This is to inform you that, transaction id [protected] deduct 2771.00 from my bank account but tickets not issued. I got the refund mail on 06 august 2017, but till date i'm not getting my money back.
Also txn id [protected] & txn id [protected] are cancelled from indian railway, but till after 10 days i didn't get back the money in my bank account. Several times i called to irctc customer care & from day one they told that within 3 days money will refund back.
It's my question to you that, when you are taking our money within a second then why there will be delay incase of refund. Are you joking with common people's, i need my money urgently.
This clearly indicates that "digital india" is totally fraud for common people's.
I'm now bound to register a complain through consumer forum against irctc, due to delay process of refund i faced harassment in my personal & social life.
