quality and taste of curd, soup and paneer were so bad. We are regularly travelling by this train and our experience are so bad with this train.

                          Quality of service of the train staff is good.
                          They are serving in very well manners.

                          Quality of foods have to improve by railways.
                          We could not eat as such quality of foods.
                          I am traveling today also 09.10.2017.

                                    I booked a train named tirunelveli exp (11021) from alnavar (Lwr) to davangere (Dvg) for two person with pnr no. [protected] to travel on 31 august 2017. The train was 8 hours late, so i filed a tdr for cancellation and refund as we didnt travelled on that day, but the tdr status is showing cr repudiate. I filed the tdr with the reason 'train late more than 3 hours and the person not tavelled"' on dated.31/08/2017 at 15:58 hrs. Please resolve the issue at an earliest.

                                      I have visited the ac waiting hall october 8 2017. To use the toilet i have paid 15 rupees. But, the toilet seat is filled with brownish thing all over.

                                      When i shared this information with the incharge. He answered in a rude note. He didn't share his name when i asked him. He is short, black and wears glass.

                                      Real face of clean india! Swachh bharat!

                                      Government says "swachh bharat" but they ask money for using toilet.

                                      I had transaction on irctc website through debit card payment has been debited but trasaction failed.Neither bank nor customr care is ready to register complian.and payment has not been credited to mg account

                                      We are group of 10 people travelling in train number 15013 (Ranikhet express). In S9 coach toilets are very dirty and odour which causing uncomfortable to all passengers. We except railway authorities to take the necessary action at the earliest.
                                      Pillow is not provided by staff ..my set number is 19 B4 .. train number 12792 date -2 October while traveling to Jabalpur to Secunderabad air conditioning couch attainder has not provided pillow ..and I am not able to sleep it is now 4:14 am and there is no pillow for my seat..I fact I have paid for it .. service is not given properly.

                                        I booked a train ticket using irctc website on 23/08/2017. The amount has been deducted from my account but i did not receive the ticket. When i checked the failed transactions it says "payment not received from bank".in my bank account, it says the money transfer was successful. Will i get the money back?

                                        I have booked railway ticket through IRCTC and have cancelled . As per IRCTC amount has been refunded however it is not processed and still waiting for the amount credited to my account . Kindly let me know the status please.

                                        I booked a ticket on 1st sept 2017, ticket is not booked but money deducted thrice from my acct. That statement attaching to the mail.
                                        This is 5th i am mailing regarding this issue .Till now no one responded . 25 times i call to help line centre .They are saying your taken priority on the issue please rectify it as early as possible.
