    Respected sir,

    I have traveled from allahabad to tundla in sangam express on[protected]. I checked in to ald junction at 5:30. I went to neelam food plaza at platform number 1. There i had ordered 1 plate chola bathura and 1 plate idly. I paid them 160 rupees. But the person on the cash counter refuse to take 100 rs note. The reason he provided me that bank will not accept the note. I talked the manager of the food plaza then he replied me to go other place to get food. But no one accepted the note. The note was not in any kind of bad situation. It was not in wear and tear condition, not up to a.0001%. The way the cash counter person and manager treated me was not humble. On demanding the contact number and complaint number, they told that they do not have the contact number of manager. It was around 6:00 pm. I called a lot of times to irctc helpline number[protected] between 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm, but did not get any response.
    Kindly watch the cctv footage of that food plaza.
    I am attaching here the pic of my note which they refuse to accept.
    Kindly submit my query and provide me feedback and tracking of my complaint.

    On 30th aug 2017, i have tried to book ticket in tatkal but the site has been broken and not yet fixed till afternoon these issue are occurring frequently in irctc website so, please do further .

        I have booked two tickets on 10th Aug, 2017 and canceled 1 ticket on 21st AUg, 2017 then immediately i got a mail from IRCTC that they will credit my amount directly to my bank account, But its not yet done and i am still waiting for their reply.
        Please let me know how many days IRCTC will take to credit my amount.

        Sir, i m traveling in Bokaro Express from Ernakulam to Dhanbad. The non-veg meal is 120 rupees and breakfast is 40 rupees.
        When i asked for bill they denied and forced me to pay the bill. TTE also didn't listen mine.
        Sir, I cancelled two tickets of rajadhani exp nzm to ers, and ers to nzm.Cancellation ID [protected] & ID [protected] dated 18/07, 15/07.They are refunded.each for Rs.3360.But only Rs.3360 is credited to my AC.Rs.3360 also to get.So pl take necessary action.thank u sir.

          Sir, i have booked my ticket through irctc next generation online website on 29 aug 2017 between 2040 to 2100 hours twice, once through sbi internet banking and another by using my sbi debit card through my irctc user id dhyani205. Rs 3885 and rs 3967 have been debited from my sbi account through internet banking and debit card respectively. Message received from irctc is quote an amount of rs 3885.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 29-aug-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered unquote. Another message received from irctc quote an amount of rs 3885.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 29-aug-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered unquote. Another message received from sbi quote thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx6235 for a purchase worth rs3967.52 on pos [protected] at irctc_paytm txn#[protected] unquote. Another message received from sbi quote thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igabxpxiw8 for rs.3885.0 on 29-aug-17 20:40 unquote. However refund has not been credited to my account. I have spoken to customer care also
          They have assured that refund will be made soon. Pl make refund at the earliest.

                  I was travelling with my wife on 06/08/2017, from agc to mba, and we had confirmed tickets with the above mentioned seat and coach number. However, upon reaching at the station the train udz kurj exp / 19666 did not have a coach s09 in it. Even after confirmed tickets we could not travel, due to the missing coach. This is a unacceptable situation, how could railways provide for a ticket number for a coach that is not there in the train.
                  I had missed out on an important occasion in my family and suffered mental distress, as we had a lot of luggage and within those 2 minutes of the trains departure we had to run around at such a crucial age. This is absolute harassment by the railways of their customers.
                  I have been trying to register my complaint from the day of my journey, however on the customer service numbers the operator doesn't pick up or is the call gets disconnected.
                  I demand immediate and appropriate action in this regard along with the refund of my train tickets as well as damages against the mental harassment faced by us. Failure of appropriate action on your side would lead me to take the issue to consumer court against railway authorities.

                            I'm traveling by 14470 pune sawantwadi ganpati special train. It's running late by 5 hours and still hasn't moved from panvel station. I booked my ticket from paytm. When i searched for trains from panvel, it wasn't showing this particular train. So, i had to book it from pune and spend almost ₹90/- extra compared to what it charges from panvel. Worst experience of travelling. Nightmarish.

