    Dear sir / madam

    I created an user id with indian railway catering & tourism corporation [irctc]

    My user id is jms_irctc. Created an account to book railway tickets.

    My email id has been verified but as i am not getting mobile otp unable to complete my registration process with irctc

    Because mobile verification otp is not sent unable to logi and as well as not able to book tickets

      I am prachi jani. I mistyped my email i'd in irctc account as [protected]@ymail.com but my i'd is [protected]@ymail.com. My wrong i'd was registered and so now when i am trying to login through application it is not happening because it's asking for confirmation code from email i'd but as my i'd is mistyped i am not able to login. So i request you to make corrections as soon as possible and i apologise for my mistake.

        I made a cancellation request for a tatkal ticket was on waiting list on 10/09/2017.
        For chennai express pnr.[protected] and cancellation id [protected].
        The amount is not yet credited with my account. Even if i tries to connect with the customer care executive, it's always busy or after two three minutes it gets hang up. Irctc taking there charges as soon as possible and but not showing the same interest in case of refunding.

          Sir was cancell last 14th september my irctc rail ticket. From nzm to eroad ticket. Amount for 2535 rs. Than i receive cancallation conformation sms. But now also not credit my refund amount. Please check and replay this mail [protected]@yahoo.com. Mobile [protected]. My cancellation confirmation sms thay replay for me 3 or 4 working days after my amount credit my account but now 5 days finish sir.

              Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from patliputra (Ppta) to new delhi (Ndls) journey date 10-jul-2017, but the train got late from more than 4 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 10-jul-2017 21:53:10 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                I had booked a ticket from kalyan to pune through irctc. It was in waiting list and after chart prepared it was still waiting list and got auto cancelled. Ticket cost rs 90 + 10rs online transaction charges = 100 rs.
                When ticket is auto cancelled they why don't we get full payment excluding transaction charges?
                This is a fraud, when we cancel ticket then i agree about the charges but ticket is not booked and that ticket is invalid why do we pay charges for that.
                If ticket is auto cancelled then we should get full refund of our money.
                Kindly let me know where we can proceed to take this matter further.

                  I reserved a ticket from badnera to jalgaon station of ahmedabad-puri sf exp. I don't know due to what reason the train was 3hrs late. Due to this delay i was unable to go to my destination because of late night as my hostel gets closed at 10:30 pm as well as the reservation charges are also gone waste as i was unable to cancel my ticket due to your # policy.
                  So please take care of these kind of problem in future use.

                    Sir i book my ticket on irctc online ticket app and i have full fill the ticket booking form and then we last step is payment method i done irctc cut my rupees but when i saw ticket was not book, then i call customer care irctc department and tell him all situation but he saying its not irctc fault its bank fault, then i ask him how could yousay it's bank fault because bank done his job but ticket notbook its irctc responsibility but he don't agree with me pls sir help and do action on irctc

                      I am nri. Today i changed my mobile number to isd as mentioned above by paying fee of rupees 124. During mobile verification, i didn't receive mobile verification code. I tried so many times to resend the otp till exceeding the limit for the day, still i didn't receive otp. Please fix the error and send otp to login.

                      I booked a ticket in Tatkal, but the ticket was waiting and could'nt get confirmed. The amount have not been refunded yet.

                      I've been on an emergency travel from Delhi to Chandigarh Kalka shatabti dated 11sept2017 train 12011 PNR NO [protected] and im carrying the e-ticket as well as a photograph on my phone of my Driver's license as a proof but the TT won't accept the proof and charging me a fine of ₹1750/- inspite of carrying all the proofs as per requirement.

                            I have been trying to logging into irctc from 11 o clock. But it didnot work out. Even if i typed the correct id and password. It is saying invalid user id. I got to miss my connecting train because of this reckless system. How can a person with no railway stations near him book a tatkal ticket other than from internet, and this # site doesnot even log in. Even at 12:30 this fcking site says downtime. And is this the time to do maintatance activity for this # # site.

                              This is to inform you that, transaction id [protected] deduct 2771.00 from my bank account but tickets not issued. I got the refund mail on 06 august 2017, but till date i'm not getting my money back.

                              Also txn id [protected] & txn id [protected] are cancelled from indian railway, but till after 10 days i didn't get back the money in my bank account. Several times i called to irctc customer care & from day one they told that within 3 days money will refund back.

                              It's my question to you that, when you are taking our money within a second then why there will be delay incase of refund. Are you joking with common people's, i need my money urgently.

                              This clearly indicates that "digital india" is totally fraud for common people's.

                              I'm now bound to register a complain through consumer forum against irctc, due to delay process of refund i faced harassment in my personal & social life.

                                The ticket i booked for the journey from gorakhpur jn to varanasi jn has not been generated.
                                Neither did i receive a text message nor an email from irctc but the requisite amount of the ticket has been deducted from my account
                                Either generate the ticket or refund my money.
                                The transaction failed twice
                                But the amount has been deducted
                                It's my sincere and humble request to you to entertain this complaint and resolve it by either generation of e ticket or refund of the amount deducted.

                                  I am swaroop jp when tried to reserve tatkal ticket for parasuram express 16649 on 9th september 11:01 am using sbi netbanking but unfortunately while transaction processed. My money debited 126 rs from my bank account to irctc. But after that ticket confirmed page did not appear and i lost money.. And i didn't get the ticket.                                     I had booked two tickets of train number 12105 on 06.09.17 for 08.09.17. Pnr number is [protected]. Due to some reasons i had canceled the ticket on 08.09.2017. And amount of 2285 has to be credited to my account. Website showing amount is refunded on 08.09.17 and bank name as payumpp. But i didn't get any refund. Details of tractions are as below:
