I was traveling on 9th of october from narkatiaganj to jaipur, i booked a ticket in 2ac (3585 premium tatkal), pnr no is [protected]. Washroom was too dirty, av was not working properly and i didn't get towel. If we spent lots of money for traveling then why indian railways can't provide us these small needs. Both washroom was too dirty and when i asked for cleaning to coach attandent, he just said i don't know when it'll be clean.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
