    I have tried to booking a railway tatkal ticket in the ircc site on 9/5/2017 journey was from sbc to kyn on 9/15/2017 by train no 11302 the amount rs 485.00 (In new delhi at irctc 12027) has deducted from my hdfc a/c no [protected] but there is no ticket show in the list of booked history and got page error. So please consider the case and refund it my same account, didnt get any traction ref no as well. Contact no [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com

    PNR No.[protected], train no.12320 for confir med journey on 31st.August 2017 was cancelled on 25 August 2017 on line.An amount of Rs 1405/-is refundable to me.On contacting your Customer Care informed that refund made on 27th. On enquiry Bank not received the amount as yet.So my account not credited. Please expedite.Thanks. Banarasi Lal Agarwal.
    Dear sir, I booked a ticket from HRI to HJP in 15910 awadh assam express for 15th of august 2017 with pnr no [protected], train cancelled and I filed TDR with cause train terminated in short of journey. My TDR rejected but not informed to me and still my refund not initiated plz take proper action.

        I tried to book railway reservation tickets through irctc online e-ticketing facility on 2nd september 2017. During the booking process due to some network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. When i checked my account balance on the same day, the money has been debited by irctc. I request you to take necessary action and get my money back at the earliest.

          I have book a ticket at irtc app, from mangalore central to ksr bangaloe. Payment also paid. I have receive pnr seat no birh no. But my pnr and name not showed in chart. The tc comes and he fine me as rs 556 i have request to tc but he collected fine. What should i do.

            I booked a train ticket from agtl to njp. But due to train late more than 3 hours i filled tdr on 21-mar-2017 10:16:16 hrs and claimed for full amount refund. My pnr number is - [protected]. I phoned their customer care number several times, but they did not response properly. The ticket amount was rs. 2760/- which i did not get back till now. So, please help me to solve this matter.

              Dear sir,
              My failed transactions id [protected] and [protected] where amount has been deducted from bank but refund has not been done although when i log in, it shows refunded. It has been more than 3 weeks but no refund has been done. What should i do to get my refund?
              Transaction date[protected], transaction type = failed, transfer amount for transaction is 4430 and 4430. Transaction was done through bank of baroda rupay card and transactions was powered by kotak mahindra bank rupay.
              Refund date is[protected] but no amount has been credited to my bank.
              Kindly take some action regarding this problem.

                      I have booked a ticket from ahmadabad to mumbai for journey date 6th aug 2017, but train is late or train cancelled so we have canceled my ticket on 6th aug 2017 & we get successfully cancel massage from irctc (675 will be refunded in your account within 3 to 4 days), but refunded amount is not refunded yet, when i call for this on help line number we can't reach up, call automatic disconnect & some time busy busy buy...

                      Please process the request and refund my money asap.

                        I had cancelled a ticket on 27 aug 2017 (Pnr no [protected]) refund amount yet not credited to my bank account till date, non of customer care number works and i get repeated message reply of some ticket raised only form [protected]@irctc.co.in, i am fed-up of their customer care pathetic service and not get any appropriate explanation about my refund status also losing confidence for using their service again.                             My name is samaresh bose. I am an exserviceman. On 27 august 2017 i have cancelled two tkts. The pnr no. Of these two tkts are [protected] and [protected] respectively. The consolidated refund amount after cancellation of these two tkts stands out to be rs 11, 520/- (Eleven thousand five hundred twenty only). The above mentioned amount remains outstanding and has not been credited to my account till date.

                            In context of the above i request you to initiate appropriate measures at your end in resolving my issue at the earliest for which i willbe deeply obliged to you.

                              On september 2nd 2017 i faced a problem while booking a ticket on irctc.co.in from sirpur kagaznagar (Skzr) to chennai (Mas) for september 4 2017 in 22632 anuvrat express. I made the payment using sbi net banking. After making the payment i got the message that the session is expired.

                              I checked my sbi bank transactions and i can see a payment of ₹1155/-. Transaction ref no igabyfwer5. However when i see the list under "booked tickets" on the website, i dont see any reservation made.

                              Please advise what to be done since i have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

                                Dear sir i have booked tickets from irctc app these pnr are [protected], [protected], and [protected] with my old bank account debit card there after i had been closed my old bank account on 9th of june 2016. And open a new bank account with kotak mahindra bank. Irctc sources said that they process refund in my old bank how it is possible they said contact your bank i visited bank too but they said no such refund credited in bank. Now what i do? I have sent all related documents to [protected]@irctc.com by mail. Now i would like to please make my all refund in my new bank account which details are kotak mahindra bank name of account is sharma anandkumar girdharilal account number [protected] branch l. P.                                   This is regarding train ticket of guwahati rajdhani express from cooch behar to new delhi, train got cancelled from bongaigaon due to track wash out after kishanganj and same day we requested for ticket refund we were told that it will be refunded in 4-5 days then after a week we called again then we were told that we have to call on another number or send a mail, although we got mail acknowledgement but didn't get money till now and no confirmation either.                                     On 27th august 2017, i tried to book rail ticket. I made payment through sbi atm cum debit card. Immediately i got sms notification from bank like thank you for using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs-3862.03 on pos payust[protected] at www.irctc.co.in txn#[protected]. I waited for the ticket to came, but in vain. Plz. Give me any suggestion so that i could recover my money.

                                        My pnr no - [protected] and booking date is 01-july-2017 and my problem is as we know due to ram rahim riots in haryana and punjab in aug17 many trains were cancelled and one day before my journey on 26-aug-17 when i checked my train status it shows that the train was cancel for 27-aug-17, then i cancel my booked ticket through irctc rail connect app and now my status was changed from booked to cancellation pending then on the morning of 27-aug-17my relative inform me that your train 12919 malwa exp is rescheduled and it can be departed from its origin indb on it scheduled time, then i check my status in irctc rail connect app now it shows cancellation pending than i call on railwa enquiry no 139 at 10:33 and irctc customer care no [protected] at 11:25am and ask them about my pnr status and will iam able to travel with pnr no - [protected] then he told me that you are apply for cancellation hence you are not travel through this pnr, and advice me to book new ticket for journey, then i booked new ticket with pnr number - [protected], and i again check the older ticket status it remains cancellation is pending, after one hour i again check status of older ticket but this time it shows booked then i want to cancel ticket through application, but this time cancellation are not allow and then i go to file tdr but i also not able to file tdr it shows message tdr is already applied, and cancellation of newer ticket pnr-[protected] is also not permitted, now i have 2 tickets and both are confirmed, and then i mailed to irctc customer care ([protected]@irctc.co.in) and explain my issue, and boarded on the train for journey from bhopal station with the older pnr, but till after 5days of mailed no one reply from irctc, i requested to you please initiate my refund on any of the one ticket because you people are responsible for this issue.
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
