Refund of my Cancelled ticket amount

Sir,
I have booked a ticket in train no12867 bearing PNR no [protected] boarding form HWH (Howrah) to PDY (Puducherry) 0n 23.03.2022. But I was forced to cancel the ticket for personal reasons dated on 06 April, 2022.
I had received a text message through TX-CFMTKT on 06 April, 2022 at 05.25 PM That "Yay! You get full IRCTC fare of Rs 765 since you opted for free cancellation PNR [protected] Cancelled. Amt 765 will be refunded...

    I have transacted with Rs. 100 with a payment verified app, this transaction was showing successful but it's not reflected in my r wallet and it is showing that the recharge initiated. I have contacted with customer service and they just informed that the value will be refunded but it's still to get any other response.please help.

      Indian Railways looting now. How can base fare be increased? Any difference from the normal fare should reflect separately. My ticket price for 3A increased from Rs 555 to Rs 1130 per passenger for travel from Nizamuddin to Roorkee. It is more than 100% increase for 4 hours journey. State institutions should not loot. Sensible pricing should be there. Reflection of separate Tatkal charges is fine. But increasing base fare without informing in advance is not correct.

        There is an option to specify to book ticket only when at least 1 lower berth is allotted.

        In spite of checking the option, I was given a SU, UB & UB for a family of three. I have health problems for my child and I was very very particular about having a lower berth. Finally, I had to cancel the ticket and lose an amount of Rs.3500/- for nothing.

        I must say IRCTC is cheating its customers in the name of features like these. I am sure, there will be suggestions to ask the TT or neighbors to help with a lower berth. Why should I beg others for a favor during the journey when the booking itself is faulty.

        Another classic example of how IRCTC cheats its customers for no fault of theirs.

            I had booked a ticket from ernakulam junction station to visakhapatnam on 16th of march 2022 in the train allappey-dhanbad exp (13352) in 3rd ac. On the morning of my journey the waiting list was 2 and i believed by the time i board the train the ticket will get confirmed. But it didnt happen and i had to travel in the general compartment for 26 hours and took a general ticket as well. My pnr number was [protected] and i paid a total of 1655/- for my 3rd ac ticket which im supposed get refund. Its been more than 2 weeks now. I was supposed to get refund within 3-10 working days. Please do the needful.

              We have booked Train tickets by 23.00 yesterday from Nellore to Thrissur
              Sleeper class
              On 22/05/22
              6 members
              Surprise to note no lower berths all are middle and upper in different places.
              I fail to understand even when age mentioned as 62 & 58 respectively we were not cared by the booking department.
              I strongly condemn this type of system.
              I now request to allot us all berths a mix up of 3 lower and shall be in serial eg. 1, 2, 3, ...
              Like. Or upgrade the berths to upper class.

                    Recharged the UTS R-Wallet using SBI Netbanking. My money ( Rs.400/-) is deducted from my bank account but R-Wallet is not credited. The INB IRCTC UTS Txn Reference No ;[protected]IGANHROLK6. The Payment was made on 03 April 2022. Please help.

                      I booked 2 tickets on irctc mobile app through tatkal quota for journey from MAIHAR(MYR) to HARDA(HD) but the tickets were eventually cancelled as the seats were not confirmed.

                          Ticket was cancelled due to transaction failure but amount was debited from my bank account . The refund amount for my transaction id [protected] . Was rupees 7862.15/- .. however only Rs. 4939.18/- was refunded to me . The portal is showing refund completed. I am enclosing a copy of stating the credited amount . Please help to get my refund money back .

                            I filed tdr complaint on December 2021... The train was not departure from my station... So I could not able to get in... I filed tdr after train departure... I got tdr reference no also... But now it's totally missing from irctc account... I didn't get refund also...

                              Why the hell i am getting this error " No seat available, transaction dropped ", even though there are seats available.
                              During payment i got this error twice, at the first time 78 seats available so i tried to book the ticket suddenly got an error transaction dropped, within few seconds i tried it agin when 43 seats are available but again got the same error, when seats are available why am i not able book the ticket successfuly.

                                Recharged the UTS R-Wallet using Paytm. My money is deducted from my bank account but R-Wallet is not credited. The UTS Txn Reference: [[protected]]. The Paytm UPI reference number is [[protected]]. At 09:57 AM, 24 Mar 2022. I had to repeat the payment and hence I got only Rs.100 added into my account. Please help.

                                    I had added thousands of rupees in my ewallet. They didn't tell me at that time that the wallet will expire. Now, when I log in, I get a notice that I need to renew my ewallet. I enter the email and my password and hit submit button. It's unresponsive. Nothing happens no matter how many times you click it. No error message either. I have emailed IRCTS several times. All they keep saying is: "try now" or "try again" but nothing else happens. No one in the web development department cares to understand or resolve the issue. So frustrating to have money in your wallet and unable to renew it.

                                      Meine apni ticket irctc ke madhyam se ki thi lekin jis din mujhe apni travel kerni thi us din apne boarding station(JAMMU TAWI) per gaya per waha per display mein aarha tha ki train cancelled. Uske baad mene enquiry per pata kiya toh waha madam ne kaha ki train aap chahe toh 100km Distance( pathankot station) per jaker pakad sakte ho per woh mere liye possible nhi tha kyunki taxi wale bahut peson ki demand ker rhe the or train chutne ka bhi risk tha isiliye mein waha na jaa saka toh mene kisee dusre transportation se bahut paresaani se destination per pahuch gaya.Jisme meri koi bhi galti nhi thi . Koi paresaani na ho isiliye meine confirm ticket book ki thi per toh bhi mere ko bahut paresaani huyi or bahut rupaye kharch ho gaye. Or Irctc walon se contact kiya toh unhone tdr file kerne ko kaha meine 15/03/2022 yani journey date ko hee file kiya but koi bhi refund or compensation nhi mila mere ko Irctc walon se contact kiya koi satisfy answer nhi mila. Meri Consumer court se vinti hai pls mera jaldi se jaldi refund or compensation diya jaye. Apki ati meharbaani hogi…. Thank You
