Hi team,

I am trying to book tatkal ticket of[protected]

Train number :12115

And ticket available are 159.

Still it is showing following errors

But i am getting following error:

You are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets.

But i have not booked single ticket today.

This is very poor service provided by ircrc.

Kindly get it solved as soon as possible.

This is disappointing users.

    We wish to inform that our pnr number [protected] for reason "train diverted and train not touching boarding station.", refund has not been received for the reference no for this is :[protected].
    We would like to inform you that we have not received the refund as per rules tain diverted and train not touching boarding station and we could not travel for this train. Kindly refund our full amount as soon as possible

    Kindly provide the money as soon as possible so we are facing problem.

      Sir i had a journey from sgrl to rng in train no-11447 on 24-09-17, my pnr no is [protected], out of my 3ticket online i got only 1confirmed and rest 2 were in waiting list but till now i havent got my cancellation refund for 2 waiting list ticket. Plz take action as soon as possible. Otherwise i would go through higher authority.. So i requst you to plz take some immediate actin as soon as possible and refund my money for rest 2waiting ticket

        I am travelling 12621 tamilnadu express pnr no[protected], a2 coach, seat no 2 on 13/9/17 between agra to qualiar station my phone was thefted. At the time i'm complaint crpf duty police but he will direct to me to complaint in delhi police station. So i'm complaint delhi police station near ndls railway station. They also not respect my complaint so pls help me. During missing my mobile sim no [protected] mobile model redmi note 4.
        And i request to railway officers to ensure safety of passengers and properties regarding theft persons.

          Two of my transactions failed while attempting to book online tickets.
          In both cases amount has been deducted while no ticket has been purchased and now irctc is making delay without any reason to refund the amount.

            Right now on 26/09/2017 22:30 i am travelling by awantika express from mumbai central to ujjain.
            Irctc pantry boy of valsad area collected rupees 150 from me and did not given food. And now the staff of train blaming me that why you have given money before getting food. I have given rupees 150 as he asked for money thrice before delivering food and assured me to deliver food.

              I booked ticket from hazrat nizammuddin to udaipur city on 11.09.2017 at 05:47 pm. The amount of rs. 3130/- was deducted from the account but the amount has not been refunded till date. Following are the details given below:

                I had filed three tdr for refund last month 25th aug but after one month i have not received refund for the same. The current status of tdr shows "cr registered". The details are as follows:
                Pnr [protected] from patna to new delhi. Reason for tdr - train was diverted from destination station hence passenger did not travel. Booking date-25th august 2017
                Pnr [protected] from patna to anand vihar. Reason for tdr - train was late for more than 10 hours and passenger did not travel. Booking date-23rd august 2017
                Pnr [protected] from madhubani to rajender nagar. Reason for tdr - train was cancelled from boarding station and passenger did not travel. Booking date-20th august 2017

                  I was traveling from jodhpur - serai rohilla train on 25/09/17 but due to the delay in the arrival the train was delay by 1.5 hours i missed by shatabdi to haridwar.
                  On speaking to tt about it's arrival to delhi he said train will cover up and reached on the scheduled time ie 5:20am but instead it reached at 9. I missed my train to haridwar, i couldn't cancel my ticket. I tried filing tdr but count file it as well. On calling on the helpline no. Again and again finally got in touch with customer representative and she said nothing cam be done.
                  Shatabdi tickets are expensive and i demand a refund from irctc because it's their negligence that i missed my connecting train. Livr train statys showed it will reach on 6:16am not 5:20am which i thought gave me enough time to catch the shatabdi at 6:45am. Kindly address the issue and refind my money.

                    Hi i was traveling from hatia to raipur ticket was booked at railway counter with tqwl/6 where in the counter person informed you ticket will be conformed at the time of departure, so at the earliest i reached the station to conform with ttc, but for the first time in the station at his chamber i saw him taking bribe, when i gave him ticket he thru the ticket saying its not possible, # ttc saying (Y you want to travel better cancel the ticket so your amount will be refunded) he told this as if mother # he is running indian railway.
                    My ticket was 3a class so i got in to sleeper which train was empty again in rourkela unfortunately he saw me so again i requested him train is empty so can i get any conformation but he bargained 1000/- even after seeing my ticket. I stood saying i cant pay but after few seconds again asked for 750 will be final, i agreed he gave me berth of b2-2 which passenger who was suppose to bored from hatia to raipur was not available.
                    This type of ttc think train is there own property and demand bribe as they wish, even the hole railway system knows about this and no were any complaint box is kept or any phone number is given to passengers to inform.in directly government is encouraging this type of system. So some serious action should be taken on media by public to teach this type of #s ttc.

                        We had booked 2 tickets in the name of dp tiwari and kamlesh tiwari (Pnr : [protected]) of the train af jp shatabdi train no.: 12036 for sept 24th journey. The payment was done through paytm and the order id is : [protected]. The train was expected to depart at 5:40 pm from agra fort to jaipur jn. But due to 4-5 hours delay in the train departure, we had to cancel our tickets to reach our destination in time. The had cancelled our tickets on sept 24th, 3:40 pm but in spite of cancelling our tickets before 7-8 hours prior departure, we did not receive our cash back which was 1580 inr. Kindly, refund our cash. Hope to have a positive response from your side.

                            On may 21, i had made my reservation 14 in the malani express going from gandhinagar jaipur to baytu barmer. Because of the cancellation of the reservation, i re-tried. Both of these times my payment was done by the bank but the reservation was spread, but my payment amount has not yet been returned to me. On one hand, on 21st september this incident happened in the reservation of the train coming from udaipur to jaipur. All of these three reservations should be refund as soon as possible.

                                I have not received the money in my account of transaction no. [protected].in refund history it is written money refunded in paytmsdk but money till not arrived in account.??? Reason. Its very disturbing as i hv not received the money, amount is 5110/- and it is not at all less and how is it possible that a site like irctc is doing it. Why should be the money be refunded to paytmsdk it should come directly to my account. Plz look in to the matter.

                                        Train no. 12118 cancelled on 3 rd september 2017 mmr-ltt. I had my two tickets booking in that train.
                                        As train had cancelled from the source and i got message about it, my journey on that day was cancelled.
                                        After communicating with irctc customer care officer, i was informed that i will refunded soon, but since from last 12 days no refund is reimburse in my bank account.
                                        I have attended message screen shot that i got from indian railways about train cancellation.
                                        It is my request to be refunded as soon as possible..
