Sir, an amount of 472.80 rupees payment was made for transaction id [protected] for golden temple mail for reservation from kota to bharatpur ... date of journey 9th November 2015 ... payment was made by visa credit card powered by hdfc bank for an amount of rupees 472.80 ...     I have try to book the air ticket through irctc on 29th Oct fr chennai to hyderabad amount was debited but ticket was not book. i have send so many request email to them for refund i receive the reply saying that amount will be refund in 3/5 working days but till now i did not receive refund amount, its almost 2 weeks past. its really painful that our amount is held in irctc but irctc in not taking serous to refund the amount, i don't know what to do? These are the transaction ID [protected] and [protected].

      Dear Sir,

      I had filed TDR on[protected] for PNR number [protected]. Reference No for this is :[protected]

      The coach C1 in which seats were allotted to passengers was not attached in the train at all. When the passengers found that there is no coach C1, they asked about it to TT who told them that this coach was not attached today in the train for some reason and asked them to file a TDR.

      You can check with the concerned authorities that C1 coach was not present at all that day and due to this passengers could not board the train and forced to file TDR.

      I still have not got the refund and on the irctc site also, no record for this TDR is being shown. Please look into this matter asap.

        Sir WIth due respect i canceled an e- ticket with PNR no : [protected], (Secunderabad to Kharagpur), on 04 Nov 2015, and the date of journey was 06 Nov 2015. Recently while checking the refund status, it is showing refunded with, Transaction id : [protected] Cancellation id : [protected] Refund date : 05 Nov 2015. But under the bank column, it's showing ICICI, while i did the transaction using CITI Bank. I just used ICICI payment gateway, while the amount is debited from CITI bank account. I didn't receive the amount yet. Please help. Thanks.

                Plastic found in samosa served by irctc. No one is ready to give complain book or to accept complaint in train number 12285 dated 01 Nov 2015. Finally after making so much of noise I was handed over Feedback form stating that my complaint will be sent to the concerned department. However, 10 days has gone & no one has contacted me till now. Looks like the coach attender was smart enough to fool me by giving me the feedback form which he would have wiped his hand & thrown it out.

                    I booked a Tatkal ticket which turn out to be Waiting ticket when payment was processed. It was W/L31 and when chart was prepared it was W/L 6, so as it was eticket and waiting etickets get auto cancelled and passengers with waiting etickets are not allowed to board train, Still my eticket didn't get auto cancel and refund is not been made. I tried calling to customer care no[protected] since morning and tried whole day but always it went to busy and calls gets disconnected. My PNR no. is- [protected]. Please help me getting my refund of this waiting eticket.

                        I enrolled for a virtual card and funded the same with Rs 1000 too.
                        The card has not been mailed even after months and the system shows it is generated and mailed.
                        Customer service is useless.. They pick up call and suggest to write an email which no one replies..

                          WHAT CAN'T YOU KEEP CAPTCHA SIMPLE?? i strongly condemn irctc policy for tatkal where needful person are forced to get their ticket from agent. Have any irctc employee ever tried to book tatkal ticket online or offline?? what problem common man face while booking tatkal ticket. The CAPTCHA can never be solved in tatkal hours nor OTP arrives on mobile in time

                            Really now i am having doubt about your efficiancy of work and strongly condemn your irresponsible attitude to solve the issue.

                            Did you check the email what i have sent you on[protected]:57:16+05:30 ?

                            Where i can clealry wrote the refund amount 1420.0cr.is linked with PNR [protected] which is reflecting in my credid card on 19.06.2015 same as per record in IRCTC website.How you told this is linked with PNR [protected]?Did you checked with opened eye?

                            Secondly, PNR [protected] I have cancelled in 15th October, 2015 how it is related to amount 1420.0 which got credited on 19.06.2015? Did your reply came with concious mind?

                            This is the 3rd time i have got silly reply from your end.

                                  Hi, I had booked train tickets for myself & family PNR #.:[protected], JHELUM EXPRESS, Travel Date :12/07/15. I reached the train station (New Delhi)before the train departure but, at station I was notified that the train had been cancelled abruptly. I was expecting my fare cost to be refunded to me automatically, but after chasing many times they aren't refunded money.

