I was booking general train ticket today from my side first payment from paytm upi is confirmed and my second payment from phone pe upi is confirmed but ticket is not booked and I try 2 times but money deducted but ticket not booked I want refund of my money First payment: 841.8 Second payment : 841.8

I had 2 AC 3 tickets which i had booked 3 weeks back from tvm to pallakad for travel today on the 5th october but somehow while i checked the cancellation charge on my phone it got cancelled, pls help me because i have to get my college by today itself Deatils: PNR : [protected], Train no: 12625(Kerala express)

I was booking retiring room for pnr [protected] at bhopal jn. I made the payment with gpay and the amount got deducted from my account but it was showing "settlement requested". Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Refund not yet credited into my account kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible

Sir/Madam,
I was recharging my R Wallet with Rs.200 on 12:07 on this day through BHIM UPI. The money was debited from my bank account and the UPI app says the transaction has been made. But the money was not credited in my R Wallet. I request you to resolve my query as soon as possible since I am a regular college goer. Thank you.

My money was debited from my bank account twice and the same is not credited in IRCTC EWALLET account

I have not travelled because train was running late more than 3hrs. Cancelled and filed TDR before 3hrs but tdr got repudiated. Please check on this. PFA details.

Today Booked AC retiring room bed at Muzaffarpur Railway Station plateform no 1, first floor at 4:00 hrs to 8 hrs..

But retiring room operetional staff AC switch off during the staying...

I had taken dinner from IRCTC person Veg dinner, he charged Rs 130/- No bill given, but while checking on website of IRCTC Price is Rs 80/- !! Tea in disposable cup is also charged double Rs 10/- while it’s Rs 5/- in your price list
Please take necessary action to regulate by providing official Bill of items, who is taking this extra money ? Is there any checking system? Passengers are being LOOTED

Actually in Bhubaneswar railway station I buy some snacks. It's includes some biscuits, cold drinks and veg Pettis. Trust me, that veg Pettis was really like black from inside. Black the sense, it was totally outdated, may be around 1 month old food. The shopman stores those Pettis in his show case from a long time. That Pettis was like blacky sewage like from inside and having a very bad smell. You know, outside of Pettis, you can't recognize that what is inside it. And also cold drinks doesn't have any MFD . What does it means? Be aware from rail ahar neither you may got a nice sickness an disease. 30 ruppes doesn't mean a lot if I say, but I requested you to at least have a up-to-date vision on rail ahar by food security service. Indian citizens knows about the food service and cost by rail ahar very well. But please think about any foreigner. If Indian Railways really wants to get some bad and hateful speak for rail ahar then let it keep like this. And yes take some actions against at least on the quality of the food, check the food quality and manufacturing date. It will be better to stop these services than killed by outdated food.

I was booking tatkal ticket yesterday from my side payment is confirmed but tatkal ticket is not booked and i want refund of my money.

Last month 30th i booked one railway ticket through IRCTC app, that time ticket transaction failure is comming, but still not receiving that amount. Pls check sir&madam.

I booked a ticket in Train No. 22947 ST BGP SFAST on 20 July 2022 for 5 Passenger. My ticket was in waiting while booking, When chart only 2 out of 5 ticket get confirmed so i decided to file TDR as soon as i came to know this under category PARTY/FAMILY TICKET PARTIALLY CONFIRMED AND ALL PASSENGERS DID NOT TRAVEL. I filed TDR within Time limit given by IRCTC.
It shows that it will take 60 days to get refund so I waited . But now I came to know that my TDR file get rejected and it shows that NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED, even I do not travel.
I belongs to middle class family and this 2300 is a big amount for me . Please look into matter and refund the amount which i deserve .
