In our country, railway service is in very bad condition. Railway service don't know the "meaning of time" means when the trains desire it starts and when it desires then it arrives. If we travel from train then we should forget that when we will reach because its totally depend on train that how much time it will take?
By the way last time i booked tickets in "saheed express" and tickets was confirm in r. A. C. On journey day, when i checked then showing that tickets had cancelled. I worried that now what will happen? Then i went gurugram railway station and told everything to ticket master but no one believe on my words and everyone replied me negative answer. Then i taken general ticket. We were four friends in which one had a confirm ticket. Our train is on 8:30 pm but as usual it was too late and comes on 1:00 am after these and we go inside the train.
In train, where we sit, no space for standing and luggage also... We were facing so many problems. After 1 hour t. T. E come to us and say that show your ticket then we tell everything to him and give him r. S. 1200 & request for confirm ticket. Then in morning 6:00 am he provided to us confirmed birth.
Arrival time is approx 11pm but it arrives 8:00am means 9hours late. Totally 14 hours late.
We book ticket before 4 months because on journey time no any problems have created and money saving also but all are stupid things. After 4 months, your ticket may be cancel then you have only two options: one is tatkal ticket and another is general ticket. Price of tatkal ticket is double because who cut the ticket that person also take approx r. S.500 as commission. All faults is yours. You have to do everything and also think that how manage this situation. No any responsibilities of indian railway for this.
Now what is the mean of book ticket before 3-4 months.
Why this type of railway service in our country. Why government do nothing regarding this situation. No any rule for indian railway service.
I know that problems come but atleast provide solution to traveller who are facing so many problems like ticket cancellation. For these, who is responsible? Is it true "indian railway never improve".
I request only that please improve time management and in case of "train cancel" provide us other train.
