I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore for travel date 17th September 2015 (PNR number [protected]) But the train got late by more than 8-9 Hours so could not travel. I had filed for the TDR but they have denied our claim stating "Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY" . And did not refund the amount. Since the train was delayed by more than 3 hours and passengers did not travel, as per the rules we are eligible for a complete refund of the ticket amount. I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore for travel date 17th September 2015 (PNR number [protected]) But the train got late by more than 8-9 Hours so could not travel.

        How is it possible that today waiting list showing before opening tatkal and when it opened on 15/10/2015 at 10 A.M. it also displayed same waiting ex CKWL1. My net connection was not slow it was working. train no 13352 rourkela to Bokaro stl city

            Hi Support team, I have booked a general ticket from SBC to PUNE for Udyan express and date of journey was on 16th Sep, 2015. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I am missing to get amount refunded.               Hello sir This is the truly respected that, I have a cancellation a Train ticket mode of File TDR is successfully complete but my money is not Refunded from 7 months, and i don't get receive any amount of ticket cancellation so what's the region of this still facing problem from IRCTC.                     I had booked a ticket from SBP to CRP journey date1 Oct 2015, but there came an emergency at home and we could not board the train. Till then the chart was already prepared.                       I tried booking tickets in palani express for 12th October ..while booking train tickets got an error, but the amount has been debted from my SBI account and received message from IRCTC as follows. Thank you for using SBI Debit card for purchase worth Rs.324.05 on POS 2001 at IRCTC txn#[protected].but tickets has not been booked.please kindly refund the amount.

                        I have cancelled two tickets on 2nd October, 2015.PNR-[protected], [protected]. Two amounts Rs 4815 one for each ticket was supposed to be refunded but on 5th October only one amount of Rs 4815 has been returned. In IRCTC site it shows that both the amounts have been refunded on 4th and 5th Oct 2015.But one amount has not yet received by me till date.

                          I suppose to travel by Train No. 07707 - Pushkaram Special from Rajahmundry to Secunderabad. The train was delayed more than 3 Hrs. Hence filed TDR on 23rd July, 2015 and opted other mode of transportation. Till date I had not received amount back against PNR No.[protected].                           I supposed to travel from Karnal to Amritsar on (12497/SHANE PUNJAB) on 21-Sep-2015 but train was delayed more than 3 hours . So i filed TDR for the same on 21 -Sep-2015 but till the time my money is not refunded into my account.

                            I had booked 4 tickets from MAO to CSTM, 2A Sleeper for 28th September 2015.
                            PNR: [protected] . Train NO:01002 . One hour before the journey I received a message that seat numbers have changed. (from A1 6, 12, 21, 22 to ABX 2, , 3, 4, 5) . After occupying the seats the TC told us the seats have been shifted from 2A to 3A. He also mentioned that the amount would be refunded, 12 days have passed but there seems to be no response. On visiting the reservation department we were told that it was a holiday special train so no information can be provided.

                              I had reserved an e-ticket via IRCTC from Trivandrum to Calicut (PNR No.[protected]) with Date of Journey as[protected] on[protected]. Subsequently due to personal reasons I cancelled the above ticket via IRCTC on[protected] and I got the SMS message in my mobile phone (No. [protected]) that an amount of Rs. 210 will be refunded to my SBTaccount. But till date no amount on account of the above has been received in my SBT account.So I kindly request to look into the matter and do the needful. An early reply is expected.

                                Fair paid:Rs.4670.60 through my HDFC Debit card

                                I forgot to ask for O.T.P. on my mobile [protected] while logging in.
                                After filling in all required details when prompted to PAY, I made payment of fare Rs. 4670.60 through my HDFC debit card which was immediately deducted from my bank account as I got SMS alert from my bank.However NO details of Ticket was made available by IRCTC.I did not get any ticket.though PAYMENT has been made for it. Later I verified from Booked ticket history after logging in again that NO tkt. was booked.
                                Thereafter I booked another tkt. successfully by Netravati exp. 0n[protected], by sleeper class between LTT and Thrishur which is now showing in Booked ticket history.
                                SO MY COMPLAINT :GOT NO TKT. FOR JOURNEY ON 5th DECEMBER by 22113 exp. as REQUESTED THOUGH PAYMENT of Rs. 4670.60 MADE by ME
                                PLEASE THEREFORE CREDIT BACK MY AMOUNT OF Rs. 4670.60 .

                                  Hi Support team, I have booked a ticket from LJN to YPR for GKP YPR EXPRESS on 14-Jul-2015 and Date of Journey was 10-Aug-2015. For reason the passenger didn't travel, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded.                                       In July 2014 I booked 4 tickets on IRCTC with my credit card, after a while I cancelled one ticket but got money for all tickets so I cancelled all the tickets. In Nov, 2014 IRCTC again deducted the same amount after mailing them and bank I got refund in jan, 2015 but on may 2015 IRCTC again took the money and till now they are asking for problem.

                                      Sir for kind ur information, u can be get some fake calls regarding to refund by irctc n they will ask for ur bank details like card no. Otp, passwors so plz dont responce them, just I got call from +[protected] This no. Regarding to refund by irctc n was asking about bank details & passwors n all……… I found that was fake so I was alert.
