Respected Sir,
I missed my confirmed train Howrah-Yesvantpur Express (train no: 12863) due to the connecting train AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express (train no: 12444) was late more than 6 hours. I filed TDR for the train AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express.
My local station is Tatanagar and i supposed to reach Kharagpur by AnandVihar-Haldia superfast Express to board in Howrah-Yesvantpur Express. As AnandVihar-Haldia superfast was late more than 6 hours, i could not reach kharagpur on time and missed my Howrah-Yesvantpur Express.
I also bought Purushottam Express general ticket which supposed to reach tatanagar before AnandVihar-Haldia superfast. But that also delayed by 1 hour 15 minutes. Please find all the attached screenshot of all the documents i have.
As IRCTC is totaly responsible for this delay, I need a complete refund of Howrah-Yesvantpur Express train ticket considering the consequences i have booked the ticket on time, not once, twice.
