Booked train ticket vide transaction i. D [protected] theu irctc website on 26th august amount debited 3318.

For ticket booked from cbejn to tpty.
I am sending mails since august till date but no action taken.

They send a repeated reply as your complaint has been forwarded to concern department but no action till date.

I am tired contacting them.

    I tried booking a tatkal ticket on 28.09.2017 at 10 am for travel on 29.09.2017.

    My money got debited from my account but the ticket wasn't booked due to irctc ticketing failure.

    On irctc website it is showing that they have refunded my money on 30.09.2017 but it is still not reflected in my account.

    I have attached snapshot.

    Kindly help.

      I want to inform you that i am a passenger of irctc since last 10 years. Iam traving from last 9 months regularly in shatabdi from delhi to haridwar in dehradun shatabdi. The train number is 12017 and prn no.-[protected]. The food facalities are decreasing day by day and sanatry system is also not in good condition and when we complaint to care chekers in train they refuse our complaint and does not look in our matter. The coach in the train c5 is in very worse condition. Please look in this matter

        I had cancelled the ticket on 28.08.2017. And amount of 1720 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 28.08.2017 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below, ,

        Do not give any details if anyone calls from this no. [protected]...i got call from this no. N asking my debit card details... Then I contact irctc customer care they said they never asked any bank details from customer..

          I had tried to book ticket from irctc as on Sunday for Ahmedabad to Surat for Monday trip in train Prerna express.
          I have been charged two times for one ticket booking and received message from irctc as on 1st oct 2017 that your money I.e: an amount of Rs. 415 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked/service not rendered. But till date after 4 days I haven't received my money back into my account.

          Request you to do the needful, and revert me on priority basis.

            I am booked air ticket in irctc app and i am cancelled but still not re-funded cancelled date 11/09/2017 pnr - bpwgwz ticket no.[protected]. Journey date 13/09/2017. Transaction id [protected]. I am waiting till now but not re-funded or not replying till now. I am in indian army so no time to complain again and again so please take action as soon as possible.

                In train pantry service is very worst. Vender sell the products by increasing prise.
                The mrp on water bottle is 15 rs but vender selling at 20 rs. And if we ask the reason they are saying very rediculous answers. This is not first time. So many times it's going as like this. Even tc and manager also supporting them.
                I am very unsatisfied with the service of irctc.

                  Sir,

                  It is for your kind information that one of my transaction failed on 22sep2017 for which amount was deducted.
                  Now as per refund details of irctc refund has been made on 04oct2017 but while i check my bank statement the amount has not yet credited.
                  I made my payment through visa card of sbi bank not of citi bank which is shown in refund details of irctc.
                  Kindly make the payment asap as it already too late.

                    Sir, i have trying to get tatkal for sleeper class from raebareli to delhi. The booking start at 11:00am and it was showing 160 available seats. I completed booking process in less then 3 minute and at 11:03am i got msg of my pnr and tqwl 33. How is it possible that within 3 minute 192 people have booked. It looks a bit fissy to me because the root is not that too busy also. Please look at it. It has happen to me twice this week.

                        I m traveling from yeshwantpur to howrah in 22864 with pnr no.[protected] in b1, 53-54 bearth with my spouse. While ordering for breakfast i enquired the rate, the vendor told rs.50/- for veg catlet (Three pieces of slice bread, one small pkt of butter, one sachet of pickle & two veg catlet. I purchased one. Further i enquired about the rate fixed by rly for the same than he told rs.30/- i ordered for one, he told it will take one hour, i told ok but i need it, by 10 am he came for order of lunch but did not served me the breakfast, now it is 11 am he has not turned up. I m sure he will not come back as he will not serve it at a cost fixed by rly. He is charging rs.130/- per meal for non veg meals.
                        Weather any action will be taken against such behaviour of the caterer in train?

                        But when I will reach in coach I see that it is like a local coach not see resev person.
                        No any TTE here why TTE hire in railway for this that they do rest and pessenger will fed up .

                          I have a booked a train tick via paytm

                          And it got cancelled automatically.. When i enter the train i got a fine of rs300 and the squad told i will get a full amount refund.. But i got only rs15 via paytm.. The ticket got cancelled only after i entering the train.

                            I booked a ticket from pnbe to ndls from my user id gautamm80 but the transaction failed and they are not refunding the money. Please help because it was the matter of rs 2100. Also due to incorporation of railway and irctc the public is suffering. I regularly book tickets and this happens but the money is refunded after transaction failure but in this time it doesn't refunded. Problems is with irctc and we are suffering. I also tried several times to contact them but all the 4 times there was technical failure in their computers and also the all 4 times they made a call after 3:30 mins. Don't they think time is precious. Please help

                                Respected Sir,

                                I missed my confirmed train Howrah-Yesvantpur Express (train no: 12863) due to the connecting train AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express (train no: 12444) was late more than 6 hours. I filed TDR for the train AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express.
                                My local station is Tatanagar and i supposed to reach Kharagpur by AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express to board in Howrah-Yesvantpur Express. As AnandVihar-Haldia superfast was late more than 6 hours, i could not reach kharagpur on time and missed my Howrah-Yesvantpur Express.
                                I also bought Purushottam Express general ticket which supposed to reach tatanagar before AnandVihar-Haldia superfast. But that also delayed by 1 hour 15 minutes. Please find all the attached screenshot of all the documents i have.

                                As IRCTC is totaly responsible for this delay, I need a complete refund of Howrah-Yesvantpur Express train ticket considering the consequences i have booked the ticket on time, not once, twice.

                                  I booked a tatkal ticket on 08.09.2017 with transaction id [protected]. (Sector-tvc-maq, amount - rs 3705/-) but it was a failed transaction and the ticket was not booked. I already informed the issue to irctc through mail (Ticket id-6723324, 6728828). Apart from this several time i have been contacted irctc customer care. But still nothing happens. As per the irctc mandate the refund should be with in 3-4 working days. But in this case its took huge time.
                                  In this regard pls confirm whether irctc can refund the money. Otherwise pls advice me further.

                                    I kinnera travelled on 2nd october 2017 from vijayawada to secunderabad in train no 12795. My transaction id was [protected] and my pnr number was [protected]. I have 2 confirmed tickets on that day in deii boggie 85, 90. But train was not given deii boggie at all on that day. None of the railway staff or checking tc came to that train. All deii people were standing in that train as the train was not given proper identification number and boggie was not alloted and no chart was stucked. I came standing with my husband from vijayawada to secunderabad with my 6th month baby. Such worst experience during festivaltime. Please refund my money as it was waste booking the tickets 2 months back for standing. I even booked compliant via sms to [protected] with reference id[protected].

I want to received edr refund confimation on 18.05.2017 but nothing to receiv ed the amount of rs. 305 against pnr no. [protected] in bank account or wallets.
