I have to book my train ticket by paytm order id [protected]. And cancelled after chart prepared and filed tdr. I want to received edr refund confimation on 18.05.2017 but nothing to receiv ed the amount of rs. 305 against pnr no. [protected] in bank account or wallets.
So kindly please paid the amount. Sir i want to send of my account details in pdf format annexure attached

In future you are requested to use the refund status tracking service provided by the irctc. Select the 'refund status' link in the left panel under 'my transaction'. On the plan my travel page after you log in to www.irctc.co.in giving your user id and password.
Please note that if still the refund is not reflecting in your account, we suggest you to send us the complete bank /wallet statement (From date of booking to till date) scan copy in the pdf format to pursue the matter.
