I am pass holder from rohtak jn to tohana.
I board a sleeper coach instead of general coach, because it was over loaded.
A ticket collector came and fined me 370rs, he was no even wearing his uniform on duty, he was in complete civil dress, there was number of guys who were having general tickts only, but that tt fined me only and i asked his name he said mr. Satyapal, i am having a video clip also.in my slip there is two colums extra fare 120rs and baggage fare 250, i was not having any baggage not even a single bag. I asked him he said this is none of your business.

    I booked train ticket for bangalore (Sbc) to shivamogga (Smet) for 23 aug 201711:30 pm. Train number - 16581.
    I booked ticket non 11 june 2017. On booked date it was showing from majestic. But on journey day after reaching the station i got to know that boarding point has been changed to yeshwanthpur.

    This caused me a lot of trouble and i missed the train and i traveled by spending 890rs spot ticket in another train.

    At least irctc should intimate by sending mail or message. Who is responsible for this mistake?

    Please take strict action against this. I am eagerly waiting to hear back from your department for the loss caused

      cleanliness in the train 02525

      The train we're currently traveling by has the worst hygiene of any train we've ever seen, with no water in the lavatories to a lot of dirt in the 3ac compartment (B3). The train no. Is 02525 bnc-mldt super fast express. We request you to look into the same.
      In addition, the passengers in the 3ac compartment seem to pay no attention that other people might be inconvenienced by their poor hygiene habits, and continue to dirty the compartment...

        I cancelled two tickets from amritsar to delhi and delhi to amritsar yesterday 25/08/2017. But still i did not
        Get any refund. The cancellation detail is as under:

        We wish to inform you that your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 860 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly.

        As the cancellation status shows that i got refund on 27th august. But i did not get any refund yet. I am also sending you cancellation status with attachment.

            I have booked online train ticket from ramgrah cant (Rmt) to rajpura jn (Rpj) on train no./name: 18101/tata jat exp and journey date was 25-aug-2017 due to train was not coming to journy station i cancelled the ticket and file tdr under train diverted and passenger not travelled on same day of journey. Till data no update of tdr status, please update me when will i get my refund (Ticket amount: rs. 575) back.

            Please reopen tdr for the pnr no [protected] to filled again.

              I am samiran chakraborty an account holder o[censored]bi anandapur branch kolkata and other branches, i am ex employ of the bank. I intended to purchase two rail tickets for howrah to agra, through irctc e ticketing and paid the fare through internet banking with atm card amounting rs 1873.84. I got sms of debiting rs 1873.84 from my sb a/c[protected] but the site of net of irctc showed that transaction failed. No pnr as well as tickets were issued to me due to transaction failure. As such the amount rs1873.84 should be refunded to me by debiting in my said account. Several complains being ref nos 000870, 000872, 001256, 001260 were lodged but the amount have not been transferred to my account as yet. Pl.                 I was using irctc website on 28/08/2017 and doing reservation in class: 3a for one ticket of side lower passenger name:p antonisamy from new delhi (Ndls) terminal to chennai central (Mas) in train tamilnadu express (12622) for journey date 11/09/2017 but the transaction i was doing through net banking of sbi failed due to system fault at the irctc website and no tickets got booked while the amount of money amounting to rs. 2061/- was however debited to my sbi account - [protected]. I got failed transaction id - [protected] and further details i am sending you in a screenshot.

                So please look into the matter with irctc and state bank of india (Tamilnadu) and do the refund to my respective account as soon as you can.

                    Respected sir,

                    I have traveled from allahabad to tundla in sangam express on[protected]. I checked in to ald junction at 5:30. I went to neelam food plaza at platform number 1. There i had ordered 1 plate chola bathura and 1 plate idly. I paid them 160 rupees. But the person on the cash counter refuse to take 100 rs note. The reason he provided me that bank will not accept the note. I talked the manager of the food plaza then he replied me to go other place to get food. But no one accepted the note. The note was not in any kind of bad situation. It was not in wear and tear condition, not up to a.0001%. The way the cash counter person and manager treated me was not humble. On demanding the contact number and complaint number, they told that they do not have the contact number of manager. It was around 6:00 pm. I called a lot of times to irctc helpline number[protected] between 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm, but did not get any response.
                    Kindly watch the cctv footage of that food plaza.
                    I am attaching here the pic of my note which they refuse to accept.
                    Kindly submit my query and provide me feedback and tracking of my complaint.

                        Sir, i m traveling in Bokaro Express from Ernakulam to Dhanbad. The non-veg meal is 120 rupees and breakfast is 40 rupees.
                        When i asked for bill they denied and forced me to pay the bill. TTE also didn't listen mine.
                        Sir, I cancelled two tickets of rajadhani exp nzm to ers, and ers to nzm.Cancellation ID [protected] & ID [protected] dated 18/07, 15/07.They are refunded.each for Rs.3360.But only Rs.3360 is credited to my AC.Rs.3360 also to get.So pl take necessary action.thank u sir.

                          Sir, i have booked my ticket through irctc next generation online website on 29 aug 2017 between 2040 to 2100 hours twice, once through sbi internet banking and another by using my sbi debit card through my irctc user id dhyani205. Rs 3885 and rs 3967 have been debited from my sbi account through internet banking and debit card respectively. Message received from irctc is quote an amount of rs 3885.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 29-aug-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered unquote. Another message received from irctc quote an amount of rs 3885.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 29-aug-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered unquote. Another message received from sbi quote thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx6235 for a purchase worth rs3967.52 on pos [protected] at irctc_paytm txn#[protected] unquote. Another message received from sbi quote thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igabxpxiw8 for rs.3885.0 on 29-aug-17 20:40 unquote. However refund has not been credited to my account. I have spoken to customer care also
                          They have assured that refund will be made soon. Pl make refund at the earliest.

                                  I was travelling with my wife on 06/08/2017, from agc to mba, and we had confirmed tickets with the above mentioned seat and coach number. However, upon reaching at the station the train udz kurj exp / 19666 did not have a coach s09 in it. Even after confirmed tickets we could not travel, due to the missing coach. This is a unacceptable situation, how could railways provide for a ticket number for a coach that is not there in the train.
                                  I had missed out on an important occasion in my family and suffered mental distress, as we had a lot of luggage and within those 2 minutes of the trains departure we had to run around at such a crucial age. This is absolute harassment by the railways of their customers.
                                  I have been trying to register my complaint from the day of my journey, however on the customer service numbers the operator doesn't pick up or is the call gets disconnected.
                                  I demand immediate and appropriate action in this regard along with the refund of my train tickets as well as damages against the mental harassment faced by us. Failure of appropriate action on your side would lead me to take the issue to consumer court against railway authorities.

                                    One guy is giving warning to passanger.. That as i will show you in bhubaneswar who i am even he doesnt have reservation seat..
