Dear Sir,
i have travelled in Ranikhet express (train no 15014)from delhi junction(DLI) to ramdevra on[protected] on PNR number [protected] on FIrst class AC Booking, but before reaching destination (ramdevra) my train got cancelled at jodhpur (182 kilometer )due to some maintenance reason from indian railway,
also i got the cancellation receipt certified by railway officials in jodhpur,
and i had to continue my ongoing journey by booking private
transportation causing huge delay and expenses, but when i failed TDR, IRCTC is refusing my refund and rejecting TDR, i request intervention of your respected office in this matter and help an honest indian citizen
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In view of above I am lodging my complaint against the IRCTC and it's ministry concerned to attend to my complaint and improve the services of 12261 and 12262 to make it reach destination ON TIME.
Kindly register my complaint and take necessary action against the above organisations to make their services more punctual.
