I have not received the money in my account of transaction no. [protected].in refund history it is written money refunded in paytmsdk but money till not arrived in account.??? Reason. Its very disturbing as i hv not received the money, amount is 5110/- and it is not at all less and how is it possible that a site like irctc is doing it. Why should be the money be refunded to paytmsdk it should come directly to my account. Plz look in to the matter.

    I tried to book a reservation ticket in online mode, money has been deducted but ticket wasn't booked. It happened twice with me.
    Train no. & name: 12431 rajdhani exp.
    Reservation from ernakulam jn to h nizamuddin

    Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

        Hi, as discussed with irctc executive he said to me for send a mail.
        Isuue is that i have received a msg from irctc that train has been cancelled but as per executive it is not cancelled so that you have not received refund amount. So request you to kindly check and confirm about refund. Ticket details are below. Already 30 mails sent [protected]@irctc.co.in but no response reveed yet.

          Train no. 12118 cancelled on 3 rd september 2017 mmr-ltt. I had my two tickets booking in that train.
          As train had cancelled from the source and i got message about it, my journey on that day was cancelled.
          After communicating with irctc customer care officer, i was informed that i will refunded soon, but since from last 12 days no refund is reimburse in my bank account.
          I have attended message screen shot that i got from indian railways about train cancellation.
          It is my request to be refunded as soon as possible..

            Train no. 12424 rajdhani exp. Was cancelled on 02 sep 17 from ghy to lko for 05 passengers against my pnr no. [protected]. Refund should be 100%, but only amout rs.11150 has been refunded out of rs.12090. Plz do the needful for refund my leftover amount as soon as possible.

              I tried to book a ticket on mumbai-howarah express on 1st october.
              Payment is settled but ticket is not being shown in booked ticket history.
              Also in the refunds tab nothing is shown.

              Sir, my pnr no. [protected] hv booked ticket in rajdhani from ghy to ndls on 24/09/2017 in Arunachal Pradesh Quota from railway counter and allowed seat in B1 15, 16 but while traveling the chart doesn't show my name and after checking the pnr it is showing booking transferred to smash Assam on25/09/2017 under ATAS scheme. Pls help.
              I'm travelling in 17309 yeshwanthpur to vasco in sleeper class S9 coach.
              This compartment is filled with tiny cocroaches, it's dirty n seats are woren out n broken. Cocroaches are running everywhere on seats too. Tiny in size scared to sleep too.
              Is there any one to take care of this.
              An amount of Rs 880.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID [protected] on 17-Sep-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.

                  Dear sir,

                  I had booked return e-tickets, using my debit card for to & from from chennai to bengaluru and cancelled the same before 48 hours of scheduled departure of the train of both the journey. The tickets were cancelled on 26/07/2017. My a/c was not credited with refund amount even after lapse of almost two months, which is simply unacceptable. The details are as below.

                  1) pnr [protected] and cancellation id is [protected]

                  2) pnr [protected] and cancellation id is [protected]

                  I had already raised issue vide e-mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 13/08/2017 and 23/09/2017. But so far no reply or no refund is made to my a/c

                  Concerned authorities may kindly look into the issue and get my refund money of cancelled e-ticket, to my a/c immediately.

                        I am a nri and want to make train bookings for myself. I have registered my overseas mobile number and paid the fees, but i am not getting the otp on my mobile to verify the number.

                        It is almost more than a month now since i have logged the issue (#6597788) with the customer care and it is not resolved till date. Also i am not getting a proper answer from the customer care. Every time i speak to them, i have been asked to wait for 24 hours. But the the issue is not resolved.

                        Can i you please look into this, as i need to make train bookings for my my visit in nov 2017.

                          I am a customer i have booked a ticket on irctc through master card i have paid the amount rs. 453.00 through payu irctc payment gateway. Payment not successful even the amount was deducted from my account.

                            Money was deducted from my bank account but ticket is not confirmed & irctc has not send me any message on my mob. No. And email is also not send on my email id.
                            But money is deducted from my bank account.
                            I have showed you the message which i have get from bank.
                            So my humble request to you that credit money in bank account otherwise send me ticket.
                            And i also attach a screen shot from irctc history.

                              My irctc ticket was not booked but the payment was made and it says it’s refunded but not refunded in my account

                              Since the transaction failed thing happened my money has

                                I had booked a ticket in train no 12303 for journey date 09/09/2017 for which details are as follows -

                                Date of booking : 28-jul-2017, class : second ac
                                Date of journey : 09-sep-2017, from : hwh, to : ndls
                                Boarding at : jsme date of boarding : 09-sep-2017
                                Reservation upto : ndls
                                Scheduled departure : 12:15 hrs
                                Due to some reason train got cancelled. Please refer to the following link

                                As per rule refund amount should have been given to me within 3-4 business days but as per irctc reply train was not marked cancelled in their system. So they have not refunded my money. I have also attached the text message sent by irctc regarding the train cancellation.
                                So please register my complaint and take necessary action so that i can get my money back.

                                  I trevell panipat to indore and she's duty in b/w panipat to delhi she was non-sence and cheat with me and all lots of pessengers. I am purchesing the general coach ticket and i'm getting too late thats why i am trevels in reserved coach. Now she will tell me, give me 500 rupees i will tell him, why then then she is push me forword then she telling me thats the extra charges for reserved coach then i will gives him 500 rupees and then i will see the slip the actual charges are applied for this is 250 rupees huhh...
                                  So friends these are the real enimys kf the nation

                                      I've recently migrated to the new irctc portal but i am unable to view my past transaction/ booked history which is causing tremendous inconvenience to print/ cancel the transactions i have made in the recent past.

                                      As per the instructions, clicking on booked history should take me to old website where i can view the transactions. It's not working at my end and it straightaway says "no booking history".

                                      This is very urgent. Could you please advise on the same.

                                        I am a irctc member.

                                        The website is not sending mobile verification code on my changed international (U a e) mobile. And, therefore i am not able to log-in into the irctc website.

                                        Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as i have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.
