I filed tdr complaint on December 2021... The train was not departure from my station... So I could not able to get in... I filed tdr after train departure... I got tdr reference no also... But now it's totally missing from irctc account... I didn't get refund also...

    Why the hell i am getting this error " No seat available, transaction dropped ", even though there are seats available.
    During payment i got this error twice, at the first time 78 seats available so i tried to book the ticket suddenly got an error transaction dropped, within few seconds i tried it agin when 43 seats are available but again got the same error, when seats are available why am i not able book the ticket successfuly.

    i want to return my money

      Recharged the UTS R-Wallet using Paytm. My money is deducted from my bank account but R-Wallet is not credited. The UTS Txn Reference: [[protected]]. The Paytm UPI reference number is [[protected]]. At 09:57 AM, 24 Mar 2022. I had to repeat the payment and hence I got only Rs.100 added into my account. Please help.

        I have booked my ticket on 12th March 2022, for(DOJ) 9th April 2022, Delhi to patna, on Tejas RAJDHANI,
        But on 23rd March a got a message from IRCTC your partial ticket cancelled,
        For more information please arrange a call back on [protected], also I request please resolve my problem and if possible please arrange a ticket on same train

          I had added thousands of rupees in my ewallet. They didn't tell me at that time that the wallet will expire. Now, when I log in, I get a notice that I need to renew my ewallet. I enter the email and my password and hit submit button. It's unresponsive. Nothing happens no matter how many times you click it. No error message either. I have emailed IRCTS several times. All they keep saying is: "try now" or "try again" but nothing else happens. No one in the web development department cares to understand or resolve the issue. So frustrating to have money in your wallet and unable to renew it.

            My Pnr number of Both ticket is

            Meine apni ticket irctc ke madhyam se ki thi lekin jis din mujhe apni travel kerni thi us din apne boarding station(JAMMU TAWI) per gaya per waha per display mein aarha tha ki train cancelled. Uske baad mene enquiry per pata kiya toh waha madam ne kaha ki train aap chahe toh 100km Distance( pathankot station) per jaker pakad sakte ho per woh mere liye possible nhi tha kyunki taxi wale bahut peson ki demand ker rhe the or train chutne ka bhi risk tha isiliye mein waha na jaa saka toh mene kisee dusre transportation se bahut paresaani se destination per pahuch gaya.Jisme meri koi bhi galti nhi thi . Koi paresaani na ho isiliye meine confirm ticket book ki thi per toh bhi mere ko bahut paresaani huyi or bahut rupaye kharch ho gaye. Or Irctc walon se contact kiya toh unhone tdr file kerne ko kaha meine 15/03/2022 yani journey date ko hee file kiya but koi bhi refund or compensation nhi mila mere ko Irctc walon se contact kiya koi satisfy answer nhi mila. Meri Consumer court se vinti hai pls mera jaldi se jaldi refund or compensation diya jaye. Apki ati meharbaani hogi…. Thank You

              Email verification OTP not received

              All this while it was working fine, but one day, I tried to login to my account on phone app. I used the correct password, but it asks me to verify mobile no. and email id. Mobile no. Got verified but OTP never arrived on email. I tried this multiple times on phone and pc. Nothing is working. Please resolve this issue soon....

              Dear Sir,
              Since yesterday dt[protected] I try 3 times and today dt[protected] one time to book a ticket from Thane to Pune dt. 26th March 2022, all the 4 time the money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked & I got the below message

              Unable to perform Transaction due to Internal error.[protected]

              Pl try to resolve and book my ticket and refund the rest of the amount asap.

                I have filled TDR on 27th December as train diverted and train not touching the bording station.still didn't get the refund. TDR Status showing CR Registered.

                  After login, I'm getting a message :
                  Your IRCTC eWallet account is going to expire on date. Please Renew your IRCTC ewallet account to enjoy your uninterrupted service.

                  But when I click on renew your IRCTC ewallet account and enter my registered email and irctc password, and click on the Submit button, nothing happens. The submit button is unresponsive as it doesn't do anything. Therefore I cannot renew my ewallet and cannot use the money I have in it.

                    Money debited from account but wallet not recharged

                    Yesterday in UTS app i recharged my rwallet with Rs. 100 by Paytm but rwallet is showing recharge initiated status. Means money deducted from my SBI account but not received by rwallet.

                    Please help to get refund....

                    I am Vikram Meena, I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC but was unsuccessfull . Kindly help me to get the refund from IRCTC. So kindly do the needfull and get the refund .

                        Not receiving the OTP during mobile verifiction. Verified the email easily. Need to make some bookings today itself and it is showing that I have exhausted the OTP limit for the day.

                          I booked the ticket in irctc website and paid using google pay. The transaction was completed from gpay but in irctc got server error and it is showing transaction has failed. The ticket also not booked.

                                Today I've recharged my UTS R-Wallet for an ammount of Rs. 100 through my UPI Id by the UPI supported application Phone pe. Though the transaction status showing succesful & the amount is also debited from my bank account, the balance is not showing in the UTS R-wallet. Current Balance of the wallet is still showing Rs 0.0.
                                I, therefore, requesting the IRCTC authority to please look into the matter & provide me an effective resolution either by completing the recharge so that my R-Wallet shows the balance of Rs. 100 or refunding the debited amount to my bank A/c.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  I have filed a TDR on 23 jan 2022 for the reason train late more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled. Train lated for more than 5 hours that day. My PNR no. is [protected]. TDR Status is showing as CR registered from last 2 months but nothing has happened. Transaction ID is [protected]. Please look into the matter if possible and get refund the amount as per norms.

                                    This is for your kind information that I am Mohammad Shamim Hossain from Dhaka, Bangladesh had created an IRCTC account on 05.03.2022. I had paid the international fee for that purpose. My email account was verified by the IRCTC but my mobile number couldn’t verify due to no OTP I had received since then.
                                    i have tried by changing my mobile number and scince then there are two id have been created in same name and password but didn't receive my otp on any number, in that case I had to pay twice for a registration and wich didn't went successfully.
