Last 27.09.2017, we are going to bankura to puri by baidyanath dham express, which number was 18450 and pnr number was [protected], [protected]. Train time was 5.25 pm at bankura, last moment we informed by the platfrom counter that our ticket has been cancelled, it not confirmed. We should take general ticket for the journey. After 2 days we have got a msg from irctc, that ticket cancelled and the refund monet will transfer to my bank account within 6 days. But, not yet we have not get the money. So please take nessacary steps to get back my refund money as soon as possible
