I had booked a ticket from NDLS to SRE journey date 10 Nov 2015. We cancelled our journey. When we canceled my Ticket on on 10 Nov 2015 on 07:41:53 HRS but I could not canceled there was message showing Chart Prepared At Originating or Previous Remote Location please filed TDR. I had filed the TDR on 10 Nov 2015 07:41:53 HRS with Reason For TDR: Party Could Not Cancel Because Chart Prepared At Originating Or Previous Remote Location.

      Sir, I am S.Parameswaran booked a ticket on tatkal basis in Charminar express (12759 ) for travelling on 17.11.2015 with PNR number - [protected]. Due heavy rain in chennai, all possible local trains and busses were stopped in central station. with reference to TV news it is also informed that trains via vijayawada from Chennai are cancelled due to rain. So I cancelled the tatkal ticket believing that amount Will be refunded and booked fir the next day 18.11.2015 with PNR Number -[protected]. but I received a message that no amount will be refunded fir cancellation. later the train is also cancelled, but on enquiring to customer services they are telling that money will not be refunded for this cancellation, kindly help in this issue sir. The next day train is also cancelled now so again I booked for 19.11.2015 with PNR num -[protected]. Kindly help in getting the refund amount of the cancelled train Ticket for the cancelled train with PNR number -[protected] considering the ssituation sir.           TDR filed against the PNR Number [protected] and Reference number is is :[protected]. I was filled on 07th June 2015 but repudiated without any reason. When I contacted the IRCTC customer care they told me to register the complaint again, I registered but waiting for refund... This service from IRCTC is very poor... Please refund the money to me and I am also requesting on behalf of many Indian who is still waiting for TDR refund...please refund us...

Due to Gurjar Andolan train was canceled. We have been informed by Delhi Railway station that you will get refund automatically in your bank account. We have waited for a long and a mail was sent on [protected]@irctc.co.in"

              On 16/11/2012 along with my whole family were returing back to kolkata from Siwan, while in samastipur station near coach no. S/11 were went to purchase food product from the irctc stall, there we founds the stall owner were selling all the products about at randam rate higher then the mrp printed rate, when we visited other irctc stalls housed at the same station we found the were also bluntly selling the product in same exorbitant rates, selling tea chat rate is Rs. 7/- but he take Rs.10/-, in lesser quantity then prescribed by railways moreover i usually finds that the irctc stall are often selling products in higher rate then printed mrp rate almost all over india, which is very unfortunate, regrettable and matter of shame for railways authorities as this illegal, and offence activities can not be possible unless encouraged and patronized by few railways and railway police authorities.
              If the responsible railway authorities do not take immediate step in this regard no body will buy the irctc canteen or stalls.

                Description of Incident:
                Inspite of recent IR notification, the habit of boarding of ordinary ticket holders in II sleeper class coaches still continues. More surprsingly and visibily, this continues with support of TTE’s on board.
                The incident is as follows:
                Myself had boarded from Shoranur Jn @1.10Pm. Then on at every stop, had observed this. Passengers were seen asking the TTE and the TTE was readily pointing them to S9 coach. From Shoranur Jn to Kozhikode and then Kozhikode to Kannur/Mangalore, there was no relief to us reserved passengers. One or the other passengers forcibily occupied the reserved seats. Some of them were sleeping and falling on others, some were found to be speaking loudly on their cell phones. Soon their were 5 passengers seating in my row and equally 5 + 2 children in my front row seat. Fed up of the rush, my 2 co-passengers (reserved) went up and rested themselves on the upper birth till Mangalore. Again 2 passengers occupied their seat and there was no relief to me or the remaining ones. Even more due to hot temperature, every one around were sweating and stinking. The Tea/coffee vendors too faced the problem of serving us. We couldn’t move or stretch ourselves as we were continuosly seating, of fear of losing our seat. The TTE just came, checked our tickets and left. Our pathetic condition was clearly visible to the TTE, but turned a blind eye. The TTE didn’t utter a word to the passengers bearing ordinary tickets, sitting on reserved seats/coaches. Neither asked them to vacate the reserved seat/coach nor fined them as per applicable rules. The passenger’s appeared to be regular traveller’s and were enjoying a superfast ride on a ordinary ticket with clear support of TTE’s. Its even doubtful the TTE’s are bribed.
                The concerned authorities must understand that we long distance travellers, visiting native place abt twice a year, struggle very much to get a reserved ticket just to have a pleasant travel. But this is some thing which is very unsual and unacceptable. In mumbai division, no body dare to board long distance trains fear of heavy fine.
                Desirable Resolution:
                I urge the IR authorities to seriously look in to this matter and TTEs are well disciplined enough ensuring that such incidents do not occur in reserved coaches of long distance trains that too in superfast trains.

