Dear sir,
Hear by i am going file a complaint against a t t e (He is not told his name or not pinned his name badge on his cote). While i am travelling in hamsafar express train no 22887 from bbs to vskp in b9 seat no 33 i didn’t get bedroll after 2 hours also.in the mean i want to file a complaint against coach attendant. For the same i am requesting to your t t e to give me the complaint book for that he is argue with me and ask me to show my journey ticket, when i show my mobile ticket he brake my l g stylish 2 pluss mobile witch is cost about 20000/-and also blackmail me to show the ticket and also he told that he can file a false complaint against me that i am creating nuisance with alcoholic condition but i am not alcoholic person. The passengers who are travel along with me name and mobile no are mentioned below for your witness

Dear Sir,
Hear by I am going file a complaint against a T T E (he is not told his name or not pinned his name badge on his cote). While I am travelling in Hamsafar Express Train No 22887 from BBS to VSKP in B9 seat No 33 I didn’t get bedroll after 2 hours also. In the mean i want to file a complaint against coach attendant. For the same i am requesting to your T T E to give me the complaint book for that he is argue with me and ask me to show my journey ticket, when i show my mobile ticket he brake my L G Stylish 2 pluss mobile witch is cost about 20000/-and also blackmail me to show the ticket and also he told that he can file a false complaint against me that i am creating nuisance with alcoholic condition but i am not alcoholic person.     I had filed tdr against pnr number [protected] for reason "difference of fare as passenger travelled in lower class.", has been received and the reference no for this is :[protected].

    I had made booking for second tier but once the chart got prepared my ticket automatically got converted into third tier ac. Technically my balance amount should get refunded automatically but that didn't happened. Then i filed tdr from irctc website its been almost a month when i had filed tdr. Now its status is showing cr registered from last 20 days. When i am asking status from irctc they are saying they forward this concern to concerned zonal railways to process refund through edr/ enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules.

    I just want to ask you one thing can't you check by yourself the records of this train on that particular date. There were no second tier coach available in this train. But still you are making fool of customer who are buying tickets from irctc. Is there anyone on this earth who can solve this issue or i must say is there anyone who want to solve this issue?

      But, tickets could not be done. Got a message that, the amounts will be refunded. But, not yet refunded..!!

        Under the 4 working days the money has not been refunded yet and this problm is happening regularly..

            I am traveling from chennai to delhi in rajdhani express on 8 sept 2017. Firstly what i see the food is not good and he provide same dal in the night also. The dal is so pathetic. You take much fare in rajdhani at-least improve the quality of food.
            Secondly, after completing the journey all the working staff in the train for eg person provide food, person provide bedroll and sweeper also ask for give some money/ tip. I don't understand they are the government employ and why he want such extra tip from everyone in my view government pay for this. I know he is doing such thing in everywere.

              I have booked a ticket from pune
              To kottayam for kanyakumari express on 18th aug,
              2017 and date of journey was 29th aug 2017.
              For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
              The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
              For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
              Status was turned to cr registered, but the
              Amount was not refunded yet.
              I am not sure what else i might be missing to

                I tried to book to two tickets in train no.22150 (Pune-ernakulam super fast express) on 06.09.2017 for 31.12.2017. But the transaction has been failed vide id nos.[protected] & [protected]. Even though the transactions have been failed a sum of rs.1021.24 has been debited into my icici bank account on 06.09.2017. An early action may please be taken to credit the sum into my account under intimation to me.

It is informed that the money will be refunded. It is showing in site that the full amount is refunded to paytmag. But till now i did not get my money in my bank account.                                 We have booked ticked in tain no.12381 poorva exp. From mughal sarai to new delhi date 10/09/2017.
                                But yesterday dt.9/9/2017 got a massage from irsmsa that this train has been cancelled due to circumstances inconvenience caused to psgns is deeply regretted.
                                After got this massage we was very up set because of our urgent meting held on delhi 11/09/2017. When i go to check train status got it lot of train are cancelled so that we have do the alternate arrangement reach a delhi meting as 11/9/2017.
                                Suddenly today morning i got a massage from irsmsa that cancelled train no. 12381 poorva exp. Re-schedule and leave from hwh at 17.10 hrs on 10/9/2017,
                                Then we have check the chart preparation status and seen it has been not prepared then i have cancel my booking but cancellation refund amount only 50% of the booking amount from irctc. Which is not correct because after cancellation of train, anyone go to urgent he can not wait for re-scheduling of train, what we did. Still my entire booking amount was not refunded
                                Which is wrong because the railways can punish the passenger for own mistake.

                                So that i want my whole booking amount.

                                    I have booked a ticket from puducherry to mahe due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on[protected]. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, and in the cancelled ticket option it is showing (Still) "sent for refund" but amount still not refunded back to the account. I have tried to contact the irctc customer care number[protected] they have told me to send an mail with the details. I have sent it long back, but could not get any reply.

                                      Today only when decided to have ticket in 3ac in the train no 22605, and could see tickets were available, we opted for two lower birth as i am 67 and my wife is 64. After confirming from your page i decied to go for payment. Our journey is from cuttuack to brahmapur odisha. After the payment is completed i was massaged to my mobile phone. After seeing the massage i was surprised that one is b1 32 and another rlwl10. If i cancel now i shall lose mony for no fault of mine.

                                        I have claimed thetdr against pnr number [protected] for reason train diverted and train not touching boarding station., reference no for this is :[protected].

                                        Due to the accident at kanpur etawah route, my train poorva express got diverted from mughal sarai and did not reached allahabad junction.

                                        Although my ticket got confirmed.

                                        I had claimed the tdr for the same, but no hearing for the same.
