I tried to book a reservation ticket in online mode, money has been deducted but ticket wasn't booked. It happened twice with me.

      I have booked a ticket from ahmadabad to mumbai for journey date 6th aug 2017, but train is late or train cancelled so we have canceled my ticket on 6th aug 2017 & we get successfully cancel massage from irctc (675 will be refunded in your account within 3 to 4 days), but refunded amount is not refunded yet, when i call for this on help line number we can't reach up, call automatic disconnect & some time busy busy buy...

      Please process the request and refund my money asap.

        I had cancelled a ticket on 27 aug 2017 (Pnr no [protected]) refund amount yet not credited to my bank account till date, non of customer care number works and i get repeated message reply of some ticket raised only form [protected]@irctc.co.in, i am fed-up of their customer care pathetic service and not get any appropriate explanation about my refund status also losing confidence for using their service again.         I have made a call to 139 before 15 minutes from [protected]. I enquired about wheel chair and the executive disconnected the call after given uncleared answer. 3rd class behaviour. Have tried thrice today but nobody responding. Instead of giving direct answer they are treating as their own wish. Strange...

            My name is samaresh bose. I am an exserviceman. On 27 august 2017 i have cancelled two tkts. The pnr no. Of these two tkts are [protected] and [protected] respectively. The consolidated refund amount after cancellation of these two tkts stands out to be rs 11, 520/- (Eleven thousand five hundred twenty only). The above mentioned amount remains outstanding and has not been credited to my account till date.

            In context of the above i request you to initiate appropriate measures at your end in resolving my issue at the earliest for which i willbe deeply obliged to you.

              On september 2nd 2017 i faced a problem while booking a ticket on irctc.co.in from sirpur kagaznagar (Skzr) to chennai (Mas) for september 4 2017 in 22632 anuvrat express. I made the payment using sbi net banking. After making the payment i got the message that the session is expired.

              I checked my sbi bank transactions and i can see a payment of ₹1155/-. Transaction ref no igabyfwer5. However when i see the list under "booked tickets" on the website, i dont see any reservation made.

              Please advise what to be done since i have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

                Dear sir i have booked tickets from irctc app these pnr are [protected], [protected], and [protected] with my old bank account debit card there after i had been closed my old bank account on 9th of june 2016. And open a new bank account with kotak mahindra bank. Irctc sources said that they process refund in my old bank how it is possible they said contact your bank i visited bank too but they said no such refund credited in bank. Now what i do? I have sent all related documents to [protected]@irctc.com by mail. Now i would like to please make my all refund in my new bank account which details are kotak mahindra bank name of account is sharma anandkumar girdharilal account number [protected] branch l. P.                   This is regarding train ticket of guwahati rajdhani express from cooch behar to new delhi, train got cancelled from bongaigaon due to track wash out after kishanganj and same day we requested for ticket refund we were told that it will be refunded in 4-5 days then after a week we called again then we were told that we have to call on another number or send a mail, although we got mail acknowledgement but didn't get money till now and no confirmation either. Hese are complaint ticket ids

                    On 27th august 2017, i tried to book rail ticket. I made payment through sbi atm cum debit card. Immediately i got sms notification from bank like thank you for using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs-3862.03 on pos payust[protected] at www.irctc.co.in txn#[protected]. I waited for the ticket to came, but in vain. Plz. Give me any suggestion so that i could recover my money.

