I m traveling from yeshwantpur to howrah in 22864 with pnr no.[protected] in b1, 53-54 bearth with my spouse. While ordering for breakfast i enquired the rate, the vendor told rs.50/- for veg catlet (Three pieces of slice bread, one small pkt of butter, one sachet of pickle & two veg catlet. I purchased one. Further i enquired about the rate fixed by rly for the same than he told rs.30/- i ordered for one, he told it will take one hour, i told ok but i need it, by 10 am he came for order of lunch but did not served me the breakfast, now it is 11 am he has not turned up. I m sure he will not come back as he will not serve it at a cost fixed by rly. He is charging rs.130/- per meal for non veg meals.
Weather any action will be taken against such behaviour of the caterer in train?

But when I will reach in coach I see that it is like a local coach not see resev person.
No any TTE here why TTE hire in railway for this that they do rest and pessenger will fed up .

    I have a booked a train tick via paytm

    Pnr [protected]
    Ajin ashok
    Trivandrum cntl (Tvc) to changanaseri (Cgy), 03 oct 2017,
    Venad express - 16302, 2s.

    And it got cancelled automatically.. When i enter the train i got a fine of rs300 and the squad told i will get a full amount refund.. But i got only rs15 via paytm.. The ticket got cancelled only after i entering the train.

      I booked a ticket from pnbe to ndls from my user id gautamm80 but the transaction failed and they are not refunding the money. Please help because it was the matter of rs 2100. Also due to incorporation of railway and irctc the public is suffering. I regularly book tickets and this happens but the money is refunded after transaction failure but in this time it doesn't refunded. Problems is with irctc and we are suffering. I also tried several times to contact them but all the 4 times there was technical failure in their computers and also the all 4 times they made a call after 3:30 mins. Don't they think time is precious. Please help

        I have booked a tatkal ticket (Pnr: [protected]) on 4-oct-2017 using my irctc wallet. Next day i see following transactions in my sbi account.

        Why is this amount deducted without notice? This is cheating. I need my money back to my account.

          Respected Sir,

          I missed my confirmed train Howrah-Yesvantpur Express (train no: 12863) due to the connecting train AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express (train no: 12444) was late more than 6 hours. I filed TDR for the train AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express.
          My local station is Tatanagar and i supposed to reach Kharagpur by AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express to board in Howrah-Yesvantpur Express. As AnandVihar-Haldia superfast was late more than 6 hours, i could not reach kharagpur on time and missed my Howrah-Yesvantpur Express.
          I also bought Purushottam Express general ticket which supposed to reach tatanagar before AnandVihar-Haldia superfast. But that also delayed by 1 hour 15 minutes. Please find all the attached screenshot of all the documents i have.

          As IRCTC is totaly responsible for this delay, I need a complete refund of Howrah-Yesvantpur Express train ticket considering the consequences i have booked the ticket on time, not once, twice.

            I booked a tatkal ticket on 08.09.2017 with transaction id [protected]. (Sector-tvc-maq, amount - rs 3705/-) but it was a failed transaction and the ticket was not booked. I already informed the issue to irctc through mail (Ticket id-6723324, 6728828). Apart from this several time i have been contacted irctc customer care. But still nothing happens. As per the irctc mandate the refund should be with in 3-4 working days. But in this case its took huge time.
            In this regard pls confirm whether irctc can refund the money. Otherwise pls advice me further.

              I kinnera travelled on 2nd october 2017 from vijayawada to secunderabad in train no 12795. My transaction id was [protected] and my pnr number was [protected]. I have 2 confirmed tickets on that day in deii boggie 85, 90. But train was not given deii boggie at all on that day. None of the railway staff or checking tc came to that train. All deii people were standing in that train as the train was not given proper identification number and boggie was not alloted and no chart was stucked. I came standing with my husband from vijayawada to secunderabad with my 6th month baby. Such worst experience during festivaltime. Please refund my money as it was waste booking the tickets 2 months back for standing. I even booked compliant via sms to [protected] with reference id[protected].

                I am Kirubalakshmi S, and my irctc user id - kribalak I have mistaken in my irctc registration by entering the wrong Email ID, wrong Email ID i have entered is [protected]@gmail.com but my original correct Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.
                Kindly I apologise for entering wrong email id and help me to change the correct id or change by yourself.

