Pnr no [protected], tr id [protected], cancellation id [protected] ticket cancelled on 13.09.2017 but till date refund amount not credited back. Irctc status says refunded.

    Dear sir / mam,

    I am trying to book tatkal tickets from my personal irctc id, but error is coming which says "you are permitted only 2 transactions between 10 am to 12 pm per ip address/user id"

    I am shocked the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets last few days.

    This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.

      I made i ticket on 23 june 2017 which transaction id is [protected] and pnr is [protected] through my irctc akd1972, however i ticket is not yet received, even after so many calls to irctc call centre and courier service.
      No one responding. I have to cancel this ticket by today at any how.
      Pl respond or guide early. I will go for other step loss my refund.

        I had cancelled my ticket on[protected] and pnr number is [protected]. I had purchased ticket from ticket counter (Mira road ticket window). But i was informed that the amount will be credited in bank but till now it has not been credited.
        Kindly check and credit the amount asap. This kind of activity really hampers the relation with customer like me.

            I travel to pune from mumbai on regular basis via indrayani exp (22105) train 6 40 am. But nowadays the train is incapable to reach pune on time..
            I am facing alot of problem due to this!
            The train at first used to reach pune by
            9 am, but it is being late by 1 hr / 1.5 hrs
            I genuinely want this prblm of mine to be solved..
            So humbly request you to please make a point to improve this delaying problem by taking some action

              Dear team,
              I m traveling along with 3 senior citizens along with me from tirupati to vzm in puri tirupati exp. I got rac, so 2-2 members in 2 seats. The staffs provided only one bedspread packet nd one pillow, with which i had to share 1-1 bedspread in the two berths, after reqy2-3 times i got 1 packet of bedspread. But they are not providing pillows and napkins, though i requested them showing the rac new rules according to which both rac passengers would be provided with ac kits, but we were not provided with pillows. Every customer books ac compartments for comfortable travel, if senior citizens are not provided with pillows though paying full amount without concessions why we are not getting the benefits?
              Hope you will sort out this to avoid other passengers being suffered

              I asked the staffs and even Ticket Collector but they both denied & told only 1 pillow will be given for 1 berth, then how the Another passenger sleep?

                For pnr no. [protected] the ticket was booked under tatkal waiting list on 27/09/2017 and the ticket was cancelled on the same day under waiting condition and the refund amount was shown as 6220 and irctc my account shows that the refund was made on 28/09/2017, but i have not received the refund amount yet and customer care of irctc is busy 24*7 over the telephone

                  I was booking a ticket on 03 oct 2017 with upi/vpa ([protected]@upi) powered by axis bank in mode of payment.
                  The balance debited from my sbi account [protected] but ticket not booked nor pnr no. Allotted.
                  I have made a complaint to irctc but they also not taking any action even they do not reply

                      The catering provided in kerala express has become a business for workers the amount for food is charged 25%more as mentioned in the tickets, water bottles are filled with local water and are said to be mineral water it is a serious issue must be looked upon as india is developing country and railways are an integral part of it. Ibelieve irctc has good mark in minds of customers.

                          To day i bookd the ticket from irctc app.
                          From nzm to bsp in durg nizamuddin chhattisgarh sampark kranti (12824) for 17/10/2017.. And amount is deducted from my account but there will b no tickets has bheen book.. Following details are sending by irctc.. I had complaint to irctc but still no action is taken by irctc

I have also checked on line and there is an entry whereby rs.942.77 has been debited to my a/c. However the transactioon could not be processedc and i have not received the tickets. Kinddy help.                                 I am a passenger travelling in berth b2 samta express right now 6/10/2017. The catering service is supplying local packaged drinking water in stead of rail neer. I enquired him to give me rail neer but he denied saying they don't have that. The company brand they are selling is gallons (www.gallons.co.in) and is not even sealed properly and only polythene seal and not plastic sealed in cap. I urge railway catering service to please look into such issues and as knowingly all these misleading works are being done and eventually comprising the health of the passengers. I request you to take strict action in such malpractices or same will be escalated to other social media platform to persuade justice to innocent passengers.

                                    We traveled in 12260 sdah duranto vide pnr [protected] on 2 oct 2017 from ndls to sdah. Our coach was a 3 seats 37 to 40. Food served to us was of very poor condition. We all fell sick and had to consult doctor and under treatment for stomach infection. Even on the third day of journey, we are not fit to join our work and other social obligations. Pl check/inquire and do the needful. Least should be done is to refund our food charges.

                                      Last 27.09.2017, we are going to bankura to puri by baidyanath dham express, which number was 18450 and pnr number was [protected], [protected]. Train time was 5.25 pm at bankura, last moment we informed by the platfrom counter that our ticket has been cancelled, it not confirmed. We should take general ticket for the journey. After 2 days we have got a msg from irctc, that ticket cancelled and the refund monet will transfer to my bank account within 6 days. But, not yet we have not get the money. So please take nessacary steps to get back my refund money as soon as possible
