Most of the time this happens not even with me this is happening with many people that whenever i tried to a booked ticket in tatkal quota this is popped up that i cannot book 2 tickets on the same ip.. Which i not done... I understand this happens on a public network but i m using my own cell phone network to book ticket.. Kindly resolve this issue and let me know the solution for this problem

    Hi,
    I travel using guruvayur express to trichy from chennai on a regular basis. But on 29th there was a detour of the rgular way and i ended up staying 9 hours in the train for a travel which lasts only 5 hours. There was no prior info. There was no food provisions for this extended travel. There was no medical provisions too. My daughter had fever because of this

      Hi support team,
      I have booked a tatkal ticket from dli (Delhi)
      To bv (Babhnan) 15274/satyagrah exp on 25th sep,
      2017.
      For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
      The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
      For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
      Status was turned to cr registered, but the
      Amount was not refunded yet.
      I am not sure what else i might be missing to
      Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i
      Can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

        I had made 2 ticket on 17th september and 18th september. Both ticket was waitinglist.
        Ticket of 17th sep were not confermed and it was automatic cancelled. Which pnr is[protected]
        Ticket of 18th sep were also waitinglist but before prepared of chart i made cancelled and its pnr is[protected]

        Both ticket user id is-chand96396

        My both ticket had cancelled but only 1 ticket amount credited in my bank account both are mention above, and 1 ticket amount didn't credited in my bank account.

        I have done lots of complain and mail against this problem but after 2 week my problem is same as before.

        I am also giving my bank account detail pdf file and screenshort of my both transaction.

        Please sir kindly solve my problem.

          I was trying to cut a tatkal ticket from Banglore to Kolkata for 3rd oct 2017 in 2nd oct 2017, my payment has done from my sbi debit card but IRCTC didn't give any ticket.When i check my account i shows irctc deducted Rs942.

          So, sir please kindly look after this situation.

            Sir i was doing online ticket booking from irctc on 22 aug 17 from bti to gwl but ticket not booked three times but my money has deducted two times. Txn id are [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have complained to irctc customer care so many times and four to five times i have sent my bank statements but no action has taken from irctc. Pls take necessary action.

              I tried to book tatkal ticket from ernakulam to bengaluru on october 1 for the journey on october 2 (Train no: 16316). But i did not get the ticket while the amount of rs. 1260 was deducted from my account. As the transaction was cancelled i got a mail promising the refund of the amount but was not done till now.

                I booked the train guruvayur express (16128) through irctc but my pnr number is not generated but money taken from my account. I booked vri-tbm (Vridhachalam to tambaram on[protected]. My transaction number is [protected]. Amount 85 rupees taken from my account, but still amount is not refunded to my account. So please refund the money to my account.

                  Yesterday i was travelling from ludhiana by train no. 12030, seat no. C10, 46 & 47. I observed that in c10 coach 7 persons were travelling without reservation and sitting on floor near washroom. Similar was the case in other bogies. How so many un-reserved people were travelling in that fully reserved train.
                  Action should be taken against such corrupt tc, who take bribe and allow such un-authorized people.

                    Hi i tried to book a ticket on thursday 28th september 2017 from chennai to bangalore through a double decor express but the ticket was not booked. However the amount of rs.670 was deducted from my account. Please refund this amount asap. Its already been 5 days now and i haven't got my refund back. I also received a text message which i am attaching for your reference.

                    "an amount of rs 670.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 28-sep-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.

                      I am deepak jayaram 28years old working in bangalore. I was travelling from bangalore to bhadravathi (Pnr-[protected]; s-10 berth-15, train-16227) on 29.09.2017. Somebody stole my gold chain. Between majestic sbc and yeshwantpur ypr railway station. The time was around 11.50 pm. Since it was the festival season the train was packed and the reserved sleeper coach looked like second class. The chain was weighing 30 grams at the time of being stolen. Initially i tried dialling 182 but the call didnt go through. I also tried [protected]. [protected] to complain but no help came. Finally i was able to reach 182 and explained my situation. By the time the it was more than 1 hour since i lost the chain. The rpf people came to tumkur station and they couldnt help. One mr. Kuberappa sub-inspector rpf called me in the morning and i explained everything to him. He asked me to give a complaint at majestic railway police station. I have registered a complaint. Please help me get my chain back. I have worked very hard to earn that money.

                        Cleared but when the payment gateway i have selected icici bank, and iam doing

                        My payment process the amount was deducted from my bank account and the

                        Ticket was not booked and i have tried four times like this same problem has

                        Occur i think the money was refund to my bank a. C automatically. But till now

                        Nothing money was refunded to my a/c. So i request you to please take a

                            This is to bring to your notice that 11 months have passed n i have not yet received my refund of etickets booked on 8 november 2016 ticket no [protected], pnr no :[protected] train no 12134 same day tdr raised also have taken stamp of commercial supervisor madgaon stn on tickets few more people were also there issue was train new time was not update in the system. And we were there before 1 hour time given in the ticket n the train passed madgaon stn. My wife, daughter (Patient) n my father in law suffered a lot in this journey bcoz of some irresponsible person/system. The pain having a 10 yr girl n that to a patient of kidney u can understand, and almost a year then too i have not received my refund which i was assured by madgaon stn master/dept officer it's shocking. Pls do the needful asap.

Now, when the app of irctc asked me verify user by entering the otp. I saw i had given a wrong email address. Please forgive me. Change my email address as soon as possible.

                                    I along with my wife booked ticket in 3ac to travel from bbs to hwh on 02nd oct-2017. No bed roll was provided, nor was there any tte in b-13 coach. Attendant told there was no bed roll. Irctc should take necessary action when they are charging full amount the services should be provided according to customer satisfaction. My seat nos are b13-24 & b13-39. The service provider is dynamic services & attendant name is arup mondal.