                  I have to book my train ticket by paytm order id [protected]. And cancelled after chart prepared and filed tdr. I want to received edr refund confimation on 18.05.2017 but nothing to receiv ed the amount of rs. 305 against pnr no. [protected] in bank account or wallets.
                  So kindly please paid the amount. Sir i want to send of my account details in pdf format annexure attached

                    Most of the time this happens not even with me this is happening with many people that whenever i tried to a booked ticket in tatkal quota this is popped up that i cannot book 2 tickets on the same ip.. Which i not done... I understand this happens on a public network but i m using my own cell phone network to book ticket.. Kindly resolve this issue and let me know the solution for this problem

                      Hi,
                      I travel using guruvayur express to trichy from chennai on a regular basis. But on 29th there was a detour of the rgular way and i ended up staying 9 hours in the train for a travel which lasts only 5 hours. There was no prior info. There was no food provisions for this extended travel. There was no medical provisions too. My daughter had fever because of this

                        I have booked a tatkal ticket from dli (Delhi)
                        To bv (Babhnan) 15274/satyagrah exp on 25th sep,
                        2017.
                        For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                        The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                        For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                        Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                        Amount was not refunded yet.
                        I am not sure what else i might be missing to

                          I had made 2 ticket on 17th september and 18th september. Both ticket was waitinglist.
                          Ticket of 17th sep were not confermed and it was automatic cancelled. Which pnr is[protected]
                          Ticket of 18th sep were also waitinglist but before prepared of chart i made cancelled and its pnr is[protected]

                          Both ticket user id is-chand96396

                          My both ticket had cancelled but only 1 ticket amount credited in my bank account both are mention above, and 1 ticket amount didn't credited in my bank account.

                          I have done lots of complain and mail against this problem but after 2 week my problem is same as before.

                          I am also giving my bank account detail pdf file and screenshort of my both transaction.

                          Please sir kindly solve my problem.

                              Sir i was doing online ticket booking from irctc on 22 aug 17 from bti to gwl but ticket not booked three times but my money has deducted two times. Txn id are [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have complained to irctc customer care so many times and four to five times i have sent my bank statements but no action has taken from irctc. Pls take necessary action.

                                I tried to book tatkal ticket from ernakulam to bengaluru on october 1 for the journey on october 2 (Train no: 16316). But i did not get the ticket while the amount of rs. 1260 was deducted from my account. As the transaction was cancelled i got a mail promising the refund of the amount but was not done till now.

                                  I booked the train guruvayur express (16128) through irctc but my pnr number is not generated but money taken from my account.                                     Yesterday i was travelling from ludhiana by train no. 12030, seat no. C10, 46 & 47. I observed that in c10 coach 7 persons were travelling without reservation and sitting on floor near washroom. Similar was the case in other bogies. How so many un-reserved people were travelling in that fully reserved train.
                                    Action should be taken against such corrupt tc, who take bribe and allow such un-authorized people.

                                      Hi i tried to book a ticket on thursday 28th september 2017 from chennai to bangalore through a double decor express but the ticket was not booked. However the amount of rs.670 was deducted from my account. Please refund this amount asap. Its already been 5 days now and i haven't got my refund back. I also received a text message which i am attaching for your reference.

                                        I am deepak jayaram 28years old working in bangalore. I was travelling from bangalore to bhadravathi (Pnr-[protected]; s-10 berth-15, train-16227) on 29.09.2017. Somebody stole my gold chain. Between majestic sbc and yeshwantpur ypr railway station. The time was around 11.50 pm. Since it was the festival season the train was packed and the reserved sleeper coach looked like second class. The chain was weighing 30 grams at the time of being stolen. Initially i tried dialling 182 but the call didnt go through. I also tried [protected]. [protected] to complain but no help came. Finally i was able to reach 182 and explained my situation. By the time the it was more than 1 hour since i lost the chain. The rpf people came to tumkur station and they couldnt help. One mr. Kuberappa sub-inspector rpf called me in the morning and i explained everything to him. He asked me to give a complaint at majestic railway police station. I have registered a complaint. Please help me get my chain back. I have worked very hard to earn that money.
