Sir, i booked a ticket on 9th september, 2017 from koj to bbs on 2s class and my boarding point was mldt.
Train number 12516, journey date 4th october 2017 and the pnr number was [protected].
My transaction id was [protected] and i booked ticket from irctc website. My ticket was confirmed and the coach number was d1 and seat number 107, 108. But unfortunately when i entered into the coach, there was not any seat of number 107, 108 was available!!! Although my name with seat number was in the chart. I travelled the whole journey in the general coach and also my refund is not granted yet!
So, sir kindly take a serious action against this issue and help me by granting my refund as soon as possible.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My brother booked One carton luggage to me Gwalior (M.P) From Aluva railway station parcel office dated on 05/10/2017 . (through train no. 12617 mangala express) Today train reached at Gwalior but didn't get my luggage.what can I do?
