Dear team,
I m traveling along with 3 senior citizens along with me from tirupati to vzm in puri tirupati exp. I got rac, so 2-2 members in 2 seats. The staffs provided only one bedspread packet nd one pillow, with which i had to share 1-1 bedspread in the two berths, after reqy2-3 times i got 1 packet of bedspread. But they are not providing pillows and napkins, though i requested them showing the rac new rules according to which both rac passengers would be provided with ac kits, but we were not provided with pillows. Every customer books ac compartments for comfortable travel, if senior citizens are not provided with pillows though paying full amount without concessions why we are not getting the benefits?
Hope you will sort out this to avoid other passengers being suffered

I asked the staffs and even Ticket Collector but they both denied & told only 1 pillow will be given for 1 berth, then how the Another passenger sleep?
