    Last month 30th i booked one railway ticket through IRCTC app, that time ticket transaction failure is comming, but still not receiving that amount. Pls check sir&madam.

      I booked a ticket in Train No. 22947 ST BGP SFAST on 20 July 2022 for 5 Passenger. My ticket was in waiting while booking, When chart only 2 out of 5 ticket get confirmed so i decided to file TDR as soon as i came to know this under category PARTY/FAMILY TICKET PARTIALLY CONFIRMED AND ALL PASSENGERS DID NOT TRAVEL. I filed TDR within Time limit given by IRCTC.
      It shows that it will take 60 days to get refund so I waited . But now I came to know that my TDR file get rejected and it shows that NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED, even I do not travel.
      I belongs to middle class family and this 2300 is a big amount for me . Please look into matter and refund the amount which i deserve .

          I recharged the rwallet by ₹100/- via upi id but t didn’t get reflected in the wallet while the amount got debited from my bank account. Please look into the same and help with the refund or recharge accordingly.

                Payment successful and tickets not booked.
                then I cancelled the transaction (Razorpay gateway) but money got deducted. and again paid via BHIM UPI( bottom option) then this time successfully paid.

                but I need a refund for the first transaction (paid but not received tickets).

                  Respected authorities... I am Asha.. A frequent traveller for education purpose... I have observed that the vendors on platforms of the Vijayawada railway station are clearly charging extra amount than MRP which I feel is a very serious issue for the lower class and middle class people. Every time I purchase i observe a price charge of Rs. 5 extra on MRP.

                  PLEASE KINDLY LOOKINTO IT AND RESOLVE IT

                    I loaded 5, 000 to e-Wallet for fast talkal ticket booking. OTP came after 7 minutes and ticket is gone. I tried same with AC talkal ticket booking, and it asked to login again after entering the OTP. Total waste of time and effort. I should have gone with GooglePay or Online Bank instead this e-Wallet. Now how can I load that money back to my account?

                      I was travelling from pune to Bangalore and this was 2nd time it happened. They always delay their flights which are scheduled after 12;00 am to 5:00 am. This has become their new business model. They have only 1 or 3 flights during this duration however they show multiple flights do that people will book the tickets. Once you reach the airport you will get to know the flight has been rescheduled due to some nad weather or storm. Worst flight snd very rude staff. Not ready to listen to customer issues at all. I had stopped booking this flight entirely however had to book again today due to emergency.

                        Both the travellers on this pnr are senior citizens still both the births alloted are upper and side upper birth. They are not capable to climb the upper births. Tried booking in 2nd ac also tried booking with at least 1 lower birth.. however only upper births were alloted all the time. How can this be a fair seat allocation considering both the passengers are senior citizens. Request you to kindly provide lower births in order to have a comfortable journey from Ahmedabad to pune.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a 22647 train ticket from NGP to WL journey date 21-Aug-2022, but the train got late from more than 6 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 21-Aug-2022 05:35 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. PNR: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] Date of Journey: 21-Aug-2022 Ticket Amount: 442.7 TDR Filing Date: 21-Aug-2022 05:35HR.

                          one person how can travel in two trains at a time can you tell me irctc team.

                              I filed a TDR on 30 July 2022 against my PNR [protected] because the train was more than 3 hours late and I didn't travel. But my TDR request is rejected showing that I travelled.
                              I have proof that I didn't travel on that train as I have taken a different train for the same route on the same date. The PNR of the ticket through which I travelled is [protected]. I'm attaching my ticket through which I travelled.

                              So it's my humble request to reopen my complaint and issue my refund as soon as possible.

                                Please action against the agent he is doing illegal HO quota reservation and taking lot of money from passengers.
                                Agent is also not returning my money please help.

                                I were booked ticket by agent PNR [protected] and new PNR [protected]

                                PNR-[protected] - this was cancelled due to waiting ticket

                                PNR [protected] - this was cancelled due to train cancellation.

                                Both PNR were cancelled and I didn't get money back. Agent is not providing money and he is saying sent email to irctc but now after 3months he didn't fill TDR. Neither providing TDR registration and nor returning money and always pretending new things please help.

                                Only Rs 4000 received and rest money, agent is not returning to me. He took Rs 16500 from me and only returned Rs 4000. Kindly take action against agent and please help me get return my money.

                                He is taking money more than a tickets usual fare, He is confirming by HO quota and as a agent how he is doing confirmation by HO quota. How IRCTC providing such facilities to agent. Please take action again him as soon as possible and help me get return my money.

                                        Traveling today 27.08.2022 in Seemanchal Express train no. 12488 - ordered veg thali to ur vendor in the train --- the food is of very poor quality with mosquito fried in the food, Paratha not cooked properly, on complaining to ur vendor he is not showing his identity card, not proving bill etc plz response immediately i m in the train only B2-50
