I have booked ticket using debit card (Icici bank) & paytm gateway, but i did not get my ticket and the money has been deducted from my bank account. It is informed that the money will be refunded. It is showing in site that the full amount is refunded to paytmag. But till now i did not get my money in my bank account. Please suggest how can i get my money back. Already 1 week is over.

    Sir/madam,
    Recently, i have done 3 transactions on 15 august and 2 transactions on 16 august through mvisa on irctc website. These all transactions were unsuccessful, but till now i didn’t get back any refund.
    I did email and talked to the customer care but they were not taking any action about my issues.

        I had tried to book tatkal ticket from lucknow to dehradun on the date -07/09/2017, through irctc application but money got deducted from my bank account but my ticket didn't booked and after completion of 3-4 days i didn't get refund, my transaction id is -[protected]

            I was about book my 2 train tickets from BPL to VSG on 2nd September 2017...which made me to pay 1250/- ...I did my transaction through payumoney portal ...and money had debited from my bank but neither i got my ticket...nor my refund money...transaction I'd for payumoney :-[protected]...please help me by making my refund back to my bank account...

              The above mentioned train was cancelled. I received a message about the cancellation. Although the refund for cancelled trains are now automatic (Given in rules) i haven't received any refund till today[protected].
              Kindly grant the refund as it is causing me a lot of trouble and time.

                We have booked ticked in tain no.12381 poorva exp. From mughal sarai to new delhi date 10/09/2017.
                But yesterday dt.9/9/2017 got a massage from irsmsa that this train has been cancelled due to circumstances inconvenience caused to psgns is deeply regretted.
                After got this massage we was very up set because of our urgent meting held on delhi 11/09/2017. When i go to check train status got it lot of train are cancelled so that we have do the alternate arrangement reach a delhi meting as 11/9/2017.
                Suddenly today morning i got a massage from irsmsa that cancelled train no. 12381 poorva exp. Re-schedule and leave from hwh at 17.10 hrs on 10/9/2017,
                Then we have check the chart preparation status and seen it has been not prepared then i have cancel my booking but cancellation refund amount only 50% of the booking amount from irctc. Which is not correct because after cancellation of train, anyone go to urgent he can not wait for re-scheduling of train, what we did. Still my entire booking amount was not refunded
                Which is wrong because the railways can punish the passenger for own mistake.

                So that i want my whole booking amount.

                  I booked my train ticket on 29th aug for journey from dehradun to haldwani.                     I have booked a ticket from puducherry to mahe due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on[protected]. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, and in the cancelled ticket option it is showing (Still) "sent for refund" but amount still not refunded back to the account. I have tried to contact the irctc customer care number[protected] they have told me to send an mail with the details. I have sent it long back, but could not get any reply.

                    What should i do to get the money back?

                      Today only when decided to have ticket in 3ac in the train no 22605, and could see tickets were available, we opted for two lower birth as i am 67 and my wife is 64. After confirming from your page i decied to go for payment. Our journey is from cuttuack to brahmapur odisha. After the payment is completed i was massaged to my mobile phone. After seeing the massage i was surprised that one is b1 32 and another rlwl10. If i cancel now i shall lose mony for no fault of mine.

                          I have done a transaction on irctc on 21st july which got failed and transaction amount deducted.

                          I have wrote many mails and received the same reply 2-3 times that it is transferred to concern department.
                          I have also called customer care but executive dropped the call.

                          It has been more than a month but i have not received refund.

                            Sir, i vijaya kumar v has booked 2nd a/c ticket through an agent saarthi, agent name manoj kumar, 35 /459 trilokpuri east, delhi on 27 aug 2017. Journey date was 26 aug 2017. Later on i came to know that the train no 16787/ten jammu has been partially cancelled between tirupati and svdk on 25/8/2017 thereby i have denied for boarding the train on 26 aug 2017 at 9.30 am due to partial cancellation of train 16787/ten jammu. Till date i have neither received the amount rs.2999/ paid to the saarthi for reservation. Kindly inform me through saarthi.

                            Sir till date neither recd any refund to the Agent SAARTHII(Manoj KUmar) nor get any information from Indian Railway. Why should I suffer. Indian Railway has to refund the amount Rs.2999 to me through the agent.Email address of the agent is [email protected].                               Two days before i was booking tickets through irctc website for which payment has been deducted from my account but i got no ticket confirmation and in booking status its showing payment requested. Yesterday i got a message that i will get a refund yesterday itself and same date for refund is been showed in the website also. But i haven't receive my money yet.

                              From two days i have been trying to contact the authorized person through the numbers given in the website and through mail but i haven’t got any response. Now i am sick of trying again and again. I want my money back in my account asap so i can make another transaction.

                                Hi,

                                It's been almost 3 months now since i filed the tdr against pnr number [protected] for reason train diverted and train not touching destination station and the reference number is [protected]. The status has changed to cr registered and that too only when i sent a mail on july 13th, 2017 regarding this issue. I have to write a mail every time so that the process is moved forward. If the railway department can't release the funds then it's not my issue and the irctc should refund me asap.

                                  Hello IRCTC,
                                  I cancelled one ticket booked on 1st Sep 2017 for PNR no.[protected] . After I cancel this ticket I didn't get any money refund back to my bank account . My ticket cancellation ID is given on the below attached photo. Please kindly see the below issue and resolve it as early as possible.

                                  Hello irctc,
                                  I was booking one ticket in 05-sep-2017, but sudden some network issue came and the ticket was not booked but i got notification the tansaction done from bank and deducted money from my bank. The payment failure id is mentioned in the below attached screenshot. Kindly please resolve this issue as earliest.

                                    Sir, i have filed tdr for ticket with pnr [protected] on 31 08 2017 at 6.58 pm.
                                    The train departed the station after 11 o clock on that day. The passenger not traveled in that train. But irctc denied the refund stating that the tdr filed after prescribed time. As per the railways refund rule (Amendment dated 6 11 2015 rule 13 sub clause (Ii) full refund will given when train late more than 3 hours) please verify the matter and please sanction the refund

                                      I had cancelled the ticket on[protected]. And amount of 280 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on[protected] and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

                                      Please look into the matter

                                        I booked tatkal ticket of duronto ngp mumbai 12290 express pnr [protected] on 5th september. However i recieved a message from irsmsa stating that duronto express is cancelled. Therefore, i booked another tatkal ticket on 6th september of vidarbha express to travel from nagpur to mumbai.
                                        But then i received a message that duronto express has been restored and will run 2.45 hours late than scheduled time.
                                        Now i had 2 tatkal tickets and none could be cancelled.
                                        Because i recieved message of cancellation of train i booked new tatkal, so i request you to please give me refund for my duronto ticket.
