I had booked a ticket in train no 12303 for journey date 09/09/2017 for which details are as follows -

As per rule refund amount should have been given to me within 3-4 business days but as per irctc reply train was not marked cancelled in their system. So they have not refunded my money. I have also attached the text message sent by irctc regarding the train cancellation.
So please register my complaint and take necessary action so that i can get my money back.