                        My pnr no - [protected] and booking date is 01-july-2017 and my problem is as we know due to ram rahim riots in haryana and punjab in aug17 many trains were cancelled and one day before my journey on 26-aug-17 when i checked my train status it shows that the train was cancel for 27-aug-17, then i cancel my booked ticket through irctc rail connect app and now my status was changed from booked to cancellation pending then on the morning of 27-aug-17my relative inform me that your train 12919 malwa exp is rescheduled and it can be departed from its origin indb on it scheduled time, then i check my status in irctc rail connect app now it shows cancellation pending than i call on railwa enquiry no 139 at 10:33 and irctc customer care no [protected] at 11:25am and ask them about my pnr status and will iam able to travel with pnr no - [protected] then he told me that you are apply for cancellation hence you are not travel through this pnr, and advice me to book new ticket for journey, then i booked new ticket with pnr number - [protected], and i again check the older ticket status it remains cancellation is pending, after one hour i again check status of older ticket but this time it shows booked then i want to cancel ticket through application, but this time cancellation are not allow and then i go to file tdr but i also not able to file tdr it shows message tdr is already applied, and cancellation of newer ticket pnr-[protected] is also not permitted, now i have 2 tickets and both are confirmed, and then i mailed to irctc customer care ([protected]@irctc.co.in) and explain my issue, and boarded on the train for journey from bhopal station with the older pnr, but till after 5days of mailed no one reply from irctc, i requested to you please initiate my refund on any of the one ticket because you people are responsible for this issue.

                          I am pass holder from rohtak jn to tohana.
                          I board a sleeper coach instead of general coach, because it was over loaded.
                          A ticket collector came and fined me 370rs, he was no even wearing his uniform on duty, he was in complete civil dress, there was number of guys who were having general tickts only, but that tt fined me only and i asked his name he said mr. Satyapal, i am having a video clip also.in my slip there is two colums extra fare 120rs and baggage fare 250, i was not having any baggage not even a single bag. I asked him he said this is none of your business.

                            I booked train ticket for bangalore (Sbc) to shivamogga (Smet) for 23 aug 201711:30 pm. Train number - 16581.
                            I booked ticket non 11 june 2017. On booked date it was showing from majestic. But on journey day after reaching the station i got to know that boarding point has been changed to yeshwanthpur.

                            This caused me a lot of trouble and i missed the train and i traveled by spending 890rs spot ticket in another train.

                            At least irctc should intimate by sending mail or message. Who is responsible for this mistake?

                            Please take strict action against this. I am eagerly waiting to hear back from your department for the loss caused

                              cleanliness in the train 02525

                              The train we're currently traveling by has the worst hygiene of any train we've ever seen, with no water in the lavatories to a lot of dirt in the 3ac compartment (B3). The train no. Is 02525 bnc-mldt super fast express. We request you to look into the same.
                              In addition, the passengers in the 3ac compartment seem to pay no attention that other people might be inconvenienced by their poor hygiene habits, and continue to dirty the compartment...

                                I cancelled two tickets from amritsar to delhi and delhi to amritsar yesterday 25/08/2017. But still i did not
                                Get any refund. The cancellation detail is as under:

                                    I have booked online train ticket from ramgrah cant (Rmt) to rajpura jn (Rpj) on train no./name: 18101/tata jat exp and journey date was 25-aug-2017 due to train was not coming to journy station i cancelled the ticket and file tdr under train diverted and passenger not travelled on same day of journey. Till data no update of tdr status, please update me when will i get my refund (Ticket amount: rs. 575) back.

                                    Please reopen tdr for the pnr no [protected] to filled again.
                                    Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    On 30th aug 2017, i have tried to book ticket in tatkal but the site has been broken and not yet fixed till afternoon these issue are occurring frequently in irctc website so, please do further .

                                      I am samiran chakraborty an account holder o[censored]bi anandapur branch kolkata and other branches, i am ex employ of the bank. I intended to purchase two rail tickets for howrah to agra, through irctc e ticketing and paid the fare through internet banking with atm card amounting rs 1873.84. I got sms of debiting rs 1873.84 from my sb a/c[protected] but the site of net of irctc showed that transaction failed. No pnr as well as tickets were issued to me due to transaction failure. As such the amount rs1873.84 should be refunded to me by debiting in my said account. Several complains being ref nos 000870, 000872, 001256, 001260 were lodged but the amount have not been transferred to my account as yet. Pl.