                                      Dear Sir I am Arvind kumar submitting my complain regarding railway ticket booking through irctc. I had been booked my ticket From Araria court to Patna Jn. My journy date was 14/11/2015. I had booked ticket through SBI atm debit card. I booked my above said ticket two time but both time not found my ticket neither through messsage or print ticket. My first booking id is IRCTCtxn#[protected] on dated 03 nov 2015 time 02/59/08 pm. Another booking id is IRCTCtxn#[protected] on dated 05 nov 2015 time 02/14/56 pm. My deducted amount is Rs 544.05.

                                        Most miserable thing happened in my life during the train journey on[protected] I accept I was not travelled with the original ID card during the travel but I have relevant company id card where I employed …

                                        TTR came to check the tickets I showed the Duplicate copy of my PAN card but TTR said he need original I said u was on an emergency and forgot to have the Original copy but I have relevant ID proof but TTR was shouted @ me and asked me to pay Rs 700 or to get down in Erode junction which will reach almost by 1.30am and he also called the Police men over there and informed him to ensure that I got down from the train @ Erode junction …

                                        I said I don’t have enough money I also said about my situation for not bringing my Original Pan card but he threatens me to get down at any cost …I ran around him from Coimbatore to Erode junction but he didn’t even consider me / respect me …

                                        Finally Erode junction came since I don’t have enough money I said I have only Rs 300 will give you another Rs 400 once I reached the Chennai station ..then simply he took that Rs 300 from me and said okay go to your seat …

                                        • Just for Rs 300 which goes to his pocket that TTR has behaved like that
                                        • Not given the receipt for that Rs 300
                                        • He allows someone to sleep in the middle of two berth seats (is that the genuine thing which can be done by TTR)

                                        Unfortunately I haven’t noted that TTR’s name but I have shared the relevant details hope I will be provided with proper justice …

                                        I was booked an E Ticket for my family members from Trissur to Chennai on 01/09/2018 planned a trip on 30/12/2018.

                                        for some reason we had 3 tickets left and 3 people traveled to the S11 box on 30/12/2018. At the last minute, I traveled to the S11 box with a general class ticket because of my wife unwell condition.
                                        TTR came to check the tickets around 8.20 Pm near Thrissur station I showed
                                        Booking ticket and the General Ticket genuinely and explained the reason for my inevitable journey, excuse for our condition. He asked me to pay 450 for penalty or get down to general compartment. He was not care about my excuse, so I don’t want to argue with him I gave 2000 Rs which I had. He shouted and told me I am not a shopkeeper you should pay the exact change. In this condition a fellow traveler who helped me pay my money. The inspector took the money and left the receipt with a sense of duty
                                        I have traveled many times. I shared my seat and Birth for public who traveled waiting list, RAC, Staffs and general compartment passengers in rush times. I have shared the seat for the cohabitation of fellow cohabiting passengers. I have never met such a scandal, but I have been disturbed by my honesty and distressed to the inspector who worked best for the Railway department. This letter wrote because please teach the staffs what is humanity I really sorry to say this.

                                        My name is Sathish Kumar

                                        I am travelling in NCJ - TBM SF express from Madurai junction to Chengalpet junction. Unfortunately I can't reach the train at my coach due to some traffic issue. But I got into the train and asked TTR whether the coach is towards the engine or End of the train since coach position of train is not mentioned online. He provided misinformation towards wrong side and due to him I travelled in train by standing even I reserved the ticket. I was waiting in Sleeper coach door area to go to my coach but one TTR told me to sit in sleeper seat till next junction arrival. Another TTR came and shouted at me to get out of the train. I explained him everything and he was without mask and uniform. Even though I gave respect to him he used bad words at me and you should not travel in this train. He threatened me to pay the fine of 1000 Rs. He talked me without humanity. He pulled me to get rid of train while train in running condition and I got fell down with injury due to him. Kindly train TTRs with humanity. Because they were just the servants to the passengers who are travelling in train and not the rulers to impose their rules.

                                        Is there any TTR allocated for this train ?
                                        I travelled from train start point to end point. I did not seen the TTR. RAC status for my ticket. I was waiting for the TTR for the whole night to ask for seat availability. But no one came.. I saw many un reserved people travelling in sleeping compartment.. how irresponsible.. TTR should serve people.. to only to get Central government salary..
