Updated by rao.mridu I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore for travel date 17th September 2015 (PNR number [protected]) But the train got late by more than 8-9 Hours so could not travel.
I had filed for the TDR but they have denied our claim stating "Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY" . And did not refund the amount. Since the train was delayed by more than 3 hours and passengers did not travel, as per the rules we are eligible for a complete refund of the ticket amount.
