Dear sir/madam
I have cancelled the ticket booked
For date 04 oct 2017 on date 02 oct 2017. According to irctc policy the refund should be credited in our account within 3-4 working days
But the ammount not credited.

Plz solve the problem
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason, 1. Train late for more than 3 hours & 2. Passenger didn't board.

Inspite of meeting both the constituted reason, my TDR has been repudiated.

No further response has been received till now.
Sir, I tried to book a ticket online through IRCTC through Net Banking on 30/9/2017. Ticket not booked but amont rs 365 and 11.80 deducted from my account twice. Pse refund my amount at the earliest.

    Hi,

    Please refer the below message from irctc while booking the tickets, the tickets were not booked but amount was debited from my account :

    (An amount of rs 1170.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 27-sep-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

    As on date no update on the refund, please guide next course of action

    Hello,
    In this case you need to liase with bank customer care and raise a complaint. I had similar instance and my amount was refunded in original payment method.

    My pnr number [protected] KCG YPR EXP, from kacheguda to yesvantpur. Train journey on 9th oct 2017. I have cancelled my ticket 4 days before bt don't get my money back still now. I HV booked my ticket on 30th Sept. And I even heard that my uncle din't get money back even after 1 month. So I request u to see the problem and get my money back
    I am trying Since three days. Daily my money is deducting from my account, but ticket is not being booked. But tickets were available.

      I have booked ticket on dated[protected] from kota to raiwala sl but amount rs1870.97 through on pos[protected] at one 97 txn#[protected] was debited from my sbi a. C. But ticket was not generated. Irctc show booking transaction id [protected] and booking status payment requested. But payment detected from my ac. So you are requesting to refund 1870.97as early as possible.

        Sir, i booked a ticket on 9th september, 2017 from koj to bbs on 2s class and my boarding point was mldt.
        Train number 12516, journey date 4th october 2017 and the pnr number was [protected].
        My transaction id was [protected] and i booked ticket from irctc website. My ticket was confirmed and the coach number was d1 and seat number 107, 108. But unfortunately when i entered into the coach, there was not any seat of number 107, 108 was available!!! Although my name with seat number was in the chart. I travelled the whole journey in the general coach and also my refund is not granted yet!

        So, sir kindly take a serious action against this issue and help me by granting my refund as soon as possible.

          I had booked my ticket from my irctc account from akola to mumbai on 5th october of 3 tier ac from general quota and as it was in waiting list so i cancelled it on 6th october... But my money is not refunded after cancellation...

              Dear sir / mam,

              I am trying to book tatkal tickets from my personal irctc id, but error is coming which says "you are permitted only 2 transactions between 10 am to 12 pm per ip address/user id"

              I am shocked the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets last few days.

              This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.

                I made i ticket on 23 june 2017 which transaction id is [protected] and pnr is [protected] through my irctc akd1972, however i ticket is not yet received, even after so many calls to irctc call centre and courier service.
                No one responding. I have to cancel this ticket by today at any how.
                Pl respond or guide early. I will go for other step loss my refund.

                  I had cancelled my ticket on[protected] and pnr number is [protected]. I had purchased ticket from ticket counter (Mira road ticket window). But i was informed that the amount will be credited in bank but till now it has not been credited.
                  Kindly check and credit the amount asap. This kind of activity really hampers the relation with customer like me.

                      I travel to pune from mumbai on regular basis via indrayani exp (22105) train 6 40 am. But nowadays the train is incapable to reach pune on time..
                      I am facing alot of problem due to this!
                      The train at first used to reach pune by
                      9 am, but it is being late by 1 hr / 1.5 hrs
                      I genuinely want this prblm of mine to be solved..
                      So humbly request you to please make a point to improve this delaying problem by taking some action

                        Dear team,
                        I m traveling along with 3 senior citizens along with me from tirupati to vzm in puri tirupati exp. I got rac, so 2-2 members in 2 seats. The staffs provided only one bedspread packet nd one pillow, with which i had to share 1-1 bedspread in the two berths, after reqy2-3 times i got 1 packet of bedspread. But they are not providing pillows and napkins, though i requested them showing the rac new rules according to which both rac passengers would be provided with ac kits, but we were not provided with pillows. Every customer books ac compartments for comfortable travel, if senior citizens are not provided with pillows though paying full amount without concessions why we are not getting the benefits?
                        Hope you will sort out this to avoid other passengers being suffered

                        I asked the staffs and even Ticket Collector but they both denied & told only 1 pillow will be given for 1 berth, then how the Another passenger sleep?

                          For pnr no. [protected] the ticket was booked under tatkal waiting list on 27/09/2017 and the ticket was cancelled on the same day under waiting condition and the refund amount was shown as 6220 and irctc my account shows that the refund was made on 28/09/2017, but i have not received the refund amount yet and customer care of irctc is busy 24*7 over the telephone

                            The balance debited from my sbi account [protected] but ticket not booked nor pnr no. Allotted.

                                The catering provided in kerala express has become a business for workers the amount for food is charged 25%more as mentioned in the tickets, water bottles are filled with local water and are said to be mineral water it is a serious issue must be looked upon as india is developing country and railways are an integral part of it. Ibelieve irctc has good mark in minds of customers.

                                    From nzm to bsp in durg nizamuddin chhattisgarh sampark kranti (12824) for 17/10/2017.. And amount is deducted from my account but there will b no tickets has bheen book.. Following details are sending by irctc.. I had complaint to irctc but still no action is taken by irctc

I have also checked on line and there is an entry whereby rs.942.77 has been debited to my a/c. However the transactioon could not be processedc and i have not received the tickets. Kinddy help.