                              In our country, railway service is in very bad condition. Railway service don't know the "meaning of time" means when the trains desire it starts and when it desires then it arrives. If we travel from train then we should forget that when we will reach because its totally depend on train that how much time it will take?
                              By the way last time i booked tickets in "saheed express" and tickets was confirm in r. A. C. On journey day, when i checked then showing that tickets had cancelled. I worried that now what will happen? Then i went gurugram railway station and told everything to ticket master but no one believe on my words and everyone replied me negative answer. Then i taken general ticket. We were four friends in which one had a confirm ticket. Our train is on 8:30 pm but as usual it was too late and comes on 1:00 am after these and we go inside the train.
                              In train, where we sit, no space for standing and luggage also... We were facing so many problems. After 1 hour t. T. E come to us and say that show your ticket then we tell everything to him and give him r. S. 1200 & request for confirm ticket. Then in morning 6:00 am he provided to us confirmed birth.
                              Arrival time is approx 11pm but it arrives 8:00am means 9hours late. Totally 14 hours late.
                              We book ticket before 4 months because on journey time no any problems have created and money saving also but all are stupid things. After 4 months, your ticket may be cancel then you have only two options: one is tatkal ticket and another is general ticket. Price of tatkal ticket is double because who cut the ticket that person also take approx r. S.500 as commission. All faults is yours. You have to do everything and also think that how manage this situation. No any responsibilities of indian railway for this.
                              Now what is the mean of book ticket before 3-4 months.
                              Why this type of railway service in our country. Why government do nothing regarding this situation. No any rule for indian railway service.
                              I know that problems come but atleast provide solution to traveller who are facing so many problems like ticket cancellation. For these, who is responsible? Is it true "indian railway never improve".
                              I request only that please improve time management and in case of "train cancel" provide us other train.

                                I have booked a ticket for the kochuvely express on[protected] from kottayam to palakkad. The train was cancelled on the same day by itself. And rescheduled to[protected]. But we don't want to travell that day. Then i went to the railway station and asked how can i get my refund they told me that they are not resposible for the irctc mistake and there is no connection between irctc and the railway. So i file a tdr in my irctc account. But they replied by a msg that cr repudiate. I didnt understant the meaning as a normal passenger. I again mailed to irctc care to inform the situation but they didnt take any action. As a normal pasenger i only know that i bokked a train that was cancelled by itself not my mistake thats why i asking my refund and it is theresponsibility of irctc. So kindly take necessary action to refund my payment.

                                  Hi team,
                                  I have booked tatkal ticket on thursday 24th aug 2017.
                                  The ticket is not confirmed and amount 426.8 rupees has been deducted from my hdfc account.
                                  I didn't receive my amount back to my account and status of the transaction [protected] is like payment settled in irctc website.
                                  Please help to refund the amount as soon as possible

                                    During cancellation it was shown that the refund amount is rs. 6325.00

                                    However i have received a refund amount of rs. 5000.00 only on 14.08.2017.

                                    The screenshots of both the cancelled ticket (Indicating the refund amount in it) as well as my account statement (Indicating the actual refund amount i got into my account) are attached herewith for your ready reference.

                                      I gurleen kaur had booked the train no. 12005 from new delhi to chandigarh for 24th august timing 17:15 (Shatabdi), but due to some intense enviornment out there and because of the train cancelled or not going on the specified destination due to impose of section 144.                                         Since all the trains from punjab got cancelled, we had no choice to reach new delhi to catch my flight from new delhi to trivandrum on 27-august-2017. Since railway cancelled all the trains we were not able to reach delhi. So we had cancelled the flight ticket which ends up with a huge lose for us. Whom will be answerable now?
                                        Irctc or indigo airlines or go ibibo or indian government?

                                        In IRTC site SBI debit card is not valid. why is it so ?

                                        SBI is the India's No.1 Bank and do IRCTC doesnot accept SBI debit card for payment
