I have done a transaction on irctc on 21st july which got failed and transaction amount deducted.

I have wrote many mails and received the same reply 2-3 times that it is transferred to concern department.
I have also called customer care but executive dropped the call.

It has been more than a month but i have not received refund.

Please do the needful refund the amount.

    Sir, i vijaya kumar v has booked 2nd a/c ticket through an agent saarthi, agent name manoj kumar, 35 /459 trilokpuri east, delhi on 27 aug 2017. Journey date was 26 aug 2017. Later on i came to know that the train no 16787/ten jammu has been partially cancelled between tirupati and svdk on 25/8/2017 thereby i have denied for boarding the train on 26 aug 2017 at 9.30 am due to partial cancellation of train 16787/ten jammu. Till date i have neither received the amount rs.2999/ paid to the saarthi for reservation. Kindly inform me through saarthi.

    Sir till date neither recd any refund to the Agent SAARTHII(Manoj KUmar) nor get any information from Indian Railway. Why should I suffer. Indian Railway has to refund the amount Rs.2999 to me through the agent.Email address of the agent is [email protected]. The Train No. was 16787/TEN JAMMU EXP. and the date of journey was 26 Aug 2017. The agents Phone No. is 9999091579, 8800433190. Pl resolve my case immediately through higher ups.       Two days before i was booking tickets through irctc website for which payment has been deducted from my account but i got no ticket confirmation and in booking status its showing payment requested. Yesterday i got a message that i will get a refund yesterday itself and same date for refund is been showed in the website also. But i haven't receive my money yet.

      From two days i have been trying to contact the authorized person through the numbers given in the website and through mail but i haven’t got any response. Now i am sick of trying again and again. I want my money back in my account asap so i can make another transaction.

        Hi,

        It's been almost 3 months now since i filed the tdr against pnr number [protected] for reason train diverted and train not touching destination station and the reference number is [protected]. The status has changed to cr registered and that too only when i sent a mail on july 13th, 2017 regarding this issue. I have to write a mail every time so that the process is moved forward. If the railway department can't release the funds then it's not my issue and the irctc should refund me asap.

          Hello irctc,
          I was booking one ticket in 05-sep-2017, but sudden some network issue came and the ticket was not booked but i got notification the tansaction done from bank and deducted money from my bank. The payment failure id is mentioned in the below attached screenshot. Kindly please resolve this issue as earliest.

            Sir, i have filed tdr for ticket with pnr [protected] on 31 08 2017 at 6.58 pm.
            The train departed the station after 11 o clock on that day. The passenger not traveled in that train. But irctc denied the refund stating that the tdr filed after prescribed time. As per the railways refund rule (Amendment dated 6 11 2015 rule 13 sub clause (Ii) full refund will given when train late more than 3 hours) please verify the matter and please sanction the refund

              I had cancelled the ticket on[protected]. And amount of 280 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on[protected] and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

                I booked tatkal ticket of duronto ngp mumbai 12290 express pnr [protected] on 5th september. However i recieved a message from irsmsa stating that duronto express is cancelled. Therefore, i booked another tatkal ticket on 6th september of vidarbha express to travel from nagpur to mumbai.
                But then i received a message that duronto express has been restored and will run 2.45 hours late than scheduled time.
                Now i had 2 tatkal tickets and none could be cancelled.
                Because i recieved message of cancellation of train i booked new tatkal, so i request you to please give me refund for my duronto ticket.

                    Dear sir,
                    On 30.08.2017, train no 12951 mumbai rajdhani from mumbai - ndls got delayed by 8+ hrs. The train was supposed to reach ratlam by 00:40 hrs on 30.08.2017 instead it reached at 8:00 am which caused me to missed my flight from delhi to london, flight no 9w 122 at 13:15 hrs on 30.08.2017. I had to re-book another flight and paid rs 47, 595. This is my personal financial loss. I need a compensation of the same else i've have to take this case to consumer court.

                        On 4/9/17 three times deducted rs.17310, 17310 & 15624 against my three attempts to book 6 rajdhani exp ticket from sealdah to new delhi. Each time received message from irctc that "amount will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered." but, not yet received my money.                               Hello sir

                              I am making this complaint since i have faced a issue while booking tickets in irctc second seating tickets. Each and every time when i book a ticket through irctc i am getting seating allotment which is not at all adjacent. I have tried more than 20+ times and all the time i am getting seats seperated with my co passenger. I have tried booking even when there is 900 plus tickets available to book but still i am not getting adjacent ticket? Why can't u provide tickets like 19 20 or 41 42 or 54 55? Are u a saddist? This is total non sense.. I am travelling with my sister and i can't ask or exchange seat during travel each time..

                                I tried to book a ticket on jul 0127/08/2017 time 07:27 from ndls to kgp using e banking however payment went successful and ticket isn’t booked.

                                In such scenario i am expected to get my money to be refunded but till now neither i have received it back nor i can see it under “ticket refund history”.

                                Could you please help me?

                                    I done a transaction for rs.628 through irctc for online ticket booking. Transaction got failed due to payment failed. But when i liaise my bank they gave and confirmed payment has been accepted and credited at your end. For reference they provided me auth no :x18596 which is acknowledged by irctc.
                                    I request you please refer my screenshot below, advise me why the transaction got failed my bank confirm you have been credited the amount which is given below.
                                    Please advise why this error restricts me to process transactions.
                                    Transaction amt rs.615 +13 for processing total=rs.628.

                                      Sir i got clear message on 29 august 2017 at 5.12 pm, the particular train 17057 has cancelled for journey date 30 aug 2017 due to unavoidable circumstances, then i did wait for 3 days for refund of amount.

                                      Later when i mailed regarding refund, came to know that the train has not cancelled but diverted from other station.

                                      There was no information regarding diversion of train to me but cancellation.

                                      We went through bad experience as the train cancelled and travelled through another mode of transport.

                                      When asked to refund the amount informing to file the tdr.

                                      Now it is 6th day, we are unable to file tdr as the cut off time is 72 hours.

                                      We request kindly help regarding my refund and further process.