                  I had a ticket of Rajdhani Exp From Ghy to NDLS on 30th October 7 am. I tried canceling the same on 29th evening at 9pm but unable to do so on irctc and got a pop up message on the website that "unable to cancel please submit TDR". I submitted TDR at 10 pm on 29th October. Checked yesterday on my irctc account and got the message CR Repudiate. Since, this was a genuine cancellation and the amount is huge (more than 11000), I can not bear the loss. Kindly do the needful in refunding the same.                     Dear sir I have reserved 2 birth in train no.11058 of sleeper class s9-10, 11 ticket no.54073716 pnr no.[protected] asr to ndls dt. 15.11.2015 but I want to go jhansi from this train so i have request to TTE to sheet convert in ac 3 tear and extend ticket to jhansi so he extended ticket ndls to jhsnsi I have paid charges to convert in 3 tear asr to ndls and extended charge ndls to jhs he charge from me rs 2220/- and he give me excess fare ticket no. 073684 dt [protected]birth no.B3 -3, 18 aloted me. But in ambala cantt station passanger comes in and he told me and show me .he was booked though online . So I have left the sheet and I asked to tte so he doesn't cetisfy answer he says previous tte mistake .this mail write in train I m very puzzle what I do. So I request very carefull for this matter in future no body suffring in this stage.i am very. Fuzzal in whole night.what r u do for me.becouse I paid full amount so plz do something.                       I had booked my Mumbai Season ticket on 6th November 2015 from IRCTC website. My season ticket has expired on 13th Nov 15. Since I have not yet recieved my ticket I am forced to travel ticketless. As per the instructions from IRCTC I have been trying to contact from the telephone nos provided by them since 10th Nov 15, but there is no response from them. All my attempts in trying them to contact has gone in vain.                         I forgot my password for booking rly.tkt. on line my e mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com.My mobile no.[protected]. kindly do the needul so that I can book my tkts. through irctc.when I opened the irctc website and clicked the PASSWORD FORGOT, I got answer stating that a code is sent my registered mobile no *******529.Infact I did not gave/registered mobile no. ending with 529..Hence I could not get my password restored/known. My regd.mobile no. is [protected] with irctc.I hope this information is enough to redress my grievance.pl.solve at the earliest.

                                  Date - 14/11/2015 Firstly while booking 3A tatkal tickets online at sharp 10.00 am after clicking on Book Tickets button, No Captcha letters are loaded to continue with the booking and there is no improvement after multiple trials to reload the image. Due to which no tickets are available for booking. Either OTP number is not accepted for payment even when correct OTP is entered or Captcha is not available to book tickets especially during Diwali time. Sleeper Tatkal starts at sharp 11.00 am and within 2 minutes after making payment for the transaction, money is deducted but no seats are booked. No tatkal tickets are made available to common man by these tricks. We need to know the reason behind these unusual behavior of IRCTC online booking during festive season and need immediate action on the same.

                                    Sir, an amount of 472.80 rupees payment was made for transaction id [protected] for golden temple mail for reservation from kota to bharatpur ... date of journey 9th November 2015 ... payment was made by visa credit card powered by hdfc bank for an amount of rupees 472.80 ...                                       I have try to book the air ticket through irctc on 29th Oct fr chennai to hyderabad amount was debited but ticket was not book. i have send so many request email to them for refund i receive the reply saying that amount will be refund in 3/5 working days but till now i did not receive refund amount, its almost 2 weeks past. its really painful that our amount is held in irctc but irctc in not taking serous to refund the amount, i don't know what to do?                                         Dear Sir,

                                        I had filed TDR on[protected] for PNR number [protected]. Reference No for this is :[protected]

                                        The coach C1 in which seats were allotted to passengers was not attached in the train at all. When the passengers found that there is no coach C1, they asked about it to TT who told them that this coach was not attached today in the train for some reason and asked them to file a TDR.

                                        You can check with the concerned authorities that C1 coach was not present at all that day and due to this passengers could not board the train and forced to file TDR.

                                        I still have not got the refund and on the irctc site also, no record for this TDR is being shown. Please look into this matter asap.
