Sir when i was booking tkt on 24 august, transcation was completed, but tkt was not booked. Txn id [protected] (Irctc website) i had paid through bhim app. So i attached bihm app txn approved screen shoot and bank statement from that date til now, i complained lots of time to irctc but did not get refund, complain id are [irctc #6849717] [irctc #6710711] [irctc #6697959] [irctc #6707976]

    Pnr-[protected], train-12810, 3ac, doj - 07feb'2018, sk ghosh (62)-side upp. So if seat allotment given in sequence it will be convenient as we family travel.
    Both ticket i booked online on opening day and window open time but i unable to get my choice, we have six members three given 1, 2, 3 and other three 46, 45, 48. So strange.

    Irctc Vendors are selling 2 banana roast for 30 rs. Outside it costs just 20 rupees.

        I had booked tatkal ticket on 2/10/17 for journey of 3/10/17.. I got 7 waiting in tatkal, but due to not confirmation of ticket it got cancelled. My booking amount was 545 but i got only 480 as refundable amount. As that was auto cancellation so i should have got all my booking amount back. Details of journey as follow.

          I was at ldh railway station pf 5. Asked for sandwich from doon caters - stall no. 14. They offered for rs. 30=00, but the rate is rs. 20=00 as written on rate list board. On asking the green stripped t-shirt person replied "hamara to yahi rate hai, lena hai lo nahi to dhanyavaad" - "this is our rate, if you want to take it you can, otherwise thank you". Please check and hope for a feasible solution.

                  We (Myself & wife) were in above noted vizag araku tour that started on 26th sept, 17 - 4n /5d.in initial itinerary (During booking) train departure time from shalimar stn was 18-15 hrs but at the end it was rescheduled to 23-05 hrs on the same date i. E. Tour squeezed by 5 hrs. From start. Then, on journey train delayed by around 5-30 hrs. As a result tour programme could not be completed as per itinerary. We could not visit yerada beach, shimachalam temple etc. As departure time from vizag was not shifted. Even it was a great difficulty to know the assembly point at shalimer stn.
                  We were in utter surprise the way you had conducted the tour - totally mishandled. Food at araku & on return journey at train was worst. Tour conducting persons were always in confusion & showing helpless resulting entire tour were in mess though all tour participants were really cooperative, gentle and good. Even a tour bus left leaving a family at tour spot. It was a bad tour in our life and every o[censored]s were repenting for choosing irctc tourism. You could have extended your support to customers for their minimum satisfaction. We are sorry to mention that in today's competitive age, your unprofessional approach may be a real threat of your survival. Pl take feed back from other customers also and verify the views for your assessment and necessary rectification.
                  Lastly, we pray to goddess for your positive change and survival. Awaiting for your reply.

I have cancel the ticket on 06/10/17 but amount has not been refunded till date but it show amount has been showing it is been refunded in payumpp but it is not been refunded till date. Kindly resolve the problem its first time i book ticket by debit card and i would never do the ticket by debit card

                        Although received mail confirmation dt.04.09.2017 stating that, the refund of rs.1365.00 against ticket cancellation will be done shortly, against pnr no.[protected] is not received till date even after informing and getting complaint ticket id #675402 for the same. But as per the transactions details against the refund id [protected] is mentioned, till date the amount is not credited to my bank account

                          I had booked return ticket from bangalore to chennai through kaveri express pnr no. [protected] train no.16022 booked on 20.07.2017 third ac for 4 rl wl 15 to 1 on 6.8.2017. Ticket fare is 2480.00.

                          After the chart was prepared and one person wl is cleared for p1rc b2 63. The remaining 3 tickers were not confirmed. Hence journey is also not performed.

                          After lapse of 66 days the refund is not is not at ll received. Repeated e. Mail are given to [protected]@irctc but simple returned.

                          The ticket id given by irctc isw #6837001.

                            I was trying to book a railway ticket using my debit card, it was failed transaction. But money got deducted from debit card.

                              I had filled tdr for my e ticket with pnr [protected] as the seat was in rac after chart preparation. Tdr was filed about 90 minutes before the train departure time. But my tdr was rejected.
                              As per the rules, if ticket in rac after chart prep and tdr is filed before 30 min of time of departure. Ticket amount will be refunded.

                                I was booked ticket from sbc to ab using my netbanking from hdfcbank, but i was get message has a transaction failed unsuccessful.
                                After that i checked my account there was deducted my balance of rs. 220 on 04/oct/2017 still not refunded.

                                    When i tried to book tatkal ticket for Dussera 2017 money debited for 4 times (i tried 2 days at 10 AM and 11AM respectively) but the error message was

                                    Transaction dropped. - But i observed still tickets are available.

                                    Try to improve the system. dont encourage brokers and agents.
                                    Im trying to open irctc account.. im successfully opened the account my user name is "saitahamed" . I m received the mobile otp code. But email verification code didn't came. Several times im trying .they can't send me the otp number.
