    Dear Sir/Madam,

    There are 2 issues.

    1) I have booked 2 tickets from Allahabad JN(ALD) to Bangalore JN (SBC) (SANGHA MITRA 12296) on 21/Sep/2015 for the travel date 17/November/2015.
    Out of which, only 1 tickets got confirmed after chart prepared and One was in waiting list after chart prepared.
    So out of those two tickets. I had cancelled one ticket 5hr before (21.30 pm on 16/November/2015) before train came as only my seat confirm and applied TDR.
    So, we need

    a) TDR amount for that one ticket

    b) for the remaining ONE tickets which are waitlisted, we need to get full refund amount.
    But we didn't get any refund till now for any one of ticket and TDR Status shows CR Repudiate
    PNR no: [protected]

    **I filled TDR before 5 hrs train arrival (Rule is 3 hrs before) and 1 ticket is not at all confirm so why I did not receive any amount??

      I Prem Mohnani doing journey with Train name Navjeevan Exps Train no 12655 in Sleeler class with seat no S10 5 to 6 PNR No [protected], [protected]

      We sat our seats and your catering boy comes at us for sold Idli Sambar and suddenly Sambhar was throw down in my shoes after that he talked bad words with me and also told me that 'kya kar lega be'

      Here is our Cabin also dirty but no one comes here for cleaning aprrox 40 to 50 mins

        I have booked nagpur to pune ticket in tatkal qouta for 2 passangers on 11/08/2015. Date of journey was 12/08/2015. PNR no. [protected]. Cancellation id- [protected]. TDR filing date-12/08/15. TDR status-CR registered.even after 3 months of filing TDR, i did not get refund amount.           I have booked a ticket using IRCTCMobile application on 19 11 15. The PNR number is [protected]. Travel date is 23 11 15. The reference number is [protected] for 2 persons travelling from Trichy to Chennai. As the chart is prepared though time is there for cancellation of ticket.             This is vikas one of the passenger of special ac suvidha train. I have covered journey on 20.11.15 train no.00863. My complain is about rate and quantity of the food provided by the catering service. The catering staff are not providing as per railway list. They are also taking rs.100 instead of rs.50 for the lunch. When ask for rate list and item they took a name khan. Please clarify how corruption in railway may remove. Upto which time public will pay extra price instead of exact price. They are taking just double. Please ensure me after verification. Thanks

              Hi, I tried to book a tatkal ticket from ADONI TO DADAR on[protected]. Every time after the payment is done, an error message is displayed as 'No Seats available. Transaction is dropped'. But I could see there are tickets available. I continued this for five times till the tickets were available, but I could not book the ticket and I received the same error message every time. Money is also debited from my account. I am worried as I could not book the ticket and I will have to make alternate plans that will be costlier. Please solve this problem at the earliest and help people who are using...

                Sir, repeated unsuccessfull attempts were made on[protected] to book round about ticket in the name of Jubin ThomasVarghese through Ethiyad airlines for travel Kuwait to kochi[protected]and Kochi to kuwait[protected]as per the following details a)HDFC credit card of Thomas T Mali 1 transactions at Rs 15268/- Transcation ID NO b)HDFC debit card of Mary Mali 1 transaction at Rs 14961/- Transcation ID NO[protected] The transactions was repeatedly shown as "server error"on the system and no indication was coming up for E.Ticket print out.Had the ticket been booked/confirmed the server should have advised to print out.The passenger had ultimately traveled from Kuwait to Kochi with another ticket.A complaint was lodged on time on[protected] but so far no reply We requested both etihad and irctc to return the amount( Rs30229/-) credited in HDFC account as per details of (a) and (b) above.                   I tried to book a tatkal ticket from Madurai to Chennai on[protected]. Every time after the payment is done, an error message is displayed as 'No Seats available.                     Sir, I broght a i-ticket from irctc having PNR no [protected] to travel on 09/10/2015 from LUDHIANA to Varansi but the train did not come to Ludhiana and is cancelled. I also file TDR for this but IRCTC did not refund my ticket amount . if the train is cancelled then why passenger will pay for it. what will his fault. plz do something.

                        Sir, I am Manish Purohit(+91 [protected]). I have booked my IRCTC tour for special dakshin yatra dated 21/11/2015. Till date I have called so many times at IRCTC Ahmedabad office, But there is no confirm information regarding schedule, timing and boarding stations. Our other activies are also dependent on your shedules like Tirupati Devdarshan ticket booking, office leave and others. Aprart of this, I had paid amount of 8200/person and I was informed to receive my difference amount of check but that is also not received. Please look into this.                                 Not sure what is the algorithm logic on IRCTC end while booking railway tickets. Whatever preference you provide, lower berths are never allotted even if you are trying for a senior citizen or female category. We did booking for our parents travelling from Bhopal to Lucknow, Transaction Id: [protected] providing "Lower Berth" preference for both the tickets. IRCTC books Upper and Middle berth in this case. We cancel this ticket. Again tried booking from Bhopal to Lucknow, Transaction Id: [protected] providing one Lower and one Upper Berth preference. IRCTC again books Upper and Middle berth. My concern here is right now there are 188 Available Tickets in this train and how is it possible that two lower berths are not available in the same coach. What is the use of giving options to the passengers incase you want to use your algorithm and never provide the facility customer is opting for. Incase I select the option "Book tickets only if atleast one lower berth is allotted", in this case IRCTC will book tickets in different coaches. and that is ridiculous especially when you have senior citizens traveling alone. I hope somebody from IRCTC looks into this and take necessary action to make changes in their algorithm while booking tickets.

                                  I had booked a ticket from NDLS to SRE journey date 10 Nov 2015. We cancelled our journey. When we canceled my Ticket on on 10 Nov 2015 on 07:41:53 HRS but I could not canceled there was message showing Chart Prepared At Originating or Previous Remote Location please filed TDR. I had filed the TDR on 10 Nov 2015 07:41:53 HRS with Reason For TDR: Party Could Not Cancel Because Chart Prepared At Originating Or Previous Remote Location.

                                      Sir, I am S.Parameswaran booked a ticket on tatkal basis in Charminar express (12759 ) for travelling on 17.11.2015 with PNR number - [protected]. Due heavy rain in chennai, all possible local trains and busses were stopped in central station. with reference to TV news it is also informed that trains via vijayawada from Chennai are cancelled due to rain. So I cancelled the tatkal ticket believing that amount Will be refunded and booked fir the next day 18.11.2015 with PNR Number -[protected]. but I received a message that no amount will be refunded fir cancellation. later the train is also cancelled, but on enquiring to customer services they are telling that money will not be refunded for this cancellation, kindly help in this issue sir. The next day train is also cancelled now so again I booked for 19.11.2015 with PNR num -[protected].
