Dear sir,
On 30.08.2017, train no 12951 mumbai rajdhani from mumbai - ndls got delayed by 8+ hrs. The train was supposed to reach ratlam by 00:40 hrs on 30.08.2017 instead it reached at 8:00 am which caused me to missed my flight from delhi to london, flight no 9w 122 at 13:15 hrs on 30.08.2017. I had to re-book another flight and paid rs 47, 595. This is my personal financial loss. I need a compensation of the same else i've have to take this case to consumer court.

    I have cancelled one of my ticket whose pnr number is [protected] on[protected]. And the cancellation id is [protected], the total amount to be refund is rs.1210.
    Till now amount has not been refunded in my account and i have also mailed to the irctc customer care regarding it even they are not giving any response for this issue. Please check it and try to manage my refund in my account.

      On 4/9/17 three times deducted rs.17310, 17310 & 15624 against my three attempts to book 6 rajdhani exp ticket from sealdah to new delhi. Each time received message from irctc that "amount will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered." but, not yet received my money. Not received any response to my email sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in.

          It's showing cancellation is complete amount is refunded to paytmsdk account. But it will be transferred to my bank account from paytmsdk. Pls, refund my money as soon as possible. I saw many people suffering from this problem railways should do some think. I don't why they change their refund method from normal to paytmsdk.

            Hello sir

            I am making this complaint since i have faced a issue while booking tickets in irctc second seating tickets. Each and every time when i book a ticket through irctc i am getting seating allotment which is not at all adjacent. I have tried more than 20+ times and all the time i am getting seats seperated with my co passenger. I have tried booking even when there is 900 plus tickets available to book but still i am not getting adjacent ticket? Why can't u provide tickets like 19 20 or 41 42 or 54 55? Are u a saddist? This is total non sense.. I am travelling with my sister and i can't ask or exchange seat during travel each time..

              I tried to book a ticket on jul 0127/08/2017 time 07:27 from ndls to kgp using e banking however payment went successful and ticket isn’t booked.

              In such scenario i am expected to get my money to be refunded but till now neither i have received it back nor i can see it under “ticket refund history”.

              Could you please help me?

                I have booked a seat train no 12236 on 05 sep 17 from moradabad to diphu from prs and made payment through my sbi credit card. My pnr no was[protected]. On morning of 05 sep 17, i received a message from railway that the train has been cancelled. Immediately, i cancelled the ticket for refund of rs 3804. My cancelled ticket no is 37304768. Refund not yet credited.

                  I done a transaction for rs.628 through irctc for online ticket booking. Transaction got failed due to payment failed. But when i liaise my bank they gave and confirmed payment has been accepted and credited at your end. For reference they provided me auth no :x18596 which is acknowledged by irctc.
                  I request you please refer my screenshot below, advise me why the transaction got failed my bank confirm you have been credited the amount which is given below.
                  Please advise why this error restricts me to process transactions.
                  Transaction amt rs.615 +13 for processing total=rs.628.

                    Sir i got clear message on 29 august 2017 at 5.12 pm, the particular train 17057 has cancelled for journey date 30 aug 2017 due to unavoidable circumstances, then i did wait for 3 days for refund of amount.

                    Later when i mailed regarding refund, came to know that the train has not cancelled but diverted from other station.

                    There was no information regarding diversion of train to me but cancellation.

                    We went through bad experience as the train cancelled and travelled through another mode of transport.

                    When asked to refund the amount informing to file the tdr.

                    Now it is 6th day, we are unable to file tdr as the cut off time is 72 hours.

                    We request kindly help regarding my refund and further process.

                          I have tried to booking a railway tatkal ticket in the ircc site on 9/5/2017 journey was from sbc to kyn on 9/15/2017 by train no 11302 the amount rs 485.00 (In new delhi at irctc 12027) has deducted from my hdfc a/c no [protected] but there is no ticket show in the list of booked history and got page error.                               I tried to book railway reservation tickets through irctc online e-ticketing facility on 2nd september 2017. During the booking process due to some network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. When i checked my account balance on the same day, the money has been debited by irctc. I request you to take necessary action and get my money back at the earliest.

                                  I booked a train ticket from agtl to njp. But due to train late more than 3 hours i filled tdr on 21-mar-2017 10:16:16 hrs and claimed for full amount refund.                                     Dear sir,
                                    My failed transactions id [protected] and [protected] where amount has been deducted from bank but refund has not been done although when i log in, it shows refunded. It has been more than 3 weeks but no refund has been done. What should i do to get my refund?
                                    Transaction date[protected], transaction type = failed, transfer amount for transaction is 4430 and 4430. Transaction was done through bank of baroda rupay card and transactions was powered by kotak mahindra bank rupay.
                                    Refund date is[protected] but no amount has been credited to my bank.
                                    Kindly take some action regarding this problem.
