I have booked the Ticket on IRCTC Web site with details PNR No:- [protected] with Train No:- 12701 DOJ:- 7/9/17 From CSTM- HYD, the ticket was confirmed but at the last moment the Ticket was cancelled and i have received the SMS also, till then i have written mail to them and also scan copy attached of cancellation and got the request Cancellation ID:- 6684971
TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT MY AMOUNT REFUNDED

    I have been a regular user of your website for my travel bookings, but this time it was a sad experience. I was booking a ticket (Tatkal quota) from santragachi to mangalore on 13 sep. 2017 for 14 sep. 2017. For reservation 2585/- deducted from my account but extra 705/- unnessarylly deducted from my account. Now i am fed up with all these things but no other option left to approach the court of jurisdiction for the solution of my problem. So please help me getting out of this problem.
    So i meet proper step about this event. Relevant document also attach with this application.

      I've planed a trip with my family on 1 september 2017 for surat
      So i've book ticket from sawai madhopur pur to surat. Online from the site of irctc and i've got rac on that date of 39, 40, 41. The pnr of that is tickets are [protected]. The whole thing was going as per plan. But on travelling day in morning i've got a sms from irctc that train with no 12956 jp superfast has been cancelled and refund will be credited to your account within 3 to 4 days. But today is 14 september 2017 and amount is not credited to my account yet. So its my humble request to you to take action against my request asap. My account details are as follows:

      This is my second complaint about my refund issue.in earlier complaint as you know the train jp superfast has been cancelled. So for that i also had to cancel my return confirm tickets of golden temple mail on date 3 september 2017. And its refund is also not credited yet. The pnr is [protected]. And the fare is 2160 and the refundable money is rs 1800. Its my humble to take action on my complaint asap.

      I had booked a railway ticket on IRCTC website using pay u gateway. Now as I have cancelled the ticket of duronto Express but the refund money hasn't come yet. It's showing money has been refunded through bank payumpp but haven't received it even after 8 days. The amount of refund is Rs. 3385. Please look into the matter.
      Sir I made irctc ticket booking on 9/9/17 my transaction failed but amount taken from my account. Please refund my money to my account as soon as possible. My transaction I'd is [protected]
      I was booking ticket from Tinsukia to Muzzafarnagar on 23rd October'2017 (Booking transaction no. - [protected]) but my ticket was cancelled and my total fare -1290 was showing process to refund at PAYTMSDK bank (??) I don't have any account in this bank. But on 25th October it was shown that my money was refunded and when i checked my account statement there is no amount credited from IRCTC. Now I simply asked that where are my money? In simple way, the amount was credited in that bank account where it was debit but there is no. money in my bank acount. Here are my transaction details which was shown in IRCTC home page.

        I have booked a ticket from irctc for journey on 27/08/2017 from delhi to booking details are pnr no. [protected] train no. 12484 asr kcbl exp. However, on the morning of 27th august, 2017 i got a msg from railway that the train has been cancelled. According i booked a ticket in another train n perform the journey.in view of the above i filed tdr to get fare refund. Instead of giving refund my claim have been refused stating that "the train run normal" which is not the case. I also inclosed the screenshot of cancellation msg as well as the tdr repudiation.

            Hi sir, /mam

            I have filed tdr for pnr numer : [protected]. And reason for tdr: train diverted and train not touching boarding station.

            I got confirmation email from irctc that. We have receive refund from chief manager/officer. An amount of 3870 will be credited to same account within 2 or 3 days on 08 sept 2017. But i still did not get any refund. I have called my times irctc customer care but every one is talking missleading.

            Kindly refund my amount. I need urgent.

                        Hear by i am going file a complaint against a t t e (He is not told his name or not pinned his name badge on his cote). While i am travelling in hamsafar express train no 22887 from bbs to vskp in b9 seat no 33 i didn’t get bedroll after 2 hours also.in the mean i want to file a complaint against coach attendant. For the same i am requesting to your t t e to give me the complaint book for that he is argue with me and ask me to show my journey ticket, when i show my mobile ticket he brake my l g stylish 2 pluss mobile witch is cost about 20000/-and also blackmail me to show the ticket and also he told that he can file a false complaint against me that i am creating nuisance with alcoholic condition but i am not alcoholic person.                           I had filed tdr against pnr number [protected] for reason "difference of fare as passenger travelled in lower class.", has been received and the reference no for this is :[protected].

                          I had made booking for second tier but once the chart got prepared my ticket automatically got converted into third tier ac. Technically my balance amount should get refunded automatically but that didn't happened. Then i filed tdr from irctc website its been almost a month when i had filed tdr. Now its status is showing cr registered from last 20 days. When i am asking status from irctc they are saying they forward this concern to concerned zonal railways to process refund through edr/ enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules.

                          I just want to ask you one thing can't you check by yourself the records of this train on that particular date. There were no second tier coach available in this train. But still you are making fool of customer who are buying tickets from irctc. Is there anyone on this earth who can solve this issue or i must say is there anyone who want to solve this issue?

                                  I am traveling from chennai to delhi in rajdhani express on 8 sept 2017. Firstly what i see the food is not good and he provide same dal in the night also. The dal is so pathetic. You take much fare in rajdhani at-least improve the quality of food.
                                  Secondly, after completing the journey all the working staff in the train for eg person provide food, person provide bedroll and sweeper also ask for give some money/ tip. I don't understand they are the government employ and why he want such extra tip from everyone in my view government pay for this. I know he is doing such thing in everywere.

                                    I have booked a ticket from pune
                                    To kottayam for kanyakumari express on 18th aug,
                                    2017 and date of journey was 29th aug 2017.
                                    For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                                    The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                                    For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                                    Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                                    Amount was not refunded yet.
                                    I am not sure what else i might be missing to

                                      I tried to book to two tickets in train no.22150 (Pune-ernakulam super fast express) on 06.09.2017 for 31.12.2017. But the transaction has been failed vide id nos.[protected] & [protected]. Even though the transactions have been failed a sum of rs.1021.24 has been debited into my icici bank account on 06.09.2017. An early action may please be taken to credit the sum into my account under intimation to me.

It is informed that the money will be refunded. It is showing in site that the full amount is refunded to paytmag. But till now i did not get my money in my bank account.
